Best Fall Outfits For Guys (2024 Updated)

Purchased to use for Joker costume for my 12 y/o son, who is between kids and adult sizing. The size guide online states waist is 35″ (which would be manageable with a belt) but when the suit arrived, it in-fact was a 38-40″! For a MEDIUM! The sizing per package is: S 36-38″ M 38-40″ L 40-42″ XL 42-44″ Also, there are no belt loops, the waistband is elastic and can be seen if you plan to tuck your shirt in without blousing.

The pockets are mock only on the suit jacket and half enclosed in pants, so anything you have in your pockets, may fall out. This is a cheaply made suit, but the only bright purple one I found beside through Spirit (Halloween Store).

If using this for only one night and as a costume, I can imagine it would hold up and look nice enough. I would not use for attending a nice event and would leave time to have it pressed or steamed – it arrived VERY wrinkled!.

What started as a joke of wearing hot pink, turned out perfect, and I was the talk of the class! Size/measurements were spot on, it was as bright and vibrant as I wanted, even better than I imagined! Comfortable, very affordable, and quick shipping! 5 stars.

The product didn’t not fit! You charged me twice for this item. I had to drive two and a half hours to return this item. Didn’t get all my tax back as well as not getting my shipped charge back. VERY disappointed in party City.

Was torn between the M/L or XL and went with the former. I think the XL would have worked, but would’ve been a little baggy in spots. The M/L fits perfectly and I love the quality of the flight suit.

It’s comfy and the material isn’t too thick to where it’ll burn you up. I also bought the boots and they could’ve been better for the money, but they’re not bad at all. Just a pain to put on since you have to unlace them pretty far.

I would definitely recommend to anyone on the fence and it was a hit at my office’s Halloween dress up day. Sorry for the poor photos but it was the best I could do since I was home alone without anyone to take the pic for me.

Basically, I needed a navy Blue Suit for a wedding Reception. Realized at the last minute that none of my current suits in my closet would work. My wife was on me hard. You have to get a navy Blue suit like all the other men.

Suits Outlets was the best look with selections online. Hot Diggity Dog, I hit the right one! The suit was a perfect fit and it arrived the day before the evenit. Goodness, I was sharp as all the other men along with the compliments.

This suit is gorgeous! I deliberately bought it slightly larger than “fit” since I prefer my clothing to have a nice hang and drape and after alterations this suit has a very nice, vintage style drape and with its unique color as a double-breasted I can’t wait to wear it! My only challenge is in these pandemic times there are so few occasions to wear, but as I’ve made the deliberate choice to not only come in to the office but to also maintain dress standards, one day soon I’m going to wear it in to work, and then perhaps to the cigar lounge after work! Well done! I’m already considering another.

I was really happy once opening the Damage Box from the freight carrier. The suit was still in outstanding condition really a great looking suit fit and finish top notch I would buy from the Suit Outlet again.

Thoughts: I’ve worn the product several times over the past few weeks. I was apprehensive about the wool having only owned wool socks previously (though I love those), but figured I’d give their blend a shot.

It’s quite soft and you don’t feel any wool prickles on your skin after 2 minutes of wear. The range of comfortable temperatures at which you can wear it is very nice. So far I’ve gone from comfortable while active during a 6 degree early dog walk morning to toasty at 22 in my room which gets all the sun.

It’s quite breathable while still being warm. I bought the chestnut/navy combo which looks really nice. The press buttons are much nicer to use than the usual buttons. Sizing: I am 5’10” around 135lbs with a very lean build from endurance activities.

I bought the size S, which is still a little bit large. I feel that if they made it in XS it might still fit my lean build since it’s a box fit (true to their statement). I use the second (inner) button on the wrist and then the arms fit well.

I can probably fit a hoodie under the jacket, but there is no weather proofing to warrant that kind of wear.

First fjallraven Product I have purchased And I am very happy with it. I like the fact that it is a bit longer than other brands because I am tall and have a big ish chest. (Kinda fit kinda fat). It is.

A great shirt to layer under a jacket or vest. It has kept me warm in temperatures around freezing point. I tend to Abuse my clothes a bit from doing farm chores and the toughness of this shirt is great.

