20 Best Formula For Dairy Allergy (2023 Updated)

My newborn was very colicky. I was strictly breastfeeding, and my doctor suggested I try reducing my dairy intake altogether. Although that helped, my little one was still very fussy and had major gas and stomach issues.

So I decided to cut all dairy from my diet. Since I needed to pump and dump for about 10 days to purge all the dairy out of my system, I began using formula as a temporary replacement for his feedings.

However, my little one was still having issues with the regular milk-based formula. I did some research online and read that Nutramigen could reduce severe colic. So we gave it a try. Within 24 hours of switching to the ready-made Nutramigen formula, my son’s symptoms (fussiness, gas, and stomach issues) disappeared.

I could finally get some rest!! Although I eventually resumed breastfeeding as his primary food source, I continue to supplement with Nutramigen. And the best part — no more colic!.

My little girl was an absolute mess after bringing her home from the hospital; We had opted to supplement her until my breastmilk came in but it never did come in enough to meet her demand, however we wanted to be able to give both and we had her on dairy based formulas.

Needless to say she grew fussier and fussier on the previous formulas and even got so constipated she was barely able to sleep. After being recommended this through our pediatrician, within 2 days baby was regular! Shes now 1 month and loves life! I cant thank this product enough for existing and we will continue to give it to her for as long as we can until solid foods are introduced.

Its the perfect formula and although it runs pricier and doesnt have the most pleasant smell it changed my baby for the better. Shes fed, gaining weight and physically more content. 10/10 would recommend to anyone dealing with a sensitive baby.

We have been struggling with colic and reflux since our baby was born. We tried 3 different formulas and we thought that each one was helping more but nothing took away the time each night that our baby would be up screaming for hours.

My son is now 18 years old and am writing this review only because I had concerns if this formula would hinder his development when he was 2 months old. I’m happy to report NO. He developed just fine and reached all milestones.

He excelled in school and on to college. Nutramigen was the only formula he could digest. I believe I tried every product available. His stomach would get hard as a rock. After trying every formula on the shelf his pediatrician recommended Nutramigen with the caveat of price.

It appear the price has gone down significantly since 2004, so that’s a good thing for parents.

My son has a milk protein allergy so bad the powder version of Nutramigen was upsetting him and causing him to have blood in his stool because the powder has 17% casein in it which is milk. On a whim I sent the ready to feed with him while my mother watched him to make it easier on her and he had no excessive grunting or groaning that night.

Turns out the ready to feed version only has 2% casein (milk) and it’s significantly easier on my sons poor system. So it’s been 3 days now and there’s been a significant improvement, no blood in stools and no grunting or groaning.

Just wish it wasn’t so expensive. I’m not sure why there’s such a massive difference in the casein percentages between the powder and ready to feed but at least there’s something that works for my kid.

Our son was fed formula while in the NICU along with my breastmilk. I realized he was having a hard time passing gas and would cry something heartbreaking when he would drink the formula. Our household is a non-dairy one so I figured it was also a factor.

We switched to 2 do offered options that were dosed to be more tummy sensitive and better for milk intolerance. Once he started having eczema like patches and his pediatrician confirmed my suspicions, she suggested this and alimentum.

I did research and found Nutramigen to be a better choice for him. We started feeding him Nutramigen to supplement at 2 months and since then he had less stomach issues, less spitup, and the like and it has been all he’s on since I officially stopped breastfeeding.

It’s difficult finding formula now but I try to stock up with as many as I can get one time so that we don’t run out because there isn’t any other formula quite like it as I’m opposed to the soy based ones.

Alimentum is I guess my very last choice if I really cannot find any but I’m going it won’t come to that any time soon.

I would purchase from this page, but you wouldn’t take my payment method either (I hate to have it known but yes I do need government assistance for all this formula so EBT) I just hope I find it soon before she has to go through yet another formula change due to lack of stock.

I’m disappointed due to this isn’t just a normal formula, it’s a special needs one, which makes it a lot harder to pick up the most similar to it.

