20 Best Extreme Cold Weather Blanket (2023 Updated)

I really debated buying this blanket because of the price. Don’t let that keep you from getting it. Every time we use this blanket I am so glad I decided to get it. I use it for everything! when I need to take the dog in the car, I put the waterproof side up and hair just falls off.

(we have a 100lb German Sheppard, lots of hair!) We have taken it to outdoor events where sudden rain has kept our stuff dry, used it to shield us from temporary wind and rain, and shield from muddy ground.

I’ve even used the carry bag to shield random items from the elements. I wasn’t sure how cozy/warm the soft side would be because of the waterproof side. It’s amazing! When you wrap up with it, it is super soft and cozy and keeps you warm or shielded from the elements.

Washing is super easy, there are loops on the edges of the blanket that really do help with moving it around or if you need to attach it to something, or attach something to it that you don’t want to lose.

The only thing I would improve is, I wish it had a handle at the end of the short side of the carry bag. When unloading or transporting it definitely would be helpful. Also, lastly, when I took it out of the carry bag I didn’t think it was ever going to go back in! haha! But it does!! buy this blanket, you won’t regret it!.

We’ve taken the Yeti Lowlands Blanket with us on every camping trip this last summer and have really enjoyed having it! It’s incredibly easy to keep clean and can be thrown in the washer and dryer if needed.

We use it as an entry mat to our tent and find it to provide more comfort when putting on and taking off our shoes. It also makes it easier for our toddler to hop out of the tent directly onto the blanket instead of the ground.

We’ve used it camping in rainy weather, deserts, and rocky ground, but the blanket still looks new. However, on our last trip, a mouse chewed through the blanket, leaving a small tear. So keep in mind if you plan to use this camping, just like any fabric this blanket may attract mice for its warm insulation, especially as the weather is getting colder! Other than that, the blanket has held up well, and I would definitely recommend it for its durability!.

So, normally I couldn’t justify spending $200 on a blanket and I haven’t fielded this piece of gear yet, but it is pretty incredible how it fits into my motorcycle ground/hammock camping strategy. This blanket has sturdy built in loops that match exactly the attachment points in my kammock double hammock tent, making it an effective hammock quilt/ water and windproof sheild.

It’s crazy how with some carabineers for suspension it’s an exact fit. Plus if I need to use my hammock tarps for ground cover, I can set up a quick quick A frame over the blanket as the perfect size footprint.

The heavy nylon case it comes in hase extra room for packing out additional tarps rigging lines, steaks, whatever. Plus, you get all the YETI swag effect when you bust it out and have yourself a little picnic.

This down insulted camp blanket is an absolute game-changer! I won’t leave for any hike or camp mission without packing it! Light-weight, super durable and so easy to stow away in my backpack for an extra layer on the summit or additional comfort backcountry tenting or truck camping.

This is about a similar blanket I have. Great on day hike with my wife. Wrapped around us taking in the view on a mountain top. But my blanket has small loops down the sides. With light bungie cord threw them I use it as an under quilt for my hammock.

I’m comfortable just above 30 deg. Would like to find this blanket again. My grandkids are starting to do overnight pack trips with me. They love hammocking but for now I bring a tent for them. Note.

Bugs like to bite through the hammock so it great when warmer too. They can’t bite through a blanket.

I bought myself one because I am gone a couple days at a time for work. I made this choice based on how light it was & the hope it would be warm enough. I bought 3 more because I never want to be without one.

It is for every season! Warm, cool, cozy and snuggly soft. I actually was having to fight the cat, dog & grandkids for my blanket. Glad there are plenty to go around now.

So I should start off by saying I love your products and how you go about making them. The quality of materials are fantastic, and I love how you make great options exist for recycled products. With that being said, I do have issues with your higher end synthetic and down products.

The issue resides mainly in the loft size for your Featherlite and NanoLoft series of Rumpls. For a blanket, one should expect that if you are paying more, the performance of the item should be greater.

As for what performance is in a blanket, the primary use case tends to be insulation. The NanoLoft and Featherlite blankets have such low performance in terms of insulation, since it seems that you have valued packable size over the actual warmth of the product.

I work in the outdoor industry at REI and I can honestly say that when someone is looking at your Featherlite blanket (399. 99 usd price point), I urge them NOT to purchase it. You could easily spend 100 less on a packable quilt that has the same purpose with a MUCH higher quality down-fill count.

The Featherlite has an embarrassingly low quality down-fill for the extremely high price. All of this could be forgiven, if it actually kept you warm. But again, it seems that you believe the consumer wants a small blanket to spend 400 dollars on, as opposed to a well performing product.

