Best Fat Fuel It Works (2024 Updated)

I have been using this product for a year or so now and it works really well. I usually take it half an hour before my largest meal of the day. It breaks down the food pretty well and I can see the result in my bowel movement and also the weighing scale.

It mixes well with water. I take it with some another supplements to control the bodies ability to process carbs and I also bike about 12 miles each day. I take about 1000mg of pure CLA in a capsule during my other meal.

The combined effect of all these have helped me to reduce 15 lbs in a year and I have been able to maintain a comfortable plateau for nearly 4 months at this point. I never thought it was possible, but my love handles are gone and I can actually see my ab muscles forming as well! I wish GNC would make this product available for recurrent purchase but somehow it doesn’t have the option on their web page.

Easy dispenser helps you to pre-measure before adding to your tank. I used it for my Harley which will sit in the garage for several weeks at a time without being used. It will help keep the gas from turning bad.

It is reported by some of my friends to be better than the other more commonly know solution. I added it and a week later rode the bike with no adverse effects.

I have really been enjoying taking Naturewise Elite 95% CLA 1300 three times a day, every day. I take the minimum recommendation, being 1 softgel three times daily with meals. I have been on a fitness/weightloss journey since the beginning of this year, and I’ve lost 40lbs in that time, most of it being in the last 4 months.

I’ve only been taking this product for the past month, but in that time, my muscles have been really starting to develope/show. I have been lifting weights since I started my journey, and it may just be a coincidence that my muscles are really starting to take shape since I’ve been taking this CLA everyday, but maybe it’s not! Either way, this is a high quality fatty acid for my body, and I’m so glad I’ve found this product!.

I wanted to try CLA to assist with my low carb/higher fat “predominantly paleo” diet and to help trim off excess fat around the waist and thighs. I need a boost to my already clean diet and consistent workout regiment.

I have been taking 1 cap 3x a day with protein for almost two weeks and I have already noticed my waist trimming up a lot faster than it was prior to CLA supplementation. I am going to increase my dose to 2 caps 3x a day starting tomorrow and then with the next bottle.

increasing my dosage to perhaps 3 caps 3x a day to really tone up even more. This has not caused any side effects nor stomach issues so I am going to continue taking this CLA. I have tried other brands and did not notice any difference in my body composition.

Also, I have actually bitten these caps to break them and taste the freshness of the oil. Rancid CLA oil is toxic and extremely dangerous. It’s a major issue with many brands. This oil tastes clean and fresh so I will continue taking it for the foreseeable future as long as the price, freshness, and effectiveness remain top quality.

Supplementing with Brain Octane C8 always makes me feel full so I can push off breakfast without getting hangry. My mental recall has improved as well. We’ve all done it; “what was that actors name from 20 years ago” – boom, there it is.

I also use this in my hot chocolate (cacao – almond milk and stevia) especially when I’m over at my in-laws where options of healthy foods are scarce and most importantly it helps me stay away from those addictive sugar cravings and holiday goodies.

I have been using this product for a few years now. Due to its very high cost, I have been buying 2 or 3 32oz bottles in an effort to make it affordable. This purchase has me wondering if perhaps they are unloading out of date product.

I learned early on to carefully measure how much I put in coffee. So the one tablespoon that I use has made this a “don’t leave the house adventure”. It has caused GI issues that are much worse than what I had to deal with when I was “getting used to it” years ago.

I had a bottle of their regular MCT oil that didn’t cause the same distress. This will be my last purchase of Bulletproof products. I’d return it if I could.

So far so good. Less pricey than other brands. Taste is fine. It supposed to give a boost or energy; it does a little bit at times.

Bought this for my 17 year old son. Was looking for something that would give him a boost without side effects. This stuff is awesome!! My always ready for a nap child, was actually ready to go to his boxing class (hands wrapped, etc) after taking this stuff.

He was drenched after class and stated that he felt like he could keep going. No crash afterwards, no racing heart, nothing. He said it tastes pretty good as well.