Nothing helped, I addressed our pediatrician and she said she thought he may have a cmpa and so we switched to enfamil nutramigen, I couldn’t be more thankful, it’s a miracle in a can! My son is a completely different baby, I noticed a difference after just one bottle! We r a week or more strong on nutramigen powder and I thank God everyday for helping us find this solution my son is a different baby, never seen him smile and babble so much, noore pain, regulated bowels with consistency, no more gas, no more pain, thank you enfamil! You changed our lives! Couldn’t be more grateful for such a incredible product!.

This stuff is ridiculously expensive. It smells utterly horrific. If you’re reading this. you’ve likely tried EVERY other option for your little one and none of them have worked. You’re likely exhausted, overwhelmed, desperate.

BUT! Good news- this will work wonders for your little one! We were you! We have a little one who is allergic to: all dairy, eggs, nuts, soy sensitive, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc. He was exclusively BF.

but about 5 mos in his reflux became even worse than it was before. he was having constant bms. losing weight. the works. We didn’t land on alimentum until about 9-10mos. but it was a lifesaver!!!!! Thankfully our ped had TONS of samples to share with us at each visit.

but even still. we spent an arm and two legs on this stuff. BUT-we’d do it again, in a second! Also-the ready to feed is exponentially better than the powdered mix. From one mama to another. this is a hard shift.

At the time of this review, our son has been on the RTF alimentum for 3 weeks. Before that we have tried almost every formula under the similac brand Elecare which was a HARD no for us as this caused him to choke on his mucus after just one feeding.

Our formula graveyard is quite large but I think we have finally found the one. If you are on the fence, just try one bottle. RTF does not have Casein in it and Alimentum powder does, so our son couldnt even have the powder form.

It was a nightmare. He has had skin issues and major reflux including projectile vomiting with some of the formulas we have tried like pro advance. The soy/isomil made him constipated and really strain to poop.

There were pros and cons to every one we tried. We have been supplementing with formula since day 1 and went to all formula in late March. We have seen specialists and allergists, but nothing was working.

This formula plus Tubby Todd products on his skin (if you dont know, run, dont walk) work wonders for our little guy. Very little spit up if any in a whole day and his skin issues have cleared up so much.

He was spitting up every feeding all day long to the point where he wasnt gaining weight. Some people say the cost is up there but its the same cost as if you were to buy an expensive coffee or lunch for yourself every day.

If it works for your child the way it did for ours, it was a no brainer. I would say the only inconvenience is Walmart is the only brand that sells in a 6 pack and I wish there was more than 6!! We just end up buying 2 cases for us and daycare.

Walmart by far has the best price and quick delivery. Hope this helps other parents like us who were truly lost before trying the RTF. Im so relieved we found one that works!!.

My baby boy was a premie and was given Neosure by hospital, everything was great until 2 weeks later when his poops practically stopped and he turned into an angry fussy baby. I tried gripe water and homemade enemas(q-tip lubricated with petroleum jelly) to try and stimulate a bowel movement but nothing worked.

So I tried this formula and literally within hours of drinking, instant poop!! I have never in my life been that happy to see a poopy diaper! The formula shortage makes this hard to come by sometimes so I have to substitute it with Similac sensitive but I’m so thankful this saved my baby and saved me too for that matter.

My son is 4 months now and he still uses it but now I add a pinch of cereal and a scoop of pear baby food to thicken.

My son has CMPA and we couldn’t find the formula our Pediatrician recommended. We found this formula and decided to try it out along with a generic brand. We started off mixing it with breastmilk, and gradually kept reducing the amount of breastmilk to get him used to the taste.

It smells horrid, but I haven’t found a hypoallergenic formula that doesn’t smell. Overall this formula has worked the best for our little guy. We found that this mixes easily, we use room temp water and a blender bottle.

It mixes much better than the generic formulas we’ve tried. I’m not sure why people think this is watered down. Maybe they’re not adding enough formula? It’s 1 scoop per 1 ounce of water.

My LO has extreme eczema which made makes her stay up all night and unable to get rest. Our first recommended product was soy milk formula, but after a while it made her eczema much worse. I did some research and found this product (Extensive HA) to be hypoallergenic.

I gave this a try for 1 week and to my surprise my LO was able to get deep sleep and eats very well. I had some concern with her stool being dark green, but overall if my baby is happy then I’m also happy.

