20 Best Eye Drop For Blepharitis (2023 Updated)

I love the product! Keeps my eyes moist, no allergic reaction! Best product i’ve used so far! The bottle; however, is horrible! After using about 1/4 of bottle, it is impossible to get drops out without using both hands to squeeze bottle! Therefore, you end up wasting drops! I love the product, but will not buy again until the bottle is changed!.

The solution is great. The bottle is terrible. I wasted much of the product trying to get it in my eye. Also opened it today and found mold inside the cap. Don’t need that.

Recommended by my opthalmologist. These are the only drops that relieves my severe dry eyes. I highly recommend.

Really disappointing!! Have been using Similisan drops for years. THis new products is terrible! Bottle is impossible to use ; it’s not the wonderful patented dropper/bottle of the other Similisan drops.

Also the drops leave my eyes cloudy for hours after using them. Best dry eye drops on the market that I’ve found is Visine!.

Burns for 2 hours after I put in. Made eyes very sensitive to light. Had to wear sunglasses to watch tv. Eyes blurry all day. But dry eye hurt went away. Side effects not worth it. Hard time functioning with blurred vision.

Don’t like wearing sun glasses inside house.

Used vision clarity for about une month ( 2 vials) good results. Re-ordered and the application results changed. after using the drops before going to bed, then next morning my eyes felt as if a very fine sand like particle was present which felt uncomfortable.

After removal with soap and water the substance dissapeared. Next day after repeating the drops the same sandlike subtanse re-apperaed. Suspended the drops for 10 days, re-applied the drops and the results replicated.

Seemed to work pretty well. It has brought back color to my vision on the problem eye in place of just a white cloud. I am on my second order and still seeing gradual improvement. Not there yet but better than it was for sure.

I do not know if i will get clarity back but improving odds and holding ground makes it worth the money. Thanks.

I’ve been using these drops everyday for almost a week. They are more hydrating than TheraTears, my previous favorite drops. Worth nothing, I’m treating bleforitis, which inflames my eyelids and irritates my dry eyes.

The drops in this bottle feel fuller, somehow, and stay in my eye instead of immediately tearing out.

Have used for 2 weeks now. Stings profusely like little pins in your eyes, then a gritty feeling. Makes your eyes water and screw up your face. It is not nice. Not sure if the drops are working but the gel is amazing.

Have been using for 4 weeks. Noticed a good difference after 3 days. I have had severe blepharitis for 25 years and tried every eye drops on the market. At last some relief! It stings on application but not for long and I’m already getting used to it.

I wake up and can open my eyes properly, I don’t have to shut an eye because of the pain. The light sensitivity is better too. Me eyes are more relaxed. I hope it continues to improve. My optometrist recommended it and is keen to see what kind of improvement this new treatment has as she hasn’t got any patients on this treatment.

Please be careful when using this product. I just went to my ophthalmologist yesterday and she said that she does not recommend that I continue using this because of the Belladonna. Belladonna dilates the pupils — it blocks receptors in the muscles of the eye that constrict pupil size.

It can also cause blurriness and in turn affect near-sightedness (makes it more difficult to see objects up close). I was stoked to use a natural product, but wondered why my vision was a little wonky and more sensitive to light after using it throughout the day at work.

Like I said, take caution when using these eyedrops!.

I was diagnosed by an Ophthalmologist with a severe case of Dry Eyes, over a decade ago. I have tried every high profile Dry Eye product on the Consumer market. A few years ago, I tried Similasan Dry Eye Relief Eye drops.

These eye drops work awesome! After hitting my 50?s I suffer from dry eyes ?especially in the morning. I have tried other products that my eye doctor recommended and non worked. I have very dry eyes. I cannot be in direct, bright sunlight or even artificial light sometimes, without my eyes seriously tearing and stinging. I really like these eye drops! I purchase these because they can be used with contacts and I have not found a different brand that is compatible with contacts that is made for severe dry eyes.

Also, this product is not preservative free. A++++++.