Fireball L-Carnitine Liquid Igniter is one of the best L-Carnitine products I have ever used. I had the apple which tasted great. I would take 1 table spoon first thing in the morning before morning cardio and then again before my evening workout.

My fat is primarily around my belly (yay having kids) and so I wanted to try these. I’ve tried many things, even regular exercise and a pretty good diet. I do not eat junk food, I eat at home, I don’t eat a ton of carbs.

It has been frustrating because no matter what I do still belly fat would not budge. I looked up the research article for the active ingredient in these to see exactly how much the subjects of the research took per day and for how long because I wanted to make sure I gave these a shot to make sure they worked.

According the the research, they were all males and none of them appeared to be on a specified diet or exercise. There are so many reviews of these pills where people say they don’t work and they don’t seem to be taking the correct dosage.

Well, I took 3 pills in the morning before breakfast, 3 pills at lunch consistently for 50 days. This is just 10 days shy of what the research article said and they did NOTHING. I didn’t necessarily expect weight loss, I was looking for the circumference of my belly to go down and not an inch, or even a half inch.

No side effects, it just didn’t work for me and I wasted a good chunk of change. If this worked for some folks they have a metabolism primed for this, perhaps and maybe it worked to suppress their appetite so they ate less.

I will note I did not exercise, but I’ve done the exercise thing and dieting and it didn’t seem to help either. So, if you give it a shot, do not expect miracles.

Ascent protein is top notch. I’ve tried endless amount of protein powders but most have chalky textures, weird tastes, and sometimes cause upset stomachs. I’m so glad I found Ascent – it blends amazingly even with just water (I use oat milk to make it extra creamy), and I’ve never experienced any amount of the powder not dissolving.

Not to mention all flavors are excellent, by far the best I’ve tried. No flavor is overwhelmingly sweet and all taste amazing. It’s more expensive that what you traditionally may be used to for protein, but it’s 100% worth it.

I’ll never go back to anything else.

I’m always skeptical whenever a product has as many 5 star reviews as this one. When a product has a perfect score, it’s usually because the manufacturer curates the reviews to include positive ones or pays fake reviewers to increase its rating.

I purchased the Alani pre-workout from the Vitamin Shoppe, taking care to ask them about their return policy because the online reviews didn’t have me fooled. But PLOT TWIST: It actually works! All of the positive, 5-star perfect scores are completely true.

It’s highly improved my endurance and stamina, allowing me to push through cardio / HIIT workouts and strength training that just days before I was having a tough time getting through. INCREASED STAMINA: I did the same workouts yesterday after a long day of work and could barely get through 30 minutes.

Today, I drank 1 scoop of pre-workout and did 1 1/2 hours with absolutely no problem. I was in the middle of a workout and looked down at my Apple Watch and suddenly noticed I was working at 165 BPM with no need to stop and breathe.

Before this pre-workout, working my heart at that rate would have depleted my energy. I am not exaggerating when I say this product is a game changer. (I think my caffeine addiction may have increased my tolerance lol. ) There were some slight tingles in my hands and arms but they went away as soon as I started exerting energy. The Hawaiian Shaved Ice flavor is great and dissolves quickly even without a shaker.

Not too sweet and no powdery, medicinal taste. If you’re a beginner like me and are looking for an accessible pre-workout that delivers on its promises, look no further. Suffice to say, I won’t need to hold on to that Vitamin Shoppe receipt anymore.

So I had never tried a pre-workout but I am fairly new to the world of taking my fitness seriously. I was gifted single use packs of the Hawaiian Ice flavor with a purchase I made on here and have now purchased the breezeberry flavor full size.

I’m not super sensitive to caffeine, so I haven’t noticed any jitters or tingles but I will say this definitely makes the work out go by faster and I am more focused on getting it done. I’m currently an after work gym girlie and need a little something to get me ready to work again.