Who ever is the genius behind this product. Thank you. It cleared up her eczema gradually and I hope this continues. I do have some concerns with the consistency of the product. 1 scoop seems too watery, although it does mimic a mother’s milk.

I’d recommend this product to whom ever is suffering from eczema.

As the baby formula shortage worsens, the only thing that was available was gerber baby extensive ha. I decided to give it a try. Anyway I had no other option. Even the store brands were gone. The only thing my daughter would drink was ready to feed nutramigen (she wouldn’t drink the powder version for some reason) but I’d been forced to move to Extensive HA and honestly she drinks it and doesn’t complain.

I’ve even noticed that she doesn’t spit up as often anymore even without the rice cereal. She seems to be a better baby on it even. No crying, fussing, or gases. It’s a great formula.

My son was having terrible reflux, gas pains, belly discomfort, congestion etc with anything dairy, even nutramigen. We first tried a different soy formula which caused severe constipation (think pellets), decided to try this one and has been phenomenal for him!! No reflux, gas pains, congestion has cleared up etc.

He also poops great with this. I still give him one ounce of pear juice a day as I found that makes it even better to move his stools. He has been the healthiest and happiest with this.

My daughter had a sever reaction to milk based formula. My pediatrician recommended Nutramigen, and my wallet screamed. Thankfully, my mom found “Parents Choice Hypoallergenic” and I almost cried. It’s a little bit less than half of the competitions price.

The scooping on Nutramigen says a packed scoop, while this isn’t. That so far is the only difference I’ve noticed. This has helped my little girl immensely. The only downside to this formula is the smell.

and it comes out the other end smelling the same way. Luckily, I was able to transition her with the little bit of breast milk I had. (2 oz BM 2 oz formula) and slowly increased until she was only formula.

I think this helped with the “taste” because I can only imagine it tastes the same way it smells. I was skeptical of trying an “off brand” but this truly has helped not only my baby but my wallet. Highly recommend if your little is sensitive like mine.

I was so excited when i saw this product on the shelf because it is a whole 10 dollars less than Similac Alimentum. When it mixes well with the water it works great! No tummy troubles and my baby likes the taste.

However sometimes the formula powder clumps up bad when it is added to the water and it makes for a very upset mommy and baby! The formula that is clumping up isnt getting sucked in and so its not meeting her nutritional needs.

And on top of that, when a clump gets stuck in the nipple you have to try and declog the nipple with a cryjng baby and its a whole mess. I had to put a fork inside of my baby’s bottle and use it as a whisk to try and get those clumps out.

Not every bottle I’ve made with this powder has given me such bad clumps, most of the bottles havent, but when it does happen here and there, its such an awful pain. I really wanted to like this product too.

This would be my new brand of formula if fixed.

I was honestly scared to go outside the traditional brands but I couldn’t help it. I’ve tried pro sensitive, sensitive, gentle and switched brands. I came across this because of some research and figured to try a little can.

Prior to trying this formula my baby was gassy, constipated and fussy. I needed to find something that was going to work. Nothing, was helping until I made the switch! I saw a change within 24hrs. I say the 4th bottle.

His poo was soft. He was still was crying because that’s what he was use too. I would say about two days after he stopped crying when he would go poo. He wasn’t fussy and he could sleep through the night.

I also noticed his skin clearing up too. His face had bumps and Doctor said eczema. When I made the switch his faced cleared up. I am impressed with this formula and if I can help another family with my experience.

So my son was born 2 weeks early and was not breathing on his own after birth. He was on cpap ventilators & then oxygen tubing. Since he was also born with other complications he had to stay in hospital as I went home.

I was breastfeeding to help him get back on track doctors said that is what was best for him. I knew I did not want to breast feed at all but because of his complications at birth I decided I would pump and bring milk to hospital for him.

I breastfed my older daughter exclusively for 2 years and I just didn’t wanna do that with my son I just hated sitting for prolonged periods of time how often I had to feed and I think I just stuck it out so long cause of the guilt and shame society puts on moms who choose to bottle feed these days.

