Best Facial Oil For Aging Skin (2026 Updated)

It’s an oil, so those who say it’s “not oily” must be the same people who say their fish doesn’t taste “fishy”. However, it does absorb quickly (but still feels a touch “slick” on some areas of my face).

It has made a very noticeable difference on my face (in a positive way or I wouldn’t have rated it so high). I’m 50 with olive skin. I know I *should* wear sunscreen, but I don’t. This oil has made my skin glow (and not “oily” glow but rather radiate).

I have no acne anymore, and the occasional red spot goes away overnight with this oil). My fine lines have smoothed out, and I wear much less makeup now. I used to use a foundation and concealer; now I use a touch of bronzing lotion instead.

I look a lot younger than my 50 years. I have given bottles to my daughters, as well (ages 20 and 16). It is clearing up tiny imperfections on their faces, as well. Here’s the kicker… I use this every night after cleansing with Cetaphil.

I will sometimes use it in the morning, too. But I use the super tiny bottle… and it’s lasting me FOREVER (but I only use it on my face). I put a tiny dot on my finger and it can cover my face. I just told my daughters the other day that I feel like this tiny oil bottle is similar to the biblical “fishes and loaves” story… it just goes on forever.

So I plan to only buy the tiny little bottles since it lasts so long (in my brain, it’ll keep the oil fresher, too). I’ve used it daily for over a year (yes, the tiny bottle), and it does work in all seasons and temperatures.

Look, if you are still reading this review, just skip one of your expensive mocha-frapp-a-coff-a-lattes and buy a small bottle. Use it every night, and I’m telling you that you will also be writing a five-star review for this product too.

C’mon… what have you got to lose (besides years off of your appearance)??.

I absolutely LOVE this oil. It’s not heavy but it’s very moisturizing nonetheless. I also don’t have a problem with the scent. It’s fresh, not medicinal or perfume like. I started using it for a scar on my foot after surgery 3 years ago and it was looking bad.

This oil has faded the visibility of the scar so much so that it’s barely noticeable. I then decided to try it out on my legs for scars I’ve had for years. It not only diminished the sight of them but, I noticed that any dark marks on my legs are gone.

It’s faded stretch marks on my thighs from losing weight and it’s removed acne scars from me popping pimples on my face that left dark marks. This product is AMAZING. I’m not understanding people expecting anything to completely get rid of stretch marks or surgical scars completely that they’ve had for years.

The product doesn’t claim to ever do that. It will however make them less noticeable. If you continue to use it over time, you’ll continue to see results that are truly noticeable. Don’t expect anything to work overnight but continued use does provide great results.

I had a major surgery where I got my top left rib taken out and pulled off my lung. The nurses took me off for surgery prep and decided to tell me that this particular surgery is the most painful one to go through.

even worse than amputation. yeahhh that was my first surgery ever. And let me tell you, they weren’t lying! So as you can imagine, I had a massive 3 inch scar along my collar bone. It was horrifying.

However, a shining light in the dark was BioOil. It has every kind of natural oil ever, I swear. I’m not sure where my mom got it or heard about it, maybe from the surgeon because he’s the shoulder and arm specialty surgeon for the Texas Rangers baseball team and knows his stuff.

But once my wound was mostly sealed up I started putting the oil on it every day. You barely need any. Just unscrew the cap, put your finger over the opening and pull the bottle back up so you don’t get too much or make a mess.

Add that bit and then add more if youd like and just massage it to help stretch the skin. Even the small. 5 Oz one will last you forever. Anyways, I was bed bound for 2 months and I kept the oil next to me.

Idk about y’all but I’m constantly putting chapstick on. It’s a habit. So I started that with the Bio Oil. It soaks in really well or you can just rub it enough to sit on the scar. Since I didn’t move a lot or wear any nice clothing.

I would use the oil and rub it in and then put aquaphor over it to keep it extra moisturized. Not a necessary step though. If you rub in just the oil though it won’t get on your clothing and won’t be noticeable once it soaks in enough.

I really wish there was some way it would let me show you my before and after pictures. It’s unreal. No one knows it’s there except me. I even put a tattoo right next to it to commemorate it, but no one sees is.

