I was so excited to use our Trinsic Voice IQ Faucet – I loved the look of it, and the ability to use Alexa to turn on the water, heat it up etc. Oh how our cats would love it, and our small kids too.
We had a professional plumber install it (he is a part of the contracting team who remodeled our kitchen) and all was well at first though the faucet was having issues connecting with Alexa. No problem, my husband is tech savvy and I figured we could address it later.
We utilized it for months without the voice activated software, simply using the touch on and off to turn on the water. I noticed a slight drip by the knob of the faucet, and also under the sink. These are issues we will take up with the plumber on Monday.
My husband just got a Echo Dot Home Mini and is still frustrated with the inability to connect the faucet to either system. I am going to try and initiate a return but I do not know if this is permitted.
DO NOT be fooled by the look or price of this, this is actual garbage. I wish I had gotten a less expensive version but I went with the Delta name and I’m shocked they would not address so many negative issues associated with this product.
We are to blame for not reading more reviews and doing due diligence prior to purchasing. Save yourself frustration, money, and time and go with another brand and product.
Have you been looking for an upgrade for your kitchen sink and found yourself feeling frustrated when you have to choose between style and function? Enjoy the best of both worlds with the Kraus Nolen Kitchen Sink Faucet.

Smart faucet technology makes everyday interactions in the kitchen more convenient. And, it is the only kitchen faucet you never have to touch. From precise temperature and exact measurements to faucet operation from any one of 4 controls, this has taken the kitchen faucet to the next level.
The smart faucet is the only voice-controlled faucet on the commercial market to dispense water amounts as small as 1 tablespoon and as large as 15 gallons at a specific temperature on command—regardless of the handle position.
There are 4 ways to activate the faucet—with your voice by using your smart speaker, the touchless sensor, the Moen plus app, or the faucet handle. To utilize voice control, you can ask Amazon Alexa or google assistant to start/stop water flow, activate presets, and perform specific tasks like fractional measurements, precise temperatures (90°), generic commands (hot, warm, cold), and combined requests (1 cup of 90° water).
The Moen plus app allows you to create unlimited custom preset commands such as “coffee pot” or “dog bowl,” to help simplify daily tasks in the kitchen.

Installation was easy because I hired someone to do it, but he did not experience any problems. I really like the look against the granite counters. It’s a great improvement over the old chrome faucet.
My kitchen is visible from the living space, so that is important.
The unique integrated pull-down wand feature lends the Trinsic Pro kitchen faucet collection its characteristic style as well as unrivaled functionality. The Trinsic Pro faucet puts control in the hands of the user with the flexible, spring-design undocking spout, which can be easily disconnected then magnetically re-docked for free range of motion.
When docked, the Trinsic Pro faucet still operates as a true pull-down faucet with MagnaTite Docking. The pull-down spray wand comes free with a gentle tug and gives you total flexibility. The hose extends and retracts without friction points, fed by gravity.
As you raise the wand to dock it, the magnet embedded in the spout pulls the wand precisely into place. So, unlike other pull-downs that tend to droop over time, MagnaTite keeps your pull-down faucet looking picture-perfect.
Delta’s exclusive DIAMOND Seal Technology uses a valve with a tough diamond coating. InnoFlex PEX waterways keep water inside the faucet out of contact with potential metal contaminants. This powerful combination brings you a faucet built to last up to 5 million uses.
Only Delta faucets are equipped with Touch-Clean soft, rubber spray hole that allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up with the touch of a finger.
We purchased this faucet to replace an older one (different brand) that was malfunctioning. I love the black stainless finish as it blends well with our grey countertops and stainless steel appliances, without looking out of place.
This is one of the few mid-priced semipro faucets that has a pull down head with good reach, which is a priority for our home. It’s also got a lower profile than most, being about 2-3” shorter in height above the counter.
