Best Foot Forward New World (2024 Updated)

So the formula one was great. My son loves it. No missing pieces or stickers. But the project one stickers were gone. My son opened the box and there were no stickers, so he didn’t lose them. A similar thing happened to him, but with the Speed Champions Corvette set.

But there was only one sticker missing. Overall, great set if I had the stickers. UPDATE. So I contacted Lego customer service and they gave us a free sticker pack for the Project One. They were super nice about it and the stickers arrived in just 3 days.

Would recommend. Very cool set.

Another awesome race car set that was very fun to build and looks incredible when finished. Interesting and unique building styles. The dark colors really compliment each car and makes it look like they’re going 200 mph just sitting on my table haha! Does come with a good amount of stickers, I recommend using your lego tool to gently apply the stickers as evenly as possible.

Overall I’m satisfied with these two epic cars and really looks amazing along with my other speed champion cars.

When the Speed Champions sets first went 8 wide there was a lot of divided opinions on the change but I think everyone can now agree it was the right move!! The shaping of the cars is so much better but more importantly, the build experience is so much more.

Every time I build a new one I’m blown away by the techniques used. Anyone that loves building Lego, even if you are not into cars, will love building these. Warning though there are a fair few more stickers in Speed Champions!.

First, I must say that the customer service personnel at Foot Joy are top notch. I was offered an upgrade to a replacement FJ shoe without an up-charge and chose the Premiere Series Packard Golf Shoe based on product description, reviews, and appearance.

I’m an athletic 6’2”, 200 lb golfer who has worn FJ almost exclusively for the past 23 years and have always had a great all-around fit and comfort; however, with the Packard shoes I’ve had unsuccessful experiences trying to get a comfortable fit for the five times I’ve worn these shoes even though the length and width in the toe area is true.

When lacing, both sides of the throat are touching resulting in an inability to properly tighten; causing the tongue to slip to the right or left and the heel to move. I’ve tried different types of socks (thickness and material) with no luck.

I’ve also tried different insoles. I used a full-length insole, only to get blisters (lifted my heel too high). I then used an arch-to-toe insole in an attempt to keep the heel lower and prevent blisters without any luck.

I like the look of these shoes, but because of the inability to get a proper fit they will be retired and I will have to use my old Fury FJ shoes that are worn and no longer waterproof (don’t need to be concentrating on hurting feet when hitting my shots).

I may try again after my blisters heal to put tongue pads in, moleskin in the heel area, and take the shoes to my cobbler (shoe repair place) to have tongue loops sewn in. If that doesn’t work, I may try the Alpha shoes in that they seem to fit like the FJs I’ve been used to in years gone by.

Coming from someone who used to own about 15 pairs of the Footjoy Classics, the Premiere Packards are just as good looking and are more comfortable without the break in that the Classics required. It’s as if they took the stylings of the classics and combined them with the best attributes of a high end athletic shoe.

The fit is secure and stable, but with the right amount of give. They clean up well and still look new after the 10 rounds I’ve played in them. If you are/were a fan of a classic looking golf shoe that is well made and can be walked right out of the box, this is your shoe.

100% would recommend! I titled the review “Near Perfect” because nothing is perfect. These shoes are close. Kudos, Footjoy. It’s good to see you get back to your roots.

I’ve put hundreds of miles on versions 10 and 11 of the 1080, and I can say that version 12 is the better of the three by a considerable margin. Most of it has to do with getting rid of the god-awful “UltraHeel” but there are other subtle improvements that take the 12 to the next level.

First, the Fresh Foam tuning. This is still your long haul, easy miles daily cruiser, but the compound in the 12 is slightly (really, just slightly) firmer, slightly bouncier than previous versions. I’ve found myself enjoying the ride far more than I expected.

The Fresh Foam here is dense, substantial, and it feels durable. Second, there as been a slight improvement on the lockdown across the midfoot, which I was not expecting but it feels welcome. In versions 10 and 11, I remember often feeling like the the top and sides of my foot were irritated by the rigid structure that surrounded the midfoot cage–not quite Ultraboost midfoot cage territory, but still enough to notice.

Now, I feel very well locked down without any sort of obvious bunching, pinching, or other unpleasantness. I think some of this has to do with a better heel lockdown; I’m simply not cranking the laces like I felt I had to before.

