20 Best Eye Masks For Puffiness (2023 Updated)

Using these silicone undereye masks were intimidating for me at first since I’m squeamish around the eyes (eyeliner and eye creams are my nemesises. nemesi??), but when I finally got the hang of it, I was able to effectively utilize these in my evening skincare routine for nights where I feel like using extra goodies, especially on area that need extra love like my dark undereyes.

I’ll apply after using a booster serum from pacifica or any of the several eye creams from their brand, leave them on for a good 5-15 minutes, take them off, and wash them! My pet peeve, though, is putting them in the tin.

You have to wash and wipe them dry, and I use a towel for it so I’m a bit nervous already about lint buildup on the sticky part, then there will be random droplets inside the tin that got there from their proximity to the sink! Just be ready to do a bit more work if you plan to use these.

Other than that, they feel wonderful and I do believe that they help.

I’m new to eye masks, but these reusable masks have been fantastic! I was skeptical at first, after reading many reviews that they do not stick well. Fortunately, these remain on my skin very well. While my under eye bags and dark circles are not awful, these have made a great difference.

I use The Body Shop’s Drops of Youth concentrate under my eyes and then place these on top. They hold incredibly well and I am ecstatic over the tin container that they come with for storing. After use, I give them a quick wash and then lay them out to dry before storing again.

Highly recommend and the price is unbeatable! I’d like to mention my skin is combination/oily too and this has had zero impact with the patches holding onto my skin.

I bought these because I’ve had reusable masks like this before but they were always a pain to store because they didn’t come with a storage case. That is a huge benefit to these as I can throw them in a drawer without worrying about them.

I also like that the sticky side is plain so that you can differentiate between the sticky and non-sticky sides which can be difficult to do with the other masks I’ve used when wet. It prevents me accidentally drying them sticky side down.

However, these don’t stick as well as other reusable masks I’ve used. I have one for my chest that I sleep in and it stays put really well. These fall off after about 5 minutes and that’s regardless of how much serum/moisturizer I use or don’t use.

I’ll probably stick to the generic Amazon ones in the future- but will keep the tin.

I love to use the gentle, consistent warmth of the Chamomile version to lull me and my unhappy sinuses to sleep on cold nights. We’ve tried all of the scents – Chamomile, Lavender, and Yuzu, and while Yuzu is my wife’s favorite, Chamomile remains mine.

It’s just so much nicer than a hot pack from the microwave because it’s gently warm, and -stays- gently warm. You can put it on your forehead, ears, eyes, and cheeks; anywhere you’re feeling sore, tense, or congested.

Well-well-well. I am here today to talk with you about “Danielle creations “ hydrogel under eye masks! They both caught my eyes @hudsonsbay about one month ago! Each box for $4. 99 CAD and contains 6 pairs! – The one that is called “Dark Circles no more” has collagen and ginseng and was fine! It was cooling and provided decent hydration! – However the “Fine Lines no more” mask which has retinol was so tingling and caused burning feeling under my eyes area 😞😳 (I do not have sensitive skin and I am completely fine with products containing retinol so I am not sure why those masks did that to my under eye area!)I don’t recommend it 🛑✋🏻 Be aware that these masks are too slippery and don’t stay properly 😐 so you have to lay down while having these masks on!.

Ok, so who doesn’t love under eye masks?!! I’m trying to seek for the best eye mask that will treat my dark circles under my eyes. There’s a box of 6 and I’ve used it for 2 consecutive days. Goes on cold, then gives the skin and nice cool feeling for the whole 20 mins.

I have sensitive skin so I feel a little tingly at first but there’s no irritating on my skin. It is a clear and sparkly thin jelly texture that is easily disposable after use. Each pair individually wrapped.

The only thing that made me drop a star off the rating was that it dries out very fast. Other eye masks I’ve used have lots of fluids in their individual packages that leave a thin layer of essence remaining on your skin after removing the pads but overall a good product I would recommend to try (got mine from Hudson’s Bay).

I use undereye masks often so thought I would try this brand. Undereye masks get the best, most effective results IMO when they are chilled in the refrigerator so they are cool and refreshing when putting them under your eyes.

I leave on overnight for maximum effectiveness and have been pleased with the results. This is a simple, easy product that anyone can use!.

I literally love this product. after a long days work, I do get puffy eyes which look tired and dull. After using this eye mask, I started seeing a difference. More than that, it feels so cool and my eyes get refreshed.

Much smaller than the typical eye mask covering. Barely covers your eyes. Does nothing for your sinus areas, above the nose or under your eyes. Very full with gel beads that stay cold but just too small.

I love these !! The pomegranate are definitely my favorite but I also really like the others as well. I did notice with the caffeine ones that It left a tan residue after I removed them but I just rubbed it in with my finger & it wasn’t as obvious.

I didn’t notice the same happening with the others, I saw another review mention the watermelon ones left a pink mark however the only thing I noticed with those ones was that they started to tingle which I did think was odd but I just went ahead & removed them when that happened & I didn’t notice any irritation or anything.

