20 Best Fertility Vitamins For Men (2023 Updated)

Being in the medical field I Would recommend these products anyday. at 38yrs nd will be 39 in March. Have a 13 (14yrs old in February son). I started taking these tabs everyday since September only taking half of the recommended dosage.

Since I was gonna take the recommended dosage of x2 daily starting December when I had plan to commence IVF. However after it was confirmed by HSG in early September that my tubes was blocked says the doctor.

Although having the contrast going through my tubes during my second HSG but my fertility consult doctor here in America says blockage was noted despite he ensure he pushed fluids through as forceful as possible, which after a week or two I was still experiencing mild cramping effects although he had given me Doxycycline for prophylactic antibiotic after the procedure (this was my second HSG, 1st HSG was done by a technician and fluids didn’t even enter my tubes only went as far as in my uterus).

surgery was suggested after my HSG which was more forcefull. I told him no surgery to remove or fix /assess tubes since xrays wasn’t sure why fluids appeared blocked in the distal segments of my tubes according to this doctor.

Well my partner leaves for 6 mths deployment today and Monday of this week we learnt I was 2 weeks pregnant. Since he came to visit early November for 2 weeks. We even went to Barbados to store his sperm.

so I cud start ivf late December wen my period commence. but I am afraid. a miracle happened and we are now pregnant. he left for deployment today grining from ear to ear.

Okay so I was roughly on these a week and from trying to work out dates etc I was pregnant after the first week of taking these. I didnt expect it. Was trying to conceive for a year after getting the copper coil taken out.

Monthly cycles are very weird with me being over weight so it was hard to try and figure out when I was most fertile etc. I bought the Male version too so my partner and I both had a boost in fertility it seems.

These helped us. I’m now 14 weeks pregnant and baby is doing great. It’s certainly worth a try. I continued taking these for about a month not knowing I was pregnant and it done no harm to baby. If we ever decide to have any more kiddies I’ll certainly be taking these to help conceive.

The tablets themselves are a big capsule. Flavour is horrible and they did turn my urine pure yellow/orange but I did look it up and it seemed quite common to happen. This all stopped after I finished taking them.

I then went on to pregnancy supplements bought from the supermarket. To anyone going to buy these and try conceiving I wish you all the luck in the world. I honestly believe they are worth a try.

Tried from switching from the Zazee version because it can become a little hard on the wallet month after month buying 2 separate pills. First month taking Conceive Plus Ovulation support plus their Fertility support ended up in nothing.

No ovulation at all. Cycle showed up still thankfully but the bleed started off fainter than normal. 2nd month still absolutely ZERO ovulation but it made my cycle extremely late showing up. We are talking a 64 day cycle in comparison to a 33 day.

I am taking this to keep my cycle coming every 33 days due to PCOS so for it not to show up when it has for years using the competitive brand I’ll stick with what works for me. Switched back to my prior brand my cycle showed up right on time so something in this formulation with taking their Fertility support didn’t agree with my reproductive system.

I’m glad that its helped women but when you’re trying to actually conceive its a let down if it throws your cycle for a loop especially if you’re regular while taking myo-inositol d Chiro separately.

In 2013 I got pregnant but because of personal reasons I terminated the pregnancy (I regret it everyday). I haven’t been actively trying to get pregnant but in all these years I Havent got pregnant which is weird because I have been in 2 long term relationships since and nothing happened (we wasn’t trying but wasn’t preventing it either).

All these years I just figured I couldn’t have kids because of the previous Abortion. I researched this product a little skeptical about getting it but I went ahead and was like “it can’t hurt might as well try it”.

I started these pills right after I went off my cycle and during my fertile week as well as having intercourse everyday of that week. I started my last period November 27. Here it is December 30 and I am 7 days late (according to my period tracker).

May be even later then that. These last couple of months my periods have been running every 23 days. My period tracker originally said I was suppose to start my cycle December 17th (day 21) because I didn’t start it extended my period out until December 24th (Day 28).

I still have not taken a test though. I’m nervous, I don’t want to get my hopes up and it won’t be the outcome I’m looking for. So I am going to wait one more week (the first week of January) and see if anything happens.

My fiancé and I have been planning on having another child for a year and 8 months. I decided to go to the doctor for some medical advise and what to do. I went to my appointment and all my labs were normal and they even said I don’t have any issues ovulating, but for some reason I still thought I was the problem.

I’m writing this for those who were as skeptical as I was. If you are second guessing this product, please try it! We dealt with infertility for 3 years. After many appointments, 3 failed IUIs, a miscarriage, and an ectopic pregnancy, I decided it wouldn’t hurt to try.

I took the female fertility blend and my husband took the male blend for about 1. 5 weeks and we finally had luck! My best friend had a similar story and her and her husband took the fertility blends for 2 weeks and had luck also! I am now 23 weeks pregnant and she is 35 weeks! I hope you have as good of luck as we did with these products!.

Had a vas-reversal done in November (17 years post-vas) and have been on a different supplement since a couple months prior to the surgery. My auto-reorder for the other one got backordered a couple months back, so I ordered these to have something, which were about $10 more.