But the rest of the upper has improved, too, which is commendable. Finally, the shoe just *looks* better. I love the design of this version, and it makes me want to reach for it more. The weird veiny vibe of 10 and 11 is gone, and I couldn’t be happier about that.

Overall, what a shoe, and what an improvement! I’m so excited to spend the summer cruising in the 1080v12.

I got the Fresh Foam X 1080v12 as a daily trainer but, to me, it’s more of an easy or recovery day kind of shoe. I normally wear 8 and sometimes 8. 5 so I ordered 8 EE and it was way too big when I tried it on.

So I returned it and ordered 7. 5 EE and it’s still on the roomy side. NB’s idea of “wide” seems to differ from other brands’ shoes. Normally, the standard size works fine for me as my width is probably “medium”, not “narrow” or “wide”.

Anyway, I’ve already put in 20 miles on 1080v12 so I’m keeping it but I’ve decided that I will put it away for now and use it in the winter with thicker socks. The 1080v12 has good cushioning but isn’t quite as soft as I expected, which isn’t good or bad, just not what I thought I was getting.

It is firmer than I thought it’d be and has a decent energy return and pop. It’s fairly comfortable but is a lot of shoe and heavier than I’d like for a daily trainer or for tempo running. It doesn’t make me want to go fast.

At the same time, it’s not as soft-cushioned as other shoes that I’d consider for easy/recovery running. It sits somewhere in between and I’m not sure what to make of that. Overall, I enjoyed the several 6~7 mile runs I’ve had with the 1080v12 but it’s a little too roomy with my summer socks and feels a bit clunky for faster running.

I’m in SoCal and the ongoing 100+ degree heatwave has made me adjust my running schedule and the types of run I make and this shoe just does not fit in right now. Although this may seem like a less-than-positive review, I think it’s a very good pair of running shoes.

20 miles isn’t enough to make a final judgment and I think I will enjoy the 1080v12 in cooler weather and grow to like it more as time goes by and I rack up more miles.

Product was made with thin material on the top and can easily see color of what socks I am wearing, not suited for cold or wet weather terrain or foothpath on rainy days. Because thin material made wAlking feels kinda wobbly and hard to run or doing fast pace walking unless tighten shoes real tight.

Does have good choice for wide option and suited for orthothic inserts. Unfortunately the grip under the shoes seems to be too thin and can easily wears out compare to brooks all terrains grip. Based on dollar value, this product is over rated seeing is made in Indonesia not some high end factory.

Shoes lace provided is too ordinary, color is common compare to predecessors models. I have tried Skechers, Nike, Brooks, and now New Balance for this model and found the flaws. I m size 10 woman in 40s and have average weight with US6.

5 feet size. I can’t imagine users have larger size may have issues in supporting their ankle, knee and back after 3 months of continuous use based on the materials and grip this shoes has. Big disappointment for a $270 bucks purchase.

I have to say at first I was skeptical I read all of the reviews and I had never ever invested in an expensive shoe. When I put my foot in the shoe and I stepped down oh my God it felt so comfortable it’s the most comfortable shoe that I have ever purchased in my life I feel so good in them that I don’t want to even take them off.

If you are looking for a very comfortable shoe lightweight that has plenty of space in the front I highly recommend this shoe. I have flat feet and I thought they were big in the front because I just feel like I have space but when I checked and I felt My foot it was just perfect.

I am never buying a $30 tennis shoe in my life again. You truly get what you pay for and I am in love with the comfort feeling of this shoe. it is truly the best investment and best birthday gift that I could give myself I am going this Saturday to the better back store to get Measured for some inserts and I can’t even imagine how my foot is going to feel then if it already feels so good I highly recommend this product and I’m not even trying to overexaggerate nobody is paying me to give this review but I just had to leave this review for everyone to know that my feet are literally walking on clouds.

I did not buy the yellow color shoes the ones I bought were the black wide size 8 but I can imagine they all feel the same.

I’m not really a runner but I walk up some very very steep hills every day, about 45 minutes of fast paced walking. I started having some aches and pains in my knees going down steep hills so started searching highly cushioned sneakers.