I also have friends that use the oil religiously on their belly and hips and thighs throughout pregnancy and stretch marks never even came up. The ingredients allow your skin to become more stretchy so if you do it before, your skin is used to the stretching already.

If you put it on scars and stretch marks afterwards, you have to be patient and allow the oil and massaging to do its work to allow that skin to soften up and come back together. I’m a beauty consultant and I sell this to anyone with scarring or stretch marks or acne scars.

It also helps current acne. It’s non-comedogenic and won’t clog your pores. It’s also a good reminder not to pick and cause more scars. I also like to use it on my lips before matte lipstick to keep my lips moisturized.

My favorite way to use it is to put a bit on any dry skin on my face, especially near my eyes. Massaging it on my under eyes helps with dark spots and brightening because of the vitamin c. My true beauty secret though, and the reason people ask me all the time if my lashes are fake, i massage Bio Oil on my lashes, eyebrows, and then if i feel extra dry or have worn lots of makeup lately, I’ll seal all that with aquaphor or Vaseline.

One more trick to Bio Oil, add a touch to your pulse points (wrists, behind ears, between chest. really anywhere you feel gets warm a lot) and rub it in just a little. Then spray your perfume or cologne to make it last hours more than usual.

I would bet my life on this product. Those who are saying it doesn’t work, you’re not being patient and consistent. And you’re not being creative haha! You really can’t put it on too many times. Just like working out.

I have been using this for 7 or 8 weeks, and I am beyond impressed by the results. I had my first child near the end of last year, and since then I have been left with stretch marks that make me a little self conscious.

I know they are natural and somewhat beautiful as they are the aftermath of a wonderful situation, but I am just not used to seeing them. I began doing some research and came across the Palmers Cocoa Therapy Oil, and decided to give it a shot.

I read the positive reviews and hoped for the best. Now that I have purchased and used it, I am so glad to be able to add to those positive reviews. This stuff is amazing. It feels so smooth and soft on the skin, easily rubs in, and does not leave me with a greasy feeling.

I typically apply it when I wake up in the morning, and after showering at night. It has made a world of difference in my skin, as my stretch marks are fading and becoming less noticeable by day. My husband even commented on it, which was quite the confidence boost! It is packed full of wonderful ingredients, such as cocoa butter, vitamin e, sesame oil, canola oil, and rosehip oil, which do a great job moisturizing, diminishing lines and wrinkles, toning the skin, and giving it a soft and supple appearance.

It is preservative free and is mineral oil free, which I am thankful for. Mineral oil has always irritated my skin, so I typically have trouble finding beauty products without this ingredient. Overall, I just cannot say enough good things about this product, and I am so happy that I gave it a shot.

Plus, the price makes it well worth it, as it is a great value for the money. Even after using it for weeks, I still have a good amount of the bottle left to go, which gives my skin more opportunity to improve.

I give it a 10/10 and I cannot wait to continue using it!.

I just stared using this oil and I’m so impressed, Age spots, fine lines and uneven tone lifted instantly. Palmer’s – Cocoa Butter Skin Therapy Oil with Vitamin E Doesn’t make my shin break out or leave grease stains, Ummm WOW! I used Bio-oil and it did so many unpleasant things to me, my clothes and skin.

So if you were comparing the two DON’T Palmer’s – Cocoa Butter Skin Therapy Oil with Vitamin E is Far superior of a product that actually works! Love it please don’t take my word for it just make it part of your beauty care routine.

Hi like that this oil has a lot of product, and claims to be mineral, phthalate, and paraben free. The bottle has 5. 1 Fl. Oz. The bottle claims it helps improve the appearance of scars, stretch marks, dry damaged skin, uneven skin and aging skin.

I have not seen any difference in my scars. The oil runs into the skin, as opposed to sitting on top of the skin, which I appreciate. The pump is okay, I would choose a different sort of pump. It squirts out into a stream, and gives quite a lot of product in one pump.

I don’t care for the scent. It smells like baby oil. Since the bottle claims to have argan oil in it, which I cannot smell, I would just take the synthetic fragrances out and let the smell of the argan oil take center stage.

Overall, nice oil that is questionable on its claims to improve skin appearance.

