A fat tire electric trike is a three-wheeled bicycle that is powered by an electric motor. The electric motor assists the rider pedaling the bicycle, making it easier to ride up hills and over rough terrain.
The electric motor also allows the rider to go faster than they could pedal alone. Fat tire electric trikes typically have wider tires than regular bicycles, which gives them better traction and stability on off-road trails and in snow.

We pre-ordered our Caddy Pro in August of 2020 at the height of COVID so it understandably took a bit of time to arrive with the manufacturer having been shutdown for several months, we received it in October.
Sabrina kept us in the loop the entire time, she was a pleasure to work with. It arrived in two separate boxes. Assembly was definitely an exercise in patience, but taking your time and understanding how the parts fit together pays off in the long run.
There is some slop where the rear frame bolts to the mainframe, so definitely take your time with lining these parts up. The printed instructions were pretty bad, the online video instructions from Emojo help.
The LCD monochrome computer that originally shipped with the trike died after the third ride. We replaced it with the “TFT display” color computer that can be found on the Emojo Caddy accessories page, it is water-resistant and has worked fine in both rain and snow for us here in Wisconsin, definitely worth the upgrade.
This bike is impossible to ride without a big smile on your face. It is the Most fun AND the coolest thing. I cannot ride it without everyone who sees it calling out to me that they love my bike. Anyone who knows how to ride a bicycle will have no trouble adjusting to this trike.
A word of caution — you can’t turn a corner too quickly. It is easier to tip over than a traditional bike. My husband (who worked in a bike factory one of his summer vacations) assembled as much of it as he could but was stumped by confusing directions and missing tools which should have come with the e-bike.
Cheryl, the company representative was great. But we would figure out one thing and then have to call her back for yet another glitch. It seems the bike was recently reconfigured and Cheryl thought perhaps the wrong directions or outdated ones were in the box.
We ended up finding a wonderful bike guy who came by and spent a good hour adjusting things and making certain we had everything assembled correctly. He said this bike is VERY complex. Buy this E-Bike by all means, but save yourself a LOT of work.
I truly love the experience of riding an electric trike. You have the freedom of movement that comes with an electric vehicle, and the stability of a trike. I go shopping with my trike almost daily, and love to take it to the rail trail for some off-road adventures.
I get a good workout because I pedal almost all the time, but it’s reassuring to have the motor and battery available when you need a boost.
The new MotoTec Motorized Drifter Trike delivers high power and speeds for the ultimate drifting ride. Having a front powered wheel allows the rider to hold precise drifts versus a rear powered model.
The front wheel uses a 500w 48v hub motor with 4 large 12v 12ah batteries. It includes long comfortable foot rests, front hydraulic disk brake, adjustable handle bars, a seat that folds down and easily changeable plastic disks around the rear tires.
Michael Hoffman )Senior Citizen): I really missed drifting so i looked for a Drift Trike front wheel electric brushless hub motor 500W. , 48V @12 A/H, top speed is 22 mph. distance 10 miles to 12 miles, twist throttle with battery condition 3 led lights, hydraulic front brake, padded fold down seat, key ignition switch, rear fiberglass flag whip and flag, 2 extended metal tubes with metal foot pegs on an angle to keep your feet clear of the front wheel.
The rear go-cart wheels come with PVC plastic sleeves already installed to make drifting easy to do. It also has a good 2 part seat belt. This is a compact electric drift trike. It comes with an AC charger.
No gas, no fumes, no noisy engine. I suggest you air up the front tire to 44 psi to 46 psi. The 2 rear tires should be 34 psi to 36 psi. This will keep the drift sleeves on the rear tires by friction.
Please wear a helmet (skateboard or motorcycle) when riding. Wear the seat belt. Ride responsibly. Parking lots with few vehicles or dead end streets are a good place to learn how to drift. To help you learn faster spray the rear pvc sleeves with furniture polish and hand buff until dry.
We purchased this for our 13-year-old son, and he loves it. The trike is constructed of heavy-duty materials and holds up to heavy use well. Now, all the friends – and many friends’ parents – want one.
We did have a few product issues over our initial few uses, and the US-importer “Big Toys USA” was very helpful. At times, we were waiting for product, or updates, from China (during the pandemic!), but the representative was transparent, responsive and reliable.
Got this for a Christmas present for our son. It came in my husband put it together and they sent us two left sided pedals. So they asked if we could drill holes to correct their issue. We did not have time to do so.
They did send us the correct one. Christmas day came – my son loved it. Had a great time for about two hours!!! Then it broke. My husband went back and forth with them in several issues and finally the said they would send us a new wheel bc motor is in the wheel.
We just git the wheel today almost a month later. Not onky that they sent is the wrong wheel so my husband had to spend quite a bit of time making adjustments so that he could get it working. I wouldn’t waste your time or money.
Bc if there are problems like we had they do nothing to compensate you for all the problems!!!!.

My 11 year old boy loves this drift trike. At first he thought it was for little kids, but as soon as he tried it out, he was hooked. Super low to the ground so the likelihood of him tipping it over is low.
It’s fast and he has a ball outside with it. My wife has also given it a go and thinks it’s a lot of fun, but a bit too fast for her liking. There’s am empty parking lot by our house he loves to go to and just go crazy with it.
4/5 stars because the battery life could be better, but still nothing to complain about!.
This trike is awesome. I am an educator who works with students with special needs and we love racing the trike around the campus. At this time, I have 4 trikes and I am hoping to purchase 2 more. One of the favorite activities is to just set up a couple of cones and race from the first cone to the second cone do a 180; then race back the first cone and repeat.
Moreover, when given the chance the adults enjoy this drift trike too. We recently just had a full week of racing capped off with student racing; teacher/staff racing; and administrators racing for the checkered flag.
It was a great week and while my students are now on their summer vacation I am certain that they are looking forward to returning to school and racing on the DXT Drift Trike.
Experience the ultimate thrill with this fat tire electric bike, which will go the extra mile for you as it is equipped with the latest components. With electric modes like throttle and padel assist, you can enjoy a smooth driving experience without feeling physically tired.
In addition, the bike will pass through uneven mountain roads easily because it softens the impact of bumps. The heavy-duty fat tire electric bike is powered by a 36V 500W rear motor, which will take you through the toughest challenges with its sheer power.
In addition, Shimano 7 gears allow you to adjust the riding speed according to the road conditions and riding terrain. Tracking your riding performance is made easy with the Ecotric smart LCD. It displays vital driving details, speed, time, and riding methods, helping you stay on top of the road.
The aluminum alloy frame for this fat tire electric bike is lightweight but tough enough to take on the challenges of the road. The bike’s power source is a 36V 12Ah battery, which gives the bike an excellent riding range.