I can chop wood, feed animals, fix fences and go grocery shopping after because it dosen’t seem to keep smells. I want to buy another in a different color but I’ll wait to save some coin as it is not cheap.

As with most good clothes though , you get what you pay for.

I really like this modern take on a Canadian lumberjack flannel. It’s thicker than Fjallraven’s other flannels, but still thin enough that it won’t be mistaken for a jacket. I normally wear a medium or large in Fjallraven, and while the arms are true to length, I’m swimming a bit in the body.

I don’t mind the added size given that I’ll be layering under it, but I would have preferred it to be slightly more form fitting.

I love this shirt. I bought it in the grey and then went back for another in olive. It is very versatile. It doesn’t wrinkle and looks good off the hanger. It looks good enough to wear to work in a business casual environment.

But it is also a performance shirt that breathes very well. On many occasions I have worn it to work and then went for a hike in after work without having to change. I wish there were more color selections.

For the review that said it runs a little big in size I would say that depends on how you want to wear it. As a performance shirt I like it a little bigger to breath even better. I would say it doesn’t look to big however.

If you want it form fitting then definitely go a size down from what you normally wear.

This suit is crap. First time I wore it the seam in the sleeve ripped out. The jacket says it’s a 54R but fits more like a 52R. The pants say they are a 48” waist, but fit more like a 44” waist. I normally wear 46 so I was expecting them to be a little big on me.

Instead they were a little tight. The style is old and ugly. I’m ashamed to even give this suit to Salvation Army. Don’t waste your money.

The price and appearance of these suits was the compelling factor in my decision to purchase. The suits sit great and look great. I was inclined to give 5 stars, but there were some loose threads along of the seams.

I’ve only worn them once and have yet to send them to the cleaners, so I don’t know if this might be problematic going forward. Otherwise, I am very happy with the purchase.

When my husband open his Christmas gift, he looked like someone had just won a new Cadillac. He always wants to look his best for church and this suit is just the right one, had alterations done on the pants they were to long as expected, but even the seamstress was impressed with the quality of the material as was I and he going to be sharp for the 3rd Sunday night church service.

Thanks for the opportunity. This was my first experience with your company. I ordered the suit with a wrong size. 48 L instead of 48 R. So I had to spend $15. 00 to mail it back to you. The lady who helped me with the return was not the KINDEST customer service person.

Then while I was waiting for the right size suit to be shipped to me, the same suit went on SALE for $30. 00 lesser price. So I actually paid $45. 00 more for the same suit. However, since I really liked the suit, it was ok.

In my opinion, you need to honor your sales price while you are in process of shipping and order.

This is a very true story. All of my life I’ve always been a very slender guy, now I’m nearing 60 years of age I started to gain weight rapidly until all of my clothes had gotten too small. I had to get rid of all of them including my suits and start over again.

I decided to shop for a suit online only knowing my waist size when I came across the Suits Outlets. I checked out the suits on their website and saw the suit I wanted to purchase. Because I didn’t know my coat size the nice people at the Suits Outlets took the time to work with me until they got it right and I would like to thank all of them so much.

Suit material is very nice however the suit in size 40 regular or 40 short were both too large for me. I ware a size 40 regular. The service in ordering and returns was excellent. I wish those double breasted suits came in Modern Fitt style, I would buy two or three.

Price was also very good.

I have purchased suits from Suits Outlets before without any disappointments. Upon delivery of the Rockefeller double breasted pin stripe suit the streak of no disappointments continued. The fit is perfect.

The tailoring is superb. The suit fits and feels like a high dollar tailor made suit. This is why I will return to Suits Outlets!.

Wore my blue suit for a seminar and all I got were compliments. Was in a room with many doctors that paid a lot more for their suits and asked me where I got mine? Will be buying more from you soon. After losing some serious weight, I am finally able to buy a suit off the rack. Canali is top of the line and this all purpose suit required only slight tailoring. Three buttons at the top of the zipper, two hidden, gets the fit just right.

No indents at the shoulders, lets the jaket drape for a perfect fit.