To cut a long story short I have some rather expensive Hokas, The Saucony Triumph 19, tried on Brooks Glycerins, didn’t really like the style or fit. Thought I’d try New Balance again as in my younger days NB was my go to sneaker brand.

I kept hearing these 1080v 12s run large or at least a 1/2 size too big. I’ve worn a 10. 5 medium width forever, but just in case, I ordered these in both 10 and 10. 5. and thought I’d return whichever one didn’t fit as well, just walking on carpet so they’d still be like new to return.

To my surprise the 10’s felt VERY tight and the 10. 5s my normal size, felt like a super soft glove, I was blown away with how instantly comfortable they are. I’d have to say these are probably the most comfortable sneakers I have ever had.

Though I don’t run, I still feel plenty of support and I love the crazy bright Orange color I opted for. Like most sneakers these days, I feel they should all be $20-$30 less on an overall, that said, I LOVE these 1080v 12s.

My son has really enjoyed playing with the Scorpion Flex Attack. We already have a few Hot Wheels sets in the house (but not a lot from the City line, yet) and he was excited to see how it could connect to them via the track.

The flexible scorpion part is different from almost any other HW set I’ve seen because its movable both left and right but also up and down. There’s a lot of freedom to get things in the right place.

That being said, my only ding is that you have to have the top of the scorpion in just the right place for things to go smoothly. It’s not enough to remove a star but does require a bit of adjustment to get right.

Overall a very fun addition to our Hot Wheels world!.

My kids of all ages have had a blast playing with this Hot Wheels set! Most of the set was easily assembled by the kids independently, but there were a few things that required some assistance from adults- mostly small finger and special dexterity maneuvers for a couple pieces.

Once it was set up, the kids found all sorts of cars to add to the set and have a race of sorts. It’s been a hoot for hours of fun during the cold winter months stuck indoors. I can’t recommend this enough!.

My 3 yr. old son is newly obsessed with the hot wheels city collection – I go to multiple targets at least once a week, looking for sets to add to his city. We were super excited when we found the Scorpion Flex hiding behind a few other toys but unfortunately, we couldn’t use it fully because a piece was missing from the box.

I’m contacting support to resolve but in the meantime, my little one is pretty bummed out.

Quite distracting. Sizing is ~1/2 size off in length (short) width is smaller than other 4e’s I own. Footbed is a strong point, sturdy support & seems durable. I’ve owned this model earlier & remember as being much better.

IšverstiShow in original languageI have been running for about 45 years and some version of this shoe has been my go to running shoe for many years now. Whether 476s, 479s or now 481s this has been a great shoe.

Whether I run on the street or compete in 8 mile trail runs these shoes are comfortable, tough, durable and give good traction on most surfaces. I do change out the insole for a running insole I purchase separately for more comfort.

I also think they are a great value.

IšverstiShow in original languageIve almost had to buy New Balance shoes since. they became available. I wear a super wide in 13 and New Balance is about the only store in town and Sportsmansguide has been selling them for years.

I tend to wear shoes til they rot off my feet and have the last two overly worn pair that I use when its muddy out or in the winter when I have to go fetch wood. they are long past the washing stage and are held together by remnants of nylon.

These shoes LAST, are comfortable and flat out fit well. Great product!.

I like that there’s a questionnaire to help you find the right type of shoe for yourself. This helped me to select the Clifton 8 with high arch support which is wonderful. It’s the first time that I’ve had athletic shoes where I didn’t have to buy a special insert to give me the support I need.

I also like the higher back heel design because I have to use a heel lift inside my shoe due to a leg length discrepancy. I have to add a half inch heel lift under the insole. Since your insoles are rather thin, I wore these around the house for a bit before venturing out in them to make sure that I could tolerate the edge of the heel lift which I normally don’t feel under my other insoles.

Not too bad. Also having the extra high back on the outside is great because if the back of the shoe behind my heel is too low after putting in the lift, it causes problems with the shoe slipping off of my heel.

That is not the case for these shoes. Finally wore them to the gym and all I can say is the cushion is great, support is great and I had no heel slipping out of the shoe. So far, so good. I’ll have to wear them a bit more to make sure these are as great as everyone says.

Looking forward to continuing to try these out and hoping that I like them enough to buy a pair for normal every day walking. Was also a little apprehensive about the mostly white color but I’ve already gotten compliments on them.