You can travel further by electric bike. However, the riding range may vary according to the riding mode. The battery takes about 5 to 8 hours to be fully charged. The battery promises 400-600 charge cycles.
The fat bike’s 26 x 4. 0-inch tires maintain a wide contact surface with the ground, giving it better stability while riding downhill. With the wide tires, you can depend on the sand, dirt tracks, snow, and mud.
Fat tires make the bike an all-terrain racer. When you’re on your way on a long ride, use the throttle mode, which instantly propels the bike so that you can enjoy a free ride. In addition, the electric-assist method relieves you of physical fatigue as you do not have to depress the accelerator pedal to travel long distances.
I got the UL listed Hammer. I was going to get the other Hammer with the larger motor but it was out of stock. I ordered the bike on Friday, it was shipped Monday and I had it Wednesday so 5 stars for that.
I wish Ecotric had a better size chart instead of having the info buried in the FAQ section. After ordering I saw a vid by a guy who’s pretty tall and I think he said that you need to be at least 6′.
I am 5′ 8 1/2″ or so I thought. I measured myself for the first time in decades and I shrank an inch but old people do this. I can ride the bike fine but i have to be on tiptoes if I’m in the seat at a stop sign.
I am getting used to it but some day it might catch up with me. If you are smaller than me do not get this bike. I’ve ridden it about 100 miles now with my longest trip being 19 miles and I still had 2 bars of battery capacity left.
I was mostly on level 4 or 5 and the bike will do 26 mph if you assist which is an easy peddle on flat ground. It will hold that speed without pedaling if it’s really flat. If you try to go faster then you’re pedaling really fast which becomes counter productive.
I have to climb two really steep hills right up to the house so I’m still experimenting with how much range I have. The bike weighs 69 pounds which is lighter than some but you do not want to be going up any hill without assist.
The gorilla in the room would be the comparison with the non UL Hammer with the 1000 watt motor. My bike is pretty fast with good power and will do most hills under power alone. Both bikes use the same battery so one could surmise that my bike would have more reserve capacity due to the 750 watt motor.
It’s a nice comfy ride and a good value for the bucks.
ordered 1000w hammer. got shipped 750w hammer. company states no 1000w models in stock, and never will be. 750 only one avail now. they were not keen on taking bike back, shipped me fenders for it as compensation.
im 250 lbs. wont do more than 11mph on electric on my steep roads near my house. works ok as far as power goes for my wife(130lbs) she can get it up to 18 on hills 21 on the flats(its unlocked). but bike is huge.
its way to tall for her. neither one of us can ride it with the suspension seat they include. i replaced it with low profile race seat from the 80s i had installed on another bike. build quality is good.
voltmeter says battery fully charged is 53. 7 volts, so about what youd expect from rated 48 volt battery. real world riding, half electric takes me 14 miles acording to lcd screen before down to 1 bar battery on the display, and the bike wont hardly move me by itself.
getting battery on and off bike is a pain, you gotta remove the seat first. shifts well. brakes are ok.
Eliminate all balance concerns and let your body relax on rides with the sixthreezero EVRYjourney Electric Tricycle. Step-through the frame with ease, mount and dismount gracely without fear of falling or tipping over the bike.
The 1. 95” tires glide smoothly over streets while absorbing the bumps so your body doesn’t feel them. Bring everything you need on your ride, the 59x 48. 5cm rear basket has room for everything, your groceries, your towel.
want to bring Fluffy, she can fit too. (just put a blanket down for her) Ergonomic riding position that keeps all major joints, including shoulders, wrists, and knees positioned in a relaxed, tension free position while riding.
We purchased the sixthreezero Cruiser-Bicycle EVRYjourney Tricycle a few months ago. It came in a box where it was mostly put together. The instructions were clear and made it easy to fit the components together.
The hardest part was putting the connecting link into the chain but with a needle nosed pliers it worked. My wife is older and does not have the balance she used to so she cannot ride a two-wheeler anymore.
This tricycle really does it for her. The basket in the back is great for carrying mail, packages or coats. Riding it now for a few months I feel that the cost was so worth it. It can carry her up the steepest hill we have around here and really has power on the level paths.
I charged the battery once and it still reads full. Style, function, speed, power – so worth it!.
This tricycle was the absolute best investment I have made! I love riding around with my kids and I feel stable when riding. I chose the tricycle because i needed the extra support as I have lower back and cervical spine issues.
I didn’t want to stop all of the things I loved doing with my kids because my body is wearing down. This tricycle has helped me remain stable while riding. It is the most well-made bike I have ever been on.
The quality and craftsmanship is fantastic! It’s a beautiful bike overall! I highly recommend this bike for parents or people in general who want to ride and feel totally stable!.
I gave up trying to ride a bike in my town because the hills were too high to negotiate. Well, no more! With my sixthreezero e-bike, I ride all over town with ease. Also, people compliment my cool mint green bike all the time.
It’s been a life changing experience! Love my bike!.

After a debacle buying an entry level ebike that had great reviews, the company Ratta* has been a nightmare. The motor died after less than 50 miles and 2 weeks. I’m still fighting with them and Amazon for a resolution.
I put this in for someone who is a first time buyer, like I was. After that mess, I went for the Hammer and used what I thought was refund money to pay for most of it. It’s been the best investment I have made in a “toy” in years! It’s serious fun, incredibly durable and with the 1000 watt battery, more than powerful to get up hills and anywhere else.
I was hesitant about the “fat tires” but they have proven to be part of the best features on this bike. I have put over 500 miles on this thing in Colorado since January and it’s been flawless in the snow, cold and I can’t wait for good weather.
I put my car away for trips around town. I call it the “tank”. I highly recommend spending the extra money on this bike and stay away from the entry level bikes. You won’t regret this purchase and the customer service has been outstanding.
I had one issue with a pedal out of the box and the sent me a new one right away. For the money, it can’t be touched on the market. I could go on about how much I love this bike, but if you are considering getting one.
do it! P. S. I’ve received nothing for this review and just want people to know that an extra $500. 00 spent is nothing vs. a piece of junk with great reviews on Amazon for less than $1k.
The XF800 is a full suspension, fat tire electric bicycle. This model rides very smoothly, and with its fat tires, it’s the choice or preference among many of our mountain electric bikers. Perfect for the trails, and the best seller in our ebike catalog.
I did a lot of comparison shopping online before deciding on this model. I was replacing my vintage mountain bike (ca **85) which I had electrified with a hub motor and repurposed NiMH sticks from a honda insight a few years ago.