The larger spring hose is very stiff and doesn’t flex very far, I do hope it loosens up, but les important than the pull down spray head with good reach. We also like the stream flow size and power and the sprayer – the flow seems to be well controlled and water doesn’t splash everywhere.
I maybe should have purchased the touch faucet but am used to the lever so this is not a big deal.
Like the basic function of the faucet. it is high over the sink. nice spray. finish is easy to clean. not crazy about the inability to clean under the spring that covers the hose. should have a simple way to do that.
The big issue is the touch feature. change the temperature or flow and the unit goes on and off rapidly. retract the faucet head, water turns off. it is so inconsistent and annoying that i wish i hadn’t spent so much money to have it.
when features don’t work as advertised they become an annoyance.

Reviews From Real Customers
Excellent quality. Like the 360 degree movement. Looks great with new countertops. Beautiful brush nickel color. Easy to install. Quick delivery. Great price! Recommend this item. I love it!
I was kinda shocked after opening up my package because I didnt see no receipt or nothing but an old vibration motor. I was like okay well whatever as long as it works. Guess what!? It’s not working!
Designed with touches of modern flair, the Peerless Xander Kitchen and Bath Collections couple geometric silhouettes and smooth arcs for a bold addition to both contemporary and transitional homes. The pull-down wand with standard stream and spray modes allows you to reach all areas of your sink and rinse dishes like a pro.
The optional deck plate allows you to neatly cover any sink holes not in use. If your specific installation doesnt require any holes to be covered, simply discard the deck plate. Either way, weve got you covered.
First of all I am 68 and hate doing plumbing! I had a older Moan faucet that was starting to leak. After looking online for a bit i picked this as it measured so the water stream aimed at the center of the sink best.
The install was cake!! The hot/cold water lines were good and long, Couldnt have been easier. Bonus, The hot water, for me, arrives way faster.
I bought my first home, and although I loved that the center island had an oversized sink, it came with a stock sink that was old and quite dated. and I desperately wanted to replace it since it was an eyesore.
After having seen the selection from Lowes, I found this particular piece to be both reasonable in price and looked just as good as the pricier options with all the same features. The only downside is that it does not come with the piece at the bottom between the countertop and the faucet which would cover any other holes if you have more than 1-hold sink! I’ve emailed the manufacturer and am still waiting a response, since it does not appear to be available even for online purchase.
I love my new kitchen faucet! My husband had it all installed under 30 minutes. It’s beautiful, sleek and no water spots left behind. I love the pull down handle and how you can either use it as a regular faucet or turn on the sprayer.
Makes doing dishes so much fun now. Super easy to use and only having one handle that just needs to be flipped down for water is awesome. Such a stylish and functional kitchen faucet.

Ceramic disc valves exceed industry longevity standards, ensuring durable performance for life DockNetik, a magnetic docking system located within the spout, smoothly glides and securely locks the sprayhead into place ProMotion technologys light, quiet braided hose and swiveling ball joint make the pull-down sprayhead easier and more comfortable to use Product Features: Faucet Type: Kitchen ; Faucet Finish: Vibrant Stainless ; Manufactured by Kohler, Includes Full Warranty ; Spout Height: 8.
We had a previous pull-down Kohler faucet like this one that finally kicked the bucket after 10 years of pretty intensive use by two hardcore cooks. Since it was the line up inside the housing that failed, that meant replacing the whole faucet.
I love the pull-down and wanted to get another one, so this was the top of my list. I’m really liking it a lot. The pull is smooth and the nozzle stays seated when the water is off. The handle is constructed with far more range of motion than my previous one which is a big plus.
It’s water-saving but still puts out more gallons per minute than the previous faucet which is such a joy when filling soup and pasta pots as well as kettles for tea and pitchers for water. There are two main streams – focused and spread – plus a super hard spread that is so great for rinsing pots and dishes.
My previous faucet was pretty wimpy in terms of the strength of the water flowing out. This one is nice and strong. The only negative I’ve found was that I couldn’t use the escutcheon plate I purchased that matches the faucet.
