Reusable Face Mask using Hygienic Fabric. Travel A Pacsafe face mask is your essential travel companion. Air Quality The air quality in urban environments can get pretty bad. Don’t let that smog get you.
If one has to wear a mask, wear this one. The fabric is very light and soft but also very tightly woven so much better filtration than a standard cotton cloth mask. The design is comfy and fits snuggly where it should be snug but It’s not too tight where you need some give.
It’s super, super comfortable on my ears. That’s a big plus for me, and it doesn’t pull my ears forward either. The design allows ample room for breathing and the single layer of fabric means that I am not breathing the liner in and out with every breath.
If it wasn’t for the bit of fogging on my glasses I wouldn’t even remember I have it on sometimes, although I have to say that this mask does minimize the fog much better than any of my non-pacsafe masks.
I REALLY like the fact that it has the viral off properties. That gives me some peace of mind. It washes well and easily. It’s high quality, and while lightweight is not flimsy at all. I now own 3 and even the older ones are still in perfect shape with lots of usage.
I really like this lightweight mask. It’s much easier to breathe than the other re-usable masks I have bought. It’s very comfortable to wear. My glasses don’t tend to fog up as much either. The mask dries quickly after washing.
I am female and don’t have a big face but ordered the medium sized mask based on the PacSafe size/measurement guide from eye to chin but find the mask just a little lose so maybe the small would have been better for me.
The ordering process was easy and the item was delivered quickly.
The first thing I noticed is the stretch of the fabric. Since it’s Spandex and Polyester, it’s no surprise. Spandex of course is so smooth. Amazing fabric for a face mask. You will love this stretch not only for the face, but the wide ear loops too.
The second thing is it’s mildly cooling effect. It’s cool to the touch, and cool every minute while wearing. Since I have mild breathing issues, I appreciate the “3d fit”, which has more room than ANY mask I’ve had, which is over 7 at this point.
I honestly have had issues with every other mask, and as a result, have been laying very low. but no longer!.

I’ve been trying out a number of different respirators lately to find a good alternative for disposable N95s to use as a long-term mask since SARS-Cov2 isn’t going anywhere. I was really hoping this mask would fit well because I liked the different colors and how it doesn’t look like you’re doing wood refinishing.
However, having only the extremely stretchy ear straps limits the seal you can get on your face dramatically. I had leakage on multiple spots along my face even with the behind the head adapter because I could not manage to get it tight enough to my face.
I also have concerns about the fit of the silicone to the filter medium. After trying multiple installations, I was unable to get one that did not cause a crease in the filter medium; this concerns me as it is a potential area for leaking.
All in all, if you want to upgrade from a cheap KN95 or cloth/surgical and you’re not concerned about getting the absolute best protection, but want something that cuts down on waste and gives you some level of protection while maintaining some level of fashion, this is probably okay.
However, if you’re looking for the protection of a typical respirator, this is not the mask for you. The only good thing for me was that this wasn’t the most expensive (between both sizes I tried) respirator option out there that didn’t end up working.
I love this mask! I managed to find these because a friend was wearing one and offered up the link to buy one, so I decided to try it out. They work great! I’m not a big fan of adjustable slides because they hurt my ears, but I have a strap to help me with that.
I also wear this for 8+ hours a day, so I might wear this for a lot longer than the usual customer, but it’s kept good for all that time. The little filters are super helpful and I swap that out once they start getting rough, which last me about a full work week.
I also really enjoy the fact that you can actually wash these and their structural integrity doesn’t break down. Even a good toss in an industrial dishwasher doesn’t affect the quality. It’s great! My only concern is the fact that whenever I yawn or otherwise expand the lower half of my face, my chin and lower lip sticks out from under my mask, but according to the measurement chart, I fit the small/medium and it shouldn’t go under your chin.
So that’s just a minor thing that I can honestly get over and look past because this mask is really awesome. Definitely a necessity I keep in my work bag along and car along with my other daily tools.
OK, so I know that title sounds weird. But what it comes down to is I purchased the masks because my DIL had got them for the grandkids and she had done the research. If I had come on their website independently, I would never have purchased due to the fact that the GATA website SUCKS.
Every single page uses the “floating tiles” EVERY SINGLE PAGE. So you try to scroll down to the info you want to click on…”floats” too far, so you try to scroll back up. After the 3rd or 4th time going past where you want to click you just give up.
