I am totally HOOKED on this Orgain Superfood Powder. Both Superfood Powders (both with and without the extra “probiotics”) are amazing and taste great. Blends very well with fruit juices or water (I use a Ninja blender to mix).

I love the Ogain organic superfoods products. I first tried the immunity up but didn’t want the zinc due to an autoimmune disorder. I love that this one has a mushroom blend in it though and the taste was better than I expected.

If you’re shopping for beet powder, chances are this wasn’t your first choice. But since “Beet Mode” has gotten insanely expensive, you’re looking for an alternative. First, the good: 1. It does work.
It gives you energy, but not a rush like with normal pre-workout. It’s very steady and helps you all the way through your routine. Mine is typically about an hour and fifteen minutes total and I still feel great at the end.
2. It is a good value at just over twenty bucks a pop. And the bad: 1. It tastes bad. Like, punishingly bad. It gave me flashbacks of being sick a kid and having to take Robitussin. To be fair there aren’t any beet products that taste “good” as that’s simply the nature of the beast, but this one really makes you pay for trying to save money.
2. It has caffeine. One of the main reasons I love BeetMode is it works great with no stimulants, which is awesome as I work out in the evenings and it doesn’t screw up my sleep schedule. I know this brand makes another version with no caffeine so I suppose next time around I’d have to compare that one so that it’s apples-to-apples but point is BeetMode is just as good as this one yet doesn’t require caffeine.
Make of that what you will. In summary I would still recommend it but with qualification.

To cut straight to the point: I swear by these. One capsule outpaces the literal handful of individual vitamins and minerals my doctors have me on. My levels have either improved or remained stable, my quality of life has increased, and Im just generally doing well on these.
As I suffer from frequent malnutritiondeficiencies due to dysautonomia, I dont say any of that lightly. Considering its pedigree, it makes sense: third party testing, methylated vitamins, MTHFR gene mutation-friendly, appropriate dosage, and capsuled with oil to improve absorption of fat soluble vitamins.
it ticks every box I had, and for an incredibly fair price. Youll be hard pressed to find a better multivitamin. Especially if you have illness-related malabsorption or deficiencies, these are worth serious consideration.
Cant promise it will be the right fit, but its more than worth a try. For those hesitant because of negative reviews, read on. Three bottles in, and Ive had zero experiences with fishiness. This is noteworthy, as I have a strong averaion to fish, and I am not aware of any recent reformulation.
I believe the negative reviews regarding seaworthiness is due to these capsules being entirely vegetarian – and that includes the omega 3 oil. Its made from algal oil. I just started taking these vitamins a few days ago, so I will update around the three month mark to note the efficacy. This vitamin has everything, nutrient-wise, I was looking for. I’m in recovery from anorexia, and my skin and hair has suffered as a result from years of malnutrition.
I’m 27 and I’ve noticed a sad amount of aging from the severity. All the research points to vitamins A-E being great for hair, skin, and nails so I am hoping I can find some healing through this vitamin regimen.
I also deal with painful breast fibroids and my gynecologist suggested adding a vitamin E supplement for that as well. Lastly, I have bipolar I disorder and the literature suggests that adding more Omega 3 to the diet can be helpful for that.
I’m also on lithium which can make you zinc and selenium-deficient also needed for healthy hair. So there’s a layout of all the issues I’m hoping this vitamin can help with. These vitamins are easy to swallow and the capsule is soft.
However, given my aforementioned conditions, I’m quite versed in swallowing pills. There is a minty scent which I like, but I did notice from other reviews that some people don’t like that. This flavor/smell is noted in the description, heads up.
What ISN’T mentioned in the description is the fishy burps – UGH. From about 15 minutes after I take my vitamin, I’m burping the taste of raw fish for the rest of the morning and into lunch time. It’s not great… but not a dealbreaker given that I get my omega 3 and tons of other vitamins in one capsule.
But if you can’t tolerate mint smell or fish taste, this might not be the supplement for you. Note: i’m not sure why there is a fishy-burp because the label says it’s fish/shellfish-free. Other pros is that this vitamin is third-party tested, vegetarian, free of sugar, dyes, or artificial flavors, and doesn’t contain yeast or other common allergens.

I hesitate to write this review because I feel like this could be the placebo effect. I don’t want to lead anyone astray but I also want to share information with anyone like me whose child might be struggling with attention issues.
Our daughter has always been a little odd but recently it’s become an issue because she doesn’t pay attention to schoolwork and can’t complete a task. She’s 5. We had a recommendation from a developmental pediatrician to give her fish oil, vitamin B complex, etc etc.
I searched for a kids’ vitamin with fish oil and this was one of few I found. We got this recommendation from the pediatrician around Dec. 18, while our daughter was on Christmas break. We started noticing that our daughter seemed to be behaving better almost immediately.
Also, she’s always had issues getting “regular” and has had to take Miralax. We ran out of miralax over break but she stayed regular anyway, and I think it may have been because of these vitamins. They seemed to lubricate things as well for a “clean break” LOL.