The Artifacts escutcheon plates are now 10. 25 inches long instead of 10. 5. That was just short enough that the plate wouldn’t cover the widespread holes from our very first two-handle faucet we installed long ago.
Fortunately, Kohler does make a plain escutcheon plate that is a completely flat oval that is 10. 5 inches in the same stainless as the faucet, so I ordered it instead. It’s not in stock anywhere other than Kohler itself, but I was able to get it quickly so that we could get back to business with running water in our kitchen.
I bought this in Oct. 2021 to replace a similar Kohler faucet that had developed a leak, in spite of many reviews criticizing the Berry-Soft sprayer on the basis of many of the fine sprays going everywhere but down, going out as much as 60-80 degrees from the faucet head.
Those criticisms were not misplaced. The problem is the interior filter screen in the spray head that plusg up with very fine particles, requiring me to unscrew the facing of the head and cleaning out the filters.
Even then, it only functions properly for a few seconds. We are on a well and have a good filtration system, but it doesn’t seem to take much the plug up the filter screens. Customer Service was kind enough to ship a new faucet head, thinking it might solve the problem.
Nope! Consequently, we are unable to use what was our favorite feature of the old Kohler faucet.
We are so sorry that we bought two of these faucets for our kitchen. They look great and function well in all respects except for the most important one. The aerator on the faucet head is so small that it barely mixes any air with the stream of water.
As a result, the water stream is very strong and water splashes all over the surrounding counter and US when it hits dishes, our hands, etc. below it. We tried lowering the volume of water by adjusting the faucet handle, but that doesn’t really help.
So we just leave the setting on spray which produces a softer water flow that doesn’t splash everywhere. We spent a lot of money on the two faucets as well as the cost of the plumber to install them.
We are very disappointed that Kohler would sell a product that performs so poorly.

I’m rating a faucet I’ve only had installed for a few weeks. So far, it’s wonderful! I love the clean, streamlined style and the ease of use. I didn’t want touchless–sounds appealing, but it seems more gimmicky than functional and like something prone to breaking.
Also, not necessary since the handle can be moved so easily with a finger or back of the hand. The pull-down spray can be set for length and has been working beautifully, gently clicking back in place when you’re done with it.
It was straightforward and easy to install (no S-box) by competent non-professionals. There is a range of settings for how large or small you want the faucet’s arc and where its orientation can be centered–that is, the faucet can now turn from one side of my large D-shaped sink to the outside of the adjacent, small side sink, so a pot can be filled on the counter.
Lastly, a shout-out for Ferguson’s/build. com. I checked around in stores and online. Their price was the best, shipping was free and delivery faster than the others. The agent on the phone was informed, competent and pleasant.
I love the look and function of this faucet. The handle feels so good to use – I don’t know how else to say it. It just moves so smoothly. BUT! The matte black version scratches so easily. My plumber scratched it during install and I just accidentally scratched it while stowing the handle.
I’m a really gentle person, this is just frustrating. For this price, I expect it to be much more durable. The pain layer seems very, very thin.
As expected, this Hansgrohe faucet is a great design and high quality. The fit and finish are amazing. Love the hose retraction mechanism, which is what attracted me to this faucet. Easy to install (as faucets go).
You have the extra steps to install the hose retraction mechanism, but well worth the effort.
The Delta 2-Handle Kitchen Faucet (Stainless Steel) 21996LF-SS is brand new. 2-Handle Kitchen Faucet (Stainless Steel) – 21996LF-SS. Includes convenient side sprayer. 4-Hole 8 in. installation. Standard spout swivels 360-degrees.
Inch long hose provides outstanding reach. Assembled dimensions: 11-5/8 in. H x 9-3/4 in. D x 15-1/2 in. W.
I am a computer technician, not a plumber, but our old sink was dripping. I had replaced the drain pipes a week earlier and familiar with the underside of the sink, making this easier. The hardest part was was taking the old faucet out, this installation was very easy.