I’ve gotten several questions about the mask – send everyone to Amazon to purchase. Still don’t know whether the filter is supposed to be on top or under the plastic thingy. Can’t even begin to use the FAQ page.
OK. So I like the mask, like that it sort of makes a seal around your nose/mouth. I’m assuming that that’s the way it’s supposed to fit…wasn’t sure on which size to get since they have no info on their site.
Like that I can wear it for a long time and my glasses don’t fog up. Only complaint I have is that the mask interferes with my downward peripheral vision. But I assume that something that may be specific to me and the way the mask sort of interferes with the way my glasses sit on my nose.

Reviews From Real Customers
Very well made mask. Fits firmly around face but very comfortable! No gaps. Great nose pinch keeps mask firmly in place. Breathable even with the filter. I recommend (small/med) for adults who found other masks to be to loose and too large.
Overall this is a good mask. I appreciate the filter pocket, and it comes with 5 filters. You can always add your own when those run out as filter replacements by this company are pricey. My only complaint is the earloops.
They don’t fit exactly over my ears. I wish they had been a bit larger with elastic. These pull my ears down just slightly, but I’m dealing with it. Otherwise, it fits well over the mouth and nose.
The absolute most breathable and moisture wicking mask for sports and active lifestyle. Proprietary Cool Ice recycled polyester naturally cools the skin, allows airflow and prevents glasses from fogging even during strenuous activity.
I’m not one to do reviews but the struggle over finding a Covid Mask that was comfortable was far too hard, not to mention expensive. If this review helps even one person who’s also struggling than it’s worth my time.
After much frustration, such as steamed up glasses, mask slipping down , pinching behind the ears or being so tight it smashed my nose while causing my sensitive skin to breakout, not to mention the overall feeling like you’re going to suffocate because when most masks get wet the fabric doesn’t properly breathe/wick moisture away, I was at my wits end! My sons’, both teenagers , were getting to the point that they said they simply weren’t going to wear a mask anymore?? I made it very clear they are not leaving the house if they don’t have a mask on and they suddenly were willing to try the new masks’ I had ordered.
I ordered 3 masks (one for each of us) from 5 different places. Two of the five masks were easy to eliminate because we all agreed they were uncomfortable right when we put them on. We quickly discovered how important the elastic around the ears is along with the stopper that allows you to adjust the size.
We chose to wear all our masks for a week prior to picking a favorite. Long story short all 3 of us picked the Bamboo Nxtstop mask as our # 1 choice! I can say with confidence that the mask is comfortable enough that your not constantly touching/picking at your mask.
I will now order a bunch more because these seem to be the winner in our home. Now I have to try to get the boys to understand that they can’t just wear the same mask day in and day out w/o washing it! Once I have more they can simply grab a new mask each time they go to leave! Thank you for making a teen approved, comfortable, while also being a mom approved mask!.
When COVID first struck and there was a mad rush to find face coverings, I was at a loss of where to even begin with thinking to purchase a mask. Being a prior healthcare worker and having worked in the Operating Room majority of my career, I was used to wearing a mask and never really had any issues with it, but wearing a mask in a 65 degree OR and wearing a mask in the 100 degree humid Texas heat are two totally different experiences! I ended up ordering masks from someone locally who was making them, but they three weeks to a month out as far as when I’d receive them.
In the meantime, I ordered a few of those neck gaiters, which is what I ended up wearing while waiting for the other masks to arrive. Then it was stated that the neck gaiters were not a great defense with protecting yourself from the virus, so there went that.
The other masks I ordered finally came in and they had the carbon filters you could slip in the pocket. They were nice, but the material of the mask itself was kind of thick and I was struggling to breathe when wearing it.
I ended up ordering some masks from Fossil and they weren’t bad, thinner and covered the face better, but there too, I was winded and it was difficult to breathe out of those as well. I again started searching for my next mask purchase.
I was reading an article that listed out the top 10 best rated, breathable brands producing masks and that’s where I stumbled across NxTSTOP. The two biggest factors in what caught my attention was the material (bamboo and cotton) and the plain colors (I mainly was interested in just a plain black mask, no frills).
They were a little bit pricier per single mask than the ones I had previously purchased, but decided to go for it in hopes that these would be better to breathe out of. Let me tell you, I am SOOOO happy I purchased them!! I love the plain black.
