I’m conflicted on this product—-I love the design but stitching needs to be much reinforced especially if you are doing lateral work or spins. It’s pretty pricey to have stitching fray after several months.

I probably should be sending this evaluation to classic equine.

The spiral bound format is great to use in the exercise ring. Makes it easy to turn to each page as you need it. The illustrations are very helpful and I like the do’s and don’ts that help you know if you are doing each thing the correct way.

The only thing I found distracting is that the exercises seem to be somewhat progressive. The exercises refer to previous pages, so I was flipping back and forth to find the exercise that is referenced.

It’s a good resource if you ride alone and want to fine tune both you and your horse and have some fun doing it. It would be great if you can video tape yourself as you are working on these exercises.

Even a large, shatter proof mirror would help so you can compare yourself to the illustrations.

this is a great book with tons of pictures and diagrams. It gives you a large variety of excercises and drills that you can work on with your horse, and maximize your arena or limited riding area. These exercises will help you be focused, and give purpose to your riding routine, as well as engage your horse mentally so that you aren’t doing the same things all the time.

I have been using these for about 3 weeks now. I have used another brand (2 actually) that I do like, one pair got shredded by Rocky’s friend, repaired, and eventually tossed. Still have one pair of the old set, which so work great, but I have noticed he will adjust them sometimes during the night and then front coverage was not happening.

Also I was having trouble with our caretakers putting them on backwards which does no good for bedsore protection. I think I am going to have them use these now, as I have tested them and I have been happy with their performance so far, no new bedsores, bedding seems to fall out the bottom, which I was worried about.

The Velcro it VERY sticky. I don’t know how they will do for outside application, will he get gravel stuck in them? IDK. I will test that in the spring. Definitely a great though odd looking product, I am very happy I decided to try these.

I’ve been purchasing these for YEARS (literally). They’re EXCELLENT quality & SAFE to wear 24-7, which is why I’ve purchased so many. If your horse gets sores or wounds (like mine) in this area, PLEASE purchase these! They’re SAFE & EFFECTIVE! If your horse is starting out with sores, you can even put their topical “thick” medication (or whatever YOU use) on the sore and STILL put these on after.

They’re loose enough most of the medication will STAY ON, no rubbing, NO PRESSURE on sore(s), and no pressure or stress especially on tendons, ligaments or joints. Also, if you live in or near a wet area, and the horse gets into deep mud somewhere, the design allows heavy mud to just fall through, which is especially imperative for the horse to not have to struggle with the mud suction and weight.

Don’t have to worry about THESE adding pressure on tendons, ligaments or joints. These have ALWAYS been good, and have a tough, heavy “canvass” exterior for protection, but they started using a little heavier (but still still much softer) material on the inside a while ago, and it seems to have improved durability, and they stay “up” (structurally) longer because of it.

I CAN’T SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THEM! They’re simple to put on and take off, and they’re labeled “left” and “right”. By the time the labeling wears off, it won’t matter because by then you’ll already easily know which is which (yes, it matters) Take them off for grooming (or at least inspect underneath JUST IN CASE.

I was skeptical of these because they are open at the top and I thought they would fill with bedding and be uncomfortable. They do collect a little bedding sometimes, but not much, and it doesn’t pack inside the boots, it’s just loose in there.

I think the boots work well and they don’t cause any issues themselves. We’ve been using them for a couple of weeks and will continue. They are very well made.

These boots are going to be great protection from horse’s hind feet striking the front legs tendons. The back legs I purchased legacy 2 hind boots & I like to mix up style of boots to best suit my horses needs.

Plus the stripes & stars pattern is very cute!.

Really like these! They are thinner than a lot Of other boots, but they still deliver great protection. They also look fantastic, I love the turquoise slab color, and I like the Velcro tabs are not so long that your wrestling with them forever.

They are just the right length to do the job! Highly recommend!.