I had a problem with some inferior (very rare) stitching on a Canali suit. I took it back to the Charlotte store and spoke with Hade Robinson, the department manager, and the sales associate Beverly.

They couldn’t have been more helpful. The Nordstrom guarantee is wonderful. The associates at this store were courteous, professional and extremely accommodating to my needs. Their styling advice and fit suggestions were spot on.

It was a beautiful suit—beautiful Italian wool fabric and tailoring. Sadly, the pants were cut too small for my husband, although the jacket fit perfectly. It arrived very wrinkled, but that did not really affect our decision—just didn’t look that great.

I was extremely dubious of this suit. My occasion for the suit was a high school dance. Didn’t want to spend big for a Teenagers one, maybe two time use of the suit that might get spilled upon. So, The Fabric on this 3 piece is very modern, light, and sleek feeling.

The Fit looks proper, I purchased a size Large for my teen who is 6’2 and 200lbs (90kg). He followed the size chart, he is use to XL clothes due to height. DO NOT order based on usual clothes. I didn’t think a large would work.

It worked great, a lot of compliments!If your short you may need to have pants taken up, they are long in the leg. I also plan on ordering more suits in different colors if needed. I purchased the Charcoal/Slate colored one.

This suit is old school, dressy, and sharp. The material is not cheap or costume like. the color added to the overall classiness of this suit. I really didn’t expect it to fit so well. The vest and the suit jacket fit very well with no tailoring.

The only drawback of this suit is that it’s a little too dressy for a work environment these days, unfortunately. Maybe it’s the style. Otherwise, for a nice night out or a 20’s party, you’re good to go with this suit.

Okay, I almost never leave reviews but I am so shocked and surprised by this product that I have to. My son and his long time girlfriend had their prom canceled and she already had her dress. We are going to the beach for vacation and on a whim we decided we would at least do prom pictures down there.

I thought my son was just going to have to wear nice jeans or khakis and had already actually ordered three pairs of dockers when I found this suit. I was quite nervous about it because it was coming in just three days before we left for our trip and who orders a suit that fits decently off of Fjackets in t-shirt type sizing but I had nothing to be nervous about.

I expected to at least need to take the pants legs up some or something but nope. not even that. It has an adjustable waist band which is good because they were a little big in the waist but not much.

The suit is beautiful! I was just in awe. We are taking a steamer with us on our trip and after a few minutes of work this suit will be picture ready. My son is 5’10 and 130 pounds.

Pros: fit, color, comfort, appropriate for athletic endeavors, like hiking. Cons: lightweight (not midweight) in my opinion, and me wash it on gentle cycle, and the instructions say to use a cool dryer.

The rating system I am offered for this product is not at all clear. I’d give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

The Long Sleeve Tee is light weight and soft feeling to the skin. The color is soft hued and will be an excellent Christmas gift for an adult grandson who is an avid fisherman!!

Without a doubt the best outdoor shirt I have ever worn. Keeps you very cool even in the Florida heat. Very soft, comfortable and keeps the UV rays out like the description says. I highly recommend these long sleeve t shirts !!!!!! Free Fly rocks it!!! So does Alabama Outdoors!!.

This is my first purchase of a Fjallraven product and I am very pleased. Exactly as advertised. (The blue is not quite as bright as in the photo). True to size. I am 6 feet/182 lbs and L is perfect for me.

Looks good, feels good. I recommend this product and will be making a purchase from Fjallraven in the not too distant future. Quality item.

I almost kept this shirt which was too big everywhere because my gf loved the colour. I’m 5’7” 145 Lb and a small was just too sloppy for me. If you like the very loose look it might work for you. Great construction, soft and warm flannel is high quality, and the button-down collar gives it a less ‘farmy’ look.

Will definitely consider getting the XS in this and other colours.

All the reviews on this shirt are correct. Fjallraven did not cut any corners while making this flannel, it is truly the best. I think it’s important to note something that’s not in the tech specs. There is a synthetic material woven into the inside of the collar and the cuffs of this shirt.

This helps with sweat from the neck and moisture near the wrists. It runs a little small. Do not put in a dryer, this shirt needs to air dry only.

I am satisfied with product, a little too expensive for what u get