I love how well they cover my whole face the way a mask should. I love that they are adjustable around the ears to provide a better fit. Most of all, I LOVE the material! Bamboo everything is the way to go.
This is literally the only mask I wear now and I don’t struggle to breathe with it on. It’s easy to clean (I just hand wash quickly in the sink and hang to dry). If masks are the new normal for the next 6 months to a year, this is by far the only one I want on my face! Can’t recommend enough.
This was a reorder of NxTSTOP masks. I like how the masks are made with a lower panel that is fitted over the chin to allow a supreme seal. This is far superior than stretch knit masks made in one flat pattern, and considerably more comfortable than the horizontal pleated type that really do not fit close enough to the face (I do have a pink bundle to match my outfits, which I appreciate.
Unfortunately, pleated ones are not safe enough to shop. ) I do wish these NxTSTOP ones came in various colors, with our choice mix bundle at a lower per mask price. I appreciate the little clasp that makes fitting the mask to the head far better.
The vertical measurement, however, needs to be slightly longer for me, for perfection. I am a woman just a bit taller than average, but my head is small, so it really should be longer for I cannot imagine it fits everyone the same.
Still it is my best mask alternative – until NxTSTOP make it so an optional N-95 filter will have a pocket in which to place it during more vulnerable situations.
Stay safe and protected on-the-go with iFLYSmart’s reusable cotton face masks. These masks are breathable, lightweight, and comfortable to wear. They can be used while working, commuting, working, travelling or being in public.
Each mask is made of a 100% cotton shell and has a soft inner lining that helps keep your face cool while wearing it. Each iFLYSmart reusable face mask comes with a disposable PM2. 5 carbon filter, for extra protection.
I bought this mask at Walmart because of the color and because I have a cloth mask that I really like, which I also bought at Walmart. Different brand, but I thought this would also work. I have asthma and I find thick masks to be too confining, causing more shallow breathing, which makes me light headed.
This mask is thick, with three layers, so it might work for some people but just doesn’t work for me. The cotton is stiff, also, and not soft enough, in my opinion. But the biggest reason why I can’t wear this mask is that it doesn’t fit around my face; it’s just too big.
Even with the adjustable ear pieces, if I tighten it so that none of the air escapes above or below the mask, then the elastic that goes around my ears causes irritation and on one side it created an abrasion, which made it painful to wear other masks.
If I loosen it so that it’s more comfortable around the ears, then air escapes from above and below the mask. Unfortunately cute colors isn’t going to keep me safe, and the cute colors are the only thing this mask has going for it, as far as I’m concerned.
Bought this at Walmart while searching for a mask that wasn’t so hot on my face after prolong use. This iFlY mask delivered much more than I expected! With its “Arctic Cool” lining, my face no longer gets overheated or wet from sweat.
Also, if you pinch the over the nose wire correctly, molding it properly to the shape of your nose, eyeglasses will not fog up. The material is sturdy and the adjustable over the ear loops are soft and do not hurt the back of your ears when wearing the mask.
As a teacher, I have to wear a mask all day and with this iFLY mask, for the first time after wearing multiple different masks, I can say “wow”, finally a mask that I don’t have to keep moving around to feel comfortable.
Affordable and practical, I highly recommend this face mask. Do not hesitate to buy it. Just get it!.
I really love this mask. Its comfortable to wear and I feel I am much more safer wearing it just from the feel of the 3 play fabric. It seems to be well made and came with a PM Fiber filter that can be replaced though it didn’t come with more fiber filters.
I really enjoy wearing this mask more than any other masks I have found. It fits nice around the back of my ears without rubbing and causing me discomfort and the easy to adjust rubbers are great for not just making adjustments when needed but also for attaching a lanyard to hold it around my neck.
It has a built in nose bracket to pinch closed tight to my face so it doesn’t keep slipping down and I feel like its way more effective. I only wish there were more designs to choose from but anyone who wears a mask should really look into buying these.

Overall I like this filter, it’s easier to breathe than I expected but because of this I don’t believe the valves are working. I should hear the rubber flap open upon exhale because moisture builds up on the inside of the flap making the pop sound.
I have an average size adult face. The fit is good because I can tighten the velcro strap. The nose piece should be metal so I can get a better fit but again the strap adjusts to help with this. I got almost two weeks out of the first filter and the change out was easy.