This is definitely that and I also have noticed no issue with sleep! The breezeberry is delicious and makes a cute blue drink. It melts beautifully and is smooth to gulp down quickly. 10/10 for me.

I love the taste and feeling when I take this preworkout! I’ve had the Hawaiian shaved ice, and the rainbow candy! The rainbow candy is literally like drinking liquid skittles, it’s amazing! I loved the focus, energy, and pump that I have when I take this preworkout! Another thing that is amazing about it is that you do not get that terrible crash later in the day.

I love the focus with this preworkout and I love that most of the products are gluten free, it has been so hard switching my supplements around to work with my celiacs. I’m excited to hopefully one day be able to sell and or promote Katy’s products in my gym/ business, they have definitely been a staple during my journey!.

Not completely in love with jet fuel. I bought this product specifically because of verified buyer ratings and the price, I guess you get what you pay for. I have a very high tolerance for stimulants and I didn’t notice any amount of energy from this product.

I assumed there would be at least a brief surge because caffeine is listed in the blend, and the fact that it is a gel cap. If anything it has more of a relaxing effect for me. As far as the fat burning effects it does seem to be working.

I guess I just prefer something with a little more kick. I would reccomend this to anyone who has a sensitivity to stimulants but still wants something more than a stim-free product.

I had a competition at work starting last November to lose the most weight in a 3 month period and won even beating out a seasoned body builder by 10%. Trust me he had a lot of fat & water weight when we started.

I supplemented JetFuel on a very clean diet and added 35 mins of HITT eliptical training 3-4 times 80-90 % 40 secs 60 sec 40%. 2 bottles in a 3 month period (Month on, Month off, Month on). I went from 233 to 197.

I can honestly say this product helped me keep the carbs that i needed after my workouts higher had I not been using it. The product sat well with me on an empty stomach and provide a great boost in my mentality & metabolism increased without feeling jittery or sick to my stomach.

Appetite Control was pretty on point while I was using the product. I took JetFuel First thing in the morning and the second serving around lunch time. I always took it on an empty stomach. On the weekends or on my day off of work, I took one of these servings right before I worked out When I did this, oooh man, the sweat increased!Energy was not too bad.

This product was not made to be a stimulant so I can not rate it based off that. Now I can say that in the morning when I first wake up I am always still exhausted, but not too long after I take the JetFuel I am awake and more alert.

Another good thing about this product is I had no GI issues. I have tried many fat burners in the past, and most would mess with my GI, but not this one.

Can’t believe they’d include maltodextrin. Anyone who has digestive issues and is actively working to repair their micro biome knows that it alters your gut micro biome leads to inflammation, leaky gut and potentially worse like IBD.

Wonderful product!! I notice I couldn’t go to sleep due to I took it at 1p. It says what it does, it suppress the appetite, it gives me that metabolism boost. I’m shocked to see it work on the first day usually taking supplements like this you will have to wait weeks and months to notice the results.

I will provide more information of the wait lost. I’m sure I will lose due to the suppressant which I really wanted. Will be buying more. For sleep I took the Terra Origin Healthy, Restful Sleep Wake Cycle and it put me to sleep fast.

Hammer gel works better on me than any other rapid energy product that I have tried, including my home-made concoctions. I prefer the Vanilla flavor, but this Huckleberry is quite acceptable – meaning it is not hyper-sweet.

I have moved to purchasing the Hammer Gel Jugs, and I use the Hammer Gel Flask to carry and drink the gel conveniently on rides. The flask hold five servings, so if I don’t need that much, I put in what i need and fill the remaining space with water.

That makes it easier to drink.

Hammer makes high quality, healthy products. Since i started using hammer producta, my performance has improved and my post workout eating habits have become much better, mostly thanks to recoverite.

Now, I cant imagine living my active life without them! I originally wasn’t crazy about the after taste of the fruit gels, but I became addicted to how well they work! I ran a half marathon and a tough mudder on the gels.

