Love this facuet! It was even better quality than I expected.

Overall the product functions and was a straight forward install. I would say it is “commercial like” rather than being a true commercial faucet. After installing there are two things I wish it had and I should have measured for prior to purchasing.

1) The neck of the main faucet really should be longer, 2 to 3 inches, allowing it to reach further in the sink basin. 2) The neck of main faucet should be taller, 3 to 4 inches, allowing for better and easier rinsing of larger items.

I’ve provided some photos to help others decide.

Ran across Homary. com website and there were so many elegant and upscale choices. The quality of this product is well made. The faucet has a lot of parts, but instructions seems very easy to follow, although our Plummer is installing it.

The finishes are nice and stainless and black combination is beautiful !! The picture doesn’t give it justice because the actual product look so much better when it arrived. The price is reasonable compared to other places we reached.

We are very satisfied with this purchase !!.

Seems as though the lifetime limited warranty for this product is misleading. “Lifetime” on the structure and finish but a 1 year warranty on everything else. So basically when compared to a car warranty, Homary offers a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty and a lifetime warranty on the engine (structure and finish).

For comparison, Moen, Kohler, Peerless and probably the other major brands all offer a limited lifetime warranty (bumper to bumper) on the entire unit for the original owner and a 5 years if the unit is transferred to a new owner.

I would rather pay more for a better warranty so I won’t have to by another faucet in a couple of years.

This faucet has been a disappointment. After only a year the pull down function has lost it’s spring and the faucet head is frequently found dangling. The sensor malfunctions all the time. We keep it clean, we “reset/replace” the batteries as instructed, it doesn’t matter.

We use the handle or the sensor and suddenly the light is blinking, the water doesn’t work, and we just have to go use another sink for water until it eventually resets. Yes, we can ask Moen for a new faucet (which is why we all pay the Moen prices, right?) but after only a year we shouldn’t have to deal with these issues.

The sensor started acting up within months, the messed up pull down faucet was at about the year mark. I should have gone with the foot pedal model.

This is a great pulldown kitchen faucet. I love everything about it. The look is elegant. The finish is beautiful. The sprayer has good pressure and retracts nicely when not in use. My sink is too shallow for the height of this faucet and subsequently sprays onto the counter.

I still love it and would recommend it. I have purchased several items by Moen and they stand by their merchandise.

The switch on the nozzle allows selecting a spray pattern, a stream pattern, or off. Unfortunately the switch ceases to function properly after less than two years. you can’t select a spray pattern if you’re in the stream mode, or vice-versa.

The switch jams. This is the second one I’ve been provided, and both suffer the same design problem. Will be ordering another faucet head shortly. When it works it works great, but it needs to be much more reliable.

This faucet is beautiful and elegant. It was also relatively easy to install. I love that the neck swivels rather than the base, since my mom’s swivels at the base and keeps loosening from the deckplate as a result.

Another great feature is the power-spray (which is the main reason I chose this model). The power flow button make filling pots (and my mop bucket) a lot faster, and works on either the faucet or sprayer setting.

When you use it on the sprayer setting, it does a good job at loosening sticky foods from dishes. I looked and looked for the right faucet, and I am very pleased to say that this one was the right one.

It was also quite affordable for the excellent quality.

This is a great kitchen faucet. Installation was straight forward. Function and look are awesome. Moen is the best and this faucet repeats this fact. I installed on a double well farm sink and the finished product has awesome height and reach.

This is a great purchase and a little expensive. It does have a lifetime warranty and it looks great. It is a little sensitive when your hand is near it it starts releasing water. Overall very easy to use and great purchase.

While this faucet is good looking, it is only surface looks. That the plumbing guts are brass is good but based on the price paid ($250+) there are shortcomings. The sprayer body is plastic, so I’m not sure how long it will last.

The spout is aimed forward, not directly down into the sink, so there is some unwelcome splashing of water toward the user. Finally, when first installed, water did not immediately shut off – it dripped for 2 -3 seconds.

After a few days of use, this stopped – water shut off immediately. But after several weeks of use, the water now continues to drip for several seconds after shutting off. Apparently, the cartridge included is not of a high quality.

Love the look of this. Installed by my contractor so I cannot comment on the level of difficulty of that part. I was so happy when my old chrome faucet finally died – I’ve wanted one like this for years.

The spryer button position is a bit odd – works from underneath instead on the top/back. It just takes a little getting used to. And you had the best price and fastest shipping. Great service.

Installation was much easier than other faucets that I have previously installed. That was important for me at my age since it isn’t as easy as it used to be to splay out under the sink. I did find an issue with the handle catching on something in the base of the unit, however.