I’ve only had the mask for about a month, so this review is not from long term use. I do enjoy the ear loops, and it may be that the Velcro straps are only needed for vigorous exercise. The face mask feels large but with a beard it doesn’t quite cover the chin and the nose at the same time.
I chose this particular mask because I am hoping the material lasts longer than my previous which I think was stretchable polyethylene fabric. Ask me in two years if you want a medium term review.
Great mask for a good price! I do woodburning/pyrography and I’ve had some masks that are more expensive. this one is more comfortable, especially with the ear loops! I do wish the Velcro portion was a bit longer.
When wrapped around my neck, the Velcro touches all the way at the end of the strip and barely holds together. I’m going to need to add a Velcro piece to it, so hopefully that helps! Will definitely be buying again.

Clever design – won’t mist-up your glasses Cool to be seen in – even my teenage son will wear it! There are some super-cool designs available, and plain black if you’re feeling less adventurous! Comfort factor – honestly the most comfortable, soft and breathable material I’ve worn.
Finally don’t feel like I can’t breathe. Value for money – they are a great price considering the above, but the more you buy, the cheaper they become. I might buy more!! What are you waiting for? Covid isn’t going away, but these beauties won’t be around forever!.
For £5, the mask is actually quite cool. – It’s really comfortable so it won’t irritate you for long periods of wearing it. – The nose fabric bit is really useful if you wear glasses like me to prevent them from getting foggy.
– It’s a thick material so I can only imagine it has many layers that that will be great at blocking Covid pathogens. – The ear loops are easily adjustable to fit to your head. – The logo is actually quite cool and gives it a bit of colour.
Now other cyclists can know I’m a cyclist too haha.
I have ordered several Muc-Off masks and there seems to be an underlying issue with the Black coloured masks. The “nose shield” as Muc-Off advertises is significantly shorter (up to half an inch), this reduction in materials would lead to little coverage for the nose, letting the glasses fog up.
This has been noticed in most of the black masks, in comparison to the Camo and Bolt series, I do not understand why this is so unless it is being manufactured in a different location and the outsourced manufacturer is trying to save materials??? I hope that Muc-Off can look into this matter as it would benefit both customers and Muc-Off themselves as this issue could potentially upset customers and reduce satisfaction among users.
Phone, wallet, keys. mask. The newest part of your active lifestyle. Comfortable, reinforced ear loops combined with an adjustable nose bridge create a custom-like fit that will make this your go-to mask.

These masks are so comfortable. Small medium fits perfectly for myself and my daughter. The grayish color is the bomb. So pretty classy snd goes with everything. Like the pink as well it’s a very pale neutral color.
I don’t feel like I’m suffocating in these masks. They wash nicely snd best of all don’t wrinkle or shrink like other masks.
I found a Feetures mask lying in a parking lot, and took it home to wash it. Since I had no info or instructions, I tossed it in the washing machine on hot with the rest of my masks. It came out great and when I tried it on, it was perfect.
Now my sweetie has grabbed it because of the excellent nose fit. I like the more comfortable ear straps. Unless there are more in that parking lot, I think I need to buy a couple.
The weight is nice and light I bought a small and it fits great. I did get black in color. It’s the best mask I have purchased. I wish I knew about feetures prior to spending tons of money on masks that I couldn’t breathe in or didn’t fit correctly.
Thankfully I did find the best most comfortable easy to breathe in mask. Thank you!.

Over the past year-and-a-half I feel like we have all become a bit of mask experts in the Covid-19 world, which is why it was a pleasant surprise to try a mask that genuinely felt a step above the rest.
For me this comes down to 3 things: 1. The mask is very light 2. It conforms well to the face 3. It has a cushioned nose seal that does a very good job of blocking glasses fog The third point in particular is my favorite so far, since I wear glasses all of the time, and have always struggled with my mask fogging up my glasses.
Typically to alleviate this I need to either pinch the nose of the mask or twist the mask straps to tighten it around my face, but with these Airpop masks, you really don’t need to do any of that. Between the fit of the mask on your face, and the bubbles used around the nose, I get very little air that is pushed upwards towards my eyes, meaning little to no fog even after hours of use.
It isn’t perfect, but it is a major improvement over every other mask I have used. Beyond the lack of fog, the other big point in favor of these masks is their comfort. They have what Airpop calls a “Wing” design, which means the mask wraps around your cheekbone in a wing shape.