No tummy issues whatsoever! I bought the espresso flavor to try and absolutely LOVE them! I also LOVE recoverite and use it for just more than post workout. And Hammer bars are a staple during the school year (I’m a nursing student at PSU) as my go to snack in during classes.

Hammer gels are among my favorites, I also use GU. I like these because they’re not sickeningly sweet, and really do help prevent/stave off fatigue. These are a convenient size to put in a saddle pack, and I often bring several, depending on the length of the ride.

One thing to notice is caffeine. If this matters to you, be sure to check the caffeine content, as some not-so-obvious flavors (i. e. Tropical) contain it, while several others don’t.

I love Tailwind’s product line! This is my second season using them for mountain biking. This fuel really provides consistent and solid energy over long endurance rides without any negative effects on my stomach or digestion.

I use it for any rides over an hour and have used it up to 6-8 hours in a day. I really like the recovery drink as well. The rice protein seems to digest quickly and effectively. On my travel rides, which typically include two rides a day at 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours each, I like the build back between rides that I get from the recovery drink.

The endurance fuel mixes well without being clumpy or too granular, and never clogs my bottles. The taste varieties are on point. For the record, I am a 53 year-old, 230 lb occasional endurance racer (True Grit 50, The Grizzly, and 25 Hours of Frog Hollow mostly), but I prefer travel rides to Utah doing mostly long days of blue, black, and double black tech lines on the mesas.

I will be doing the 25 Hours of Frog Hollow as a duo for my third time this year and will rely on a consistent stream of Tailwind Endurance, Tailwind Recovery, and some pickles, pasta, and PBJ to keep rolling.

I have been experimenting with several different brands of hydration products over the summer here in Florida. I have sampled many different products. I tried each product for 3 weeks, varying the amounts based on the mileage, and effort of the workout.

The trial period included temp runs, speedwork, and longer distances + 13 miles. We are 100% sold on the Tailwind line. We have been using Tailwind Endurance Fuel for 5 weeks now. I have been able to move away from gels, chews, and other solid foods and fuel my runs solely on the Tailwind Endurance Fuel without bonking.

I have done so well with no stomach or digestive issues, which in the past has been a problem for me. I am able to maintain the energy needed to complete long distance runs and have had ZERO side effects.

We have also been trying the TW Active Hydration line for shorter efforts, or a gym workout. TW is super portable and easy to mix. I carry it on my hydration belt and the quantity is based on mileage.

The TW company does a great job at breaking down how much you should mix based on a number of variables.

Most importantly, at this point, I think at this point I’ve given all the flavors a try and there are none my stomach can’t handle. Some more palatable than others, but none that I can’t drink on a long, hot effort in the mountains.

Lemon is my fave, and cola provides a great kick when you start flagging. The real deal-maker here for me though is their customer service. I did the tailwind challenge and it was a foregone conclusion for me that I’d spend the $140 on tailwind, and if it turned out that it didn’t work for me it’d be a real fight to get them to make good ones their offer (to cover my race entry fee if things didn’t pan out).

Fortunately things never came to that and I’m now convinced that if the product hadn’t worked for me, they’d have gone out of their way to make things right. From the initial postcard with a personalized message wishing me luck training to a very thoughtful email on race week wishing me good luck, these folks are exactly the sort of outfit I want to do business with.

They appear to be interested in happy customers as much as moving product and that is a company I will stick with for ever.

This product is a blessing, it has saved me taking a weed eater and a chain saw, to repair shop. the weed eater has been a problem for some time and the chain saw had set for eleven years. Neither would start, after putting this product in gas tank and leaving them sit for 3-4 days both fired off and ran like new, i am sold.

Worked well in a mower and worked in Honda 4 stroke string trimmer, that had to be ran with the choke on half way. Buying more for 1971 Honda CT70 and will use it in the 6 hp 4 stroke outboard engine.

I gave some to the guy next door and worked excellent! Buying another can ASAP. This is going in all my stuff. Very happy with is product. A.