And the next day when I went to apply my eye cream the underneath part of my eyes were extremely soft ! I originally bought one of each & just recently bought two more of the pomegranate & one more of the caffeine.

I just tried out the watermelon one a few days ago so definitely going to buy a few more of those as well as some extra of the pomegranate & caffeine. Im not sure I noticed too much after using the cucumber one tho, I think it maybe made the underneath of my eye a lil more tighter than the others but I figure i’ll grab one of those also just to try out again before I say I don’t like that one lol.

I love these eye masks from Sephora because they are easy to use, they smell good, and they’re inexpensive. I like to use them while I’m relaxing late at night and catching up with what’s happening on social media.

I am addicted to buying eye masks and eye creams, anything to try and prevent anyone from making a comment about my eyes again in the future. There are several different varieties of these Sephora eye masks, but my favorites are caffeine, pomegranate, and watermelon.

I got 2 packs of the pomegranate eye mask at checkout one day. used the first pair without refrigeration and took them off in about 10-15 minutes as a pre-makeup situation. didn’t leave a lasting impression.

i left the second pack in the fridge forgotten for a few weeks. I used it last night before bed and wow. i left them on until they were dry, about 30 minutes (did my eyes need that much moisture?? perhaps??) but sheesh! felt like i saw a significant difference in my dark circles and puff! i’ve never seen such an instant result and i really liked that they did dry up on my face so it felt like the product was actually being absorbed.

I had the peter thomas roth eye patches (gold, blue, and green – got them in a fabulous trio holiday pack that felt very worth it considering the price point for one single jar of just one type) but never felt like i saw such a significant difference as i did with these pom eye masks from one use! the ptr ones were nice because they were the silcone-y texture.

these sephora ones are like that but a flimsier texture. i’m only giving 4 stars because 3. 50 is sort of pricey considering they are single use but i am gonna stock up and if i continue seeing considerable results like i did last night I will write another review with 5 stars.

I have under eye bags every morning, just because of genetics lol. I have tried expensive under eye masks and many many others and have sensitivity to most plus they don’t do anything. I have oily skin and sensitive under eye skin and these don’t make my under eye area burn and they don’t break me out.

I like to put my eye masks in the refrigerator even though with these they work either way. I’m not going to tell you they completely take away my bags, they don’t. But they do make them less noticeable and every time I try a new mask I wish I had these.

Ladies! If you are expecting this eye mask will drastically improve your hyperpigmentation or extreme puffiness due to water retention from your diet, you need to make your expectation more realistic~ It does what it says, it cools down your under eye, hydrate it a little bit and make you look more rested.

I’ve incorporated it into my nightly routine (not every night) as a end-of-day self-care activity. Given it’s price point its value is surely not comparable to other elf holy grail products. So I only buy it when it’s on sale 🙂 The packaging is a bit too complicated and can use a little minimalism.

I have deep dark circles- genetics, no amount of rest will help me- so I thought I’d give these a try when they were on sale. I did one eye so I could compare. If I had not, I probably would have said they didn’t do anything.

But comparing, it did plump my under eye area just a bit, and smoothed some of the fine lines. However, for my circles, definitely not enough of a difference to make it worth buying another pack. But.

I would say it is worth a try if you just occasionally get dark circles.

I absolutely love these patches. I have a violent seaweed allergy which happens to be an ingredient in every disposable under eye mask I have come across. I have used silicon eye masks previously and liked them but these are so much better.

Not only have these lasted more uses, but they work with eye cream to intensify hydration. The cooling effect is amazing and the pads seem to both hydrate and smooth my under eye area. They are both a more cost effective and eco friendly option in my opinion.

I have never been able to try disposable under eye patches so I can’t speak to a direct comparison.

I took the leap and bought these eye masks and I am so happy I did. They have made such a huge difference in my under eyes which has always been my main insecurity. I have tried everything and nothing works as good as these do.

I’m on Accutane and my entire eye area is so dry, it’s very uncomfortable. I’ve gone through 10 different eye gel brands and the Jillian Dempsey ones are by far the best. Super comfortable and you instantly feel a hydrating relief.

They last longer than other eye gels (which dry out pretty quickly) and the subtle scent on these is very nice.

I love these eye masks! They are my absolute favorites and I have tried many. They’re soothing & help my “mature” eye area look less puffy & more hydrated. I also heard a tip -that you can use them once put them back in the tray and keep them refrigerated for a second time.

I saw the price and I had to try these. They are like little sheet masks for your eyebags and smile lines! Ive been using them for maybe three weeks as well as trying to get more hours of sleep and my eyes look alot better.

The pouch they come in makes it kinda hard to get a pair out, but I think these are nice for a budget friendly skin routine.

I have used facial masks and never eye masks but I decided to try this from Purederm. The masks are placed just under the eyes to get rid of eye bags and discolouration. I have to say it feels refreshing and cool.

I think these are working to get rid of some discoluration but not yet sure whether these will ultimately get rid of the eyebags as well. Will definitely add more information later.