I typically LOVE the DE line, but initially wanted to skip this product because I’d tried Marula Oil in the past and found it didn’t really seem to …do anything for my skin. I’m so glad I received this product complimentary to review because my mind is CHANGED! Just goes to show that just because one product doesn’t work, doesn’t mean another formulation won’t! I think the retinol in this product truly does make a difference, and perhaps the higher concentration of Marula oil does as well (DE says on their website that it makes up 95% of the formula!).

I fully expected not to see much with this product and give it an “eh” review, but I’ve been using it nonstop with noticeable results. As a fair skinned redhead , my skin turns red at the drop of a hat.

I’ve noticed that this product definitely helps cut down on my general redness, and my skin texture has been SO GOOD – super soft and smooth. I have super dry skin and don’t often see much results in terms of moisturizing effects with oils whether I use them alone or in combination with a cream moisturizer, but I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my skin as far as dryness when I use this with my (holy grail) Tatcha Dewy Cream.

I definitely think this product has a spot in anyones skin care regimen if you’re looking for smooth, soft skin or if you have issues with redness like I do. I don’t break out often, but I did have a few tiny spots that this oil seemed to help clear up, so that was an added bonus! I’d definitely be curious to give this stuff a shot next time I have an actual breakout to see if it makes any difference then as well.

If you’re on the fence about this product, I’d definitely say to go ahead and give it a go. It did take me a few applications (around 5 days straight of using the product) to really notice the changes, but when they came, they were definitely noticeable!.

I recieved this complimentary in exchange for my honest review. I have to say this is my newfound holy grail product and I am sooo glad I got to try it out! It comes in super cute recyclable packaging that was almost too pretty to open.

The product itself is formulated with vegan retinol and marula oil, as well as a couple other wonderfully clean ingredients. I love that the retinol is not only vegan, but it is also the most gentle, yet effective, retinol I have ever used on my sensitive, fair skin! I have red hair and freckles, and I have noticed a big change in my freckles and sun damage.

My freckles have lightened and my hyperpigmentation has smoothed out significantly. I have been using this nightly for the past 4 weeks and I will absolutely be purchasing more once I run out. Another amazing thing aboit this prouct though is that it only takes 2 to 3 drops to completely cover my entire face.

I usually use 1 additional drop for my neck and decollete’ area as well. The benefits of using this product have been endless and I really can’t say enough good things about it. It hydrates my combination skin thouroughly, but doesn’t leave a greasy residue like a lot of facial oils I’ve tried have.

My skin looks brightened and refreshed and the few fine lines I have are plumped and unnoticable. even at 40 years old! If you get a chance to, I would highly suggest picking this up and trying it out for yourself.

Oh, and did I mention it helps with breakouts and acne scars too! This product does it all! Not a nad price point for all clean ingredients and the endless benefits it has for your skin. I will be recommending this to everyone I know!.

I really did want to love this product but unfortunately it was just not good for my combo skin. It did have some pro’s which is why I gave it 3 stars! Overall the oil itself felt really good on my skin.

It sunk in super well and instantly made my skin feel super smooth and moisturized without leaving me super shiny (note: I only used this at night). I loved the packaging it came in, the syringe was easy to use and I didn’t experience any issues with it like I have with some other products with this type of packaging.

It also didn’t have too much of a scent which I liked as I tend to breakout more often with heavily scented products. As I said I really wanted this product to work but after using it for a few weeks I started to breakout and my pores seemed super clogged compared to before I was using this serum.

I tried to decrease the frequency of how often I used it, but it still seemed to disagree with my skin, which is probably the only reason why I had to say no to this one. I ended up giving it to my friend who has dry and less sensitive skin than me and she loved it.

She experienced no breakouts and her skin felt more moisturized, less textured and brighter! For the right skin I think this product would be great, just didn’t work out for me unfortunately.

Tried Tatcha products about 6 months ago (thanks QVC), and am continuing to “discover” new products in the line, thus adding additions to my current Tatcha routine (Rice wash, The Essence, The Dewy Skin, White Peony Eye Cream).

The latest addition being the Beauty Oil. Ordered the 2 for 1 Beauty Oil (on auto-ship) before Christmas, and have been using it religiously (after application of The Dewy Skin moisturizer), as well as on my neck, fingernails and cuticles.

