I really love this mop! My floors have never looked or felt better. After years of using the Swiffer wet cleaning cloths my floors developed a build up and were feeling sticky. I used this with a mixture of Murphy’s original oil soap, diluted in a spray bottle and my floors are really clean.

The dry side of this mop doesn’t really collect dust so much as it sweeps it up. Works great for the corner cobwebs. Just machine washed the cover and it came out great. This is going to pay for itself.

Totally love mopping the hardwood floor with this microfiber dip mop. It has 2 sides – one for mopping and the other for mopping but with little blue tentacles. It’s super easy to mop the floor, especially with the long handle bar which is adjustable.

I’m able to get under the couch/table without any issues since the bar is long enough to reach under. It makes mopping fun and easy. Literally can mop the house within 5 minutes!.

This dry part of this mop picks up dust and minute particles that a broom does not. I glides across my hardwood floors easily picking up all of the dust bunnies. The wet side cleans what the dry side can’t.

I use a spray bottle of diluted bleach or dilute some vinegar to wet clean the floors. I will be buying a couple of spare mop heads so I’ll always have a clean one handy.

I liked the Hurricane Spin Mop when it first came out years ago and had not need to replace it! Unfortunately, the pole that was attached to the base broke while I was trying to replace the mop head for the first time ever so I had to purchase this replacement.

I really felt that it was a gimmick to make it so difficult just to replace the mop head. The new replacement is very similar to the original one but all material used are not as good as before. The mop head material is thin and pieces of it came off after using it for the very first time and more came off after each use.

I will try other similar products should this one dies which I estimate to be very soon!!.

If you are tall this non-Telescoping handel is not ideal. If your tall look for a telescoping handel or make sure it’s long. Other than that this product is amazing. I can wash all my walls/cabinets and then my floors.

These mops are both reasonably priced (vs the competition) and robust. They hold a great deal of water but once spun, they dry the floor well. The mop heads are easily cleaned and pretty long lasting and I use them with bleach all the time.

Normally I use my Braava from iRobot every day but about once or twice a week i mop with this mop so I know my floors are clean. Its easy to spin the mop head almost dry so you don’t have wet mop heads stored.

The heads can easily be tossed in the washer but I usually just rinse under very hot running water and they stay white and clean. The teeth in the bucket spin gears are probably the first thing to wear out but mine always last 3-4 years and when i start to notice the spinner skips, toss the bucket and replace.

I think this device gets my floors cleaner and more easily than any other wringer mop.

The quality of this product appears solid. However, that will remain to be seen. The plastic pivoting joints have a limited life. Any torque on them when dusting around furniture or under the bed can be too much stress on the joints and they can (and will) break.

Our previous one was great; except the pivoting joints. A solid one-piece wooden handle with metal threaded-end made it impossible to break the handle but was challenging when trying to work under furniture in tight places.

The new design has a telescopic handle which is an improvement over the old design -as long as the handle-tightener doesn’t break. The product would be much better if the joints were made of a harder material.

Time will tell how long our new one will last. Once one of the pivoting joints break, the mop is pretty much useless.

This mop is a game changer. Gone are the days where you have to manually dip the gross dirty mop bottom (or pad) into a gross dirty mop bucket. Thanks to Bona I don’t even need a mop bucket. The cartridges attack to the mop and you could squirt where and when needed.

Honestly revolutionary, to the degree where I wanted to buy one for my mom for Mother’s Day but in Canada it’s absurdly expensive. Take advantage of cheap US Target prices if you can!.

I purchased this mop at Home Goods for the hardwood floors throughout my home. It’s very convenient because it has the bottle of Bona floor cleaner attached, which sprays the product with a pull handle.

It easily cleans my entire home quickly. The only issue I have with this, is that my floors never look shiny. The Bona hardwood cleaning solution leaves behind a weird film, which makes the floors look dirty still.

I think this is a good alternative to other quick cleaning mops. What I like is that the tank is refillable. You can purchase more cleaning solution by Bona or add a different solution that you prefer.

When the included solution ran out, I replaced the bona solution with another cleaning agent. The mop is very lightweight and easy to use. It has good maneuverability where I can get into more difficult spaces or use the mop on surfaces that are vertical to the floor.

A few minor issues is that the tank can be a little tricky to pull out of the socket (I could just be weak) but it takes a little strength. The cap on the refillable tank took me a minute to figure out and again took some strength for me to open.

The pad is reusable so I just wash after each use. The floors dry quick and they look pretty clean without streaks or cloudiness. A few times it has not done well lifting some real tough spots but for quick cleaning and disinfecting it’s great.

This is initially a great mop! It sprays a good amount, is easy to use and I love that the cleaning solution is unscented and doesn’t seem to leave a lot of residue. It’s a fun mop to use! Also the solution doesn’t leak out like another brand mop I bought a couple years back.

The problem is it breaks quickly. I am still on the first bottle of cleaner, maybe half way through, and it’s having a problem where the bottle disengages slightly so it barely barely sprays any cleaning solution.

