This bag is absolutely amazing. It’s heavy but not overly heavy. It has a good weight to it. I absolutely love the length, to where I can kick it, hit it with my knee, etc. I can see this bag lasting throughout the years.

it is just soo heavy duty. I am including this punching bag in my workout regimen. I am thrilled to use this in my workouts. My husband was excited as well.

I received this product in exchange for an honest review. I’ve been kick boxing the last several years at a local gym and this bag does not disappoint. It’s hung from the ceiling though and not sure if there is a way to mount it to a base.

The bags weight is good and perfect if you are looking to do kickboxing for fun.

We’ve only had this about a week, but my husband loves it. We hung it in his workout space in the garage, and he has had a good time beating it up. It was easy to put up. We were surprised that it was delivered in a cover just like in the picture, but the bag itself was fine.

It’s really good quality and I see this lasting for a really long time!.

Other more expensive springs have closed rings on the ends, but these are open. I was concerned that the openings on the sides would allow the chains to pop out when I get that bag really jumping. I tried, but I couldn’t get that to happen, no matter how much I batted the thing around.

It makes everything smooth and much more quiet. No more rattling and banging. I can definitely see how this will extend the life of the bag. I’m glad I bought it.

It doe what its suppose to. Holds my 100 pound bag no problem. Allows for more twisting without the binding. And it reduces the vibration through my floor joists where my bag hangs. Now there is no vibration.

I used this to hang an 80lb heavy bag. It takes a lot of the stress off of both the bag straps and the wooden beam. Also adds a little more movement ability to the bag. Worth the $6 I paid.

This is a very quality bag! I immediately knew it when I began to fill the bag with old clothing and towels. I noticed that the stitching on the bag was well done with quality materials. I like the size of it which will allow me to take my training to the next level.

I am looking forward to many hours of training with this bag.

Idiotic design. Hey let’s make a swivel bar for a heavy bag. That you have to completely remove the heavy bag AND completely unscrew BOTH threaded knobs completely. Then the bar will drop and swivel and then you can remount the heavy bag.

I am surprized that they don’t make you completely unbolt from the wall each time you want to swivel. Zero thought put into this product. Or they made it as a joke. And the joke is on me.

The mount is much smaller than I thought and the edge of my bag hangs a few inches away from the wall. Basically, each time I hit the bag, it hits the wall. It’s my fault for not checking the dimensions closer, but I can’t see how this is really useful to anyone unless you are OK with the bag bouncing off the wall.

If you are OK with that, then this does seem to be pretty strong.

Great well made product. Lightweight but strong enough to hold 100 lbs. I bought it to hang a real Stop Light in my Man Cave. It looks and functions perfectly.

These are some of the most comfortable bras I’ve worn. I normally wear sports bras for the comfortable fit but needed something that didn’t cross over my back. These were perfect! No pokey wires or elastic cutting into me.

Latch stayed closed and straps didn’t slip off.

Bra sizes run small, as I bought other style bras online at the same time and they fit perfectly. Not a very flattering bra either

This product is high quality and has great support for a weighted bag. I am using this piece in my school for a weighted bag that gets a lot of use. Easy to install and clear instructions. I would purchase again.

Pretty easy to use, very sturdy. It doesn’t feel like my heavy bag is going to fall down or anything. Overall pretty great considering you’re beating up a big, heavy bag that you don’t want falling on your or your partner.

It’s def the way to go with the heavy bag. It gives the bag better natural movement. Especially for hard punches and kicks. I highly recommend the spring for heavy bag installation.

I would say to disregard any of the negative reviews about this bag, saying it’s flimsy. I almost steered clear of it for that reason until I checked exactly which heavy bags we have at my MMA school and many of them are these models.

Yes, they’re softER than some bags could be, but they’re definitely up to par for real training. My guess is that whoever rated them as flimsy got a misfire bag, which could happen 1 out of a few hundred with any brand.

I haven’t broken mine in yet but when it arrived I was actually surprised that it was even stiffer than the ones we have at the MMA gym. I would definitely recommend this bag.

Do you have a stack of unused or worn out T-shirts? Put them to good use by filling up this bag. You can fit up to 40 pounds of clothes into it, and hit the heck out of this bag. It is made of heavyweight material that will take punches and kicks easily.

I do not recommend hitting it with unpadded wooden weapons since it will tear. The bag is filled with clothes as you push down onto it with a broomstick or rounded, blunt object to minimize air and extra space.

It hangs easily onto a bag station. I hit these with my bare fists, palm heel strikes, backhands, and various kicks without injury or pain. It’s a well made system that saves you money on shipping a heavy bag.