My eye doctor recommended these too me because I have really dry eyes. This is the closest thing you can get to mimicking actual tears as it doesn’t have any harsh chemicals in it like most other drugstore eye drops have.

I’m really bad at remembering to use them, but when I do it makes such a huge difference. My eyes noticeably look brighter and feel hydrated.

I know some reviewers have said this burns so bad and they can’t use it and maybe they are just more sensitive to cooling eye drops. However, I tried it and yes, at first there was some burning feeling as part of the cooling sensation.

Probably doesn’t make sense but for me it got cooling and then felt very moisturizing. What I did was put a drop or two in(which is all you need at one time-too many then, yeah you might have some burning going on), and keep your eyes closed for about 10 seconds.

And my eyes actually feel great. They are a lot less agitated then they used to be. I would use so many other eye drops and my eyes still felt gritty. But these help a lot. And the cooling is just something you get used to.

One note though is you have to press and turn to get the top off and I don’t think this is necessary. I guess if you have young kids but maybe keep it up in a cabinet like prescriptions? Otherwise they should make ones without the ‘childproofing’ because if you have arthritis or tendinitis or just weak hands it difficult To open sometimes.

I originally was using the red-ness relief Rohto drops (red lid). They were amazing. Felt great and worked fast and efficient. I like to use drops to whiten & refresh my eyes before doing my make up.

Well anyways. When I ran out of them & Went to purchase more they were out of stock. so I decided to give the All in one (blue cap) a try. Worst mistake ever!!!!! It literally felt like I had an object in my eye for over an hr.

Not only that but it burned on going as well. And no. It wasn’t the same short lasting refreshing burn the original one gave me. I tried It once more just to give it one last try. Same results.

That menthol is intense for the first few blinks/seconds. Once that initial shock dissipates my eyes feel great! I have a tendency to sleep with my eyes partially open so they’re sometimes very dry in the morning.

My contacts I wear for work and activities dry out my eyes frequently as well. This helped more than contact specific eye drops ever have. If you can get past the initial zing your eyes will be feeling great!.

I’ve tried literally every eye drop there is OTC and a few Rx to help with my extremely dry eyes from AutoImmune issues coupled with strained eyes from working on computers 10 hours a day but NEVER found one until now that would help not only regain and retain moisture but ease the tension and ache at the same time.

They would either lube your eyes up so much your blind for 20 minutes basically and then 4 hours later your eyes are dry again or if helping with the ache didn’t moisturize enough to feel relief. These are a god send.

They do NOT burn like some of the other Rhoto drops, and leave your eyes feeling like they just left a spa and are living their best life. Totally worth $10 I’d even pay $30, and actually have on worse products.

Perfect product to use everyday. I a nearly-blind contact lense wearer. Usually during allergy season, I have to stop wearing contacts because they move around too much for my dry, itchy, irritated eyes.

I hate those weeks because I don’t like wearing my glasses in the summer. But this product right here!!! It saved me this summer. Has a slight cooling effect, more gentle than the 8-in-1 which is like Listerine for your eyes (I still like it).

I put 2 drops in each eye before inserting my contacts and they wear no problem. Contacts don’t move around anymore. I couple this with the Rohto 8-in-1 relief. I little more on the pricey side of eyedrops, but the quality makes it worth every cent.

I also like the container– it’s sturdy, doesn’t bend, and hold up well in a makeup bag. The sides aren’t flimsy either, you actually have to give it a good squeeze to get product out. It’s not like other bottles that can easily waste product when squeezed.

Plus, the way its built doesn’t leak when you open the cap. Cartwheel usually has deals as well! Honest review, bought these myself.

These are the BEST eye drops!!! I over wore my contacts because I work nights til 5am. My eyes became very irritated, dry, red. I bought a few eye drops that did nothing for me. My eyes were getting worse and bloodshot red so I decided to see my optometrist.

He said it was not an infection but just irritation. He prescribed me strong eye drops that you can only get from a pharmacist and those did nothing for me either! I spent lots of money buying more eyedrops in store, the most expensive ones and finally these are the only ones that healed my eyes.