The hospital he was born at on maui Hawaii only gave similac and after hearing so much about recalls but not yet researching I was so afraid. The Similac seemed to upset him further so I just pumped and pumped I was exhausted after having my 2nd csection to be pumping so often and washing all the parts.

So he got worse and was transferred to Oahu Hawaii hospital because rather have neonatal icu which we don’t have on maui. And they give enfamil there they immediately gave him neuro pro yellow can and the breast milk on top of that and he changed over the next week gained all his weight back was content and happy.

I love this formula so much. I love that it’s non gmo and has prebiotics! I and purchased a organic formula I wanted to love but when I tried to give to him it gave him a horrible Rash and gas and he was sooo upset and uncomfortable.

I switched back to enfamil and again he over night changed into a happy baby. No Rash, hardly any spit up no gas and seems to be flourishing. I freaking love enfamil! So glad I found this through hospital on Oahu Hawaii.

They really are a game changer I will use for him now till he is done bottle feeding and will recommend and use for all my future baby’s! Awesome design on the tub too has little Slot for the Scooper So U dont have stick ur hands and dig into powder and always is consistent in color and smell.

This formula has been a game changer for us. It’s not an exaggeration when I say that I have spent hours upon hours researching formulas and reading reviews. I told myself when I finally found the right formula that I would write a review in hopes of helping someone else.

My son was diagnosed with acid reflux at three weeks old, and put on Pepcid along with levsin as needed. His pediatrician put him on Similac Alimentum, not only was it outrageously expensive, it made him projectile vomit.

I then tried Gerber Goodstart soothepro due to the hydrolyzed milk protein and pre and probiotics in the formula. It was awful, he developed a rash, and horribly painful and awful smelling bowel movements, all signs of gut issues.

I decided that we would try soy, I was desperate for him to feel better. He did somewhat better with soy but still spit up, and stopped gaining weight, I worried he wasn’t getting the nutrients he needed so I went back to cow’s milk, Similac total comfort.

It was awful, hurt his stomach, bad gas, constantly spitting up, terrible rash. I was about to go back to soy and I decided I’d give cow’s milk formula one more try and try Enfamil AR. I’m so thankful I did.

He rarely spits up, no more rashes, his gut is finally straightened out. He’s a totally different baby. I know every baby is different and what works for some, won’t work for others, but if you’re back and forth on which added rice formula to use, Enfamil AR has the least amount of ingredients of all the ones on the market.

When it comes to formula less is more. We are so thankful for this formula!.

My son was moved over to this formula at around 6 weeks old, for the first 3 weeks he was breastfed but he was a miserable little boy, constantly acting like he was in pain, very gassy, flaky inflamed skin on his forehead and generally a very moody baby, having already had 2 children, I had said from the start this isn’t right something’s wrong, eventually moved onto bottle feeding incase it was my diet and to be able to get some rest as the more upset he was the more he fed.

No change after 2 weeks and a LOT of research of his very specific symptoms (all bar one of which indicated colic but I’ve had experience with colicky babies – I knew it wasn’t that) eventually approached my gp at 6 weeks and asked to try this Neocate as his symptoms seemed to indicate a CMA.

Within 24 hours we had a different baby. He was smiling, talking, and happy. His skin was cleared up within 48hrs and he was and still is a very happy contented baby, a complete and utter contrast to the first 6 weeks of his life he spent basically screaming and writhing in pain.

So grateful for this product.

My daughter has a milk protein allergy, and she screamed for the first 8 weeks all day every day until we tried Neocate. She is no longer constantly in pain, and she is a healthy and happy baby. However, at $50 a can it is certainly not affordable for most.

Luckily, our insurance covers 80%. 100% recommend to those with little ones who have a milk protein allergy!.

This baby formula is great for babies who refuse to eat or who are underweight. My daughter had extreme eczema, to the point where her skin would feel like a hard shell. She had a steroid rebound and was admitted into the hospital.

She lost five pounds because the steroids and antibiotics took away her appetite. Her doctor put her on neocate during her hospital stay. Before neocate, she wouldn’t drink anything. Instantly, her appetite picked up and she was feeling better.

By the time we left the hospital, my daughter had gained all of her weight back. Thank you so much for making this formula. Without it, my daughter wouldn’t have gained her weight back. Easily Digested It went down pretty smoothly.