Light, pleasant citrusy fragrance, not greasy, absorbs easily into skin, actually seems to create a skin barrier, locking moisture in. Working WONDERS on keeping my face/neck hydrated for +12 hours. No other skincare line has been able to accomplish this feat on my aging, dry, sensitive skin.

BRAVO TATCHA for bringing such fabulous skin products, and QVC for offering such GREAT deals. Better coordination with Tatcha for auto ship orders so we get our products when promised. I don’t understand why Tatcha has availability on their website, but QVC cannot auto ship when promised.

This has now happened with three orders of Tatcha auto-ship products. QVC personnel cannot give any updates…VERY frustrated.

I tried using this oil for almost four weeks to give it a fair chance. I purchased it on the recommendation of Good Housekeeping magazine since I have very mild rosacea. It is difficult to dispense the correct amount.

You either squirt out too much or too little. It is not absorbed well into the skin. Even after letting it soak in for 10 minutes, applying sunscreen moisturizer over it felt like trying to smooth lotion on wet skin.

When I applied my cream blush, the blush would roll up into tiny balls and I would have to pick them off of my cheeks. In addition, I started getting blemishes on my upper lip and chin, which never happens!.

I absolutely love this product. I received a sample of it last year with an order; I used all of it and noticed within a few days that my skin was so much softer. Earlier this year, because of age and other factors, I had to reevaluate the products I was using for tone and texture.

Used with other Absolue products, and within a short period of time, you will see a drastic improvement in your skin. With all Absolue products, you do not need to apply a lot of it for it to work. Of note is that you need squeeze the dropper a little harder to apply, but be careful! I apply one side of my face at a time, so if too much comes out of the dropper, I can easily apply to other side.

It has wonderful smell and texture, and is not greasy as many oils are. I highly recommend Precious Oil for anyone looking for softer more supple looking skin.

This oil is incredible!! It makes my skin feel so soft and hydrated and my face looks instantly refreshed. Better yet, it stays that way all day. Yes, the price tag is on the high end but really ladies, who cares when it lasts months and makes us feel a million dollars?! I have already recommended this to so many of my friends and family!.

Where to start, where to start. So, I bought this and used it religiously for two-weeks, thinking I would allow my skin to adjust. My first thoughts were, and still are, that it smells great. However, I feel that the smell and the hefty price tag is the only difference between this and any other face oil I’ve used.

It softens and soothes my face, but again, all face oils I have used do that. This one, like a few other face oils I have tried, doesn’t absorb and lays heavy on my face. This isn’t the case with my favorite face oils.

I have two that I use that will actually keep my acne causing skin oils at bay and my makeup looking flawless all day long. I wanted to love this as I love so many of Lancôme’s products. Writing this review gives me this huge feeling of disappointment.

I am a true skincare junkie who doesn’t mind paying hefty prices if the proof is in the results. I take pride in my skincare and skin. I know when a product is good and when a product isn’t. My verdict: Even one of your favorite brands can come out with a product that fails; and, just because the price is higher than a competitor(s), doesn’t mean it’s a better product.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this.

I am sharing this genuine and authentic opinion as a Sephora Beauty Insider Community Ambassador. In the warmer seasons, my skin is combo (oil T-zone and dry cheeks). This comes in handy for those days or nights when I need something to soothe redness and infuse more moisture into my cheeks.

In the cooler months, this is part of my daily evening skincare routine – mixed in with my moisturizer or applied as the last step of my skincare routine; or sometimes I do both. In the winter when my skin is dry all over and some days, very, very dry, I keep a bottle on my nightstand, to moisture my face and hands just before turning out the lights.

My skin drinks up the goodness overnight and my skin looks rested and looks and feel nourished. I cannot recommend this oil enough. It saved my skin years ago and I’ve not been without it since. The price is hard to beat, but be assured that this is not just a good product for the price point, it’s good, period.

IšverstiShow in original languageWhen I initially started using this product in my skincare routine, it instantly improved and elevated it. I was surprised to discover that it didn’t irritate my skin after the first week of use (I have combination skin), which was a significant benefit.