At my age (*5), my hips are just not flexible enough to manage the form factor of a mountain bike, even when electrified. I already had a good experience with and cyrusher **” folder for my partner and knew that the level of quality even on the “bargain” E-bikes is pretty good.
She has taken over this one as her own (when I’m not looking). hers is a **V/**0W compared to my (now) **V/*00W. We haven’t used this new one enough yet to know how it is folding and transporting in various contexts, but it will certainly beat my mountain bike and probably the **” cyrusher.
I like the ultra-simple interface on this one. low/medium/high assist settings with the throttle available at any time AND a “walk mode” which lets it keep up with you while walking it with almost no effort.
Particularly hand when you get a flat. I haven’t checked yet to see if the “walk mode” might work when hitched to a garden cart, it might give this bike yet another use. I DO live in a very flat-prone (goathead) area and expected to have to slime the tubes, but waited until my first flat (very quickly) to do so.
Unfortunately, after sliming and inflating and test-riding it went flat overnight and *NOW* there is a big rip in the tube. It is possible I wasn’t careful enough when inflating to keep it from creasing or pinching.
In any case, I’ll be looking for flat proof tube but they don’t seem to make/sell them, so I will have to settle for a tube liner and prophylactic sliming.
Warning!!The Battery Exploded!I purchased this exact cyrusher *0″ model in June of *019. I know this bike better than cyrusher or E-Go bike LLCAs indicated & to be expected the battery has a “lifespan”.
That said: After *2 months of normal use without any warning, reduction of power or performance nor change of climate or routine,. The Battery spontaneously exploded inside my highrise condo in South Florida.
My best analogy:Like “Jet engine exhaust” coming from the key switch. It emitted a horizontalflame & toxic smoke. I’ll contact cyrusher & E-Go bike LLC & will share if either or Amazon sends me a courtesy UL tested replacement battery kit.
Or. Explain how I somehow didn’t follow the assembly & operation instructions that don’t exist. Prior to the fire: *)- The assembly instructions are useless. *)-Use the photo to avoid installing the handlebar stem backwards.
A simple “front” sticker would help. *)- THE TWO FUSES: There is no mention of a ceramic fuse in the battery. Remove the plastic”Phillips head” next to the key switch. Spoiler alert; Lift up the handle on the battery itself.
There’s a *nd”slow blow” fuse above the key switch. Replacement fuses available on Amazon. I had been troubleshooting directly with cyrusher. They didn’t know about the *nd fuse. All said: Until the fire, I found this bike to be a solid introduction to the E-bike market.
Hopefully, This review is well received. It was meant to be informative & beneficial to the current and future consumers. As well as all parties involved in the manufacturing, inspection, distribution, sales and service of this/these products.
Let’s start with the Pros. Bike was delivered on time and was easy to assemble. The bike is fun to ride as I commute 22 mile round trip daily. The motor is strong enough to climb fairly steep hills. The computer has all necessary info, easily displayed.
Now, the Cons. On the first day, going down a steep hill on my road, the front brake “exploded” leaving me only the rear brake functional. On contacting customer service, they were completely unhelpful, eventually saying that cotter pins fall out of the brakes frequently, and I should send pictures of the problem.
I did as instructed. Customer Service does not have your back! The problem is that I need to ride with confidence, not worrying if safety systems will fail. I ended bringing the bike to a local shop where they fixed the problem for $75, rebuilding the front brake cylinder.
The bike is heavy and needs both brakes to stop safely. I think that the suspension is ok, not really meant for trail riding, more for urban riding. I replaced the 200 lumen light with an 800 lumen light.
The Shimano gearing is good but I would prefer a 21 speed versus 7 as I pedal quite a bit. I warn buyers to research thoroughly before purchasing this bike.
Introducing the new Folding Mobility Scooter by MotoTec. Its compact, three-wheel styling makes for a sharp turning radius, 2 hub motors built into the rear wheels provide amazing torque for riding up inclines with its lightweight durable frame made from Aluminum.
The lithium battery is lightweight and lasts longer than your standard lead-acid competing models. Comes standard with a headlight, rear reflectors, key start, reverse, dual rear drum brakes, comfortable seat with backrest, carrying bag, and large 10-inch air-filled tires to provide a comfortable ride.
Reading other reviews, it seems like people spent. 0009 seconds on the scooter, then ran in to write a review. This scooter is EXCELLENT! It’s 700 watts, so yes, it’s fast. The throttle is sensitive but nothing that a few minutes of test driving couldn’t overcome.
Once you practice driving it for a bit, the throttle will is super easy to use. The range is so long that I can make 5-6 trips into my town (2. 2 miles round trip on hilly terrain) before I need to charge it.
I’m partially disabled with MS and I can assure you, this scooter has changed my life! Opening up the freedom of movement I’d lost because of limited mobility is priceless. The scooter is 60 pounds with the battery in place.
It’s completely manageable for me, but I can see where it might be more difficult for someone more frail than I. I did experience a flat tire recently, and the customer service available at their email address was exceptional for the few questions I had in that regard, even sending a video to aid me with direction.
I highly recommend this scooter, it’s an exceptional product for the money and their customer service is fantastic.
I bought this trike for my dad to get around. I like the looks of this trike, the way it folds. What I don’t like is you have to have a key for the battery, to remove it or turn it on. However, the instructions are a disaster.
Have to read in between the lines once you figured it out. ( they don’t tell you what tools you will need, need Allen wrench) I have it put together battery says it’s charged, but will not light up or start.
I will let it charge a few more hours and then see. If it doesn’t start I will reach out to QVC and or the company it’s self. Only gave it 3 stars for now.
I bought this for getting around the flea market because my legs arent what they used to be. I havent been there yet but Ive been zipping around the neighborhood getting used to it and its easy to maneuver, light enough to get in and out of the car & goes pretty fast! The acceleration takes a little getting used to and I wouldnt want to be going fast around the corner because it might tip but overall so far Im happy as can be! Took a little brain power to put it all together but the quality is really excellent.

I was a little skeptical about bike with battery but this bike doesn’t put me down at all. First I thought electric bike is for lazy people who doesnt want to pedal the wheels. But for the last 3 months owning this ebike, my life has been so much more easy and simple.
I am on this everyday to go work and pretty much all my daily activities. No more cars. No more expensive insurance and gas. Having the battery charged overnight, I can be worry-less about my next day commute.
My perspective about ebike totally change. I love it so much. I save so much money by getting rid of my car and also my health has been improved so much since then. Also, electric zip staffs are incredibly friendly.
Our house is on a steep hill and in the past, its nearly impossible to bike up. Even my son’s ebike can’t handle the hill as well. However, got recommended from a best friend of my (who also got this model at this shop), and she loves the bike.