She didn’t experience much reflux with this formula and it helped her gain weight. Ease of Preparation Very easy to prep. Just add the proper amount of water based on the package or by the request of your doctor.

Received a sample from our Pediatrician after being told about his stool, vomiting and stomach issues. Switched from Gerber Good Start Soothepro and its been a game changer he is poppin daily vs. 3 days and hard stools.

After the first feeding it was night and day he calmed down and by a day and half soft poop and its been 3 days but i feel I have a whole new baby. No more colic calm, mommy bliss gripe water, culterelle prebiotic drops.

Which can add up as well. We have tried Similac Soy, Pro Sensitive and then Gerber. I’m so glad she put him on it and yes its expensive but no sleep and crankiness I will take anyday. I think my first born should have been on this vs.

Pro-Senstive, gripe water, prebotic drops. It appears she had lactose intolerance vs. Just discovering when she hit 1 yrs old.

My son is 6 months old and for the first time he has stopped screaming for hours on end, knees are no longer in his chest do to belly pains, he is no longer vomiting throughout the day and night and he is actually able to lay down to sleep, all due to this formula.

Until now nothing has worked at all. I was breast feeding which caused this agony, removing dairy from my diet, removing any trigger foods. Eventually I had to stop breast feeding as my lack of diet, to see if we can decrease my sons discomfort, caused me to become anemic and lose a significant amount of weight.

We tried several formulas recommended by doctors/ nutritionist and nothing work. Finally this formula was a life saver. My son actually sleeps, laughs, smiles he has a personality that no one could see before as he was literally miserable and in agony.

I have checked from Philadelphia to Florida across the entire country to Seattle, and nothing. Now my son is back on another formula and he is so sick like he was 6 weeks ago. My heart aches for him, his 3 yr old brother is in tears seeing his brother this way, yet nothing has changed with Enfamil to rectify this issue.

I am truly disheartened as a mother and a pediatric nurse. Shameful that the company cannot provide any relief to our babies.

Expensive, but worth every penny. We suspected our baby had a cows milk sensitivity just after one week on formula (reflux, excessive gas, frequent BM’s, some diarrhea, super fussy) and switched her to nutramigen.

Didn’t see any improvements in her symptoms and switched to soy. Saw little to no improvement on the soy and BMs were only every 3-4 days, so we switched her to kabrita which is a goats milk based formula that still has some cows milk in it.

7 days later she was covered in hives. Her pediatrician recommended the puramino formula. We switched and within 24-48 hours she has been a completely different baby. She is so much more peaceful and content.

Hasn’t had any crying fits and her reflux has been much more manageable. 10/10 would recommend if you suspect your baby has an allergy or is extremely fussy. This formula has been an answered prayer and a game changer so far.

Well worth the money to see your little on relaxed and comfortable. My only regret is not switching to this formula sooner.

My child went through so many formulas prior to starting PurAmino. This formula has been the ONLY one to work for her. s. The soy made my baby so constipated (even with prune juice and probiotics) that eventually she stopped pooping and would not keep her bottles down.

Now, as my baby is 7 months and has been on this formula for 3 months, we cannot obtain this product AT ALL. There is no other options as Elecare is recalled (Similac’s version). ABSOLUTELY NO Pharmacy or Dept Store will order this (they say they can’t because the supplier is out of stock), they’re out of stock on this website and other websites, even her Doctor’s office is unable to request any.

If only they would produce enough for the demand of this product. I would recommend this product, but since no one can obtain this product I wouldn’t subject another mother to start her baby on this when they are not able to continue on it.

This formula has been working really well for my baby. She has a very severe milk protein allergy and we tried multiple formulas before this one, she was miserable before and is a whole new baby now.

My only frustration is the worry that comes with getting the formula as it is frequently out of stock and hard to find anywhere but on this site.

My son uses this formula. Due to his heart condition, he has difficulty eating. This has helped him be able to gain weight and get calories that his body needs. He has to have it given through his feeding tube.

The taste does not seem appealing, but he has grown so much since being on this formula.

