Hard to know what to say about a pedal board cause it’s a structure with spaces on it for cables but this one is sturdy and has enough space for 8 average sized pedals. Comes with bag and strap and lots of velcro and decent amount of cable ties.

Everything is well made and doesn’t look cheap. Long lasting I guess. I have a wahwah at the side, were it actually looks good being same height as board, and not on the board itself. As board is slanted I prefer the also slanted nature of the wahwah on floor flat, so my ankle doesnt get strained by an angle on top of an angle.

I am guessing this would put strain on your ankles when using. Flat at the side works for me anyway and also allows me to have 9 pedals all in, 8 on board and one at side. The picture I am including isnt the finished pedal board.

I havent cable tied anything so it will be neater when finished.

These pedals are great!! They are really smooth. Haven’t tried changing out the different cams just been using the clear ones. I come from years of using single Axis Longboard pedals. I got these for 2 reasons.

First is I don’t like the Axis double pedal (unfortunate because I think Axis single pedals are amazing). The connecting bar between pedals is round. You tighten the set screw and the nuts and to me they don’t secure.

If you play hard the bar eventually slips and the slave pedal just drops. Bad if you are playing and can’t stop. This happened to me the first time I played on one. You can tighten the set screw and drum key screws really tight but to me it didn’t work again because they are tightening into a round piece of metal.

These pedals have the connecting bar with flat surfaces where it slots into the mountain and as it slots into each other. When u tighten, you tighten in to flat parts and the rods dont move. A big plus.

The 2nd reason is that they are amazing pedals and feel great. Takes little time to get use going from a direct drive to a chain drive but it its a smooth transition.

This pedal is awesome and it is the next step in Pearl’s evolution. They have improved the pedal for the most part. But lets be clear, this pedal is probabaly only 5-10% quicker than the regular eliminator (as opposed to the 85% quicker claim) and this might just be in my head.

I matched the settings exactly to my old pedal to test this theory. The new spring tension lock is what I’ve been looking for for years! A couple of things that aren’t quite cons but just personal preference.

I still don’t like the quad beater (I didn’t like the old quad beater either) it just doesn’t do anything for me. I use hard felt Gibraltars and surprisingly get more attack and boom then then the plastic side of the quad beater.

The other thing is the cams fit so snuggly, it takes hulk like strength to switch them. Yes this means putting them on and especially removing them is difficult. Which is ok if you don’t switch them often.

But I wouldn’t attempt this in a pinch. You might need to unclamp the pedal from the kick to do this, while the old elims you could just pop them off nice and easy while still attached. I guess this is better than watching the cams fly off mid show.

I’ve seen this happen to other drummers on the old eliminator. Oh, and I wish these came with hook velcro on the bottom. Just a suggestion.

Hi guys, Really enjoy the DMR Flats, the bit of concave in the middle helps my shoes to seriously stick to the hammer down. I originally picked up the DMR Versa, clips on one side, non-clipped on the other side.

My only problem was when the ride got a bit intense I would clip in and sometimes not by choice. You already know what would happen next and I wasn’t- at times- ready. The ONE UP composite was my second choice, however, these DMR’s are all day, and no longer do I have to think about being clipped in or the such.

Great quality, fairly priced and T. A. H. was good on shipping, not fast, but they got here.

This is a short term review as I’ve only had a few rides, but these pedals are excellent. I thought I’d try switching over to flats for a while after 20+ years of riding with clipless. When combined with FiveTen Freeride shoes the grip is amazing and I’m enjoying the ability to change my foot position on the pedals when climbing or descending.

Outstanding quality with a large platform that’s perfectly concave. I also have some V12s on my DJ bike and they’re great, but these are definitely worth the extra coin. I bought an orange set and added some blue pins for some bling!.

Overall: Floats like a stone and stings like a nest of angry hornets! This box has the buzzsaw sound down pat. The fuzz is a thick, smooth, and consistent. I like this kind of fuzz in particular because it’s less fuzzy and little more distortion-like.

The Tone knob has a really wide sweep from boomy bass to mid-range Hades. It has plenty of gain on tap and even sounds pretty good with the guitar’s volume rolled back a skosh. I’ve never used the original Green Russian Muff and have only heard them compared through videos online, so I can’t speak as to how they’re different/alike.

I got it because I didn’t want to haul my vintage Black Russian Muff around from gig to gig anymore because it’s getting valuable and since it was a pretty jenky design to begin with, it’s liable to break with heavy use.