I hope to see changes in pricing or in the quality of your products, or I can only recommend buying them when on such a drastic discount, such as the one I received.

When preparing to move eight cats from the US to Portugal, we needed to find blankets that would be comforting to the cats and also help protect furnishings and airplanes. In the past we’ve used waterproof sheets, but those are undesirable for a variety of reasons: aesthetics, comfort, and sustainability.

I accidentally happened across Rumpl blankets online and was thrilled that they were not only water repellent (cat accidents happen!), but also made from recycled materials. I purchased one to try it out and when it arrived I was stunned by how beautiful it was in person.

The colors are gorgeous! We ordered 2 more plus a couple of Stash Mats about a month before moving so that the cats could get used to them and they would smell like home. The cats loved them immediately and they became a favorite bed.

In transit, the blankets helped keep the cats warm and block out some of the airplane noise, and they saved the day with a water spill and litter box accident. Now they cover our furniture to keep fur at bay, and they are so beautiful we don’t have to hide them away when company comes.

The cats still love them and sleep on them almost exclusively! We plan to add to our collection so we have plenty to go around. And they are really durable and easy to wash, so cat claws and shedding fur aren’t a concern.

I’m so grateful to have found these and highly recommend them!.

I want to like the blanket, but after washing it, I see some serious flaws with the design. The sewn compartments holding the synthetic insulation aren’t sewn all the way to the edges of the blanket, meaning that when you wash it, a lot of that insulation from the edge compartments ends up in the corners, meaning you effectively get a smaller blanket.

And it’s hard trying to work that insulation back to the middle of an edge through a several small holes. And not being able to dry the blanket with any heat means that those clumps of insulation never break up well, which gives me the sense that the blanket is simply not as effective as it was before I washed it.

Holding my blanket up to the light and comparing it to another that I didn’t wash, I can see that the insulation isn’t well distributed anymore. Also, the material really does melt if it touches anything warm, I can’t believe Rumpl wouldn’t use a material like any other puffy jacket that you can safely toss in the dryer.

I would recommend not washing this blanket since you’ll be pretty unhappy with the result if you do.

I purchased this as a throw blanket in our den, to snuggle under while watching TV. Opening the package it smells like a machine shop or tire store. Strong. Oily. Nasty. Washed it 3 x and it STILL smells and on top of it all, the hem is unravelling after only three washes.

I think this is Army surplus from the 1950s. This is not a snuggle blanket nor a bed blanket. It STINKS with a chemical oily smell that CANNOT be washed out. And, since it has been washed, I cannot return it.

Geezx BBB at least credit me for what I spent on it. I just want a throw blanket for family TV night! This is going in the trash.

Was disappointed in blanket appearance; guess if it keeps you warm in an emergency it will probably be okay. Purchased to use with the reflective emergency blankets. I have now purchased a fleece zippered bag marketed to go inside the reflective sleeping bag that was less money, looks nice, and will be much easier/more comfortable to use — I think.

It will be easy to wash as well. I didn’t return “my ugly” and it will probably keep in my trunk; but it sure is weird and cheap looking!.

It is an excellent safety blanket for in the car during winter driving. It is also excellent for in your camping gear for when nights get cold. The wool blend blanket helps to shed water and will keep you warmer even if wet.

So I’ve used both the Versa and Versa Luxe. Both are *excellent* blankets with very high warmth factors. The Versa packs down much smaller due to not having the additional microfleece layer, but I use these in different ways.

The Luxe is a great cuddle blanket with kids, decent wind resistance, and oh-so-warm. Highly recommended for cool evenings where you just need something extra while around a fire reading stories or something.

Perfect. My kids also love the little hand grabs and foot box!.

I own two different brands of camping blankets and the Klymit Versa Luxe blanket is my favourite. So soft and fleecy on the inside! I use it at home and for car camping; too heavy for backpacking. It’s also great around the campfire.

Love that it makes an XL camping pillow and fits into its own stuff sack. I am buying a second one as a gift!.

I bought this blanket about a year ago after some Serious envy that it released after I purchased the standard versa blanket. I enjoy both and use the Luxe version almost daily around the house because the fleece is the BEST dang fleece I’ve EVER covered up with.

Even after multiple washes it’s still soft and warm and everything you hoped the throw blanket from the box store would be. I do have to agree with another reviewer, however, I worry that folding it into the pillow will rip the slip cover.