I am pleased at how nice the sink is for the money, how there are no leaks, and the full rotation of the faucet. The entire thing is easy to clean with just a microfiber cloth. The sprayer is very good and you only need a little water running for it to work effectively.
I feel like I received a very good value from this purchase, my wife has been bragging on me for a while now after the installation. I have disabilities that limit how much I can do and this was very easy with proper tools.
I also installed aPUR Advanced Faucet Water Filter Chrome FM-3700B in place of our old culligan.
14. KOHLER K-560-VS Bellera Single-Hole or Three-Hole Kitchen Sink Faucet with Pull-Down 16-3/4″ Spout and Right-Hand Lever Handle, DockNetik Magnetic Docking System, and A 3-Function Sprayhead …
High-arch gooseneck spout and 360-degree spout rotation offer superior clearance for filling pots and cleaning

DockNetik, a magnetic docking system located within the spout, smoothly glides and securely locks the sprayhead into place
ProMotion technology’s light, quiet nylon hose and ball joint make the pull-down sprayhead easier and more comfortable to use
Single-, two-, three-, or four-hole installation (escutcheon included)
With its sleek look and innovative features, this Bellera pull-down kitchen faucet combines an elegant, versatile design with exceptional ergonomics and functionality. The high-arch spout rotates 360 degrees and reaches over the tallest pots, while the compact, three-function sprayhead pulls down into the sink for up-close tasks, or out of the sink to fill pots.
Sweep spray creates a wide, forceful blade of water for superior cleaning. Kohler’s new docking system, DockNetik, secures the pull-down sprayhead to the spout using magnetic force.
The Bellera K-560-CP pull down faucet will cause many consumers needless repair cost, unless this product is recalled. I purchased this faucet, after spending weeks of research, but not enough. This was my second faucet of this style and given the Kohler brand, expected this to be a quality product to last many years.
It was less than 6 months ago, in July, when my new faucet was installed. I think it was 3 or 4 months before I noticed we were getting low hot water flow. Then one day, we had a total lost of pressure- when the lever was in the hot water position.
We checked under the cabinet and noticed the metal connection between the hose and end would be extremely hot to touch. I also felt a little water drip at the washer end at the hose which allows the swivel.
Becoming increasingly frustated with the lack of hot water and concerned with the water leakage; I had no choice but to hire the professional installer to come out again. Based on his analysis the water supply and flow is as it should be and it has to a faulty faucet.
I didn’t know what to do then, but now its the middle winter and I’m rinsing dishes in cold water with arthritic hands. My situation requires immediate action. I decided to search a consumer blog for answers and solutions.
But instead, product reviews revealed that these are common complaints. I’ve had nothing but problems, inconvenience, and expense since installing this faucet 6 months ago. I’m NOT going to make the same mistake twice.
I will not pay a plumber to repair or replace this Bellera kitchen faucet. I’m not sure if I can put my trust in another Kohler product.
I’ve owns this faucet since 2016 and it’s been a problem since a month after Installation. It leakswhere the hose connects to the spray head, ok no problem it’s only when it’s on and it doesn’t affect the function.
Then the buttons on the head stopped working, so much for the sweep spray! Now a few years in the hose is leaking everywhere. And of course you can’t just buy one off the shelf at the home centers! I would expect better quality from Kohler, especially for the cost! I don’t know if I’d waste the money on kohler again.
At least with the cheaper brands I’d expect the problems.
The faucet works fine with me and I enjoy using it now everyday. The touches sensor works great. It takes quiet effort to install the faucet. Initially, right after installation. There is no water when I turn it on, even the LED is off but the power is connected.
I finally find out that the tightness of the two screws which is used to hold the faucet to the countertop can make the faucet not working. After adjust the tightness of them the faucet is working perfectly now.