I saw a few small lumps here and there, which I expected given that I’m adding another product to my skincare routine. Many people complained about the odour it gave off, but to be honest, it didn’t bother me at all.

Organic items aren’t going to smell great, but the stench wasn’t as unpleasant as some of the other reviewers claimed. For years, I’ve been using The Ordinary products to treat my acne scars. I’ve been using The Ordinary products for my acne scars on my chin for about two years now, and this oil has helped keep my skin moisturized during summer and winter.

It’s great all-year round and it’s good if you want an extra boost of moisture. If you have sensitive skin this might be an alternative for a moisturizer as well. Overall, I would recommend this oil if you have really dry skin.

I really love this and keep a tiny travel bottle in my purse and the large bottle in my bathroom. I use very little (I’ve been using for 6+ months and still have about half the product), and find that if I stop using it my combo skin starts to look dull and shows dry patches.

I will typically use 2-3 drops for my face and apply by patting it on my skin with my fingers (it works much better than trying to spread it around, because my skin soaks it up and it will otherwise be too much moisture for daytime).

It makes my late 30s skin feel like a baby’s cheek, plumps my skin, feels like it really ‘seals’ my skin barrier while feeling totally weightless in a good way, and seems to speed healing of any breakouts.

It has a light rose scent that doesn’t last, and smells like the natural smell of the rose ingredient and not an added fragrance. For daytime I will tap 2-3 drops into my face over a serum or sometimes a light moisturizer (though I don’t typically use a moisturizer under this during the day) before applying a sunscreen and/or tinted moisturizer with SPF.

At night I will apply it over a heavier moisturizer or something like retinol serum. One of the reasons I carry the tiny bottle with me is that it’s a fantastic multitasker, I will tap it on a dry patch of skin or put a drop or two on the ends of my hair if they’re feeling dry (I’ve even used it as a heat protectant for blow drying my hair during travel).

It makes my 70+ mom’s skin plump and glowy. My boyfriend has eczema and this transforms his skin and makes it glow (if only I could get him to adhere to a daily routine). I was camping with friends in high desert mountains and everyone was getting a bit dry, so I whipped out my travel bottle and everyone (Caucasian, Black, and Hispanic friends all with different skin types) tried a few drops and was blown away by how it immediately moisturized their skin and made it glow.

This is such a simple, amazing staple to keep on hand. Love.

The holy grail of facial oils!! I’m obsessed with this Biossance Squalane Vitamin C Rose Oil which is annoying because HOT DAYUM it is expensive!! The packaging is gorgeous, it’s a luxurious pink bottle with gold accents and the dropper is perfect ! This oil is so soft and absorbs quickly without leaving your skin feeling tacky or greasy.

It’s calming, soothing and works for many skin types, even oily!! It immediately leaves a glowing, dewy, healthy look and also leaves your skin feeling super soft and hydrated but that’s to be expected when you use skin-loving, powerhouse ingredients like Squalane- which is lightweight, never heavy or greasy yet provides superior hydration, balances oil production, has anti-aging AND anti-inflammatory properties and boosts blood circulation promoting collagen! Overall, it is incredible!! Biossance uses ethically and sustainably sourced sugarcane for their Squalane, so no sharks are being harmed! Then there’s the Rose Oil Vitamin C- this supports collagen production, helps reduce wrinkles, can increase wound healing and helps prevent dry skin!! You only need to use 2-3 drops twice a day, so the bottle will last quite awhile.

As an added bonus, you can mix a couple of drops in with your foundation for a luminous, dewy look! I love the way this oil makes my skin look and feel, the difference is incredible! I have ridiculously dry, sensitive skin and this oil has truly been life changing! I cannot recommend this product enough, you need this in your life, TRUST ME, Your skin will thank you!!!!.

Never in a million years did I think I would ever be able to put an oil on my face. I have oily skin with very dry patches, always fighting breakouts and cystic acne on my cheeks, jawline, and neck. At 34.

I’ve never been able to find a line of products that doesn’t bother in some regard. Most things break me out and I have to settle for rotating them every couple days or risk itchiness or breakouts or dry patches, or some other frustration.