It looks somewhat like a duck’s bill, but actually works very well to keep the pressure from hanging on your ears. To put it simply, it makes the mask feel more contoured to the natural structure of your face.
It is a subtle change, but is very noticeable when compared directly against other disposable or even reusable masks. Add into this the adjustable straps, and I can’t see many people taking issue with the fit of the mask.
On the note of disposability, these masks are disposable and are quoted for cumulative use of 40 hours or 1 week per mask. When taking the disposable nature into account, these masks do seem a bit on the expensive side for a 4 pack, but depending on your usage level, and your needs, could well be worth it in the long run.
I admit I personally find it difficult to wear masks for long periods of time, but I have worn these for full workdays without really feeling the need to remove them regularly to breathe and reset. A lot of this is likely down to how light they are, which often means you’ll forget about it pretty easily once you are used to wearing it.
All-in-all, I am very impressed, and would highly recommend these to anyone looking for top mask comfort, so long as they are in your personal budget.
The AirPop mask is comfortable solidly constructed. There are plastic clasps around the ear loops that enable you to adjust the fit of the mask, which is a feature that ought to be mandatory. However, the gelatin piece used to cushion the bridge of the nose continually permits air to escape through the upper part of the mask.
As a glasses wearer, I was given regular reminders of this through my glasses continually fogging up. If this were a mask simply used to screen out pollen or low-level airborne threats, this would merely be a nuisance.
But escaping air is a warning sign that a mask’s seal is inadequate to ward off the more dangerous threats, such as Covid, that necessitate a lot of mask wearing in the first place. In oorder to prevent the spread of coronavirus, masks must retain a tight seal over the face and nose, and escaping air is indicative of leakage that compromises safety.
I repositioned this mask multiple times over my face, and I adjusted the claps over the ear loops many times to prevent this air leakage, but I simply could not stop it. Perhaps I have an exceptionally large nose and my experience wasn’t the same as an average user’s would be.
This serious design flaw is all the more upsetting, because everything else about the mask’s build and construction is laudable. The material is solid and does permit comfortable air flow, and is much more durable than standard disposable surgical masks.
The material comes close to cloth-grade, but is made of multiple permeable layers that filter incoming air while simultaneously permitting better flow. The material also seems durable and strong; I don’t imagine this would rip or tear the same way that cheap paper masks would.
The adjustable ear clasps are also excellent at securing the right fit for the face portion of the mask. This would be a five-star item, if it weren’t for the nagging problem of the cushioned nose piece compromising the mask seal and permitting too much air leakage from the top part of the mask.
If you have a smaller nose, perhaps, this is the mask for you. But if you have an average-large nose (as I apparently do), the continual air leakagke will not only provide a constant fogging problem, but make you worry constantly that the mask is offering no protection.
This is a real shame, because without this problem, the mask would be very good. Buyer beware.
Bottom Line: Comfortable KN95 protection for up to 40 hours Pros: reusable, KN95 protection; good seal; comfortable design Cons: a little small for large faces Review: I’ve been using these masks for over a year, and I really like them.
First, they’re reusable and can go up to 40 hours before cleaning. There are different ways to clean them, but my preferred is to use an alcohol wipe. The silicone nose piece allows you to get a really good seal, so you can wear this mask without fogging up glasses.
I also really like the design where the mask never touches your face. A couple of minor points: I have an above average sized face. The mask still covers my nose and mouth and well, but it is definitely noticeably too small.
Second, over time, especially if you put the mask in your pocket with, say, a pair of gloves, the synthetic fibers will eventually fray and the mask will need to be replaced.
Made from 100% cotton, our non-medical face masks are soft, breathable and comfortable to wear. With two layers of fabric, they feature a slip opening to insert a disposable filter (sold separately).
Soft elastic ear straps are easy to adjust using the included silicone beads. Outer layer features Vera Bradley patterns. Mask is machine washable. Please note, this non-medical mask is not a respirator and will not eliminate the risk of contracting disease or infection.
The mask should not be used (1) in any surgical setting or where significant exposure to liquid, bodily or other hazardous fluids may be expected; (2) in a clinical or other setting where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high; (3) in the presence of a high-intensity heat source or flammable gas; or (4) for high-risk aerosol-generating procedures.

I love the mask. the equipment that I use is work related and the design of the Oracle seems to give a greater field of vision than masks I have used in the past. There are some applications where you just don’t need a full face and the Oracle fits very well when those instances occur.