The pattern with the blue is pretty cool.

I bought these shoes because I have a lot of issues with my feet. Just had surgery for a bone spur removal on the top of my foot and also have bone spurs on my heals as well as inflamed plantar in the heal area.

I was excited to buy these shoes because of all the positive reviews. It did take a while to break them in. While they are not terrible, they are not what I hoped for. Maybe if I didn’t have so many things wrong with my feet they would be better, but I’m still in search of that comfortable shoe.

These shoes are not horrible by any means. I feel like they could be comfortable without issues. They do provide good heal support. My other problem is that they rub the side of my foot by my toes. I feel like 3 stars isn’t good enough but 4 stars would be too many.

I would probably go with a 3. 5. I think some people would really like them. While they are not my favorite, I do still wear them, just not every day. If you have really wide feet, I would not recommend them.

I’ve struggled with plantar fasciitis for about 4 years now. I actually had surgery 3 years ago to correct it in my left foot. I was resigned to being forced to wear ugly shoes for the rest of my life, but I figured I’d give this shoe a try.

I was not disappointed! I read all the reviews, took the time to break them in, and will definitely be buying another pair when these need to be replaced. The arch support is fantastic. The Achilles support is awesome.

I have more narrow feet, so I was a little concerned about all the comments regarding a wide toe box. It is wide and doesn’t crunch my toes, but not so wide that it looks or feels like clown shoes like Birkenstock sandals look on me.

I can wear this shoe all day and not have any pain in my left foot anymore. They seem to be true to size. I wear and 8. 5 and ordered an 8. 5. They fit my feet perfectly. I would definitely recommend this shoe!.

I suffer with lower extremities lymphedema. I brought these sneakers about a month ago. I needed a sturdy, lightweight yet comfortable fitted sneakers with wide toes. Perfect fit. I loved the raised toe platform.

It helps correct my steps when waking especially because of the extra lymp fluid. I have been wearing slip on for a long time. I am relieved that I can finally fit back into a pair of sneakers. Look forward to exploring other shoes by KURU that would meet my needs.

Anyone with lower extremities lymphedema knows the importance and relief of being able to walk without painful toes, stumbling and fatigue legs. Thank you KURU.

I’m 6′ and 270lbs and haven’t run for probably 10 years. When I started walking/jogging a few months ago, my sneakers were obviously not up to the task, so I started the hunt for a new pair of running shoes.

I have a very wide, flat foot that wide at the mid foot and doesn’t get much wider. 2E is usually good in the toes, but narrow in the mid foot. 4E is the opposite where it fits the mid foot but my toes are swimming.

I tried the new balance 880 v11/v12, 860, 840, More v3, and an assortment of Brooks, Saucony, and ASICS – I had issues with all of them, whether it was poor fit, foot pain, knee pain, etc. I’m also not accustomed to the max cushioning styles that have apparently taken over, and found them all uncomfortable and many unstable.

I bought the Fuel Cell Propel in a 12 2E, and it’s like it was made for my foot. As soon as I tried it on, I knew it was the one – lightweight, firmer than the NB Fresh Foam line, and springy. It has a more uniform width through the mid foot and toe box, so nothing felt too cramped or too wide.

The guy at my local running store told me they stopped carrying the Fuel Cell line because they couldn’t give them away. I’m glad I didn’t cancel my order. I went for a quick 10 minute walk/jog on the treadmill to test them like I have the other dozen pairs I’ve tried and they are amazing.

No pain anywhere! I walk/jog 3-5 miles a day, so I can’t speak to how they hold up for longer distance, training runs, or durability, but love that I’ve finally found something that I can move in pain-free.

I have the Rebel and Prism on the way as well, and I hope they don’t make it difficult to pick between the three. If you’re wide and flat like me, definitely give these a try!.

I’ve been running in zero-drop shoes for the last several years. My current pair of running shoes (Altra’s Kayenta – which is now discontinued) is winding down, so I’ve been on the hunt for a replacement.

I’ve seen tons of rave reviews about NB’s Rebel v2 and decided to pick up a pair for myself to see what all of the hype was about. From the second I put these shoes on my feet, I knew I had ventured waay outside my normal territory.

To say these shoes are soft is a massive understatement. They reminded me of what it feels like to stand on a wobble board when doing balance training, except in this case split out into two individual boards shaped like shoes.