If you pop it out and snap it back in, it works great for one or two sprays, then goes back to almost nothing. So if you are mopping a whole room, it’s incredibly frustrating to keep having to pop it out and snap it back in.

Also the velcro holding the cleaning pad in place is ripping off of the mop. Keep in mind, I have barely used this thing. So for design, 5 out of 5, but I’m incredibly disappointed in the construction and durability, especially for the price.

My biggest concern about this product is that the functionality of the mop is completely useless. The Velcro that is used to attach the mop heads to the device has ripped off after only a couple of months of light usage.

I’ve tried super gluing the Velcro To no end and so every time I try to remove the mop pads I end up pulling the Velcro off with it. additionally because the product is not very weighted where the mop attaches to the device you get an uneven clean.

there is more pressure on the center of the pad than there is on the edges so its kind of a light gloss over the floor. so you end up taking more time to get a more even clean. You can just tell when you remove the map pads that the the sides of the mop pad are never quite as dirty as the center is.

I tried with bona I really did but I give up at this point time to upgrade to something better.

I was expecting a pretty simple dust mop, what i got was a high quality dust mop! I was super impressed with the ease of putting together, pretty straight forward, the handle is great. the mop pad is super thick and works really well.

Easy to assemble. Very light weighted. Can be used dry for swapping all the dust from my wooden floor. Easy to clean. Just remove and wash in the washer. You can use wet also. Good quality.

I love it. When it’s wet outside, dogs track a lot of dirt in, and the wideness of the dust mop makes it easy to clean. If course I still use the broom or a stick vac to take care of the piles.

I used a first generation bona mop forever and then it wore out. Bought a new one and within 3 months the cartrige duped out when stored all over the wood floor. My cleaners had their own mops so I did not buy another one for a year or so and I just got a new one and it is dumping out the cartridge as well even when I push hard to get it in place.

I have stored it without the cartridge to prevent excess cleaner on my hardwoods but seems like this should not happen.

I love Bona! It is so much sturdier than the Swiffer alternative! The pads get more dirt and grime off the floor and the cleaner doesn’t have as strong of a smell. It’s awesome if you have pets or kids because it requires so much less scrubbing.

It’s honestly just so good!.

I was really excited about purchasing this because it seems so much easier than dragging a mop and bucket around, but it doesn’t meet my expectations at all. Not only does this drag over my hardwood floors and makes it hard to push, but it barely gets anything.

It doesn’t matter what type of cleaner I use with it, I don’t get anywhere near the same results as I did the old fashioned way. Even if I concentrate on the area, the lightest stains still remain on my floors.

The only positive for me is that with less water being used, everything does dry much quicker.

I have had a Bona hardwood floor mop for 5 years and it worked well. I broke the head so ordered a new mop. The new one is almost useless. It has been redesigned with a different shape head and less strong Velcro, so the weight of the mop cloth causes it to fall off when the mop is picked up off the floor.

Also, the Velcro does not extend to the end of the mop head so that the cloth folds up from the ends and does not work right. Very disappointed. a piece of junk and pricey.

I received this mop as a present last Christmas and was so excited because I am the kind of person that gets excited over mops. It was given to me with the hardwood floor cleaner included. From the get go, I have disliked this mop.

I am not even sure why I have kept it for so long. The floors in my house are original, from 1944, and the cleaner they provided made them dull and left a layer of film on top. After I used it a few times, and had to clean my floors twice to actually get them clean, I dumped their cleaner and started using my own.

The mop is extremely difficult to push and the head is constantly flipping itself around, which allows the plastic top to scratch the floors. The bottle does not eject easily from the base, which means that I have squished the weak plastic in trying to get it out.

Now, only about 10 months since I started using it, the spray isn’t working, the rubber “bumpers” have completely broken off from the plastic base and I have a new mop on my Christmas list again this year.

I cannot wait to get rid of this mop. One star because it is the lowest you can give, but in trying to look for silver linings, I suppose it also gets one star because using this mop is so difficult to use that it raises my heart rate high enough that it registers as exercise on my watch every time I use it, so I guess I am grateful for the workout.

But I wish the person who gifted this to me could get her money back because I feel terrible that she wasted it.

After a few uses, you need to keep pushing down on the cartridge to get fluid to flow into the mop before pulling the trigger. If you don’t, the mop has too much air in it to create a strong spray and just dribbles out.

The issue is the plastic tolerances between the latch on the mop and the coupling on the cartridge. The latch doesn’t hold the cartridge into the mop securely enough. I’ve contacted Bona customer support and their solution is to just send a new cartridge, which isn’t a permanent fix.

Refills are expensive. It should work better.

The Bona spray mop makes mopping much easier than a mop and bucket. It’s made well, easy to use and works well. You can wash the mopping pad and use it 500 times so this is well worth it to me. It comes filled with cleaning solution and can be refilled when it’s empty.

You just spray and mop. There’s flexible corners and makes it easier to actually clean in corners. I like that the cleaner is made from plant-based ingredients. The mop head is nice and large so you’re not wasting all of your time mopping.