Sleek and minimalist in design, the VIGO Greenwich Pull-Down Spray Kitchen Faucet is the perfect addition to any modern kitchen. The dual-action faucet offers either an aerated flow or a powerful spray depending on what the user is looking for at that moment.
The Greenwich features a dramatic high arch and clean lines for high-end style. It has 25 in. of pull-down extension for better ease of use. The Greenwich is made from solid brass construction and outfitted with a bright, matte brushed gold finish that outlasts the competition.
Looked and worked great for about 2 months. After that the finish started wearing off multiple parts from the temp select knob, to the hose connected to the spray head. Getting replacement parts has taken upwards of 9 months at this point, and still waiting.
I paid 150$ for the faucet and even at that price I am dissapointed, nevermind the 400$ they are charging now!.
The fresh curved spout design of this product lends transitional styling to the kitchen. The smooth handle design and pull-down sprayer create the harmony of design and functionality. Choose this faucet to create a transitional kitchen space that is graceful and elegant at an attainable price.
I got this as a quarantine project, expecting it to take a while to install. However, installation was a breeze. The high pressure nozzle is like power washing your dishes. Beware the even with soft water the power wash function is very powerful and my spray you.
The nozzle has a good length to it which allows us to fill our coffee pot that sits near the sink. One word of advice is to ensure that the weight of the bottom of the sink is secured in the right position otherwise the faucet will not stay in place.
This sleek design is absolutely gorgeous and functional.
Very nice quality kitchen faucet. Ours has been leaky so I was glad to replace it. I like the simplistic design. The chrome finish is nice as well. It was easy and simple to install. The detachable sprayer feature is very cool and helpful for doing dishes.
I like can switch the flow of water for more or less intensity. Overall, it works well. I didn’t have any issues with installation and no problems with leaks or functionality. It works as it should and is a helpful tool in the kitchen.
I recently received the peerless p7935lf-ss through tryit sampling community and I LOVE THIS FAUCET!!!!! It is so awesome!! I had an old gross faucet in my kitchen and it leaked all the time and money was tight due to covid so this came when i needed it the most!! This faucet is just amazing it has a sprayer that comes out and the sprayer is nice and easy to use as well as the faucet.
The install was quite easy as well. Could not be happier with this product!!.
The Hart Collection by VIGO is where utility meets luxury. This statuesque kitchen faucet for the sink boasts a high arc spout, industrial-style pipes, and valve-fitting handles. Create intriguing contrast in your traditional kitchen design or add a striking element to your industrial kitchen aesthetic.
The pull-down kitchen faucet features a flexible hose for optimal multifunctionality. Coated in a matte brushed gold finish, the single-handle kitchen faucet with deck plate goes beyond your expectations to make everyday ideal.
I really like the look of this faucet, as it goes well with the other chrome in my kitchen. It has a nice water stream coming out of the nozzle. The handle to turn the water on and off is smooth and easy to use.
It has a nice quality feel to it in general. It is really handy to be able to pull down on the nozzle and spray items that are harder to reach, though I am finding the nozzle doesn’t fall back into place like I’d expect, so I have to nudge it back with my hands.
It’s not bad though, so no real complaints there. I recommend this faucet!.

We agree wholeheartedly with the other review that said it was great, and then it wasn’t. We had exactly the same expectations and experience. We hope that someone intending to buy one of these reads the negative comments in addition to these less flattering reviews.
It is currently August of 2021. We bought this faucet in May of 2016 at a tremendous price from a kitchen and bath fixtures specialty store because it had been returned by someone and was in perfect condition.
We were told that they just decided to go a different way with the look, and it wasn’t used, which looking at it was believable. The sensor stopped working a couple years ago and through busyness and sloth we never got it fixed.
We were content with turning the water on and off like the regular folk riding in steerage. lol. So that was a disappointment because we really liked that functionality when it was operable. But today a new problem started that is just unforgivable after only 5 years of normal usage.