That being said, the reissue Green Russian Muff has a different sound than an original V8 Black Russian Muff. It doesn’t sound as good to me, but it’s not so different that I wouldn’t use the Green Russian live in lieu of the Black Russian for the aforementioned reasons.

One huge plus for the Green Russian is its pedalboard friendly size. The Black Russian is the size of an 80s metal lunchbox and took up an awkward sized chunk of the pedalboard. Now there’s more room for other unnecessary boxes (gulp)! One noteworthy ding for this pedal is how difficult it is to see the script on the top of the pedal.

The words are printed right underneath the knobs, so if it’s kinda dark (which it usually is) and the lights are all in front of you (which they usually are) the words are impossible to see. Overall it’s a nice fuzz especially for the price.

It’s noisy, but once the music gets rolling you won’t even notice it.

This a great addition to the meat grinders available at LEM, but it can also can be used with other electrical tools and appliances that require on/off operations in the kitchen, tool shed or shop. It is the best tool to use when you need that third hand to accomplish your work tasks.

As soon as you can, you just got to get this Grinder Foot Switch for your meat grinder. It makes everything run with ease and sanitation as you aren’t using a hand to switch on and off. Such a brilliant accessory.

When some extended family members joined us in processing everyone’s elks, their mouths dropped open and they thought it was the coolest thing. Then we got to work and they knew it was awesome!!.

I had heard many good things about this pedal, but it is much better than expected. The bottom weight and rubber makes it so it doesn’t move on any surface, and if thats not enough there’s a rubber portion that swings out so you can rest your heal on it.

The feedback is just right as well. I’m sure some of you reading this bought your FP10 from Costco like I did, and paid around $600. Is the DP10 really worth almost 10% of what you paid for? Absolutely! It makes your piano playing that much better (especially compared to that Mexican jumping bean they call the DP2).

Protip: you need to switch the pedal to continuous out of the box. If you’re using with any Roland product, you should do this.

It was reported by users that earlier versions of this pedal suffered from an inability to maintain a constant zero level without some form of manual modification to the pedal itself, but I can testify that this wasn’t the case with the one I purchased in 2023.

I specifically measured the continuous and on/off modes and found no fault. Very happy indeed. In continuous mode, the travel is perfect for delicate half damper, and the non-slip rubber fold out attached to the base ensures the pedal won’t be scooting across the floor, even on the smoothest of surfaces.

In my opinion, this is the best sustain pedal for the price.

Good pedal, feels nice and robust, likes its a solid construction thats not going to fall to pieces. Has a good grip on the floor with an adjusting rubber pad on the bottom. The sustain feature supports a continous sustain feature (0% to 100% sustain and anywhere between), if the interface/software you use this on doesnt suppport that, it has a switch/binary mode of sustain (0% or 100 sustain only, like a switch).

Using the pedal feels like a regular pedal compared to most pedals included with keyboards/digital pianos, so nothing strange.

Does it perform as advertised? Yes! Is it worth the money? Yes! I bought this controller to use with the Boss Acoustic Singer Live acoustic amp (40 watts). It’s a plug-and-play unit: pre-programmed application.

Learn which switches apply to which features, apply the adhesive labels, plug it in and then learn when to use the features. This is about as mindless as foot-switch technology can get. That said, there are a couple minor issues to complain about.

To my way of thinking, the eight-foot stereo cable might be too short. In order to hear myself play and sing, I need to be in front of the amp. I usually use twenty-foot cables for the mic and guitar to get the mic comfortably away from the amp to avoid feedback.

The eight-foot stereo cable for the foot switch doesn’t allow me to place the mic far enough away from in front of the amp. SO, mic placement needs to go within eight on either side of the amp. This creates a monitoring problem with the amp-only setup.

A separate satellite monitor would be helpful but I don’t know if I’ll go that way. The other thing about this controller is that it’s awkward punching in and out while standing. It seems to have been designed to operate from a sitting position.

It’s possible that my legs are too short to reach and belly too big to see which switch I’m reaching for with my snow-shoe feet. 🙂 If you’re buying this to go with one of the Boss Acoustic Singer amps, you likely bought the amp primarily for the harmony feature and possibly the 40 second recording loop.

And, those are the two switches you’ll be using most. It takes a while to get used to maneuvering but worth the effort. It’d be a shame to own one of those amps without this controller.

I purchased this to go with a katakana head mk2, it does alow you to swith between the 4 presets and the panel and works flawlessly for this. Plugging in an expression pedal to this also seems to work fine for controlling the volume or controlling the effects.