Great product. Really seems to cradle the fetlock. I like the rubber splint that helps align the boot to the leg by fitting in the tendon groove. QUALITY materials and craftsmanship. Sure to keep my boy’s legs healthy as he suffered a ddft injury a year ago.

Very good product of high quality. Its light weight and the holes allow the swimmer to have confortability and security while exercising the legs. On top of that, due to the material which is made of, it seems to be very durable and resistent.

Besides it, it has some warning on the back, which is written in many languages so that it provides its users to have access to information. All in all, it is a very good product, and useful to any kind of athlete, amateur or profesional.

Nice with the holes taken out for the hands. Can just as well be held at the far end of the plate. Fills its function gallantly.

Love it. Comfy to use and the colour is great. Fits in my swim bag easy too since its a little shorter than some competitor models.

If you purchased a Sunjoy Summer Breeze gazebo from Amazon then this is the “real” replacement canopy cover for it. Tried a few that were not from Sunjoy only to find none fit correctly. After reaching out to Sunjoy they confirmed this was the correct one for my particular gazebo and they were absolutely correct.

Feels comfortable, does the job well enough to deserve a 4 star. But, I wish it was fitting a bit tighter.

I purchased 2 pair of these to alternate using for fox hunting. The first pair was great, and still works fine after multiple uses. With the second pair, after the first use, the stitching around one of the rubber cups was undone over half of the boot.

The shoe repair shop was able to stitch it back. I don’t think this happened on the hunt, so I think there may have been a defect that I didn’t check for before using. They do clean well and have performed their job.

My horse is a draft cross with large feet and ankles and they do fit her.

I have tall colts (15. 2-15. 3 hands) and this riding block was sufficient is lessening the amount of space I need to reach the stirrup. Previously attempting to climb on them required the skills of a gymnast, contortionist, and some super human powers to boost me up there.

I have seen an improvement in their backs since using it, as I am no longer having to pull myself up from as far, which I assume has lessened the torque on their backs.

My dog can no longer jump into the SUV. A bit of training and he walks right up the stairs to the back seat. Only weighs 12 pounds so it’s easy on me too! Thrilled this worked out because those ramps are impossible for large breeds.

I bought this mounting block because the horses I ride, as well as those of us who ride them, are getting on in years, and this block allows us to mount with little effort and much less torque on the saddle, making it a lot more comfortable for all of us.

The block is lightweight, yet sturdy, and easy to move. My only complaint is the hole in it that allowed it to fill with rain during a heavy storm, that is not in a location to allow the water to drain out, so I had to drill a better hole.

I thought it was great. The quality was excellent. Unfortunately it was too short for my 4 year old Arabian/Saddlebred gelding. He’s already 15. 3 hands. Y’all didn’t have it in a larger size so I ended up buying another brand pad from NRS.

I bought this pad as an alternative to a more expensive wool pad. My horse has a high wither and we trail ride mostly on the weekends but 3-4 hours at a time in all terrains. Pad fits my horse perfectly, pad does not slip, wicks the sweat away and has not come apart in any fashion.

I am 5’2″ and my horse is 15. 2 hands and I get on him from the ground and the saddle and pad never slip. I have hung this pad on the fence and sprayed it down with a power washer and woolite. It takes a long time to dry but it comes out just fine, the leathers were a little rough after being soaked but with some leather treatment they smoothed right back down.

Love the pad, good product for the money and it was the only one I could find short enough in length for my horse all the others were to long and hit him in the flanks. Durability: 5.

My horse has a high wither, My saddle was actually for a horse slightly bigger than her, and I finally got around to getting a decent pad. I have heard from several trainers in clinics, that 100% wool felt, is the way to go.

I have to agree. Even when working out, she now sweats less under the saddle than before. I cant say she does, or doesnt enjoy it more, as she never was one to make a fuss anyway. But, her withers fit nicely into the cut out, and it sits so much better on her back.

I have only had a it a few weeks, but, I am already trying to get the wife to buy one of these for her horse, whom she is training a great deal. Worth the money, probably a better deal than some of the pricier ones I have seen, which are fancier yes, but, not much better.