I do wish the foot box was bigger to accommodate the added bulk and take some of the stiffness out of pillow mode. I guess that’s a side effect of stuffing 10 lbs of blanket into a 5 lb pillow case. It’s so comfortable as a blanket, you’ll probably never stuff it as a pillow once you’re past the initial curiosity anyway.

Treat yourself it’s worth every penny.

This is our second Bestie Blanket. My family has been using the double-sized version for over a year now. But now that my son is getting bigger, we thought he should have his own, instead of always stealing our big one.

So, we got him the smaller version. What I like about these blankets the most is that they can take a beating. We use ours for picnics, ground cover for the floor of my tent, and of course, as a blanket to keep warm with.

This blanket is now an ESSENTIAL item for any trip! It provides a layer of warmth for sitting around in camp, an improvised pillow for overnight stays when stuffed into its stuff sack, and it adds multiple degrees of warmth when placed inside my Kelty sleeping bag.

These are the best blankets ever! I ordered 1 to try it out – then ordered 4 more for my family! Since then i’ve bought for my parents, my sister’s family, my niece. They are SO cozy and so lightweight – but are magically warmer than my sleeping bag for camping! They insulate your body, trapping the heat or something?!? I never write reviews, but I can’t say enough about the Bestie! I’d love if there were more colors and styles so I could buy even more :).

I’ve been wanting to try this blanket for a long time. I’m intending it for many years of camping and cabin use. It is really lofty and warm. No feathers are shedding or poking through the polyester shell.

It is quite staticky, which I guess is normal given all that polyester!! A pet peeve with this is the greatness for attracting lint, dust, hair etc. and showing up exceptionally well on the lovely dark blue hues.

may need to apply some static reducing techniques. Water seems to effectively bead on the surface. keeping in mind I didn’t test it for very long to see when, or if, it would eventually absorb. I look forward to trying it out in the dampness of tenting and cooler cabin nights!.

Ok so I hate sleeping bags. When I say hate, I mean it. Not a fan of being wrapped like a mummy. That’s why I picked this down blanket. It’s super lightweight, water resistant and the same size as my queen size duvet at home.

I absolutely love that because when not camping, I also use this duvet at home on laundry day when my usual one is in the wash.

I bought this blanket 3 weeks ago to use as a comforter on our bed at home and for traveling in our RV. I wanted a blanket that was light and warm but not hot. This works great as a bed comforter. It is nice and light and can feel a little warm but doesn’t make us really hot.

We have a king bed and it covers the top but does not wrap around the edges. It is a little slippery and slides around more if one person is in the bed. I like the color of the blanket so it looks good as a comforter.

I haven’t used it in the RV yet but think it will be a great replacement for a sleeping bag.

I’m in love with my new Oceas blanket!! I keep this blanket in my car and whip it out all the time!!! I simply put the waterproof side down on any surface and have a place to sit or lie down immediately, anywhere!! It also kept me really warm on a cold night.

I ordered this waterproof blanket to use as a picnic blanket on wet days, it is excellent for this purpose. But what science can’t currently explain is why this blanket is such a chick magnet. You might look like McLovin, but with this blanket you’ll feel like Bradley Cooper in Limitless.

Furthermore, I believe it increased my max bench by 10 lbs when I slept under this blanket the night before. 10/10, can’t wait for Oceas next product.

Next to my Newfy, this is the BEST travel companion ever. Have owned Rumpl Nanoloft blankets for years and when I saw this travel-sized version in all the colors I love, I had to have it. Purchased one, then another – just because I know someone’s going to ask me to share! Extremely lightweight (nothingness) and extraordinarily warm, cozy, comfortable.

Hard to believe it’s that warm but weighs nada. Again, the colors are gorgeous – vibrant, cheerful, bold – and the other side is a beautiful “deep water” blue so it’s versatile, right for everyone and every mood / occasion.

We are a family of six that car camps a lot, and the NanoLoft Puffy Blanket has been a game changer. We started with a couple blankets for keeping warm around the camp fire, but we soon started sleeping with them in the tent and campervan.

It turns out, these blankets are the perfect compliment to a sleeping bag. The sleeping bag is there to keep your lower half warm and to zip up completely in case it gets very cold, but the NanoLoft is perfect to drape across your upper half on most nights.

100% wool, not a blend. Made in USA. This is my first wool blanket in years, I grew up with scratchy wool army blankets and never liked them. This blanket is very slightly scratchy, doesnt bother me, but definitely not soft cotton.