It is a shame that you can’t use it to scroll between the different amp models when you have the panel selected and unless I am missing something I can’t switch between banks A and B for the 4 user saved channels.

I have no problems with the build quality, it seems sturdy and well manufactured. Having to put the two stickers on that came with the katakana wasn’t too much of a hassle to get the pedals labeled correctly; but as of yet I don’t know how well that will hold up after continue use.

Over all it is a decent addition to a katakana amp, but still feels like it doesn’t quite give all of the functionality that you would expect.

Right out of the box, it felt of high quality. Very solid, not flimsy or thin. I was using it to switch presets at first, then discovered I could turn individual effects on and off. My presets became a lot more interesting.

I’m very pleased with the GA-FC and my Katana amp.

I’m a longtime runner who has developed spine curvature than can’t be fixed, and which has destroyed my balance. Walking and a bit of running holding onto my husband’s hand for balance doesn’t give me enough cardiovascular exercise.

I’ve been exercising for many years, and admittedly I am spoiled by excellent equipment. Having said that, when I ordered the pedal exerciser, I knew to lower my expectations. The extremely low price made buying an easy decision.

I needed some aerobic exercise to keep going during the pandemic. The device works, but not so smoothly. The clearance of my sneaker is quite close, and required keeping the sneaker pressed forward. My conclusion: good enough and met my expectations.

I am a beginner guitarist, but I can say this thing ROCKS! I was expecting it to be about 4″×5″×1. 5″, but it’s actually more like 6″×7″×1. 5″. Easy to operate. The distortion of this pedal gives a unique grainy sound to your playing.

I listened to people play on Youtube to know what it sounds like and it sounded great in the videos, so I bought it. I actually bought mine on another site, but I cannot review it there. Out of the box it has a battery included so it is plug and play.

It does not come with a power adaptor. The way I describe the distortion of this pedal is almost like it is wrapped up in the strings themselves and you can create some very cool sounds. When you mute the strings it very responsively goes quiet unlike with just an amp which can have extra unintended noise.

It is very responsive to what you play and you can get a great sound. I definitely recommend this pedal.

very classic big muff pi. standard fuzz/distortion. these aren’t the best sounding big muffs, but they still sound great for way less money. having an led and power supply jack for modern power supplies is a plus.

the construction is way better than the early ones, so less failures and more consistency. true bypass is standard dp3t switches. you can always gut it and put in your own 8) you can’t really go wrong with the big muff pi.

my suggestion tho is run it on batteries that are almost dead. some true magic happens when you starve these down to about 6 volts.

Excellent-sounding compressor with simple controls – blend, volume and 3 levels of compression. I set the blend and volume to half, and use low compression for most songs. That evens things and adds a little sustain.

Medium compression is good for adding sustain to clean arpeggios or fingerstyle. High compression sounds a bit unnatural. There are internal switches for attack, etc. but I found the default settings sounded good.

A better sounding pedal than the Wampler Ego Mini that started to make crackling noises after 3 years.

The Xotic SP Compressor is without a doubt a 5 Star product! For many years I used a 1953 Gibson ES 175 or 1966 Telecaster plugged into a MXR Dyna Comp and grew to appreciate the warm squash this device had to offer as I lost the taste for most all distortion devices on the market.

The Dyna Comp was a simple two knob device that squeezed my signal rather nicely to which I still have 3 of them floating about the house. I also have the more expanded version, MXR Limiter dating from the early 80s that also does a nice job modifying my signal.

The only initial down side to the Dyna Comp was a little bit of noise. However the real down side to the old Dyna Comp was sometime in the early 90s, after Dunlop acquired ownership of the MXR Product, decided to reduce the cost of production by having all the jacks, pots, and switch connected directly to the PC Board via solder bath.

Not only did this process of assembly affect the durability of this classic old compressor, it also compromised the tone and performance of a one great pedal. The vintage Dyna Comps wired point to point are far superior product.

If you have one, keep it! In the wake of the cheapening of the Dyna Comp came the Keeley Compressor. I bought a Keeler Compressor somewhere around 10 years ago a noticed an improvement in performance over my old Dyna Comps with less noise.

And with going into great detail, every guitar, from my old 1951 L5 to any of my old Fender sound great through this compressor. So now a new and somewhat revolutionary compressor has hit in the market by way of the Xotic SP.

These guys are making some of the best pedals that I?ve run across in years. By the time I got my SP I was already the proud owner of an EP Booster and SL Drive. To later I have to say it is the only distortion that has come out in the last 30 years with a decent sounding tone that does not narrow the bandwidth of your signal path.