These are the best face masks out there! I love them! Wash after wash they hold up! The fit is perfect and the patterns and fabric are great ! I’m in Florida and they are breathable and not hot in our heat and humidity! Now that says something!.
I had to order more of these face masks for our son before going back to school. They’re comfortable, breathable and have a nice variety of styles to choose from. I hand wash them daily and they’ve been holding up extremely well.

First found the Keen face masks at K*****, for gash sake. Bought a boxed pair and really liked the all-day performance. The contoured fit is also quite good, and the adjustable straps allow custom sealing.
Now that multiple layers are recommended for the Covid-19 mutations, a disposable filter is all that’s needed for great protection. Great that Moosejaw picked up this product since they also sell Keen Footwear.
Note the 2-masks per box. Only thing different than the “grocery store” version was that the stores offered mixed colors/box. It’s a mute point now, as the Keen masks have disappeared from the mass market stores.
This simple mask is great for basic going around town. It’s a heavy canvas, which is nicer for not sucking in when you breath harder, if you happen to be running (for example). While there is not nose wire, it fits so well I really don’t think there is a need for one.
Most of all, I was glad it fit so well. Many masks out there are quite oversized on me! The only minus is that the thin elastic for the ears can start to be a little irritating when worn for longer periods.
I have a few masks and now this one tends to be my go-to one for its simplicity and better fit.
I wanted to like this more than I do. The overall fit is somewhat loose, perhaps because the material is so thick. It’s really tough for your voice to travel through the material. It’s also missing a nose wire.
I feel like this just missed the mark with non-flexible-too-thick material, and missing nose wire. I do like the contour and adjustable ear loops.
Bought a pack of these and a pleated pack. Bought these because they have the nose bridge because I am a glasses wearer. Firstly, they are very well made and super soft and comfortable. Also, I have a lot going on behind my ears, I wear glasses and have two hearing aids and now a mask.
But, these are a comfortable fit. Secondly, my husband has nabbed the red one and has found it more comfortable and breathable than one he had from somewhere else. He would often panic, and couldn’t breath very well, but this has proved to be ideal, he feels less stessed and panicky.
Well done, Seasalt. Would definitely recommend these masks to anyone. They are not expensive either. May even buy another two packs.
I was pleased with the ‘masks’ and would certainly recommend them, however they arrived in brown paper packaging with a green label stuck on the front that declared that “Our returns just got greener”.
All good so far and very impressive. Inside was brown paper, a protective wrapping and inside that a smart cardboard box and finally inside that my 3 face coverings. I do appreciate that Seasalt sell well made, fairly expensive goods but I felt the packaging side of the company and the returns people should somehow co-ordinate the company’s green image.
My main point is that the face masks were over- wrapped with some unnecessary packaging. I am sure string , your label tied round brown paper and maybe tissue paper would be more appropriate during a Climate Emergency.
These are perfect for me as I have a small face. They fit well, are comfortable & don’t slip. Bought winter set in-store & gave the black & maroon to my son which he took skiing. Love the new spring/summer selections where the plain ones are blue & turquoise which go with most of my clothes.
Patterned ones are pretty to wear with plainer outfits. For larger faces the concertina style may be better though not tried myself as helpful assistant in-store said this style is smaller. Wash well without shrinking & just need a quick iron.
The MILWAUKEE L/XL 3-Layer Performance Face Mask is built to provide all day comfort with a better fit. This reusable face mask is constructed with three soft, breathable layers for all day wear on the jobsite.
The structured design separates the mask from the mouth, making it easier to move around and breathe. An anti-microbial treatment prevents odor causing bacteria and the mask is moisture wicking to stay cool and dry fast.
This three-layer face mask features comfortable, adjustable earloops, and a flexible nose bridge that easily fit the face. This Milwaukee face mask meets the CDC recommendations for a face covering.
Pretty good mask. I was trying to get this specific mask during the Covid spike late last year. The masks were back ordered for a while. But, I’m using it at my job right now as I write this review I work at a hospital.
I do not provide care. But, I loiter in the Covid units with the nursing staff everyday. The mask has done great. It is built better than the other masks I have used. Lite weight, breathable. Great for everyday use, good price.
This will now be the only mask I will need for the remainder of the pandemic. It is not for clinical use. But, it is suitable as long as you’re not in a sterile room or area. I will be buying more. Definitely performs as described.