After finding a parts diagram, I was able to remove a set screw and firmly push down on the part below the handle until it clicked into place. Handle works smoothly now.

Had seen this faucet for about a year, but never available in Canada, until recently at Plumbingonline. ca. Ordered on a weekend and in hand by Tuesday, from BC to ON. (2 stars earned there). The faucet was as expected, and matches well with stainless appliances and kitchen decorations.

The surprise came with how simple the installation was. Converting from builders basic faucet took less time than cleaning out the cabinet to make space to work. In fact it may have taken longer to debox than install.

(1 star earned). The price for this faucet was fair, not gouging but not spectacular. As compared to ordering from the US, converting USD, taxes and duties and excess shipping, still better to use plumbingonline.

ca. (1 star). The last star comes from communication. From order acknowledgement to shipping deets to followup, the communication has been outstanding, proactive, and without the ‘buy more’ sales pressure.

This faucet is built to last! We went to a showroom to look at a selection of faucets from Delta, Moen, and Kohler. I was surprised at how many of these faucets had plastic wands/heads. These are beautiful faucets but then you grab the wand and it feels so cheep.

for something costing hundreds of dollars. I mentioned this to the salesperson and they said “Everything is going to plastic. Even your showerhead is plastic now. ” Sure, my showerhead is plastic, but I don’t handle it every day.

The plastics in the vast majority of faucets was a real turnoff for us. This Sinema faucet is solid metal and it feels well built in the hand – very sturdy and has as good amount of heft to it. The arc is bit taller than other faucets, so make sure it will work in your situation.

We absolutely love it and have no concern that this will last decades.

After our remodel, my husband and I both agreed that this faucet is one of the highlights of the new kitchen. I really didn’t want more silver and this color is perfect. It was so difficult to find an affordable faucet with separate hot/cold handles – everyone seems to want the single handle option – but for me that is too modern and it’s hard to use when you are working with veggies or knives in one hand.

The pull down feature is the best, along with the two spray functions!.

This is a beautiful set. Easy installation. One draw back is when using the sprayer with hot water it gets extremely hot unbearable to hold handle. Same goes for the cold water, uncomfortable to hold sprayer when it gets really cold.

I wish there was something to slip over the sprayer so it’s comfortable when using.

This faucet was almost the only configuration, with the addition of a soap dispenser, that would replace the existing voids in my kitchen sink. Design-wise I have a few small issues. The hand-held sprayer does get uncomfortably hot when using only hot water.

The design itself is a little clunky/clumsy, and the notched taps are a bit hard to clean. Overall, it does the trick and I would buy it again.

We were doing a remodel on our kitchen, and didn’t want to spend a lot. Our old sink was a builder’s grade enamel that was worn out, and the faucet was not much better. We decided to go with a quartz counter top, which was on sale at Home Depot, but the sink & faucet at HD were pretty unappealing.

We found Kraus on line, and the price of this set was actually less than a lower-quality set at the big box store. As was the case with most people, my wife was shocked by the size of the faucet. After the size, the next thing you notice is the absence of plastic.

Pick up any national brand faucet in any store, and feel the weight of the plastic sprayer head – Kraus is solid stainless steel, and feels so much better than the standard junk (which costs about the same money).

The countertop salesman was amazed by the quality of the sink. He commented on how rare it is to see 16-gauge steel in a residential kitchen sink. Most of “the good ones” are only 18 gauge (thinner).

Once everything was installed, we were really pleased with how well everything worked together. One thing that was a bit of a worry, when using the sprayer function, the faucet will drip for a few drops as the water drains out of the head.

The stream setting has a check valve right at the output, so it almost never drips. It’s no different than your shower head dripping for a few moments after you turn off the water. So, after a year of enjoying our Kraus sink & faucet, we decided to move.

Our new home has a good sink installed, but the faucet is horrible. It’s time to order another Kraus faucet for the new home. We recommended the Kraus to friends who were remodeling, and they ordered the same sink/faucet set that we had.

I had this complete product (sink, faucet, soap dispenser) installed into my new quartz countertop as I renovated my kitchen. The sink is mounted underneath making a nice, sleek appearence. Excellent depth and perfectly functional.

I do notice however, that occasionally the faucet drips slightly. By turning the water on and off momentarily, the drip stops. I don’t know what that is all about. Replenishing the soap dispenser is difficult.

You must reach under the counter to unscrew it (which is not so difficult) but puttint the full soap cannister back on is a chore. I would have designed this soap dispenser unit with a larger cannister so the number of times you would have to fill it would be less.