Its a good thick pad, and one of my better decisions.

My horses love this product for scratching themselves on. It’s safe and they have never cut themselves. I have another one I’ve had for several years that is still in like new condition even with daily use from eight horses.

worked really good with my horse, she uses it all the time. Only thing after time it splits, and there is no way of fixing that. I have to look to get her another one. Not cheap, but works. I put two one above the other on the corner of her barn.

She scratches her butt and her head on two diff ones. I believe she loves them. Tired of splinters in her body/neck. :).

I have a horse with very sensitive back legs as he is an OTTB; so it’s not uncommon that his legs sometimes fill while being stabled. He hates any kind of boots on his hind legs and would kick out at people standing close to him if we put anything on.

I eventually left his hind legs bare for last year’s show jumping competition season despite the fact that he moves very close behind. This season he will be jumping the 1. 20m classes on grass and will need studs; and thus hind boots will be necessary for protection.

Worked perfectly for my gelding who doesn’t like polos on his hind legs. This is a well made product. (Cob was a little small but he is generally between sizes so I usually go smaller so if it doesn’t fit him the other smaller horses can have them.

My friend got me a pair and i just love them!!! I just love them,they are perfect for jumping,and very durable. I am going to get other pairs and i think they are very very cheap. I sometimes use them in competitions and they look great.

You can also use them for regular schooling classes. I jump over 1meter so my horse needs good protection and these are great. They are also very pretty and stylish. Everybody loves them at the stable i ride in.

These are also great if you are a beginner jumper. I’ve tried zoo many different boots and these are one of my favorites. They also make a great birthday or christmas gift for riders. I can’t believe how durable they are for the price.

I have had a pair of these in white that I’ve shown my reiner in for several years. They are not only good protection, but wear well, and are good looking on. The best feature is they clean up easily and ready for the next day without having to totally be washed and hung to dry.

Many of the sports boots collect dirt and can get really dirty fast. I was so pleased with the white ones, that I just bought a black pair for my buckskin horse. I used them for the first time and had the same great results!.

These front splint boots are super! The smalls fit my fine legged mare really great and the Velcro system is the easiest Ive had to put them on and take them off. but once on, they stay put. They have similar-hard shields on back and inside which offer great protection and they have ample padding.

They are new, but look very rugged like they will our last others Ive had.

They used to sell these boots in other colors and we have 6 pairs in the barn!! when i first started showing my mare i was determined to find a turquoise pair for jumping and these came out. Great protection around the tendon and splint area.

Shopped around for some decent boots for my daughters older barrel horse and wanted to test out the durability of the Relentless brand. So far after one season these have held up nicely and are made very well.

I have had these boots for about a year now and I use them daily. They look like they are brand new even after 1 year of use! They do not fade or tear. I use them for flat work, cross country schooling, jumping, and dressage.

The only problem was the fact that the Velcro straps were a little long and came a couple off inches off my horses legs, but I cut the extra Velcro off with scissors and they work perfectly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these boots.

This product seems fairly well made & the price was right, which is why I gave it a good rating. However, we purchased these for our 12 hand high pony and they are entirely too large. I wish the website would have included the actual measurements of the product instead of just labeling itmes as S,M,L.

I would have returned them but, my daughter used them so we will just try to sell them locally for half price.

These were bought as a Birthday present and as yet not been worn. On inspection the quality is good and well put together.

I have a hard to fit horse, big shoulders, high thin wither and then a flat back. He also drops weight during any stressful times. This saddle has been perfect for him! The changeable gullet is a huge perk and it fits him beautifully.

It’s also super comfortable. The only slight downfall is ot looks worn in already onlu after 30 rides, but that doesnt really natter to me. Overall very pleased with this saddle!.

I got this saddle almost 2 years ago and it still looks brand new! It is genuinely the most comfortable saddle I’ve ever sat on! Just like sitting on pillows! I always get comments on how pretty and comfortable it is whenever someone uses it.