At first the dryness went away, next day I noticed the redness was beginning to fade and my eyes feel completely healed on the 3rd day. Most eye drops will get rid of redness right away but it always comes back.

This gets rid of it for good but will take a day or 2. It’s worth it though. Highly recommend!.

the drops are great! very refreshing! just a few drops in each eye, and it does the trick. if your eyes are tired/suffers from strain from monitor viewing, I’d give these drops a try.

My eye doctor gave me a sample of these eye drops. My eyes become dry and irritated easily, and these gel drops are so much better than thinner drops. They are more soothing and less wasteful. Squeeze the vial slowly, and a couple of small drops are all that’s needed.

Expect that once applied, your vision might initially be blurry, but in a minute or less the gel will mix with your natural tears. Just move your eyes around, and your vision will return. You’ll feel SO much better! Sometimes, I can go for a few days now without needing these drops.

I highly recommend them. Cost is not too bad, especially since they work so well.

I work outside. The wind makes my eye water. I also am menopausal. I heard that causes dry eye. Went to Eye Doctor. She said just buy some drops. I wear contacts. They make a contact safe type which I use.

I forget to put the drops in a lot. The second my eye starts tearing up I use this and it stops in seconds. So glad I found it.

This product ended up working ok for me. It definitely provided immediate relief to my dry itchy eyes. It also allowed me to read or watch tv longer without irritation. Unfortunately for me it didn’t last as long as my preferred brand.

I found myself having to reapply throughout the day to get the same level of comfort. So does it work? Yes. Will I swap out for my current brand I will not.

My eyes have always been dry, and got much worse after cataract surgery. This is the only kind of eye drop that works for me. I don’t know why. I’ve tried so many other kinds, hoping to find something even better, but they all made my eyes feel worse, not better.

Even the Refresh Tears single use ones without preservatives don’t feel as good to me as these Tears. The only other drop that works good enough is Oasis single use but they cost more and I go through them too fast, and they aren’t any better than these.

Do not use Refresh tears/ lubricant drops if you plan to use daily or more! Please be careful. After 1. 5 Wks of using every 8-10 hrs, my eyelids and the surrounding area was RAW, red, painful and peeling.

The same thing happened to my mom, and my Ophthalmologist told me this can happen somewhat commonly with continuous use in a relatively short period of time. If you suffer from Dry Eye Syndrome, or if your eyes just get occasionally dry/watery/tired, I recommend BauschLomb SootheXP drops.

I received my Ophthacare eye drops in a very reasonable amount of time and my family and I liking the product so far. I bought rather a lot of the product to share with my mom who was given a prescription for “dry eyes”.

I am hoping that she can use these drops instead. To me, that will be the true test. Fingers crossed.

It’s a quick remedy for smaller eye irritations and I use it as an alternative to antibiotic eye drops. The advantage is, Ophtha Care can be used longer or only periodically to ease eye strain. I wear hard contact lenses and never have any problems with Ophtha Care.

i purchased eye drops from the chemist after using them for a week with very little improvement. i sent for the ophthacare eye drops that arrive 3 days after ordering. i used these for about 4 days and the problem started to clear up after a week the problem had gone.

Several years ago I started to have issues with my eyes constantly tearing. I cannot tell you just how life-changing that was, anything that required me to see became a challenge. Due to my constant blurred vision from my tearing eyes It affected me on a daily basis in so many different areas of my life I was unable to comfortably read anything, work, walk, not to mention under my eyes became a mess and wearing makeup was also a challenge.

These drops have been my go-to for years now. They’re effective and don’t seem to make eye dryness worse, which other brands have done. When it comes to the different options that Systane sells, I’m not sure if this product is actually any better or worse than the ones that are labeled “COMPLETE” because the ingredients seem similar, but more importantly, I don’t notice a difference in function between the two types.

I prefer the small dropper bottle to the individually packed ampules as well because those usually have product that gets wasted. Overall, these are great and last awhile, and I’ll continue to buy and recommend this brand.