Particularly for my fellow military veterans (I’m prior US Navy, Commander, O-5) and active duty who have to move or pack light. It makes for a great portable method for training. It makes for a great lightweight bag for practicing boxing or martial arts such as Kung Fu, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, etc.

The red seam started to tear the first 5 minutes I used it. A lot smaller than I thought, probably should mention that this works better for kids. I used the stuffing and sand bag that came from my old bag but it’s not as heavy because it only used up half of the stuffing/sand bag so it’s not as great for kicking and hard punches as it just swings around all over the place.

Otherwise, the bag seems pretty solid and price was not too bad. I’ll just set this one up for the kids to practice on.

Bag is good size. Packed with clothes, it might weigh 50 lbs. The bag is white canvas with a black ring at the top, zippered top allows for easy filling. Easily filled it with old clothes, blue jeans, denim shirts and cotton T-shirts.

Clothes pack and settle so adding more via the top is great. Have had the bag in use about a week and it seems durable. Got this for a teenager with ‘issues’ and it has helped deter him from hitting other objects.

Long chains with unquestionably rough welds. Rudimentary swivel, works. I filled my with clothing and I ended up with a nice lumpy bag. I would not suggest completely filling it with sand. I filled and stuffed it until I had a 70lb bag, I don’t know what I will add to the center/core with to add extra weigh, maybe a cylindrical bag of sand to bring it up to 85 lbs.

With this attached, the bag doesn’t dance nearly as much. Like many other reviewers I am unsure about the quality of the water bladder because I used a 50# bag of play sand, which it accommodates perfectly.

My bag is hung in a basement with maybe a 7’ ceiling, so the included bungee for attaching them together is too long for my setup but a heavy duty carabiner does the job.

Purchased Everlast stand and the 70 lb heavy bag a few days aga, but they will roll like a small boat in the stormy sea, make you almost impossible to punch heavily. I have tried the spring solution,but no use.

I have tried this attachment , it works perfectly with the heavy bag by just filling in the water, and now I can punch as hard as I can. Great product.

Don’t be swayed by all the negative reviews regarding shipping issues with this product. I bought this from the local Dick’s store so I could check out the quality and also to avoid having any delivery issues with missing boxes.

(I will say that even the local employees had trouble making sure both boxes were together when purchased so Dick’s needs to fix this issue. ) For someone looking for recreational use to mix up workouts in winter weather during COVID, this combo set is a home run and great value.

You can purchase these pieces separately or get an infilled bag cheaper but on sale the convenience factor is unbeatable. Very easy to put together and quality construction. The heavy bag and speed bag can both be adjusted to accommodate multiple heights.

Bag feels great and when not hooked, the stand can be moved around to the ideal location. The one thing multiple reviews pointed out is that if you are putting in work, you will want to put some plates on to help weight the system down.

Even with light use you can feel the stand move a bit when hitting the heavy bag. I had some 35 pound plates and makes a big difference. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase, if quality holds up it will have been a home run purchase.

I bought this as a birthday present for my 11 year old son. He and my older son use it quite a bit. It set up easily and is pretty sturdy. The instructions recommend using three each 25 pound weights at each anchor point to further anchor the stand.

This won’t be necessary for my 11 year old, but my high school son moves it quite a bit especially with leg kicks. I am disappointed that this was not communicated on the packaging. I cannot speak to the longevity of the product as we have only had it set up for 2 weeks but so far so good!.

Trying to stay more active as a family and it variety to my younger children so that they can make it a part of their every day routines. This is a study bag. It was so heavy, I felt sorry for the delivery driver.

We purchased some boxing gloves and practice hitting it (with someone holding it steady) however, I think I was a little impulsive because I need to purchase either a stand or have a professional come and hang it from a break/stud in my garage.

I can’t wait until I can use this at its full potential. It really helps relieve stress.

Loved the concept. Beautiful bag. Great workout using mitt work. Used roughly for less then a month- 6 days a week with about an hour and a half of use between 2 people with breaks in between. And the one side of the stitching started to come undone and the entire strap snapped.

First a problem with everlast mitts and now the bag. Is it defective? Bad brand? Company cheaped out due to the pandemic? Disappointed!!! Adults use the bag with no kids in the household. So it’s not mishandled.

I would be very careful using this stuff. Wear a mask and gloves– and use outside, in a garage, or some other sparsely used location. The fibers get EVERYWHERE and are very easily breathed in. Polyester fibers do not break down in the lungs and can cause lasting damage.

I got very sick and won’t be risking using this material again. As a fill though, it does it’s job well if you are very careful handling it.