Great masks. Kids love them but they have apparently changed their sizing. I purchased one orginally from home depot and liked them so i ordered the same size here(s/m). They were much smaller. The measurements seem accurately listed in the size chart but bear in mind that they are different from how they were previous sized.
I will have to order a bigger size. They are otherwise comfortable and were shipped in a timely manner.
I personally say this mask has helped me avoid covid for so long. I’ve used it since the beginning and the only one and brand!!!! Its super comfy and it helps block out much more than I even thought when I brought my first one!!!! Sadly I caught covid do to a careless individual that didn’t tell me they don’t respect the health of others and walked into the house.
Another reason I don’t do unexpected guests anymore either. Call first! However, the mask is amazing!!!!.
Each reusable non-medical mask is made from double-layered knit fabric with a touch of stretch for a lot of comfort. Please note: These masks are not FDA-approved. They are not intended for use in a medical or clinical setting nor are they meant to replace medical-grade PPE and measures recommended by the CDC.
They are designed for adult use only and should not be worn by anyone with breathing or respiratory conditions or those unable to remove a mask without assistance. Limit five per customer.
At the outset of the pandemic I was trying to secure a safe way to continue my activities, namely running. I didn’t want to put anyone around me at risk while I was out jogging, but I didn’t want to impact my breathing either.
I did some research and found these Everlane masks- 100% cotton, very breathable, comfortable behind the ears (important) and neutral in appearance. This is my second round buying more masks- my nose is slightly upturned at the tip, and I find a lot of masks if worn for long periods of time will make my nose sore (such a silly thing!) but this mask is lightweight enough that it doesn’t cause any pressure on my nose.
The one thing I have to say of complaint is that, while working in customer service, every person wants to read “100% human” out loud and give the perfunctory, “good to know you’re a human under there.
We use these for our son at his school. We only have to tie a little knot on the ends. First, they are a tiny bit big on his face thus never coming off while he’s laughing and talking with his friends.
Second, they are soft and stand up to a 7-year-old’s level of activity. He has even told me he will wear two if his friend’s masks keep falling off. He does not complain and he even told me today that he is happy to wear them because they are so soft and keep his face warm.
I’ve purchased this masks when it was offered as 5 packs back in 2020 and early 2021. These are my favorite and most comfortable masks. I work retail and wear these for 8 hour shifts. When I saw they came back on the website I pounced to order them only to realize once I received that it’s now a 3 pack but the same price as the 5 pack.
I will say the fit seems a bit better for these and nice fabric but I’m still bummed that it’s the same price for 40% less product.
What could be better than a breathable, cooling mask? Having one on standby. Made from UPF 50+ sun-protective, chemical-free Coolcore fabric, the contoured shape and soft mesh liner help this 2-layer fabric mask fit comfortably over the nose and mouth.
Moisture-wicking and breathable, the UVShield Cool Face Mask comes in a variety of colors with easy-fit adjustable sizing.
This mask is great. It is lightweight and very well sewn. and cool! (temperature-wise, I mean. ) I sew my own masks, and like them, but this is so much lighter weight that it makes it much easier to wear.
And, there’s better air flow (or not as hot and humid air flow). For some reason, it fits well, yet it seems to never get too. well. moist (yuck!). However, whether it sucks out coronavirus like a tightly fitted N-95 mask is up for debate.
My issue is that a tightly fitted N-95 mask, or one with several layers of cloth and filters, makes me so hot and uncomfortable, and is so hard to breathe through, that after a few hours I can hardly think straight.
This mask seems to be a reasonable alternative to long-term all-day mask wearing. The “Artist” series is not constructed quite as well. This is the one to buy unless you have a very large face.
I use masks for allergy purposes, so mask wearing is not new to me. I have several different ones from companies with a history of making masks for those with allergies and asthma. My family agrees with me that our masks from Sunday Afternoons are hands down the easiest to breathe in.
Pair that with a silicone bracket that keeps the mask away from your face during long wears or wears with a lot of talking and a filter attached using double sided tape for wears that pose more risk and you can not beat this mask.
It’s extremely comfortable. My husband is a teacher and I just ordered more for him because teaching and talking for 8 hrs necessitates being able to breathe easily and talk a lot while mask wearing.