This stuff is great, not to mention the fact the only thing my kid was not allergic to had to be this sawdust suppliment. Smells bad costs the earth without a prescription basicly need 2 full time job just to keep your kids fed on this stuff apart from that its great.

When I ordered, I was very nervous because I only had a few days left of formula to give to my daughter. She has a milk allergy and can only eat Neocate Amino Acid based formula. I mentioned this in my comments when I purchased the case of Neocate and the seller took it upon himself to ship it in 2 business days.

I literally received the package with only one bottle left to feed my daughter! I cried I was so happy! The product was sealed and in great condition!.

This formula is hands down the best! My daughter has horrible acid reflux and formula allergies. This has calmed her stomach and she is finally going to the bathroom, passing gas and eating pain free.

This formula is a game changer! My girl tried so many formulas after she was born (I never produced milk) and each one would cause different side effects, I truly felt like I failed, not able to breastfeed and the formulas I gave her made her sick or gave her rashes.

We are so thankful that Enfamil makes an outstanding product!.

My baby recently got diagnosed with a milk allergy so we had to stop using the enfamil gentlease neuropro product. We contacted enfamil and they were able to stop our old formula order and help us get some of this formula after we used it from a local grocery store.

Enfamil representatives are so helpful and provide wonderful customer service. They have been so accommodating with our daughters issue and having to change formulas. This formula has been great since we started it last night she’s been feeling so much better.

She’s eating better and her stomach is not upset. Thanks to enfamil this process has been incredibly smooth.

My baby has always been on the Enfamil Gentlease. Recently, gas and spitting up has been a major issue so his doctor recommended this soy formula in case he was developing an allergy to the milk protein in the Gentlease.

I myself am lactose intolerant and was on soy formula as a baby and must drink soy milk today. So I bought the ready made liquid bottle of the soy and gave it a try. He took it and did very well, no gas, no spitting up, no crying due to stomach issues.

until he didn’t poop. Which he always poops once a day and it’s the same consistency every time. After two days on the soy formula, he screamed like I have never heard a baby scream for hours on end and he pushed and grunted trying to poop until he was purple in the face.

He managed to pass a very small, rock hard stool that was basically a pebble. This continued for an entire day until I started giving him the Gentlease again. He finally cleared the constipation later and was able to go normally again.

I would not have even tried this product if I would’ve known the consequences. Close friends with babies have told me that the same thing happened to their babies when they tried the soy formula. Sadly, it seemed to work until it didn’t.

I don’t usually write reviews. I read a lot, but don’t write a lot. However, I’m very passionate about formula feeding, so I hope this review helps someone who’s looking to purchase this specific brand.

Let me start off by saying, this is a great substitute for Similac Alimentum and Nutramigen. My son was on Alimentum up until 11 months and then *boo you Similac* (recall). We switched to this formula because other than Nutramigen, there is no other powder formula that’s similar to Alimentum.

Also, this is clearly cheaper (win!!!). I’m a huge fan of off brand formula. I didn’t notice any hesitation by son to guzzle this down, so it must be similar in taste as well! But, y’all. This formula DOES NOT mix well.

You cannot just put this in a bottle and shake/mix it up. The formula doesn’t dissolve, it sticks to the sides of the bottle/inside bottle parts, and chunks immediately sink to the bottom or float to the top.

You will literally mix this until your wrists are SCREAMING, and it still won’t be mixed completely. If you are going to use this formula, I HIGHLY suggest buy a Dr. Brown’s formula pitcher. Personally, I think all formula feeding families should have one, but especially if you’re using this brand.

You will still have to mix it in the pitcher for much longer than other brands, but it will eventually mix and get rid of all the clumps of formula. Would I purchase this again for future babies? ABSOLUTELY! It’s a great price for a very specific type of formula.

Don’t let it’s inability to not mix as well as other brands scare you. But don’t let it shock you either… I mean, I did leave this review ;).

At first I was so happy to have found this formula. Cost efficient compared similac Alimentum. We switched because of the powder recall with Alimentum and I could not find it anywhere on the shelves or online in-stock and was desperate for formula as I had been searching for a week.

He drank it no problems , and seemed to be adjusting fine, regular poops and all. It’s been 2 weeks but the spit up with this formula is horrible. If your baby struggles with acid reflux it may be something to think about.