She talks about it every time we see each other. Talking about the customer service, they always answers my emails within just a couple hours I sent it. I sent the same question to a few shops and only at electric zip has the best response time.
There are a few minor things wrong. One wire going to the handlebar won’t stay plugged in because it isn’t long enough. Some screws are loose some screws are over tightened and stripped out. Not bad if you want something to work on.
They guy said I would have to send the old part in to get new one. He said hire a bike shop if I couldn’t fix it. Warranty isn’t much good. I ride my bike almost daily and I don’t want it in the shop.

I bought 2 of these for my wife and myself. They arrived in perfect condition and are packaged very securely. The bikes assemble in about 1 hour each and have pretty good instructions. These bikes fold up and I can fit them into the back of my SUV.
Upon riding, these bikes move quick and went through Florida sugar sand with ease. We found they handle great on or off road. As for the range on a charge with no peddling, I get about 26 miles. One of the best features is that you can ride them in 3 modes; peddle assist, full electric or peddle only.
We bought two Ecotric Folding Fat Tire Bikes from Upzy. The came promptly, and were securely packaged. They were easy to assemble. They look bigger and more substantial in person than they do in the pictures.
They roll very easily on pavement, even with the fat off-road tires. They have plenty of torque. The speed is good, though they do not go as fast downhill as a regular bike. We have ridden them on and off road.
In sand and dirt, they are surprisingly able. They do well on hills, though the steep ones will cause the motor to bear down. That is to be expected. I took one bike 21 miles one day, and still had about half the battery remaining.
We took then to a family reunion, and everyone was able to ride them, from the shortest young ladies to the tallest (6’4″) men. The handlebars and seats adjust very easily to accommodate anyone. Some of the men weighed 225-235, and they handled even them with ease and comfort.
Everyone was blown away by them! The pedal assist is effective. A plus with these bikes is that the throttle is always available, and cancels out the pedal assist, so if you get to a stoplight and forget to shift down, you can just engage the throttle until the bike is going, and no problem, the pedal assist can take over again whenever you’re ready.
I took the bike to work, mostly uphill for 8 miles. I got there in one-half hour (it takes 20 minutes by car). I was not sweaty and winded, but I felt like I have a good workout, which is just what I wanted.
You can get as much or as little exercise as you want. We took our two bikes 650 miles to Arizona in the back of our Chevy Volt, and they fit beautifully. Very impressed. Warning: When you ride them, be ready to talk about them with everyone you meet!.
The price was right for the 48v 500w model. Not overly complicated to finish the assembly. This bike may take a little tweaking with the disc brake adjustment and de-railer tuning. Power seems sufficient carrying my 200 lb frame, although I have not tested on severe inclines yet.
I stripped the aluminum front axel hex hole head after a couple attempts to get the front wheel centered. I Messaged ECO-TRIC for a replacement and they are working on getting me a new one. Overall I’m pleased with my purchase.
Ride into the future with the Razor PowerRider 360 Electric Tricycle. It is an all-new, electric-powered three-wheeler that delivers performance with highly responsive back casters. With just the push of a button, you are off to the races and no pedaling is required.
Race at speeds up to nine miles per hour, cut full 360 degree spins, slide and even drift on the high-performance, dual inclined rear caster wheels. This Razor electric tricycle can help kids develop core and neck strength while seated, as well as arm extension and reach while holding the handlebars and operating the hand-powered front brake.
It runs on a 12-volt battery, which is included. It provides up to 30 minutes of ride time per charge and only takes 12 hours to charge. This kids’ tricycle is designed with a hand-operated front brake for reliable stopping.
So we were really excited about this scooter. But the chain falls off Every Single Time. Put the chain back on. One ride on the sidewalk down and it’s off again. We actually returned the 1st one. But then I read the other reviews that said the same thing.
On the second one the chain falls of every time we ride it too. And it wouldn’t even be so bad if you didn’t have to unscrew the whole front panel to put it back on. Which is kind of a pain. As much as we love this I think we’re going to return the second one.
My 8 yr old son received the Power Rider 360 as a Christmas gift December 2020. Living in the Mid-Atlantic area of the US he was only able to ride this within the last two weeks of March 2021, as the weather warned into the 60s – 70s.
Today, March 29, the motor stopped working. The unit makes a humming noise. I would have expected this to last maybe 1-2 years at best, but to stop working after only 2 weeks of riding 20 minutes for a few days is a serious disappointment and waste of $199.
Razor only provides a 90 day warranty for their motorized rides. My sons unit while only ridin 2 weeks is past the 90 day purchase period.
5 year old nephew is well impressed. People record him going to school on it. His mum pops the front wheel in a wheeled rucksack with handle to scoot it home. So its fast and fun. We have had a few spills when clipping path edging, so id leave the flag off till they get those out the way or it might snap off if it tips over.
I firmly believe when he can drive and slips in the ice he will know what to do now lol. Also we are upgrading it to lithium lifepo4 10ah for over twice the range. 5 miles is still good in my eyes. Make sure to charge it well before use to condition the battery and after every use.
Leave it flat for a day or more and you degrade the capacity instantly as its lead acid. Not sure why people are moaning about only 1 hour runtime. Id expect 40 minutes as it says somewhere. Its a power hungry toy.
So powerful he drags his mates behind in a sledge easily. Id recommend helmets etc. This has really manned him up and got him to put the ipad down! We put a cusion behind him to start with as hes small for his age but quickly managed without.

The mechanical disc brake is easy to install and works more efficiently than the others. The 7 speed, 14-28 freewheel allows you to shift to a larger cog for uphill riding, downshift to a smaller cog at high speeds.
It enhances the bike performance in a mountain trail, with much less maintenance needed.
I bought my offline, it arrived promptly and was packaged well. Assembly was very simple. I had to adjust the back brake but other than that, it is awesome. I weight around 245 lbs and get about 30 miles round trip with 2 bars upon return.
So far so good. Has all the power I need I am 240. Not a light weight guy. Goes up hill with assist with no problem. I change out rear seat with a homemade rack. Need to figure out something for the front.
The new EW-29 Electric Trike can easily be operated as a regular trike by just pedaling or as an electric trike with 100% electric power by just twisting the hand throttle. You can even combine pedaling and electric power at the same time.
This well balanced trike can reach speeds up to 15 mph and travel up to 20 miles on a single charge. It features a low step-thru steel frame for easy seating a front storage basket and large rear storage basket that is perfect for groceries running errands or for taking along your favorite pet.
Features also include a LED front electric light electric horn electric battery indicator forward/reverse switch and oversized seat with backrest. Specifications: Weight Capacity: 400 lbs.