Enter Biossance. (I came here from thebirdspapaya and let me tell you that woman never disappoints!) I have tried several products now (omega repair cream, probiotic gel moisturizer, lactic acid serum, and this rose serum) and NOT ONE of them has broken me out or given me dry patches or made me itchy.

The closest product I could get for reuse without rotating was Glossier but their products melt into my eyes by 5pm everyday and I get a few minutes of burning. Seriously, I’ve had to settle for products that burn my dang eyes! But (so far) not with Biossance.

They actually make my skin look and feel better which is literally a first for me. The rose oil makes my skin so soft and EVEN. I didn’t know it was possible. I’ve been using for a couple weeks now and can usually tell after a couple days to a week if something irritates me.

I’m still figuring out my routine, so I just ordered the copper peptide serum and sunscreen (I have yet to find a sunscreen that doesn’t break me out like crazy, even derm-recommended ultra hd), so I’m excited to try it, though I will surely be patch testing after reading the one star reviews.

I wanted to try a new face oil since my current one was out of stock. I have severely dry skin and always look for hydrating face products that also contain clean ingredients since I’m also very sensitive and have eczema and lots of allergies to chemical additives in skincare and makeup.

The ingredients are beautiful, the packaging is great, the brand itself is awesome and I love a lot of their products so I said what the hell. First off, this face oil smells. kinda gross lol but I think it’s because there is no added fragrance so I understand and the smell goes away quickly luckily.

The only thing about this product is, weirdly enough, for a face oil its not insanely hydrating as I’d like and it doesn’t sink into the skin as much as I’d like either. It doesn’t clear up my dry patches like my go to oil does, even with the same other face products I use and love.

I think this is better as an under makeup type oil than a skincare step tbh. I think this would be amazing under a matte foundation or something if you have combo leaning dry skin but not for super dry skin like I have.

I will use it up under my moisturizer for the time being but won’t be repurchasing. I’ll stick with my go to Sunday Riley Juno Antioxidant Superfood Face Oil instead.

I received this in a New Beauty Test Tube a few years ago and was really excited to try it. I loved that it came in a roller ball applicator, however, I always had a problem with the product leaking out the screw on top.

I was disappointed because I wanted to be able to carry this around in my purse during the cold winter days to help with my chapped skin, but I was noy able to because of the leakage. I had to store the product standing up to stop it from leaking.

I also really wanted to like the oil itself as I love the tarte brand and their clean, vegan products, but I was sadly unsatisfied with this facial oil. It is very thick and does not seem to soak into the skin because of its thickness.

It just sits greasy on your face, so I only applied it at night. I had to put hand towels over my pillowcases in order to not leave greasy stains on them while I was asleep. I really did not notice any improvements in my skin while using this oil either.

I would strongly suggest going for the Josie Maran argan oil instead. It has many benefits and did not leave me greasy like this maracuja oil did.

This used to be my favorite skincare product. The only oil that made my skin absolutely beautiful! It was a staple in my routine. Until now, since they reformulated it. It used to just be maracuja oil, but now they’ve added a bunch of other ingredients including a citrus oil.

I was upset when I realized it after I brought it home, but I tried to remain hopeful and tried it out anyways. I kept doing little trial runs where I’d use it for a few days and then stop, and every time I used it I would break out.

Little painful pimples in the crease under my nose and pimples on my forehead, cheeks, and chin. It doesn’t soak in like it once did and makes my skin look and feel yucky. I’m so so so disappointed, they reformulated the Amazonian Clay Foundation as well and also ruined that product.

I’m not sure why Tarte would downgrade their best products, but I’m not purchasing this oil anymore.

I absolutely LOVE this product!! FINALLY a product that works and does exactly as advertised! So its advertised to see visible results in 8 days, I must admit at first I was pretty skeptical of this claim (especially with my previous lack of luck with anti aging products) But ya know what guys? I REALLY DID START to see some visual improvements especially in the depth of my expression lines in the first 8 days!! I was amazed!! I have most definitely become a faithful daily user of this product as its super affordable and ACTUALLY WORKS!! Its also very gentle and mild on your skin and I’ve had absolutely zero irritation while using this product.