The spit up is way more significant to this formula and I mean 6-10 times a day vs 2-4 on Alimentum. He had colic but we thought he was outgrowing it until recently , the spit up causes severe acid reflux which is a huge contributor to his colic.

Overall a great value and product, but not the perfect fit for our baby. 3 stars, does not mix at all by hand but mixes better in brezza than alemintum. The Acidity in this one might be higher than alimentum or might reflect nutramagen ingredients.

I love that Target has an alternative which is less expensive than the Similac version. My friend had tried several formulas before finding this one. Her baby seems to love the taste more. It’s hypoallergenic for babies who have a cows milk allergy.

Since switching to this her baby is not colic any longer, not gassy, the rash has finally went away that was on the babies face chin and torso. The only con to this formula is it doesn’t mix as well as other brands.

By using warm water it seems to help, and if there’s any bubbles of formula you can use a fork to mix. she mixes several bottles for him prior to night time, so it’s not inconvenient. Simply put the bottle into a glass of warm water and it’s good to go.

I certainly do recommend giving this a try! It alleviates colic, and has probiotics to help support digestive health and DHA for brain support Also there’s no artificial growth hormones! FUN FACT — Corn Syrup Solids are not the same ingredient as High Fructose Corn Syrup!.

My new born has been exclusively on formula due to my wife’s milk not coming in(didnt for my first born either). On regular similac, similac sensitive, and enfamil gentilease, she had the worst gas pains, crazy colicky behavior, and screaming green poopy experiences.

Since changing to this product we noticed an incredible difference right away, but wasn’t perfect. Slowly though over the course of 10 days on the new formula she has gotten better and better. Poopy is mustard color, gas is a lot less and not noticeably painful.

She has gotten less and less colicky as the days have gone on. We also switched to premie nipples which helped slow the flow and eliminate the choking/crying fits while eating(possible reflux not sure) and tired her out better.

Bottom line is this stuff is magic and I wouldn’t recommend anything else. It smells a little different then reg formula, but she took to it without a problem. Good luck and congrats to all the new parents out there.

I hope my review helps in some way. It was a scary and concerning first 4 weeks of our babies life. This formula was a game changer for us.

We were so thrilled to find high quality, in stock hypoallergenic formula for our 5 month old with a milk protein allergy. She is mostly BF but we have started to supplement at least one bottle, usually two, daily, to keep up with her hunger.

We were using Enfomil’s Nutramagin, but I wanted something without the corn syrup etc. and felt limited by her allergy to use a formula with better ingredients. After a little research we found this and transitioned her to it.

She has done very well on it, but I have noticed an increase in her gas. She does seem a little fussier, but it could also be because she is getting more formula in general, since my supply has not been able to keep up with her.

Since she has the allergy, I was worried about a major reaction and thank goodness she did not have one. You can almost just tell that the quality is better than the Nutramagin by looking at it. Love this website and it shipped very quickly.

Arrived unscathed. All expiration dates were over a year out. If we don’t end up using it all we will donate it, but wanted to stock up in light of the crumbling United States of Catholicism.

Perfect for our little one. She was colicky and had a rash on her face spreading down her torso. We were supplementing breast milk with gentlease since we left the hospital. Once I stopped producing breast milk at 3 weeks her rash worsened, looked less like baby acne and more like eczema.

Gave the gentle ease a good 6 weeks before switching to this formula. I researched the types of formula. I went ahead and tried this one instead of switching to different “gentle” brands that have different amounts of lactose and whey protein.

etc. Within 12-24 hours her rash started improving. After 24 hours she started sleeping between feedings. Before she had a lot of inconsolable crying. We now have a routine down, now that’s she’s sleeping.

Her stools are more regular. She was only pooping once every 24-36 hrs before this formula. It’s possible that her gut is maturing as well. We did start the formula between 6-8 weeks old. Either way.

It has improved everything. After 1 week her rash is completely gone. We are very happy parents. The formula is super clumpy if your shaking your bottles. We use dr browns pitcher, works great, no clumps in the milk.