While I tried to decide if I could or couldn’t get on board with the midsole setup, I took a look at the rest of the shoes, starting with the upper, which fit my feet like a glove. I don’t remember many shoes in recent years with as solid a heel lockdown as these shoes have, especially considering how light and not overly structured the upper is.

And, man, are these shoes light for the amount of cushion they offer. If I were going to wear these shoes to run fast in a straight line for hours on end, I’d be golden. Unfortunately, because I do most of my training at an easy pace and on surfaces with frequent turns and quite a variety of angles/pitches, I just don’t think these are the right shoes for me and am going to keep looking elsewhere.

Great lightweight shoe. Just cushioned enough. I am 6′ 1 and close to 200 lbs and am experienced at running. I run about 25-30 miles per week at 40 years old. This shoe still is a nice pick up the pace shoe.

It encourages me to pick up the feet and cadence and I like that i use more stabilizing muscles that prevent injury compared to plated shoes. I had to choose wide where as some new balance shoes that run a little wider (i.

e. 1080 I can use normal width). I was able to use my normal length. Perhaps if you are much smaller lighter runner than myself you could use this for everything for me at my age and size this is a fast day shorter distance training tool shoe.

I have to have a different shoe for longer and slow day recovery runs. I did one 7. 5 mile run though and was not terribly beat up. I have to run on smooth roads and track with this shoe (or treadmill) just not enough protection for rough gravel trails I have near my house.

Too early to tell on durability, but so far with 5 runs in no problems at all. The white color looks pretty good, if I keep it clean can wear it around town even after the foam is a bit too worn out for running.

These are the best racing shoes I have ever tried. I avoided them for a while. I have a normal volume foot and know that Nike’s tend to be narrow. I also didn’t want to believe the hype and was looking for alternatives.

I tried the Saucony endorphin pro, new balance rc elite 2 and ASICS Metaspeed Sky. I put over 100 miles in all of those before getting the vaporflys. The first time I wore the vaporflys I knew that they were special.

I now have my 5k PR in these shoes and will be using them for all of my racing this year, including 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, and I’ll be running the NYC marathon this year. They are light, bouncy and give you the sense of forward lean and propulsion that none of the competitors can match.

They improve your efficiency by making it easier to hold your goal pace with less perceived effort. The NBs are comfortable but too soft and I can’t feel that same push forward. The sauconys give you a nice roll but are stiffer and not as propulsive.

The ASICS come the closest to the vaporflys but still fall short. The hype is real. The vaporflys are king.

These are the most amazing pair of Nikes I own. It’s like they took all the issues I’ve had in other shoes and said, not today fam. The cushion and bounce in these shoes is so good, I haven’t had knee issues once walking around, so that’s saying a lot.

The ankle pad in the back helps my foot from feeling like it’s going to pop out of the shoe, and also helps from rubbing. There was zero “break-in” time with these, they felt perfectly conformed the first time I wore them.

The knit is stretchy enough and breathable, and the design of the shoelaces keep them from untying. My only concern right now is the foam, which in Nike shoes tends to run down pretty quick. I’ve noticed I’m getting shin splints in these about a month or so in.

Not sure if it’s a me problem or a shoe problem, so naturally I bought a second pair (which I wanted to do anyway, this just gave me extra reason) to find out. Anyway, I raved so much about these my boyfriend bought a pair (he is very particular with his sneakers) and he is now hooked.

Please don’t ever get rid of these.

I gave this four out of five stars just because I wish it was more minty I was hoping that it would tingle a little bit after my shower just to give your feet that relaxing sensation. It is a bar form when you first start to use it yes it is a little clumpy as other reviewers have stated but all you have to do is use the warmth of your hands to give your feet a little massage and the cream melts right into your skin leaving your skin so incredibly soft.

The smell is very fresh very clean not overpowering! A little goes a long way! I would love Ulta without a little bit more peppermint this product just for that cooling sensation after a long day at work it just feels amazing to have peppermint on your skin.

So I do love this product because it’s not as strong as I was hoping for unfortunately I probably would not re-purchase this although it does keep your feet soft if you’re looking for product to keep your feet soft and help with the rough patches than that this is the stick for you.