Not to mention these pedals just happen to be the cutest looking signal devices on the market. What really makes the SP Compressor outstanding is the 3 position Hi/Mid/Low switch. The versatility to this pedal via of this switch is just amazing.

In the Hi mode I can match the performance of my Keeley and Dyna Comp compressors for Jazz applications. However, I have taken using the Mid position for a great Blues/Rock tone. In this position the pedal allows me to play over the top of the compressor for soaring highs.

This works in great combination with my 1960 Telecaster with Barden pickups. Anyway, I highly recommend the Xotic SP Compressor with its advantage in versatility over other compressors on the market.

And here?s the bonus, this pedal is priced about $100 less than the Keeley. My hat?s off to you folks at Xotic for manufacturing a fantastic compressor at an affordable price that will thousands of guitar players sound better and better.

Now if you can reinvent the Sola Sound Tone Bender in one of these small bud boxes, that would be fantastic!.

I have been riding on the Chromag Contact pedals for over a year mostly doing all mountain and some Enduro in Sedona, AZ, I decided to try the Scarab to see if it is truly any better. I was surprised to experience a noticeable improvement in the ride in many ways especially since I originally thought it would be very hard to improve on the Contact pedals.

Used the same shoes on both pedals Five Ten Freerider Pro.

I’m coming to this review as a Wampler fan but for 100% honesty I will tell you what’s great and what’s not great. 1st it sounds fantastic! Very clean and clear sounding distortion. No midrange hump.

It’s takes the sound of your guitar and slams the front end of the amp. Very touch sensitive at lower gain levels and gets more slippery and smooth at max gain. The gain doesn’t flub out at the highest levels either.

No fizz no fuzzy low end. It’s a tight modern distortion pedal. The negative is the amount of white noise added to the signal chain. With your guitar’s volume all the way off the hiss is still rather obnoxious.

But who buys a pedal to run with the volume off??? Not an amp in a box. If you already dislike your sound this won’t cover up a bad sounding rig. It’s gives you your rig X 10. Worth it.

I received this pedal as a gift from my bro for my 50th birthday last year and to say it was exactly what I wanted, is a total understatement. I had recently purchased a Fender Blues Jr. III amp that I use live but as you may (or may not know) the overdrive in a FBJR is a tad on the bluesy side (well, duh!).

Because the band I’m in runs the gamut of rock tunes, I require slightly bluesy overdrive to more 80s metal sounds and everything in between. I went on a quest to find the right overdrive/distortion pedal and nothing was cutting if.

I finally settled on something else when Wampler’s Sovereign Distortion Pedal literally Dues Ex Machina’d the whole thing and saved my sound! Yes, it’s on the expensive side but it’s a boutique pedal, so you know what you’re getting into price wise.

The fact that I didn’t have to pay for it, was a blessing certainly, but now knowing how good it is, I would have bought one anyway had I been able to try one out. Trust me, I tried a ton of pedals (on rental at my local pro shop and went back every couple of days saying “Nope, what else you got?”) looking for that right one and was always close, but not close enough.

The pedal is well made, features a satisfying crunchy engaging click and has enough knobs to dial in a multitude of sounds. If you’ve got a bright guitar, there’s a switch for that, if you’ve got a not so bright guitar, there’s a switch for that! The Mid Behaviour control allows you to subtly arrive at just the right tone – and you really have to see the difference it makes shifting a bit to the right or left.

It’s touchy but in a good way. Same goes for the Tone control. Crank the Gain all the way and you’ll be at that satisfying 80s hard rock / metal sound. Bright, punchy and cutting. Watch some videos on it and see if it’s the pedal you’re looking for.

Worked wonders for me!.

Revamping a stage rig, second Wampler product I’ve bought in a few weeks. Very pleased with construction, control layout and sound. Using the Ego to add a little sweet sustain to an analog to Fender amp signal chain,used for variety pop – rock, funk, jazz, country, whatever.

With attack and blend almost all the way down and sustain and tone dialed relatively high I get a very natural attack from Gibson and D’Angelico hums and Strat single coils, while adding a long tail sustain with some nice sparkle.

I leave it on most of the time now for anything except fingerstyle jazz when I need a more percussive sound. Works great with the blend turned way up into a heavy squash for funk rhythm and country chicken-pickin’.

Can’t speak to longevity, I’ve only had it on three gigs and one session so far, but it seems solid. Not noisy, no tone-suck unless you dial it in that way.