It is poorly designed – the pedals are behind the seat which makes peddling very difficult. It is badly engineered – the steering mechanism pulls constantly to the left & cannot be adjusted. It is cheaply made – many of the components are made with low-grade plastic in areas where some kind of better plastic or metal would make use of the scooter safer.
When it was delivered, it was damaged – not by the delivery company but prior; one of the tires was flat & had a hole in it. LifeSupply. ca was monumentally unhelpful because of their “no returns – ever under any circumstance” policy.
And the company which ‘assembled’ the product in the USA,” e-wheels recreational scooters,” clearly is comfortable selling shoddy products to a clientele which is, like me, older and which has mobility challenges.
Shame on them! Don’t be fooled like I was – STAY COMPLETELY AWAY from this product!.
I bought this trike for 2 reasons: that huge basket in the back that can hold a lot of groceries, and the fact that it is a light-weight trike which makes it easy for me to lift and maneuver out of my apartment and into our very NARROW hallway! I had a Palmer (that I loved) but it was a very heavy 3-wheel scooter that killed my back when I needed to r to maneuver her out the door and into the hallway.
The EW-29 works great for me. It does have a tendency to lean to the side but I discovered there is a bolt that connects the front frame to the back frame that comes loose now and then that you need to tighten up.
So watch for that. Also keep your tires well inflated which also helps to reduce that leaning business. I really enjoy this trike since I have learned her quirks and can get her to behave. She is awesome! Today, I adjusted the front brakes.
Very happy with the trike except for the seat. I bought a better seat with no back. The seat & back were too close together. I felt uncomfortable. Other than that the trike is great. Oh one other thing.
It is uncomfortable holding the throttle on. There should be something there to use your thumb to hold it on. I can’t hold it continuously steady. Have to replace my hand. With a thumb rest I think it could be a smoother ride.
The MotoTec Electric Powered Trike aka Personal Transporter is a three wheel electric scooter that you can ride while sitting or standing, this makes it very convenient for use at events, security and warehouse floor operations or for just plain fun! It’s like a three wheel Segway but at a fraction of the price! Powered by a 500 watt front wheel hub motor with speeds of 20 miles per hour.
It can achieve a 20 plus mile range on a full charge. It features a 16 pneumatic front tire, two 9 pneumatic rear tires and a removable seat. This personal transporter is easy-to-operate with a twist throttle and left handle front drum brake system.
Comes standard with key, battery meter light, front LED head light and carrying basket.
We have the 48v 500w. We like it very much. It’s very sturdy and performs well. It is not a toy. It is a personal transportation device. There are some small issues with the packaging and the instructions but if you’re any good with tools or mechanical devices you won’t have any problems putting this together.
It could have been packaged better. My son uses it to get to and from work about a mile away. It does travel well on city streets. It goes fast, you must be careful, easily 20 miles an hour. Keep an eye on the tire pressure, do not run with low tire pressure.
We have had a rear tire puncture and had trouble finding a replacement tire through MotoTech. However the tire is a standard size and I was able to find a replacement from Harbor Freight SKU# 47638 fits perfectly.
Yes it’s a red tire but it works and available in stock now locally. UPDATE: THE RED TIRE HAS A SHORT LIFE, NOT GOOD AT HIGH SPEED, VERY THIN. GET A TIRE FROM THE SCOOTER PARTS STORE. Just remove the hub that comes with and use the tire and tube.
The other issue with replacing the tire and I read did read this on another review was the the hub nut is very difficult to remove. Yes it is! You need a tire shop log nut impact driver. Or a lug nut wrench with a long breaker bar.
Not only is lug nut tight but they also put threadlock glue on it. Haven’t had to change out the front tire yet so if anybody has experience with that I would love to hear about it. The videos on assembly on YouTube helped greatly some maintenance videos would be greatly appreciated.
Ive had mine for about a year. Its a very fast (22mph top speed) personal transporter. I have driven it back and forth to work on nice days many times (2 mile commute) and can go a few days without recharge.
Plus, given that its a “mobility scooter”, I drive it in to Kroger, Target ect with no issues. Just gotta be careful with the throttle. Its very responsive. Leaning slightly forward while standing will give you the maximum traction if going up a steep grade or want to accelerate quickly.
Probably the best money i have spent in a long time. I will post a video soon on YouTube (just search product name). Great machine after I upgraded the lighting. I regularly drive it around 11pm due to working 2nd shift.
The stock headlight wasnt bright enough for me. Easy and cheap fix 😎.
The trike was pretty easy to assemble. I did need assistance putting the 2 main pieces together because lining up the holes to put the bolts through was difficult for me. The manual that came with it could have been better but I found a video online that showed how to correctly assemble the steering column.
Once I had it assembled and took it for a test drive, I thought something was wrong because I couldn’t get it to go in reverse. My neighbor figured it out and showed me what to do and I think that’s something that should have been in the manual.
All that aside, I love my trike! It seems to go faster on smoother surfaces. I can zoom around on my driveway but on the road it doesn’t go as fast. I got stuck on my lawn so I wouldn’t recommend driving it on grass.
I’ve never had an electric bike or anything similar before but I would recommend this trike.
Full-throttle, fat-tire fun! The top-rated RipCurrent fat tire e-bike provides unmatched value and versatility with a powerful 52V 15Ah battery and 750W motor, plus Torque and Cadence pedal sensors, hydraulic disc brakes and advanced LCD display.
With speeds up to 28MPH and an impressive 45+ on a single charge, the RipCurrent is a perfectly engineered sport utility e-bike! Rip Current.
This is one awesome bike! The shipping was very fast (4) days door to door and the bike came in perfect condition. I put it together in about 1/2 hour, it was really straightforward and everything fit just right.
I took it out for a quick 2 mile checkout and it was riding very smooth and didn’t even need any additional adjusting. I then decided to put it to a real test and took it to a place called Hidden Mesa where the incline, rock and loose dirt trails can be pretty brutal.
This trail is really steep (600ft elevation) with tight turns and large rocks on both sides but the RipCurrent was a beast and had more than enough power and superb handling to rip up this trail to the top without even losing a single tick off the battery meter.
This bike was a great, solid purchase for me. Thanks Tora, Jose, Curtis and all the awesome people at Juiced Bikes for building and supporting these amazing machines, I’m a stoked fan for life!.
I have been using now for almost two months, and although overall I have been impressed there have been some significant concerns. First is the range was must less then I was expected. Generally I find that with riding on level three I run out of power in 40 -50 minutes and only around 16 miles.
I am not using the throttle. This may be normal and I am not sure how it compares to other fat ebikes. Overall though the response with the pedal sensing has been very good and the shifting excellent.