I have an older Dogo Argentino and two younger standard Poodle. We have tried numerous high cost/quality foods but struggled a lot. The Dogo has struggled to keep on weight but on this she gained weight, more solid muscle and has maintained it for the first time in years.
(Vet is excited we finally got her up to 65 pounds, even if it’s 10-20 less than her breed normal) We free feed her so she can have as much as she wants. My son loves this because he basically thinks it’s chocolate milk. He’s not malnourished, but he is fairly picky lately and would rather play than eat. We let him have up to 4oz of this a day after we attempt real food.
I’m a RD (registered dietitian-not nutritionist, be cautious of those nutritionist bloggers) and want to emphasize to those that are getting picky about the ingredients and are up in a hoopla over corn products etc.
When you have someone hospitalized on a tube feeding, those products are often made up of corn syrup and multiple ingredients that you might not recognize because realistically you can’t pulverize and sustainably package toast and eggs, or whatever you consider a well balanced meal.
So calm down already and just keep things simple. There are more boojy shakes out there for kids, but you will pay a ridiculous amount for it and mine as well make a homemade smoothie (which they’ll love too).

I buy the PediaSure Sidekicks for my son. His diet is not always complete and I know that the Sidekicks has great nutritional value-vitamins and minerals and even fiber that my son may be missing in his diet.
We buy the lower calorie version that has 160 calories, I believe. There is also a 250 or 350 calorie version, I think (which may be known as the Grow and Gain). At least this is the way it used to be when I bought this all the time.
In the past 2 years, I think the company changed the formula a little bit and the calories might have changed/increased a little. I don’t have any on hand at home at the present time to verify exact calories-sorry.
The taste is rich and creamy and chocolatey. It is best served cold. I really like the PediaSure Sidekicks and it was even recommended by our pediatrician for dietary supplementation to help balance out a very picky eater’s diet.

While it does give me a boost while I’m drinking the coffee, it fades when I workout after. Where the FourSigmatic really boosted & sustained energy for most of the day; I prefer the latter. Also, I noticed the Performance Mushrooms tend to sink and collect on the bottom of my coffee making the last few drinks are very gritty & unpleasant.

Perfect! I use white rice with a lot of my meals because I can’t stand brown rice. I know eating white rice is like eating empty calories so I’ve been trying cauliflower rice instead. Cauliflower rice alone is okay, but the cauliflower taste can be overpowering when you try to use it in place of “real” rice.

I HATE COOKING. Really. I hate cooking. I cook once every three or four months and fill the freezers (3). I love to create. Hate to cook. I used this when making Albondigos. I made two 18 quart nesco roasters full of the soup.
I wanted to add cubed butternut to the receipe but did not want to try and peel those huge things and finding no frozen cubed, I settled on this. The texture is not right for the medium. If you don’t know what you are eating it gives the texture of stock not strained.
Since I make my own stock then keep cooking until I get a rich broth, which costs a pretty penny to make with short ribs and soup bones as the base; you don’t like to ruin it with guesswork. But I did.
This time I added smoked turkey legs and tails to the broth as well. Which after several tastings I could not shake the thought that this new concoction would be FANTASTIC with butternut squash or pumpkin.
With stock you can use all the meat ingredients again in things like meat pies or burritos or tacos or in pastas and the like. But to continue to cook into a broth, nope. All of the meat ingrediants are cooked until they are drained of flavor.
This is by far the worst thing we have ever tasted in a long long time. Overpowering lemon like someone poured condensed lemon juice and sprinkeled garlic with it. We like other Green Giant varities but this needs to be off the market.
Yes, it is that BAD! There are thousands of other ways to season cauliflower and I’m not sure how this got on the market. Whoever taste tested this should be fired. On top of that they have pieces of lemon peel in there.
Someone needs to get Green Giant to take this off the market.

No joke whats up with ever single last one mushy and bruised? Come on Sams! In my day we prized our self with perfect bananas from Hawaii.
See they are all shipped green, and almost impossible to bruise. So the fact they are all bruised on backside is from angry handlers and people throwing boxes who stock them on Sams shelves. No reason to get bananas that looked like they fell off delivery truck on freeway when they ripen.
I had a relative who shipped fruit, and he’d talk about how careful they were not to let bananas below a certain temp because they will go bad, blankets and everything, I believe I understand first hand what he means now! Twice I’ve gotten bananas and they start very green, however then they go immediately to brown without passing through yellow at any point.