The gel beads freeze solid and don’t conform to the eyes until they soften up and are half thawed. I think this mask would work for a headache but that’s not the reason I bought it.

Why you would make this with a white fabric on the inside I don’t understand! It’s for sleep and relaxing. The inside fabrics needs to be dark! If I flutter my eyes when it’s on I think it’s light. Then that makes me wanna wake up instead of relax and sleep longer which is what I bought it for.

I wanted to replace a black one I have that wore out in the elastic but this one just isn’t designed quite as well. Almost but missed the mark.

I’ve been using sleep masks regularly for almost a decade now so I’ve pretty much tried them all. Honestly, I was somewhat reticent to even order this mask because I wasn’t sure how it would work but I’m SO glad I ended up getting it! First of all– it has helped immensely with my sinus pressure and headaches which as dramatic as it sounds– has changed my life.

Also, this mask blocks out light better than any of the 20 other masks I’ve tried combined. My partner always falls asleep with the television on and the light used to bother me and sometimes wake me up in the middle of the night but not anymore.

Another positive to this sleeping mask is that I find it stays in place much better than the rest. It’s also ideal for traveling because it does such a stellar job at blocking the light out. I’ll never use another eye mask again because this is by far the best one out there!.

I would have loved to have started using these when I was 14 years old because that’s what seems to be the primary target age group here with these. I got these at a super discount so I figured I’d try them.

So as far as coverage goes, the shape is a miss. Not even just for my face shape or eye area. They’re very straight without a contour shape to for your actual eye contour area. Like I said, a teenager would totally appreciate these as they are adorable and the packaging is sanitary because every package holds a single use.

However, for an eye mask, I enjoy being able to see that my eye contour is totally covered and getting the serum absorbed in an even way around my entire under eye area. Packaging is good because they’re all single use pouches.

Serum worked, I could see the effects of the collagen and the HA. So I would gift these to someone who enjoys self care but doesn’t need as full of coverage as I like to have. Also, they slip around if you’re not lying down.

They feel very refreshing and cool in my skin. I live this kind of patches to give my under eyes a pick me up when they’re very dull. The main ingredients are hyaluronic acid, collagen, amino acids and caffeine.

Once I wore them and they felt like burning that’s why I don’t give 5 stars.

I’m always on the hunt for anything that reduces my fine lines under my eyes. This stuff really works! It smooths lines and feels great! The forrmula is enriched with Hyaluronic Acid, Rose Flower Oil, Collagen, Caffeine, Gold and Amino Acids to help you glow! Cute heart shaped eye mask!.

I normally uses the Peace Out eye patches but you only get 6 pairs. I had never heard of this brand but figured they were worth trying, so glad I did! They come with tweezers to grab each pair out of the serum and the lid suctions quite tight so the serum doesn’t leak.

Very cooling effect (even better than Peace Out)! You are supposed to leave these ones on 20-30 min instead of the typical 15 min which is nice. Grabbed my book and tea, and relaxed while these did their magic! I do agree with the other reviewer that there were some loose glitter particles in the serum but it doesn’t bother me, just wipe it away (but careful they don’t go on your eye).

They stayed in place the entire time which was fantastic. Super hydrating and my crow’s feet were minimized. My under eye concealer went on smoother after wearing these! Highly recommend and will purchase again!!.

These are really great eye masks for hydration and felt a drastic improvement after keeping them on for about 20 minutes. They don’t dry out fast, and don’t slip off the eyes as much as other eye masks Ive tried either.

The only thing that puts me off is the glitter. I bought them thinking the glitter would be suspended in the eye mask itself (which some of it is) but there’s also a little bit of loose glitter chunks in the serum itself.

Who wants to have to worry about getting glitter in their eyes while trying to relax? They’re big pieces as well so if you did get it in your eyes I can’t imagine how bad it would hurt or how much it would scratch your eyes.

I had to be super careful for this reason and I probably wouldn’t repurchase for that alone until they make sure none of the glitter is in the serum, or replace it with dissolvable and eco friendly glitter.

I really love these eyepatches. The hyaluronic in the formula really gives my under eyes the hydrating they need, especially after a night out. I put them on while getting ready and before bed. Not to mention they’re much more affordable than the Peter Thomas Roth patches.

They’re also just overall super cute. I would say my only downside is that the glitter has stuck to my face. Luckily I haven’t had it stay into my eye. If the glitter is a dealbreaker, this isn’t for you.

Ladies if you’re at the age where those lines are creeping in around your eyes then get these. I regularly purchase these from LF as part of my self care routine. Being unwell I find solitude in a little pampering & these are my favs.

By far the best eye masks I have used to date. If I am having a “bad eye day” I will put a set of these on whilst I am getting ready for 15-20 minutes. You can leave them on whilst doing your eye make up to and it will catch any fallout.

I notice an immediate cooling sensation under the eyes and my eyes look less puffy straight away. The ingredients are soothing and I have never had any irritation. I love the fact they have a slight stickiness so you can carry on moving around and getting ready whilst they work their magic!.