My biggest concern is that I continue to have difficulty with the battery staying in place. Sometimes it is difficult to lock in this has gotten slightly better. Though the bigger concern at this point is there has been worsening difficulty with the system losing power in the middle of the ride.
This seams to happen more after a bump. Lately it has become very concerning as one ride I had to stop and remove and replace the battery four times in a 20 minute ride because power kept going out. I don’t know if it is problem with the battery fitting or not being secure.
I do wish now I would have gone with the bigger battery to not have to worry so often about running out of range.
The worst thing I ever bought. I purchased my Rip Current three weeks ago, since the first day it had issues in the rear wheel with a odd noise when pedaling. I contacted juiced support, I sent a video, and they weren’t able to help, still waiting the comments from their head mechanic.
Also the bike has break issues. The rear break level, when it’s slowly press, goes all the way down without breaking. The brake system’s brand is Logan, it is an unknown brand, without any information in the internet, neither in the Juiced web site.
I bought a bleed kit to trying to bleed the brake but I can’t fix it, different size of the screw port of the caliper. In the Juiced web site they refer just to Tektro and Star Union brakes, no information about Logan brand.
The front brake also has issues. I’m very disappointed and frustrated with my purchase. I’ll never will recommend this brand.
Our top-rated and best selling sport-utility electric bike just got a super-charged upgrade! The NEW Ripcurrent S is a fat-tire, fan-favorite with even more power and torque. Get ready to rip up any terrain with a bigger 1000W motor, the NEW G2 52V/19.
2Ah battery pack, updated controller programming, upgraded fender package, and so much more! With a riding range of up to 70+ miles and speeds up to 28+MPH, the New RipCurrent S offers unparalleled power, versatility and functionality for anywhere you want to ride.
Shipping: Just FYI, my bike was shipped “signature required” through FedEx. This was very difficult since they would not give me a day, much less a time that they would arrive. This caused me to miss their first attempt, and in the end delayed my shipment by 5 days.
This was not nearly as frustrating as when I opened the package, the bike was extremely damaged. The front wheel hub was sticking through the side of the box, both fenders were bent up, the rear rack was crushed, and the rear hydraulic brake line was kinked.
Due to the brake issue, the bike was not safely rideable, no rear brakes. Juiced Policy: To be clear, if you receive a damaged bike from Juiced, their position is to ship you replacement parts and have YOU repair your bike.
This may not be a big deal if it is a simple part to get to, but for example, let’s say you have a damaged fender. Well, this involves disassembling the entire rear wheel assembly, since the bolts holding it on are on the inside.
Yes, that hour plus job is your reward for receiving a damaged bike. That is IF they have replacement parts! This is where my frustration with FedEx is now with Juiced. Juiced Customer Service: I will do my best to keep this short.
First with the only positive I have, every time I got through to a customer service representative they were polite and easy to talk to. Did they help me solve my issue and follow through on promises they gave me, absolutely not.
Combining all of the time spent on hold, attempting their text support (this goes nowhere), and most recently attempting to repair my bike (more on this below), I have 10 hours of my time into this, and I still do not have a fully functional bike that I paid for.
Juiced does not have replacement parts for the bike that I paid for nearly 2 months ago. In the meanwhile, they continued to sell my exact model, even offering a sale, but no parts for a paid customer.
I finally recently received replacement parts, not all, but some. When trying to install the rear fender and more importantly the rear brakes, they sent the wrong parts. Yes, you read that correctly.
I could not be more frustrated with Juiced at this point. Their product appears to be well engineered and built, but they apparently are more interested in sales than owners of their product. Keep this in mind when spending your hard earned money.
This is my first E-Bike and I love the brand. Just surpassed 2,000 miles and no complains at all on my end. When I got my bike there was some damage to the fender and rear rack but the Customer Service team addressed the issues immediately and sent out replacements promptly.
Cruising speed at about 25 miles an hour that I can push to 32 with effort. Battery is amazing, providing about 25-28 miles at the highest pedal assist setting. On the lowest setting you can get over 55 miles (the furthest I have pushed it).
I think if this had some suspension in the back it would be the perfect bike. I weigh 225 and with my work equipment and everything on my daily commute, I have had to replace about 6 spokes on the rear tire only.
This is the only work I have had to do to the bike, and 6 broken spokes riding on bumpy San Diego roads over the course of 2,000 miles is impressive. My daily 16 mile round trip commute will take about 60% of the battery on the highest setting of pedal assist.
Honestly you can’t go wrong. This $2400 bike is easily on par with any bike worth double the amount.
I recently purchased the Cross Current S2. I have 3 friends that owned that model, who highly recommended it to me. So far it exceeded all of my expectations! I would only ask for front fender attachment points on the front fork.
I like to stay dry when I ride. I ended up with a compromise single half fender attached with the headlamp bolt. The powerful 52v lithium battery is great! I did have an initial problem with the spokes on the rear wheel.
They were not tightened at the San Diego assembly point. Quality control needs addressed! I broke down on my third ride with 18 loose spokes and a very wobbly wheel! A local auto mechanic located nearby loaned me a spoke wrench and I continued the ride.
I had a tool at home and got the wheel spokes tight for future fantastic rides! All told, my friends and I are very juiced up about our ebikes! I too will be advising everyone to get one! The quality of the components also gives me the assurance I’ll be riding the S2 for years to come!.

Wow, this is a heavy bike. I’m used to alloy bikes, my first teenage bike was Reynolds 531 tubing, others have been aluminium. My knees are shot, car drivers in DC and/or London are scary, there are trails to ride, but I wanted a battery if my knees got sore and the transportability and fits in shed quality of an electric bike.
Last year I ordered from Rad Power Bikes and it was a terrible experience – more expensive and a never ending inability as to when I’d get my bike, 30 days turned into months … and I had to threaten a lawsuit to get my money back… Lectric on the other hand delivered promptly and no quality issues so far.
Pluses. The control on the power assistance is really nice. You pick a level 1-5 and it kicks in when you pedal or turn the twist grip throttle. It’s sturdy -there’s a lot of steel! It’s fairly complete.
Minuses – the seating position and pedals feel odd – your feet are fairly far forward and for me it’s hard to get the seat high enough for proper leg extension when the pedals at bottom. My feet aren’t huge, say size 10, and if I put them in their normal pedal position, my heel can catch the derailleur for the gears.
It’s very awkward to handle when folded, not helped by its weight and the lack of any locking device for when it’s folded. With accessories, especially the lock and somewhat the premium headlight installation is tricky.
In particular the Lectric lock is an absolute pain to install, really fiddly … washer dropping, tiny clearance PIA. When folded, the charging socket is on the inside of the hinge, blocked by the other half of the frame.