With these you only have 1 pill to take per day rather than 4 capsules for the other, and my numbers simply skyrocketed after just one month. Total count more than tripled and motility went from “ok” to “get out of my way!” I have since cancelled my other brand and put these on auto-reorder.

To be transparent I also daily take Citracal, Vit D, Clomed (by Rx), Meloxicam (by Rx), and I still ice down at least twice per day. I’d been doing those things with the old supplement for months with a very gradual improvement, so I’ve deducted that the jump in numbers and motility are directly due to this supplement.

I bought this product because the ingredients are clean and it makes the most sense when compared yo most other products that depend on one or two possible deficiencies that they cater to. They’re a vitamin and quality, so if you’re worried about price or how easy it is to swallow then you may not be ready for children lol.

but in all seriousness I only wrote a review because this is a quality product and most of the lower reviews are on irrelevant things like taste, price or how easy it is to swallow. Bottom line I like it, if you are influenced by the lower reviews here I think you should do more research because those three things are, and should be irrelevant, to anyone concerned about their health and trying to start a family.

Also most of these products are bs so unless a medical professional has advised one in particular to suit your individual needs and deficiencies, just go for something like this that is made from quality sources and covers a wide range of necessary supplements to support overall health.

This is also just a great daily multi, so. yeah.

So Me and my boyfriend had started trying for a baby in April with no luck month after month. This went on for 4 months that i didn’t get pregnant naturally. I first ordered conceive plus in hopes that it would make the magic happen.

After i finishing the bottle I decided to try something different, the reviews for CONCEPTION were not ALL good, and actually I was a little bit doubtful it would work. But i figured it was at least worth a shot.

The pills arrived 9/8. I took one pill per day until after my mentrual, which was about 3 weeks. As soon as my mentrual ended and my new cycle begin i started taking the prescribed 2 pills per day using them all through my predicted fertile window.

I got a positive pregnancy test on 10/29 and me and my boyfriend couldn’t be more excited. I still have about 7 pills left in my bottle but from what I’ve read in the reviews, these aren’t good prenatals, they are good for conception and immediately after you should definitely switch to a dr prescribed prenatal or there are even some good over the counter ones.

I switched to naturemade prenatals, but there are other great ones out there. From the reviews i read these don’t provide the best support once your pregnant, and may even cause the baby to stop growing or a miscarriage to occur.

6/21/2021 Update: At 6w2d I am miscarrying, so I wanted to share this news not to discourage anyone but to again prove that this potent herbs 🪴 do help women conceive, though there is something called Divine Order that we have no control over.

As a student midwife, I have academic knowledge and as a Certified Doula I have held the hands of women while this experience this. The first time we tried to conceive we succeeded the first cycle. I’m a bit neurotic lol so I did months of LH tests strips, 7 months of prenatals, and BBT to prepare. I also bought and took these for a couple months before.

I felt like maybe it was a little overkill since we were lucky enough to conceive our first cycle “pulling the goalie”. When we tried to conceive our second, I only took prenatals and tracked for a couple months with LH strips.

We did not conceive that first cycle. I bought these again and started taking them. I also bought the men’s ones for my husband because I was very ready for a second and didn’t want to wait. Thankfully, we did successfully conceive our second that next cycle.

In conclusion, I have never conceived when not using this product and conceived the first cycle each time I used it. I would 100% use it again if we ever wanted a third.

Great supplement. Contains all essential aminos and vitamins. I was recommended these by my consultant. Must take 2-3 months prior to take full effect. Doesn’t taste great in water but have it with any fruit juice.

As someone who is infertile, i bought these to see if it could help boost libido, and they work really well. Its got everything you’d need in a standard multivitamin, plus added extras, like maca, siberian ginseng, l-arginine, pine bark, etc.

They need to be taken after eating, otherwise you might get nausea. I saw that someone recommended h&b ultraman as an alternative, but that’s basically just a general multivitamin with a tiny amount of extras, like 1mg pumpkin seed, so it won’t be the same or as effective.

You need atleast 400mg of pumpkin seed to block DHT from testosterone and help hair regrowth.

These are great vitamins for overall health but they won’t necessarily help to get you pregnant. We took these and tried for 2 years after being told sperm quality low. Husband also cut alcohol and junk food from diet.

But we still ended up having IVF treatment.

Impossible to digest. Gave me the most horrible, foul smelling, non- stop flatulence. Spent a week sleeping (or not sleeping due to churning guts) on the sofa so my wife didn’t have to experience the horrible, embarrassing sulphurous smells.

Finally worked out that the pills were the cause of poorly gut. Stopped taking them and felt much better. Awful experience and zero chance of conception when you can’t even sleep in the same room.

Brought for my partner as we have been ttc for 18 months, therefore thought we would give these a try along with the pregnacare range for myself. He has only been taking these for 2 weeks so cant really comment on effectivity yet.