It says for best results you should use at least the following three products from the Rapid Wrinkle Repair Line up; Prep Cleanser, Retinol Oil, and Moisturizer, but honestly I’ve started with and am still only using the Prep Cleanser (as it prepares your skin for the retinol treatment) and the Retinol Oil and just my previously used Moisturizer and I’m still seeing results.

I soon plan to get more products from the line up as THIS STUFF REALLY WORKS!!.

This retinol product from Neutrogena contains 0. 3% pure retinol. It comes with a push-button dropper for easy dispensation. The product feels a little oily at first but absorbs fully on my combination skin after 30 minutes, and I can still apply moisturiser after.

Even though it has fragrance, it is barely noticeable and I experience no irritation using it nightly. Retinol is the gold standard ingredient for anti-aging This is a good product with a decent percentage of retinol that should suit beginners.

There is also a newly released pro version with 0. 5% retinol which I will move up to. It’s one of the best off the shelf retinol products you can buy at the chemist/pharmacy that’s reasonably priced and often on sale.

Meh. I wanted a serum product to use on a larger area (decolletage and neck) because its easier to dispense and spread. Noticed it said retinol OIL but I read the ingredients and didn’t see an oil in it, so I bought it.

It is very oily and greasy, don’t like the texture. Not only that but the dispenser is cheap and doesn’t keep the oil in until you push it out, so the second you pull the dropper out of the bottle it starts dripping everywhere.

Inevitability, oil gets on the outside of the cap and it is such a slippery plastic that its hard to hold and deal with while its so oily. I have used L’Oreal retinol serum before and liked the texture and the dropper doesn’t leak.

I will go back to that and won’t buy this again.

Mi sono trovata molto bene con questo olio. Ho una pelle normale secca e lo utilizzo occasionalmente quando sento la pelle secca e poco nutrita. Lo utilizzo molto spesso anche per struccarmi e soprattutto per questa funzione lo amo perché utilizzandolo la sera, trova la pelle idratata e nutrita il giorno dopo.

Anche struccando gli occhi non mi ha mai dato fastidio. Lo stra consiglio.

Ottimo olio, non appesantisce, il profumo è divino ( deve piacere la rosa ovviamente). Non unge esageratamente (è pur sempre un olio) non do 5 stelle perché, a mio parere, non è un prodotto per tutti i tipi di pelle.

Io ho una pelle da normale a mista e lo utilizzo solo la notte. La vedo dura utilizzarlo di giorno su una pelle grassa.

Adoro questo una profumazione splendida , rilassante e sopratutto di una consistenza perfetta ! Mi piace la texture ! Unge all’inizio la pelle ma viene subito riassorbito senza lasciare residui ! Ottimo anche il dosatore !.

My daughter gave me a bottle of this that she used and had stopped using for whatever reason. The first day I used it, first off I noticed the smell of this oil. I can’t figure out when I’m smelling but I totally LOVE IT!!! It smells unbelievable.

This made my skin so unbelievable soft, the dry patches felt much smoother, and my face just glows. This bottle seems like it will fo a long way. My skin finally looks youthful again, and at. 58 I need all the help I can get.

I think this would be good for all ages. I would recommend this. 10+.

I’ve always been a sceptic of facial ‘oils’ for many reasons such as: they’re often too heavy or poor grades unsuitable for facial use, thus causing blocked pores/ blackheads, they often sit on the skin and cause excessive surface oil and finally when they’re sometimes advertised as something they’re not ‘i.

e. a serum’. I see it as a reason to overprice and oversell the product. This product could not dash away further from all of those cliches! This concentrate is a beautiful blend of high quality oils and extracts which deliver potent results on the skin.

I have been using this for just over a week and a half and already I’ve seen brighter, clearer skin which is retaining more moisture for longer. Part of the appeal of this product is it’s ability to defend against pollution, perhaps this is why it delivers these results where so many fail, because it’s not actively forcing the skin to develop ‘new’ positive traits, it’s defending against the aggressors which strip them away in the first place.

Daily Reviving Concentrate’s smell epitomises the perfect morning routine, literally the smell of sunshine – with a delicate and gentle citrus aroma. Upon application this scent quickly dissipates as the concentrate warms and blends into the skin with a silky slip.