This makes charging while folded difficult … and since it’s weight makes it awkward… The extra large saddle with the comfort pack is too large for most men I think – I swapped it back for the regular saddle but with the suspension tube.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m pretty pleased with it. Have enjoyed riding it so far. But little things could be better.
Never having ridden an E bike before, I got a pair of the XP 2 bikes to hit some trails. There was a small learning curve, very small, learning the pedal assist modes, braking, and reaction of the tires to different surfaces like grass vs gravel vs macadam.
In little time we learned the bike’s reaction between the various PAS modes which seem to be the amount of boost the motor will give you, and the different gears which have nothing to do with the motor but they’re the pedaling gears, and the cherished cruise control mode which can’t be any simpler to use, it’s a great bike.
They’re very solid for sure. The folding ability allows us to carry two bikes inside the back of my Ford Edge away from the weather and without drilling holes in my new car. They’re a bit heavy and I’m still learning the best process to lift the folded bikes into the car since they don’t LOCK together folded.
Maybe some good bungie cords would do it because it’s a bit of a pain. Maybe I’m lifting them wrong. The mileage you get out of a charge is very highly dependent mainly on the terrain and weight of the rider + associated payload.
Naturally, the smoother the surface, and the flatter the terrain, the farther you can go on a charge. I’m still learning about how much to pedal versus charge. We can do 20 miles easily on a gravel road with a slight grade (old railroad bed) before getting to two bars of charge (which gives you more pedaling incentive).
The bikes actually pedal nicely on their own with no motor assist on a relatively flat surface. They only pedaling issue I ran into is the top gear when you’re doing around 17-20 MPH is geared too low and you have to pedal way too fast for comfort, but there may be a reason for this.
Not sure. The seat. Maybe it’s my ***, but the seat gets hard fast. There’s no shock absorption in the standard seat shaft, and on a dirt path, you start feeling it after 15 minutes. I recommend a better seat and definitely a shock absorber seat shaft.
The front wheel shock absorption system, by the way, works great and it’s adjustable. I recommend to Lectric to offer some top shelf seat accessories. I don’t need a giant seat, just a good seat. The accessory saddle bags, the new ones with the grommets to mount it on the back rack, work great.
Not a problem and they’re very convenient. The brakes on this bike work very well. ALWAYS operate both brakes at the same time. If you ever only apply the front brake, you might fly over the handlebars because these brakes mean business.
These bikes are not toys. By the way, the disc brake on each wheel gets very hot when in use, so don’t touch them until they cool down. Mirrors: Get yourself some Lectric mirrors. They install easily, and fold up nicely.
They do the job and can alert you to traffic coming from behind you. like mirrors should. The light: The larger light accessory is brighter than the stock one, and is simple to install. This light seems fine for night riding, but if you’re a light hog, you might want something even brighter.
I highly recommend this bike model over it’s peers in the same price range.
Delivery – delivery was a little slow (probably because I am in Canada). My wife ordered a competitor’s bike at the same time that I ordered my Lectric XP2 and it arrived 5 days later. I had to wait almost 3 weeks for mine.
Packaging – though my wife received her bike from a competitor quicker we did have to do some assembly. My XP2 came folded in a smaller box, and fully assembled. Good job. Continuing to compare my bike to my wife’s bike, both are good quality builds.
Her battery is more easily accessed and has a much longer range. After 71km riding my battery has about a third of a charge left, hers is still almost full. Taking weight factors and wind resistance into consideration hers is still better.
I do like the fact that my battery is protected inside the frame and not exposed to the elements. I hate that I have to leave the key in. On my wife’s bike she switches it on and takes the key out. Also key location is a little awkward, though it keeps the key out of the way as you have to leave it in.
Other things I dislike about my bike are the saddle, it is very uncomfortable, and the difference between pas1 and pas2. In 1 there is barely any noticeable assistance, but when you put it up to 2 it takes off.
Also my wife’s rear light acts as a break light, but mine doesn’t. My wife’s bike also has a really cool bell integrated into her left break lever, but mine has no bell at all. Things I like about the bike – easily adjusts to suit my 6ft frame (my wife’s doesn’t), also it folds smaller and is lighter than my wife’s.
it was also cheaper. The display is very good, and the push button control is easy to use and a good size (much better than my wife’s basic five lights on a little controller and no display). Overall I am very happy with the bike so far.
I can’t attest to longevity but the initial quality seems very good. Considering that it is one of the cheapest options around it is very good value for the money, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a folding electric bike.

The bike seems well built, and I was very impressed with Levi in shipping. There was some confusion when I ordered, and the bike I wanted was not in stock and would take a while to get. Levi was on the phone shortly after my automated text message saga began.
He explained that he had the bike I wanted in the next taller tire size, and after asking my height, I still fell into the parameters of a good fit. My bike and hunting cart packages were sent out the next day.
Kudos to him on his customer service and the speed at which this went out. Now for the bad, the hunting cart. The actual box and frame seem adequate, the problem is the rims and tires. Both rims have been heavily touched up with spray paint.
My 6 year old neighbor kid could do a better job, massive overspray on the tires and a heavy coat just aren’t visually appealing. While this wouldn’t be a dealbreaker for me as they won’t stay shiny for long, the real problem is one tire is unable to have more than 10psi air pressure in it without blowing off the rim.
I believe it’s and out of size tire, inconsistent tolerance. Hopefully warranty takes care of this, and I will gladly change my review if they do.
“Purchased a Storm and took it scouting in hilly terrain. The ebike has a comfortable ride with the added rear suspension. Every accessory in fact, from the motor to brakes to pedals, shocks and tires are of the highest quality.
In very hilly terrain this ebike climbed every one. It’s torque is amazing and is never jumpy. I did believe I that the battery life than I was expecting in terms of distance, but Bakcou customer service asked me to send the suspect back and they would immediately ship out a new battery.
Firstly, Emma Rocks. I would say this vehicle aka (Bike) is MILSPEC. appears to be the Multi tool of E bikes. Instills confidence just examining the robust components , fit and finish and rugged pedigree that literally attacks your senses on opening the shipping box.
Am awaiting a full charge and fine tuning personal adjustments. This unit is built for apex predators. Trailer is an integral part together with the Mule , almost I might say, my new “Weapon System” also quality built.
Our most comfortable and best selling fat-tire step-through e-bike just got a super charged upgrade! The NEW Ripcurrent S Step-Through is a fan-favorite with even more power. Get ready to rip up any terrain with a 1000W motor, the NEW G2 52V/19.
2Ah battery pack and updated controller programming. With a riding range of up to 70+ miles and speeds up to 28+MPH, the RipCurrent S Step-Through offers unparalleled power, versatility and functionality for anywhere you want to ride.