But you do have to massage it in your feet. But if they came out with this with extra peppermint I would definitely buy it again.

There is something bad and something good about this. I think my review is a little biased to be honest. That is because personally I have feet that feel numb and painful when too dry. I need to take extra time to care for them to prevent this.

That is why I try and use foot balms on them often. My feet aren’t cracked or flaky or anything. I am simply so sensitive to dryness. While I think an average person might find this to be a product that works for them, for someone like me, this product is not moisturizing enough.

This balm is not as easy to coat on the feet as other options out there, which makes it hard to provide enough product for my feet to feel protected. I think this part of the product needs to be worked on.

The layer of hydration it provides also does not penetrate so deeply. I feel like the surface of the skin is moisturized but the layers inside are screaming for moisture. The one thing I like about this is that it smells great! Other foot balms I have used smell sooo bad.

I might use this on days where my feet are not as thirsty because I enjoy the smell.

After passing stick on bottom of feet after showering, I massage it in and then wear socks until bedtime. No more cracked skin hanging up on Berber carpet. Doesn’t do much for big toe calluses. Does help with dry cuticles on small toes.

Does not have a strong scent (was hoping for more peppermint. ) I do not wear open-heeled shoes and do not walk barefooted which may make a difference in effectiveness. Just ordered my second stick.

Nike Air Zoom Mercurial Vapor 15 Academy FG/MG Soccer Cleat When it comes to choosing a soccer cleat, fit and feel is one of the most important considerations for me because I’m almost forty years old and can’t play as long as I used to when I get on the field to train or for pick-up games.

Therefore, I need a shoe that has a short break-in period. The soles of these cleats are a bit stiffer than the more premium models of Nike Mercurials, and I felt the cleats took a while to break in.

But once the materials began to mold to the shape of my foot, they felt very comfortable. The curve of the two box is symmetrical but if it were more angular to give some more room for the ‘big’ toe it would have been perfect! I can tell the Nike team put a lot of new tech into this model.

But this is not apparent just by looking at the shoe. The overall shape of the shoe is very similar to previous models, and I have noticed that a lot of the features are hidden by the colorway. As an entry-level soccer cleat, I think it is very comfortable after about one week of wear.

I trained an average of 1. 5 to 2 hours for six days, and even though they were a bit uncomfortable right out of the box by day 6, I could have gone a lot longer than 2 hours. I think they would hold to a rigorous practice session, but I have not been able to wear them long enough to say they can be comfortable for an entire day.

I loved the overall look of the cleat. I think the colors they used make it stand out from the other models in the Mercurial line. The sown-down tongue is a plus, and I think the use of the soft material at the top of the tongue was a great idea.

When I lace up, it helps give the boot a great lock-down feel. The only thing I would change is the material they used on the outside. I have played in dry and wet conditions, and although the cleat feels very grippy on the surface of the ball during dry conditions.

However, when I played on wet grass, the cleats slipped under the ball a lot, making it difficult to maintain that spin on the ball. At that price point, the cleat is a great daily driver. It has the comfort and fit of a premium shoe and the versatility to match.

If the break-in time was a bit quicker, it could easily be a number one pick.

Had the shoes on for one hour. Could not walk thereafter, extreme pain due to rubbing and blisters. Bought the new ones the next day as could wear anymore. What a waste of money and disappointed customer/ child in pain.

Wish we could return them even they were worn as these may be a manufacturing fault. You can’t tell it’s rubbing until you wear it.

I bought for my grandson, luckily it wasn’t a present as the box looked like it had been thrown all over the warehouse that is why I gave a 1 for review. My grandson said the boots a good fit. Also I paid for next day delivery but that did not happen.

This is the second time and I will not pay the extra postage fees anymore.

These are the cleanest pair of cleats I have ever had, you don’t need much time to break them in, they fit like a glove. I’ve been waiting so long for them to make white copas and I was not disappointed! My touch goes crazy with these on my feet, could be mental, but these are definitely worth it!.

My son got these 1/2 size smaller to fit his foot snuggly– as he wore them more and boots broke in, they began to slip and not provide adequate support with cutting and or acceleration. First and last pair of laceless boots.

These are the best Copas. My daughter loves this style. Fits like a glove and she said better than having laces. Great job Adidas.