I have bought 8 qts of this product and used 3 in 6 different machines I have 4 of them started. May try the other 2 today I bought 1 qt last year used it last year and it worked then so I tried again.

Tuneup in a bottle is what the manufacturer calls it. I qualified for help as my compact SUV is definitely over the recommended 75K+ miles. It`s also not as peppy as before, and the engine taps loudly on idle.

I followed directions and topped off my 16 gallon tank, the 5. 25 oz bottle treats up to 25 gallons. Pouring was simple thanks to the long necked bottle pictured below. I inherited the car from my wife, and it really spends most of it’s time sitting these days, I believe that caused some of the engine problems.

After a week of short trips and still with practically a full gas tank, not surprisingly I didn’t notice any improvement. In the second week I ran it on the highway, and to my surprise the wheels spun on some gravel returning home.

We had issue when the car was new because it was so jumpy starting out. In the driveway I noticed the engine was about 75% quieter than when I left. Wow, after one high speed run on the highway I had noticed two major improvements! Lucas Oil recommends frequent use for best results.

By the time my car needed another fill up, I noted slight improvement in the running of my car. The ride was smoother; I usually fill up every three days. This tank lasted 5 days or just about. I drove same distance and same amount of days to work and back; and finally, my car did not hesitate as much when I pressed the gas to go after a stop.

The hesitation is usually noticeable, especially when merging on the highway, but after this additive, I barely noticed, and as I kept driving, it would hit me that I had had no problem merging. This was the biggest thing for me.

I may have saved on the emissions and MPG, but the lack of lagging hesitation is what I noticed most. Totally worth it. It is recommended for continued use, so I should see better results if I use it with every GAS tank fill up, or at least once a month.

The bottle is designed so that the thin spout fits easily into your gas tank. No funnel needed. No spills. I detected no noxious smell while pouring, but when I put the empty bottle up to my nose, yeah, there’s a chemical, oily smell.

It is an oil, so. great for lubricating engines and fuel systems. So far so good. Highly recommended for continued use. I am on my second bottle.

I always like to try new protein powders, but I somehow always come back to this one. It is so refined and filtered that I don’t ever get that chalky taste or feeling when I’m drinking it with water.

I absolutely love it. I recommend the chocolate brownie for those that have those midnight cravings.

Started with the Cinnamon swirl, loved it ordered the chocolate brownie but got the wrong product. Atomic with no delay sent the right product with no delays. Love the proteins, Creatine, fallout, aminos & fat burner, and pre workouts.

I dont drink coffee and really haven’t mixed it into anything, I’m using it as fuel so I just drink it plain basically like a shot. I don’t get any upset stomach or any of the other negative side effects people describe.

People say “it’s oily”, yea. it’s oil lol and on that note the consistency isn’t even that thick, it’s like watered-down oil. I take it about 30 minutes before Jiu Jitsu or weight lifting and I can feel the energy level difference.

I am on a keto diet and this provides the extra fuel needed for intensive exercise.

I got this product last week along with many others. Generally speaking, I love it all. For this MCT oil: I add it to my coffee in the morning and it’s great. The problem I have is with the nozzle design.

After pouring some in my coffee mug the oils drips down the side and often on the counter as well. If there is an option to change the nozzle to a squeeze type which prevents this, it would be awesome.

Like previous reviewers have stated there are some side effects here when first getting started on this/ mostly gastrointestinal related but nothing severe and after a week of one teaspoon per day I have normalized to this product.

I take this about an hour after having food and that lessened the side effects. I also notice that on days when I am doing more cardio I have less issues with side effects as well. That being said, I do notice an increased level of energy and clarity as well as increased level of alertness.

I don’t feel any jitters and anxiety which can be caused by any MCT oil. I know there can be a placebo type effect with any product but I feel that if $22 and a teaspoon can make me believe that I am pushing farther and harder in workouts or a feeling of increased stamina than for me it is well worth it.

I have been using this for about 2 weeks now so we will see what happens after a month of use. All in all I am very happy with this and plan to use it moving forward.