I’ll begin by saying I love the bike, and am enjoying it immensely. I used to ride an old Dutch Gazelle 10-speed fairly regularly until about thirty-five years ago, though I never rode competitively.
After retiring 5 years ago I got the urge to ride again but didn’t have the requisite strength or stamina. E-bikes have now made cycling possible again, and the S2 has successfully met my expectations.
But with regard to this review I’ll also state a caveat: I’m not very experienced, either in biking generally or with e-bikes in particular. My judgments will be partly based on comparison with what I remember from thirty or forty years ago, and partly from having researched various e-bikes before purchasing my S2.
I cannot offer any direct comparison with other e-bikes; I can only relate my observations in riding this particular bike. The bike came mostly assembled, and the final assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the available video on assembly is also helpful.
All the necessary tools were provided. Except for a slightly out-of-true brake rotor (see below) everything appears to be in A-1 condition. My most immediate reaction on my first ride: derailleur shifters have improved radically since 40 years ago.
They are now vastly easier to use. This may be the place to note that it is very nice to have 9 speeds instead of only the 7 available on most e-bikes in this price-range. I use all 9 speeds regularly in my hilly neighborhood.
Another reason for my selecting the S2 is the fact that Juiced uses torque as well as cadence sensors for their pedal assist. This makes it feel more like a regular bike since harder-pushing induces greater power assist.
I rather wish the bike could have had a mid-drive motor instead of on the rear hub, which would not only balance the bike better but would advantage the motor for using the gears, but I have not seen any bike anywhere close to the CrossCurrent’s price-point that is both as powerful and has a mid-drive motor.
The Control LCD is not horribly difficult to learn, but unfortunately it is not entirely intuitive either. Currently the information on how to use it is only in video form. A short printed cheat-sheet of the commands and settings available (e.
g. , how to turn on the headlight, how to change the maximum speed, or how to set the cruise-control) would be very helpful. Perhaps Juiced could be persuaded to help us old-fashioned people who still prefer to read.
In fact I would love to have a complete manual detailing service and maintenance matters as well as all the bike’s features, controls and specifications. This could be a pdf file, though a printed manual would be even better.
Climbing some of the 20+ degree hills in my neighborhood is quite challenging even on higher levels of power assist. I occasionally have to use the power-boost (throttle plus pedaling) and standing-up pedaling (using my body-weight) to get to the top.
I had had the impression that the 750 watt motor would be able to handle these hills more easily, even with just throttle power, but this is not the case. Since I got the bike largely for exercise as well as enjoyment this is not too problematic for me, but if I were using it to commute and didn’t want to pedal I might be a little put-out.
The bike is, for me anyway, built to put the rider in a fairly aggressive stance, not as aggressive as a racing bike, but not as upright as I expected. This may be partly a function of my rather long legs versus short torso, but I’m a bit more forward than I’d like, and I am considering using a stem riser to achieve a more relaxed position.
The battery is powerful, but rather difficult to remove and re-attach. They make it look easy on the video, but it takes a fairly energetic yank or bump with my palm to get it off and on. I’m nervous about this since I worry I’ll bend the pins of the connector or something, though this hasn’t happened yet.
Fortunately you can recharge the battery without removing it, but to do that of course you’ll need to park the bike near an outlet or else run an extension cord. My front wheel came with a slightly out-of-true brake rotor.
Despite repeated attempts to re-center the rotor by adjusting the brake pads, I can’t entirely eliminate the rubbing. This doesn’t greatly impede riding, though it does add a little resistance and is a nuisance.
Tech support has promised to send me a replacement rotor. One last issue: the battery is placed such that there is no way to mount a typical bicycle water-bottle holder, either to the top bar or to the seat-post bar, such that you can actually insert or remove a standard 24 oz.
bottle without removing the battery (which you can’t do without getting off the bike and using a key). There may be some bottle-holders that would work, but I haven’t found one yet. Bottom line, after a couple weeks of riding I am impressed with the bike’s ability and pragmatic utility.
While not the most elegant of e-bikes, it serves very well at being what it is: a commuter/road bike with a long-lasting battery and quality components. I think it is well worth its price, which is still less than $2000.
Background: I was looking to buy an e-bike after experiencing their magical nature in NYC’s Citibike e-bike program (rarely available e-bikes) and was recommended the HyperScorpion from a friend. Found out the CrossCurrent S2 was far more what I needed since it was very close to a “normal” bike.
I trusted my friend so ordered the S2 within a few minutes. Very quick delivery: Ordered Thursday, April 29 @ 12:21am and package was delivered one week later on Friday May 7 @ 1:53pm. You may get yours faster if you live closer to company HQ in Chula Vista.
After putting in a few dozen miles, I marvel at this incredible machine — it’s performance and the high quality feel. At $2,000, I originally felt I spent too much money. However, after experiencing how well it performs along with much more research online while awaiting its arrival, I feel very lucky and that I got an incredible deal given the specs of other e-bikes on the market and their costs.
I haven’t personally ridden other e-bikes so I can’t attest to the feeling of riding, but the battery (13 AH and 52 Volts) and motor specs (750 Watts) are excellent specs that aren’t matched by e-bikes far more expensive.
For more information, I highly recommend the following for more information – Juiced Bikes YouTube channel: https://www. youtube. com/c/JuicedBikes/videos – Reddit Group: https://www. reddit. com/r/juicedbikes/ I could write a lot more, but would just like to say that you won’t be disappointed with the CrossCurrent S2.
I’m eyeing the HyperScrambler 2 for offroad and extended range, since I’m convinced of the quality of JuicedBikes. Much respect to founder Tora Harris and the rest of the Juiced Bikes team.
Seldom do reviews, but. Did a lot of research and decided on the CrossCurrent Step Through. I actually couldn’t be happier. Came on time, easy to assemble, but most most of all just fun to ride. I am a 72 years male who used to ride road bikes and wanted to get back to riding, but was afraid to venture too far from home.
This bike allows you to go for rides without fear of headwinds or hills. After my first ride I sent a text to my wife and simply said “awesome”. If you are on the fence about buying an ebike, let me assure you that you won’t be disappointed.
They are heavy, but as long as you don’t have to carry it up steps (unfortunately I do) that shouldn’t be a problem. They are just a fun way to get some exercise. Plenty of power if needed and although I haven’t tested the range, I believe that their estimates are probably realistic.

Really like the design and build. I Had a little piece damaged during shipping and the battery won’t fit and mokwheel sent me a new battery in a week, great people. Shipping protection can be a bit better and I know it’s not their fault, fedex shipping is awful.
But knowing they have my back I made a safe purchase.