As I said before, I’ve had this for 2 years of constant (6 days a week) riding and it still looks amazing! It has also improved my position considerably, and it’s super light weight (which is always a plus).

I tried 4 saddles on my ottb and nothing fit him right in the shoulder. He has the typical thoroughbred wither but huge shoulders and a wide frame. This saddle fit like a glove and is incredibly comfy to ride in! My previous saddle for years was an Antares and i would choose the arena saddle over my Antares any day.

This saddle is so awesome, I have had it for a little over a year now and it still looks brand new. Fits my 16 hand OTTB mare very well. It is adjustable so that has been very helpful as we build up her topline and put weight on her.

I really really enjoy the adjustable blocks in the front and back. Great for all levels of jumping and some xc too. It has a super great look and is affordable. Love this saddle!.

I got these for my long legged, short body OTTB who has a tendency to kick himself constantly. They fit really well and are easy to put on and take off. They look like they will last a while!

I’m not sure why the horse market seems to no longer offer horse leg boots in different sizes and colors anymore because it’s extremely frustrating. Nonetheless, these boots are great quality but since they’re only one size they’re too big for the horse that I purchased them for.

Luckily, I have another horse they will fit and an older cob-sized set of EquiFit boots that will go for my mare instead.

I was pleasantly surprised when these came in. I bought them just for schooling, and I’m thinking I’ll buy a white pair for shows now. I’m very impressed with how sturdy they are. I also love that you get the full set.

so many boots are sold separately now (and I understand why, but still) so it’s nice to get 4 boots for such a great price. I haven’t had them long enough to comment on durability, but I have no reason to believe they won’t hold up! This set fits my 16.

Very sturdy and durable. I am 5?3? and my biggest horse is a little over 15. 2h and the step works fine. Also excellent for stepping into and out of my pickup truck. Slight disappointment was an ugly, dull finish.

I did not pay attention to that when viewing on line. Aside from that, a good mounting block.

Just the right height for mounting. Very sturdy yet light weight making it easy to take when traveling to trail ride. Makes mounting so much easier, especially when you get a bit older and the spring in your step has left you.

This was the only place I could find that had this mounting block right away. I ordered it through Walmart. I knew I wanted this brand as it is sturdy and the right height. Shipping was very fast; I am very pleased.

Bought this product for the first time in September 2020 and am still using it. I was skeptical at first because I have tried other products similar to this such as Moody Mare and did not see a difference in my mares behavior.

My mare is definitely a mare if you catch my drift. She is grumpy about everything and lets you know. When she is in season she constantly nickers and squats at geldings (unfortunately sometimes even under saddle.

I would hate to see her behavior near a stallion). After being on Leg Up Mare Pellets I noticed an improvement after 6 weeks. Although she still has plenty of attitude (I wouldn’t want it any other way, I am a true mare person at heart) she isn’t constantly in war mode.

Also we can go on nice trail rides with geldings even when she is in season with out her constantly nickering and squatting every two seconds! Needless to say we will definitely continue to use this product!.

I have two horses on this, a 23 year old and a 15 year old. Both do very well. The older horse has some arthritis in his stifles, and this helps a lot. The younger horse’s fetlocks used to click all the time.

Much less often now. The down side of this product is the packaging! These little plastic bags may say they are recyclable but that doesn’t mean it really happens. How about biodegradable bags, buckets, and something that holds all 8 pounds, or all 16 pounds, instead of all the small packaging??.

I have been using this product for over a year. I just haven’t seen results, still no topline and nice shoulders and rumps without also adding exercise to get the muscle. I recently started looking up what horses need per day and found out that this product only supplies 1/2 their daily needs! I am now feeding this 2x per day for horses over 1000 lbs or more.

With 2x per day it’s not as economical because I still have to feed for the other vitamins and minerals not in this product. I’m finishing the bag and discontinuing use. I would recommend that SmartPak have an equine nutritionist on staff.

I’ve started moving away from their products because of this reason.