The head of the faucet retracts because a weight sleeve is installed around that hose. And that is exactly where a leak developed and now I have to replace the hose because it hasn’t stood up to the rigors of doing what it was intended to do.
Maybe it’s unrealistic any more to find well designed and stylish products that just work and work and work. Perhaps those days are gone. And we have been Kohler fans for years. But this product does not live up to the Kohler name.
Or perhaps it does. Maybe Kohler slipped. Maybe 5 years is the intended life span of the faucet hose. I don’t know, but it seems short to me. It’s not as if I am disgruntled by the company or the store and writing a negative review out of spite.
I liked it when it worked, loved it in fact, but that reliability stopped after year 3 and just keeps getting worse. All of the positive reviews are from 2 years of ownership or less. Just an observation.
I bought this at Kohler retail outlet and had it installed by a great plumber. It worked superbly for two weeks. I was telling everyone how great it was to have a kitchen faucet you could operate touchlessly.
But then, out of the blue, after it worked just fine for the morning dishes, I noticed that the sensor light was out and the faucet did not operate manually. I checked the outlet – it had power. I found the instructions for setting the manual override.
That did nothing. I unplugged it, waited a bit, and plugged it back in. Still nothing. Then I had to leave for a meeting. When I came back it was still inoperable. I tried again turning the manual override on without effect.
I unplugged it and plugged it back in and IT CAME BACK TO LIFE. I was told by the rep at my retail store that he had called the Kohler techs and was told that it is not uncommon for these faucets to need one of these resets.
REALLY? It would have been good to know. What if it decides it needs one of these resets on Thanksgiving when I have a house full of people I am cooking for? My REAL issue is: WHY DID THE OVERRIDE FAIL? I could deal with a manually operated faucet, although for a $1000 I expect it to work touchlessly.
But if there is a power outage or it decides it needs a reset, WHY DOES THE OVERRIDE FAIL? I would really like to hear an explanation from the product manager on this one.
I bought this faucet on 11/8/2019. I installed the faucet a few weeks late over the Thanksgiving holiday. The faucet was working great until the beginning of March 2021 when my wife noticed a small flood in the kitchen cabinet below the sink.
There was a slow but steady leak coming from around one of the screws of the flow sensor. I called Kohler on 3/3/21 and was told the part would be covered under warranty but was currently in production and expected to ship within 28 days.
In the meantime the container under the sink has overflowed several times if it is not emptied daily, causing significant damage to the kitchen cabinet. I called Kohler customer care today as it has been exactly 28 days from my initial call requesting a replacement part.
I was told today that the part is still in production and the original estimate was actually 28 business days so Kohler was still within it’s estimate. I asked if Kohler had any new Sensate sinks available for purchase that would include the flow sensor that I need to replace.
Of course the new sinks are available, just not my necessary replacement part. I wish I ordered a new sink 4 weeks ago and then returned it along with the damaged sensor. I am not sure why this option was not offered to me.
When I asked what immediate solution I have to stop the ongoing leak and further damage to the cabinetry, I was told to turn off the water to the sink. I cannot believe that Kohler’s solution to a faulty product is shut off the water to you kitchen sink for over a month while we make you a replacement and continue to sell new units.
It is hard to believe that a faucet that cost over $1000 has already failed in under 16 months causing significant damage to my kitchen and with very little sense of urgency by Kohler to fix the problem.
I wish I went with the less bold look of a Delta faucet instead.

This faucet is more beautiful than I anticipated. Even the plumber thought I spent over $1,000 for it! Very elegant looking while functional. Note: Typically “cold” is down on a single faucet fixture while “hot” is up; with this faucet, it’s the opposite–pull down or towards you for “hot” water.
This faucet fits perfectly into our new kitchen! Our lights are also black and bronze so this was a must. Its larger than I imagined, and it seems like the hot and cold are backwards on it, but I’m sure we will get used to it! It was expensive, and I’m not really sure it was worth it yet.