You do have to leave it to sink in for a few minutes before applying your moisturiser (great followed up by Ultra range btw, my favourite) but on that note. I’ve noticed I’ve been using less moisturiser too.

I’d recommend trying this. I’ve been searching for a ‘serum’ for a long time to no avail and this is a serious contender. Will be part of my routine going forward and looking forward to trying midnight recovery to put it through it’s paces.

PS: I’m a man and always worried about oils on the skin and this has been fantastic, just remember 2-3 small drops is all that’s needed :).

I’ve been using a $6 rose hip oil from a cheaper brand for months when I need extra moisture. This popped up after I started using Murad moisturizer (also a love and highly recommend, btw) and I saw its rave reviews.

I saw the price and balked but I’m a sucker for something other people love. Let me tell you… give it a try. Try it for three days. Your skin will be so nourished, smooth, texture better. The price is so expensive but this bottle will last you MONTHS.

This oil is truly amazing! I’ve used most of the majors–Herbivore (Phoenix, Lapis, Orchid), Sunday Riley (Luna, UFO), Vintner’s Daughter, Leonor Greyl huile secret de beauté, Kora Noni Glow, Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery, Nuxe and more, some for years.

If I had to pick just one to keep around forever, this would be it! I received a sample of this a while ago and was skeptical at first–after all, I already had an oil arsenal. But it was subtley transformative–everything was calmer, smoother, more glowing and softer in texture and just seemed healthier.

I had been trying to wean myself off the more expensive oils in favor of mid-range ones, like Kiehl’s, but this proved impossible to pass up. I literally used it down to the last drop, and then raced to get more from Sephora.

Months in, using it nightly is still a private, results-borne pleasure–even with no loud skincare fandom hype to be seen (looking at you, Vintner’s). I have combo skin, occasional dry/oily patches, some hormonal breakouts, and relatively plump skin but some fine lines and muscle-based wrinkles beginning (I just turned 30).

I love this for having the light texture of the Kiehl’s (with just a hint of lavender–unlike Kiehl’s over-the-top and cytotoxic lavender blast), so it sinks in really well, but combined with the deep moisturization and plumping effects of the best anti-agers, like Phoenix and Luna.

This is now the only oil I regularly use at night. Skincare nerds can rest easy with its balanced blend of oleic- and linoleic-leaning oils, and the combo of retinol/E is gentle enough to be used daily.

(I’m someone who always keeps Luna on hand, but refuses to use it daily because its retinol/retinyl content is too potent. ) It’s so good that I’ll even deal with the fact there’s apparently some added fragrance (really, it’s very light even to my sensitive nose–just a faint whiff of clean lavender; mostly it just smells high-tech and clinical to me), which I usually avoid.

🤍I bought this oil, and then proceeded to put it in the back of the vanity and forgot about it. Lately, I have been trying too many actives, and my skin is craving hydration. I finally decided to test it out.

And I am honestly pleasantly surprised. ⭐️I was expecting and very dark, heavy, and a smell of old vitamins, but it actually exceeded my expectations. 🏆My skin loves this oil! It does make my skin feel a little greasy, but I use it as my night time oil, so it really doesn’t matter.

The oil is a clear color, with a light to medium consistency, it also has a light earthy scent. (Better than the old vitamin smell, I thought it would smell like. ) I wake up with my skin feeling dewey, my fine lines and wrinkles plump, and face looking overall healthier.

🖤By the end of the day, my skin craves this oil. I literally feel like pouring the whole bottle over my face, in one of those slow motion scenes. 🙌🏼This oil has the MVP of ingredients, which include Vitamin A(reduces fine lines and wrinkles, Vitamin B(smoothes skin,) and C, D, and E, (which helps improve skin tone, brightens, improves skin barrier, and prevents sun damage.

)💧The oil also includes jojoba, coconut, cannabis seed oil rosemary, salicylic acid, rice and a flower extract. 👍I do see a difference in the appearance of my fine line and wrinkles. I use this as my last step in my nigh-time routine.

The oil, compared to similar oils has a heavy price tag, so I honestly wouldn’t recommend it, but its an option for those of you who want to try a very strong and effective night time oil. 💎.