I’d definitely recommend this.

The biggest problem I have with this spray mop is the bottle. As you use the cleaning liquid, the bottle crumples and dents in from the vacuum. When removing the bottle it’s almost impossible to push the release button and release the bottle.

My wife can’t get it off and I have to fight with it to remove it. That’s why I’m going with Rubbermaid reveal now. I’m done fighting with the bottle ad release button that doesn’t work well at all. Other aspects of the mop are fine.

The cap is also a bit of a fight to remove.

I recently removed carpeting and had my hardwood floors redone. I started using Bona hardwood floor care in a spray bottle and loved it – the cleaning solution doesn’t leave a residue and I love the High Gloss Wax.

However, I decided to invest in the the floor cleaning system which is essentially a soft pad and a bottle of the cleaning solution. As you clean the floors there is a trigger handle and when it’s depressed it sprays the cleaning solution in front of the cleaning pad and I expected that I would clean away.

I also bought a large bottle of the cleaning solution to be able to refill the cleaning solution container. However, after approximately two months, the trigger that dispenses the cleaning solution doesn’t reset itself after its depressed so it does not allow you to continuously spray and mop.

It appears that the seal is too tight on the solution holder and as more solution is sprayed it builds up pressure inside the bottle. Therefore, you cannot just spray and clean, I have to wait 20-30 seconds after every single squeeze before the trigger resets and I can dispense more spray – it is completely annoying and maddening.

I like to spray a liberal amount of the solution on the floor while cleaning which typically involves making three pulls in quick sequence to saturate the floor, especially if there is a spill on the floor or an area that especially dirty and this system doesn’t allow me to do that.

Again, I have to wait 20-30 seconds between each spray – which is a long time when you want to just quickly clean your floor. I would not recommend this product unless you enjoy being frustrated. What’s more frustrating is that had I known this would be an issue, I would have saved the packaging, but I didn’t because if I saved ever product package I purchased I would need a storage locker.

And the retailer I purchased it from won’t return it because it has been over ninety days since I purchased it – learn from my lesson – by at your own risk – and save the packaging – but if you’re reading this it’s likely too late.

Mop felt nice and study initially, came pre-filled, ordered extra pads and a gallon of the bona liquid cleaner. I have a brand new matte finished solid maple floor, it did a good job of cleaning up the dirt as evidenced by the dirt on the pad.

It did look a little streaky but I thought maybe user error like I should have changed the pads alot sooner. It looks fine when it’s still moist but very streaky when dry. I was reasonably satified with the mop UNTIL it came time to refill the container.

It was almost impossible to get it out even with pressing the release button and I have not been able to get the bottle back into the mop so it clicks or the sprayer works. Very frustrating. I put it aside and said I’ll try tomorrow but now it’s been 3 days and no matter how I adjust the cap or press the release button while pushing it in or whatever else I can think of does not work.

The instructions on the I wasted close to a hundred dollars getting set up with this piece of junk that I can’t even use. Take a hard pass on Bona Premium Mop.

I wasn’t a fan of this mop. It works okay, but it’s not the best. It doesn’t feel very sturdy and I felt like it was too flimsy to really clean my floor. Although it was lightweight and easy to wring out, there are other products from this brand that are much better.

My mom bought this for herself but didn’t like it. She gave it to me, and I LOVE it. Don’t be fooled by the hardwood floor label. This can be used on any flat smooth floor, including tile and stained concrete.

I have tile throughout half of my house, and this mop makes dusting quick, easy and fun. You will be amazed at the amount of dog hair this mop picks up. After dusting, I then use the small wide hand-held attachment on my vacuum cleaner to suck the hair and dirt off the microfiber cloth.

I then use the vacuum cleaner to clean my carpets. There’s no need to wash the cloth if you pull the dirt off of it. I highly recommend this duster.

I have used this mop for years. If the terry cloth mop head is wrung out sufficiently, it wicks away the water and doesn’t leave water spots or streaks. I found the Swiffer pads are way to wet and leave unsightly traces on my floor.

I had to wring them out before using and they still didn’t do a good job.

Hate this mop. First, the Velcro to hold the pad on doesn’t extend far enough to hold the pad on in its entirety, so it flops off whenever you pick up the mop. The handle seems about six inches too short, as well.

The pad is very wide, which is nice in big, open spaces, but in smaller areas, like the bathroom, or in areas where you might have a smaller strip of hard flooring (like around the edge of an area rug or something), it’s difficult to manage and I wound up having to do those areas on my hands and knees.

If I hadn’t already used it, I’d be returning it. And the spray cleaner that you can buy to go with it (I tried orange blossom scent) smells awful.

This is very lightweight and I like that. The pads can easily be replaced using microfiber cloths. I happened to have saved my old ones from another product and they fit well. I’m sure the one it came with will wash easily.

Keep extra pads on hand because this only comes with one. It came in a huge box and when I saw it I thought they’d sent the wrong item.