Arrived in excellent condition. Very impressed with the feel, quality and design of this heavy bag. It’s definitely made to take a beating. The chains and the solid chain attachments make this heavy bag superior to those with straps IMO.

Bought for my wife to relieve stress, but my two teenage boys and I have been the only ones to actually use it so far. The gloves are excellent in my opinion, as they cushion the hits to the bag extremely well.

I punch the bag bare fisted as well with no problems, but the gloves definitely provide far more support for the wrists that you’ll never achieve without them and enable one to deliver more punishment to the bag without the risk of bruised hands or wrists.

The gloves are L/XL in size. I wear a L/XL depending on the glove and they fit me well, but just a tad snug for my personal taste. No wrist wraps needed with these gloves IMO. It’s definitely an excellent beginner bag or for someone looking to put in some serious bag work.

I wouldn’t classify it as an elite pro level bag, but even a pro would enjoy this bag I believe.

Excellent MMA punch bag! I just love it. The boxing gloves aren’t the best, but the bag itself is incredible. Very tough, solid and durable. Superb for strong body shot punching, side punching and full on knee kicks! The body shape of the bag makes it ideal for kicking and punching the crap out of the target area’s.

Tough bag though, and can be taken to the floor for ground and pound! Very addictive once started on it. Impressed, especially for the money!.

Just arrived today. Brilliant quality. Perfect size for use in my shed. Only marked down because it doesnt come with the chains to hang it up. Seen previous reviews stating this so was prepared and ordered elsewhere.

Apart from that this is great value for money!.

We haven’t even opened the refill box yet (it is one of several Christmas presents for our daughter). But we don’t have to open it to know that we will be happy with what is inside or that Big Joe will make things right with us if it isn’t.

The only concern we have is that the cost is high for what it is and the fact that the chair needed a refill after just a few years of light use. No doubt our daughter is hooked on Big Joe as a brand, especially since us parents are paying for the chair and the refills.

And also no doubt that Big Joe has a great selection of colors and styles and their bags are worth keeping and refilling instead of tossing. As frugal parents, we just are not used to making an investment in a product and needing to invest more so soon.

I would give up 10% or 15% of comfort in return for 2 to 3 times longer between requiring refills. Is that possible?.

Followed recommendations of others and very CAREFULLY used this product to top off a half flat big Joe chair. Even with the precautions, I had a few cups of the bean fill escape. We used some spray powder on our arms, hands, snd vacuum attachments.

This reduced the static cling and with very slow movements and making sure that vacuum outlet directed away from the mess we were able to vacuum up the mess. I had made a cardboard tube to act as funnel between the bag of fill and the bean chair.

This worked well except that when I set the bag down a little too suddenly it created a lava flow of beans to erupt all over the place. I cannot stress enough using slow deliberate movements. I only used about 1/3 of the bag to top off our big Joe chair.

Now to find someone who needs the remainder before it gets spilled everywhere!!!.

I bought two Big Joe chairs years ago for my tweens who were easily under 100 pounds each, and the stuffing did not last but maybe months. It compacts too quickly, and you’re left with a chair that won’t support you.

After leaving these useless bags (chairs) lying around for far too long, I finally ordered this to refill the chairs and was super disappointed that one bag did not come close to filling up one chair.

So I have to pay more to refill the chair than I did for the original chair? Not to mention it is ridiculously difficult to transfer these small little foam beans into the chair without spilling several, even as a two-person team.

I was resigned to that already though. We didn’t lose more than one handful combined from the two bags, but the static makes it so fun to clean up. Anyway, I went back to Walmart and bought a cheap sleeping pillow and shoved that up into the back of the 2nd chair since we had so very little stuffing left to put in it (I think half of one bag of beans?).

That’s part of the problem, you can’t force the beans to fill into the arms or the back. So my review is torn: the product is fine but not worth the price even though this is probably the best price to be found.

I’ve been making many stuffed Primitive critters for Christmas presents. I’ve used two other types of stuffing. One was okay, the next couple bags I bought the stuffing was SO slippery it wouldn’t stick together.

Might be fine for some projects, but not for what I was doing. But THIS Poly-Fit Crafter’s Choice Dry Packing Fiber Fill is EXCELLENT!! It stayed put in tight corners, packed down quickly and I’m really happy with it.

It is now my Go-To stuffing.

Good filling for projects… my 8 yr. old grandson made a Prince Martin sword out of white cotton material sewed and stuffed. Then he painted it w fabric paint. Of course he had some help from Grammy. This stuffing is course and a little stiff.

It held the shape of his sword well. Thanks Joann’s for a good product.