I bought these tablets for my other half after he handed in a sample to our fertility clinic which showed he had a poor sample. I did a bit of research and read about the importance of vitamins and nutrients to improve the quality of the sample.

these tablets contained all the recommended vitamins and it worked!! Now hubby has a perfect sample and we can go ahead with our treatment!! Must buy!!.

I have bought this product twice in the last 2 months to try and help me conceive a child I have longed for unfortunately this wasn’t to help me. I read the reviews on this product and there was some for this product and some against this.

I am disappointed that this didn’t work for me. Some reviews say don’t waste your money on this product I say read the reviews and make up your own mind as to whether you would like to take the chance.

I bought this a month ago because I saw the good reviews and decided to try it. My husband and I have been trying for two years, and I still haven’t gotten pregnant. I’m waiting to see what happens. So far I my menstrual cycle is getting back in line so hopefully I will see results within the next month or so.

I’ve seen some improvement with me feeling healthier and my body feeling better. My husband has seen improvement too. So right now it’s just waiting to see if it worked or not.

I have used these before and they seem great for improving PMS symptoms – I suspect this is to do with improving progesterone production – and also libido. I can’t comment about the direct effects on fertility but I feel better taking them than with no supplementation and good to know the folate is there should it be needed.

From order date to deliver date it takes about 6-7 weeks! Those are “made to order” type of timelines, but my doctor recommends it and we can’t find it anywhere else so we’re stuck waiting…

Cant tell you how many tests and results I had reinforcing my low sperm count and making me feel like a dud! In the end we sought outside help from a clinic and they recommended taking this as a supplement.

Now we changed lots of thing, boxers to keep the nads cool, no lap top on lap etc, but realistically the facts do speak for themselves. My sperm count did rise when I took these and it was a great boost.

I would have given the product 5/5 – but I am annoyed that when I needed healthcare and support it was not available in this form on the NHS. Obviously dietary changes benefited my improved sperm count, and probably saved the NHS approx £15k (average cost of IVF for the Missus, but surely something as simple and effective as this as a first-line option (for me anyway) would be better than the high tech option of IVF etc.

Just a thought. I would recommend this product it did what it say it would and we have a health baby boy and I feel a more natural approach has to be right in the end.

My husband was diagnosed was 0% morphology whilst having a normal count and very high motility. He’s just been retested after 3 months of supplementation. His count decreased by 17% but motility is now off-the-scale amazing and morphology has increased to 2%! In addition to Profertil he also took Pycnogenol.

His diet and lifestyle have always been healthy.

It was recommended by my urologist. Some improvement in total motility (increased from 30% to 50%) but almost no change in low sperm count nor morphology after using it for over 6 months. It contains good amounts of zinc, l-carnitine & folic acid, as well as small amounts of selenium, CoQ10 & vitamin E which are all good for male fertility.

Costs more than most other supplements so I was hoping for better results.

I will start this review by stating the famed cliched statement “I rarely write reviews” but it is the honest truth, and I am simply compelled to share my testimony. My partner and I (he is in his 50s & I am in my 30s) have been TTC for almost two years (started trying 11/2020).

We are a blended family and now wish to add to our blended family. After one year of trying, we started seeing a fertility doctor in 11/2021. They performed diagnostic testing to find out the root of the now sudden infertility issue.

They performed an HSG test (X-ray test to outline the internal shape of the uterus and show whether the fallopian tubes are blocked), an OAR test (egg count) and sperm count. Everything came back normal with the slight possibility that one of my tubes was blocked.

Finally, our fertility specialist concluded that the best fertility assisted approach would be IUI. We started that process in January 2022. In addition, I researched fertility supplements to help us get pregnant.

After reading hundreds of reviews, I ordered it. He started taking FertilAid for men in February 2022. He would often miss doses. I figured taking this would help aid the IUI process, but it did not.

I had a negative pregnancy test March 2, 2022. We were disappointed. I then started taking FertilAid for women in March 15, 2022 and continued trying naturally since we both were now taking the supplements.

I finished the bottle in a month and still no pregnancy. That is when on April 21, 2022, I ordered their more sophisticated formula the antioxidant-based FH Pro for Women and started taking it April 25th, 2022.

I took this daily along with 1,280 mg of Omega-3. My original plan was to take these supplement and start a new IUI cycle on my next period. I took these supplements faithfully for a month, I took my last 6 FH Pro pills on May 25th, 2022.

My partner was still taking FertilAid for men, due to a previous heart condition and medication he has to take he has to be careful with the supplements he takes and was not able to consume FH Pro for men.

My period was due May 27th and I missed it. I was not surprised because I do have an irregular cycle. A week later I decided to take a pregnancy test and on June 4th, I had a positive pregnancy test.

I could not believe my eyes! We are now 8 weeks pregnant (June 22, 2022), I just got back from my first prenatal visit and was able to see our baby and hear the heartbeat *insert crying emoji* we are both elated.

Also, I had some pretty terrible heat flashes when taking these pills. They work but that was super uncomfortable and annoying. My cycle is all out of wack again, and my husband has had a vasectomy so I’m thinking about trying these pills again for hormone balancing.