OK. Confession time. I’ve never really ‘got’ compressors. I’d only ever had compression as an option as part of a multiFX, and it seemed either to make no noticeable difference, or to squash out articulation, dynamics and feel.

But MAN! I get it now. This Cali76 is a real always-on-makes-everything-better pedal. From subtle reinforcement and tonal deepening to this-note-will-sustain-for-several-days excess. And with the stacked edition you can have the different halves acting and combining to produce some great balanced tones while retaining loads of articulation and detail, plus great presence even at low volumes.

Built like a tank. Very easy to understand. Mixable dry signal to retain any transients you fancy. In/Out volumes allow for super quiet operation too. It’s so good I’m prepared to have it on my board sideways to squeeze it in.

Not something I’d do for any other pedal I’ve tried so far. Not cheap, but I am so glad I splashed out in it. I am converted.

The saying – It just sounds better with the pedal on – is applicable here. If your a tone freak this pedal is for you. I sold my Mini Ego to get this and I dont regret it. The ego is a quality compressor and is the best I had used until I got this one.

Ive used various Electro Harmonix, TC electronics, Wampler, and Boss compressors. This pedal will please those players who like to leave their compressor on all the time, like me, or the ones who turn it on and off and change the settings for different songs.

There is no tone knob on this. because you dont need it. The compression sound is perfect wherever the amount is set. The dry mix knob allows you to blend your uncompressed guitar with the compressed.

For me this means i can get the sustain without loosing any of my tone – attack, low end, etc. It allows you to have a wide range of compression for very little to as squishy as you want. The noise in most compressors has been an issue for me.

This one is much better IMO. You can use this with both clean and dirty tones. Both sound great. The build quality on this pedal is excellent. Theres no click for the on/off switch- very nice. The indicator light is very helpful on the amount of compression.

There isnt a cheap part on these pedals. The knobs are very smooth andclearly are top shelf quality. Dont be afraid to spend the extra money on this thing, its worth every penny.

This is truly one of the top five overdrive and/or distortion pedals on the market currently. And what with the recent announcement that Fulltone are ceasing production from their California factory, they won’t be around forever.

Way more gain on tap that a Tubescreamer or Klone, that will push a driven amp into high gain distortion. Don’t even think about it, buy one while you still can.

Great sounding and quite unique drive. Plenty of tonal options in the range of gain and tone. I prefer the lp setting as it’s a bit ‘smoother’ to my ears but hp is fun for a bit of higher gain. Not sure if its better or worse than the other versions.

TBH, with different guitars, amps and playing you’re heading more than just subtle differences in the output stage of the circuit. The designer is a horrible human being. Great pedal though.

I’ve been using Tube Screamers since 1984 and own an original 808, TS9 and TS10 and a few of the reissues. This pedal does everything the vintage ones do, plus with the mix pot you can dial in the original signal with the overdriven sound.

Seems to have a bit nicer touch/feel to it as compared to my vintage TS pedals. It still shelves the low end like the old ones, some guys like it, some don’t. Also has the same mid bump. It’s a cool pedal, it’s not radically different than a regular Tube Screamer, but the mix pot is a nice feature.

At least it is something new, and not just another Tube Screamer with a different paint job.

Finish is truly stunning, and tone is great. With that said, it has more gain than any TS9 I’ve owned, it’s kinda hard even with a single coil to get that barely broken up sound that I have loved out of this Ts9.

Don’t get me wrong, what it does it does very well, but it is definitely a little hotter (I would say 50% hotter) than the other Ts9s I have owned. Don’t know if it’s just a fluke with mine or if it was modified for the 40th anniversary.

Still love it, just not quite what I expected.

The Ibanez Tube Screamer TS808 has been one of if not the best tube screamer of all time. It’s a must have for anyone looking for that good old fashioned blues or rock sound. This is by far my favorite pedal on my board.

I highly recommend having one or at least the mini version. I’ve had both and they sound amazing. Happy Tunes!.

It looked intimidating when I first took it out of the box (as far as it might be too complicated). Once I read the minimal instructions it made sence. I was able to program the presets on my amp on the designated bank/location.

You can program thirty presets on the footswitch (10 banks x 3 presents/location). Quick run down of how to program: select preset you want on the amp, select bank you want to store in on footswitch, hold down exit/store buton on amp and press and release on 1,2, or 3 to select the location and you are done.

If you are using the code to perform, I’m sure this footswitch will come in handy for you. I just bougth it becase the amp has 100 presets slots and I have a few that I really like and this makes it easy to group them and get to them quickly.

I would recommend this product.