I received this as a complimentary to test. This is 100% my own review and opinion. This upup hypoallergenic infant baby formula powder with iron is a really good and nutritional baby formula. It really is good for babies that have very sensitive stomachs.

There hasn’t been any issues or problems since it has been used. Sometimes you need to shake the bottle for a couple minutes and shake it a little harder than usual and that will help with the chunks that are left if you don’t shake it a little longer.

This formula really helps those sensitive stomachs. I really like the ingredients in this formula and it supports your baby’s immunity. I definitely will be purchasing this baby formula again. I highly recommend this formula to everyone.

I recently got sample from the insiders I was really happy to try this as was perfect time to move on to new and milk they loved it ,I have 3 children who drink this milk twin girls age one and 23month old boy.

SMA pro toddler milk is for toddlers from age 1 to 3 it is full of vitamins and minerals to support growth in toddlers even with a healthy diet it makes me feel better to give them this milk knowing that im giving them what they need including iron, omega3 and 6, lodine, vitiman d and calcium.

Inside my pack it got a 1lt carton, 400g grams tin and some small cartons. The tin was perfect for home use and the others I used when out and about and at friends’ houses over Christmas. I wouldn’t normally buy readymade milks but it was really handy when going out especially with twins.

Carrying everything with twins and a toddler can be a struggle too however these fit nicely in my changing bag. When traveling in the car for long journeys SMA pro readymade make it one less thing to think about just pour in to the bottle and saved mess of spilling the powder everywhere ,I do this all the time when rushing or half asleep it’s easy to make a mess with the powder when making bottles and of cause the spillages is another job you have to clean up.

my only problem my 2 year old squeezed the carton and got it all down his this has been an issue with cartons since I was young he wasn’t to know I did end up putting it in his own drink bottle just to save the mess but he is still young so I kinda expected it not to got too well.

Instructions are on the packaging they are easy to read and understand to guide you through steps. I find this is a quality milk from SMA which contains lots of nutrition which a 1-3 year olds need none of them had tried toddler milk before my little boy drinks cows milk but the girls don’t.

Unfortunately my little boy didn’t like this milk at all however used it to make the transition to new milk for my 1 year old twins which went down a treat it was easy and I now use this as their main milk and It was also on offer at Tesco at £7.

50 per tin so I stocked up I think I got 12 tins in total when u have twins and go through a big £10 tin every 2. 5 days that saving is amazing amount they also have good shelf life if unopened. I trust SMA as a brand because of their long lasting experience and research in babies.

What a great way to celebrate my baby’s first birthday with SMA Pro Campaign thanks to The Insiders UK. It even has a towel with SMA Pro logo printed on it for every toddler participant, it is beautiful!! SMA Pro was also recommended by my friends who are already using it, but I was a bit hesitant to use it, as I have never change the milk brand for any of my children.

It happened that I had an appointment with my Health Visitor where I got to discuss this with her, in which she said: “ as long as your child accepts the milk is fine to move on to a different brand”.

For starters I tried giving her in a small quantity, just to see if she like the taste of it, after 2 to 3 tries she started liking it and now she drinks without any issues, she absolutely loves it. The milk tastes very sweet almost like the vanilla milkshake (I am not sure) but It does taste good, I hope she doesn’t get the sweet tooth.

I am very impressed with SMA Pro milk range as they have lots of options available. They have 400 to 800g powder with easy to open the lid, they also have big cartons of 1litre ready to use milk for those rush time preparations and can be stored for up to 48 hours in the fridge once opened, little cartons of 200ml with straw for your out and about time.

It does make life easy for mothers. I like the fact that SMA Pro contains Calcium & Vitamins A&C and Omega 3 & 6 essential fatty acids which are necessary for baby/toddler development especially for fussy eaters.

I give my daughter twice a day one in the afternoon and other before going to bed, and she drinks every single drop. The only negative thing that I found is, that they have provided a scoop for the 400g powder tin but its right at the bottom of the tin ( at first I thought they forgot to put one inside, but after finishing half of the tin I discover the scoop) it would be nice if they put one on top so parents don’t have to dig for treasure, apart from that we love this product.

I have already recommended to my family and friends and I do recommend to other parents by our own experience using this product.