He sometimes wears his glasses instead of contacts and we found that these do fog his glasses a little (better job that most though). We bought nose strips with adhesive backing to put on outside of these to solve that issue.
We have no issue with the size and both of us have larger heads, but narrower jaws. I think that matters most- the width of the jaw. But they are stretchy and soft enough that these should fit most. My teenage son with a narrow face and jaw also wears them comfortably.
For comparison, my other “nice” masks in the past (pre-covid) cost me double the price of these. My son has a dust allergy, so if he is doing work around dust then he uses a heavily filtered allergy mask, but for all other purposes, the Sunday Afternoon masks far exceed our expectations or wishes.
My 6 year old goes to school in person. We live in a warm climate. I was looking for mask to substitute the cotton masks we purchased for him that has cool characters on the outside. I thought he would be disappointed not wearing masks with fun characters but he started asking to wear these masks everyday because they are breathable.
If masks requirements continue, I will purchase more as he grows. It was a good fit. A recommendation for masks that may be to big is to put on a slider to tighten the ear loops. The ear loops are thin enough to fit a slider.
Protect yourself and others the next time you leave home with the Essential Face Mask Kit. With a customizable fit and a highly packable design, the Essential Face Mask Kit makes protection comfortable and convenient.
Wear this washable mask on its own as a basic face covering, or pair with the Essential Mask Filter for high filtration efficiency.
This is the best fitting mask I’ve used. I’ve used. *checks mask stocks* about 10 different masks since the gouge fire in 2017. So my original interest was for smoke reduction but then along came the pandemic.
My go to mask has been a generic 3 layer cloth mask that has a nose wire and a P2. 5 filter pocket. Picked up the habit of an outer themed mask over the main (likely doesn’t do much, it’s from red bubble).
This outdoor research mask fits on contours of my face way better than others I have tried and makes it easier to prevent any glasses fogging that other masks may cause. I think the nose bridge in more rounded and allows for a better fit against the nose and allows the nose wire to function better.
I am using 2 filters in the filter pocket and they don’t seem to move around or fall. Outdoor Research, where is your data on the insert filter? Add it to the filter description or at least a link to a page about it.
I had to find the information on ArsTechnica: “They meet the ASTM F2100-2019 standard for filtration efficiency, which means they’re rated to filter out greater than 95 percent of bacteria sized 0. 1μm or bigger.
I have bought several of these masks in different colors for myself and others in my family, including my mom. I work in health care and see patients everyday in clinic. I follow guidelines of distancing and wearing a mask because I think it is respectful.
But a mask is not just a piece of cloth over your mouth if it is made well. It helps to protect you so you don’t bring home germs to family members. Since wearing this mask for over a year now I have not had the usual bugs like colds, allergies, flu, odd stomach bugs that roam into the office.
It has been so nice to feel healthy and not susceptible to all the germs and even nicer to not bring them home to my family member with heart heart issues. This mask is comfortable and lightweight enough to not bother me during the day.
I keep it on from 8am to 6pm all day except to eat lunch in private. It is also professional looking enough to not be a distraction. And just like socks I can pick the color I wear. I change the liner everyday and am good to go.
Love it! I have worn them outside hiking in crowds and they don’t make me feel claustrophobic or too hot. This mask gives me confidence that I need to just live like normal.
I love these — I have nearly every color they’ve ever come in, and several duplicates in colors I liked. They stay on my face better than other masks I’ve tried, and they’re more comfortable too. I get a good fit over my nose and cheeks with these, preventing my glasses from fogging as aggressively.
Despite the many layers, I find them very breathable. I like the way they look, which is clean and straightforward (though the loops sticking out from behind my ears can be a little silly if I don’t tuck them down).
I do like to wear them with the filters, but the filters have an annoying knack for slipping out of place. They mostly stay put once I’ve got the mask on, but I often have to push them back in place when I am getting the mask back out to wear again.
I wish there were a way to secure them in the corners. That said, despite that, these are still hands down the best masks I’ve tried in the last two years. I expect I will still wear these for smoke or other lung irritants even after the pandemic is over.
There are a few things to keep in mind when wearing a face mask if you also wear glasses. First, make sure your glasses are clean before putting on your mask. Second, position your glasses so that the top of the frame is above the mask and the glasses sit close to your face.
Third, when you remove your mask, be careful not to touch your glasses. Lastly, if your glasses fog up, try washing your glasses with soap and water or using an anti-fog spray.