Outside of that, it looks terrific and is very functional. The protective bottom sink grill is strong and sturdy. The reason why I chose this sink unit is because of its stainless steel guage (thickness).

Compare this to other brands and you will quickly see why this sink feels so solid. (In comparing, remember that the lower the guage number, the thicker the stainless steel. ) It does not have that flimsy metallic sound like other brands of stainless steel sinks.

Love the product. I like the way it was packed. Mostly you see the product just in styrofoam. Not this one. It’s in a plastic bag, then into a black bag. Then the corner have the styrofoam. The thickness is perfect and the style.

Looks great, works great! Would recommend.

nice faucet – swivel well. Just the right size

We chose this for our new addition and kitchen remodel in june. We read reviews and researched about 200 other faucets. All parts delivered and it’s real brass, we even did the magnet test! This is way better than all the spray nozzles which we won’t ever buy again bcuz of this choice.

The water pressure is top notch, including the separate sprayer. No leaks, even spraying, just excellent craftmanship. We chose the brushed nickel to go with everything. We get so many compliments when guest come.

It’s a definite centerpiece. Perfect choice, I could go on with the pros and no cons! Buy one!!.

Excellent sink, excellent quality! Have had no issues with this sink, and have had it installed for 3 years now. I wipe it down after doing dishes and have yet to experience the staining people mention.

I bought this sink, an Edison kitchen faucet, and 6 other bathroom faucets when I built my house and am super happy with everything from Vigo! I can say I wish the bathroom faucets had a tad more pressure but it’s not a deal breaker.

Looking at Vigo shower towers to replace the one that’s not a Vigo in my master bath when it’s time to do so as they didn’t make them when I built my home. Very pleased with Vigo and their products. Haven’t had to utilize a warranty or customer service as of yet but from what I read from other customers if I do it will be a pleasant experience!.

Just installed. We had only seen it online, not in person. It’s pretty much as you would expect. The polishing is more extensive inside the bowls than on the front surface. We were hoping for the same level of polish at the front.

Other than that, I was hoping for the pipe to go from since to 1. 5in ABS compression… that’s what I was used to with other sinks I bought in the past (small sample size). Price was a bit of a stretch for us.

I bought this to replace a Vigo (chrome) faucet the previous home owners had installed. I adore this color, and was able to easily find a matte black air gap cover online that matched it. After this new one was installed, I experienced the same issue many others complain about: very low water pressure.

I was so disappointed after our plumber installed it and the water pressure was so low I thought I was going to have to uninstall it and replace it. I sent Vigo a message–actually two–through their Contact Us page and a message on the Chat.

And got a reply from both! Yep, two actual people responded to help. The first one suggested checking the weight on the hose under the sink, which had occurred to me too. And sure enough, my plumber had installed the weight so there was a kink in the hose that was definitely impeding the water supply.

I made the adjustment and that immediately improved the water flow. And the other Vigo tech sent me some instructions on how to disassemble part of the hose and remove a filter that may be causing the extra low water pressure.

I did not do that because the faucet is working great after adjusting the under-counter weight, but will keep that fix in mind for later should I need it. I have also found that the water pressure is even better if you remove the spray head from the mount and pull the hose out a bit.

It was great to have someone at Vigo (two someones) actually respond and offer solutions. I would recommend this faucet overall.

This faucet looks spectacular; however, does not function well. Love: The design and matte black color look amazing! It makes my older kitchen look so much better! Water pressure is nice and strong in both modes.

Price was great. Issues: The weight under the sink will not clasp properly and falls off. I had to use tape to keep it on the hose. The pull down feature does not retract properly. I don’t mind having to guide it back into place, but it is a struggle to get the notches to match up and click in.

I don’t want to go to the trouble of uninstalling and returning it because I love the way it looks, but I’m thinking about it because it’s difficult to use. I sent a message to customer support. Looking forward to hearing back.

Bought this a month ago. Installation was harder than most faucets, as this oen doesn’t come with the 2 screws to secure it under the counter, so it constantly becomes lose. And the pullout spout is very short to use, and non magnetic.

But on the other hand, it look real nice.

I am very satisfied with my black Vigo faucet. It is built like a tank yet has a simple, sleek industrial style. All functions are reliable, smooth and intuitive. Pull-out hose has enough length and strength to reach entire sink area and provides a consistent, smooth water flow.

The handle is very responsive and temperature adjustments are right on the money. The hose head pulls out and fits back in its slot without much effort. The head is easily manipulated to direct water where needed.

I expect the faucet to last a lifetime because of the heavy duty structure and metal used to construct it.