I was surprised at how heavy it is, very different from the cotton blankets Im used to. I cant imagine this blanket ever wearing out, so it will be used for years and years. Very pleased with the purchase!.

blanket is very heavy and very dense. It is definitely warm, but not a snuggle blanket. If feels just like the cloth on a filson wool coat, but perhaps even thicker. I think the low nap could be helpful if you need to brush off some duff or debris.

I will keep it as a practical, if not stylish, addition to my home, but I hope it softens up with use.

We bought your beautiful blanket for our daughter-in-law for Christmas. So, at this time, we can’t say how she likes it. However, we bought one for her because we love ours! We got two last year as Christmas gifts.

We’ve wrapped ourselves in them at numerous soccer games and sat on them at football games. I used one and shared the other when we were meeting in our garage for book groups during safe COVID gatherings.

This is a purchase I have waited and debated on for a while now…. and I wish I would’ve done it when I first started thinking about it now!! I got the large blanket and now want the ‘one with the hood!! Lil tip—the bag that comes with it—I stick my feet in when I’m in the bleachers—to keep the ‘updraft from below that freezes my feet—and it tops the whole experience of keeping warm in Indiana’s crazy weather off!! Wish the carrying bag was a smidge larger😂😂.

or a zipper added to it or Velcro to make it closed off at the bottom would be a nice option! One of my best purchases as a sports watching mom in Indiana:).

Both of our grand children are active in athletic activities for their high school. We attend ALL sports they participate in. WE always carry the Mambe Extreme Weather Blanket with us. We stand together, wrap the blanket around us from the waist down and sit together on the stadium seats.

This completely stops wind, rain and cold for the duration of the game. It just makes all the difference in the world in being comfortable in cold weather.

It takes up so little space and is so light you could almost loose it in your bag. I have used it about 20 times now, once sleeping outside on a garden lazy chair and a few times in the conservatory.

I want to leave it in the car. but it’s just too easy to leave it behind the sofa to be pulled out for an impromptu snooze. It feels light and unrestrictive. I may just buy another for the car. Warmth wise it’s ok, prob best about 7 to 20c for comfort.

OK, this XL size is 90 inches long by 72 inches wide. Its a little big for smaller guys, but just right if you are over 6 feet tall and weigh more than 225 pounds. It is warmer than a standard poncho liner, and a little more bulky due to the extra loft.

It was tough stuffing it back in the included stuff sack, but manageable. I took it to a tailor shop and had them add a #5 YKK 2-way zipper. So now the blanket can be zipped in half and be 90 inches long and 36 inches wide.

That is large enough for me to roll around in there without twisting the bag around with me like a pretzel. I can get in there wearing my socks and booties, hunting pants, and shirt with a Primaloft vest or softshell jacket.

All of that in size XXL on my 6 foot 2 inch frame! I laid on a foam pad, slept in this bag/blanket, under a tarp with no bivy bag in NH in the early winter, when the night temps dropped to just below freezing.

It was as warm as the green patrol bag and foam pad I used in the Army. Its big enough like this to use as an overbag with your normal sleeping bag shoved inside this blanket/bag. Should give you at least 10 to 20 degrees more warmth than the rated temp for the sleeping bag alone.

Zippers 90 inches long run about $10 to $15. The extra sewing fee can be as low as $15 and as much as $30. Still worth it in my opinion, and it still fits in the included stuff sack once the zipper is on.

But, if you need to pack up and screw in a hurry, buy a larger stuff sack.

Snugpak stands behind there product even after a long time has passed. I had the grey XL Snugpak in my car pak and the first time I used it I noticed the inside on one side had come loose, still useable in pinch but I called Snugpak told them what happened and they replaced it.

Now that is customer service. I have purchased 2 more and keep and use them for emergencies or just watching TV. Thanks for a fantastic product.

Got this for a summer bike trip to reduce sleeping bag weight. It packs down great, looks fantastic (I am a sucker for Bison), and overall I love it. But! This may be warm enough for summer camping as a lighter weight alternative to sleeping bags in warmer climates, but the nights in the western Cascades and over into the Yakima Valley.

not so much. If you wanted to wear all your layers, some light gloves and a balaclava, or use, as I did when sleeping in an adirondack shelter, the lightweight tarp I brought for extra rain cover as a blanket instead, that might work.

I have ended up using this as a perfect winter layer in bed, under our quilt, which is not quite warm enough for winter nights. It’s surprisingly soft for a synthetic fabric (I am not a fan and use natural fibers as much as practicality allows).

I got this blanket to replace my typical sleeping bag set up. I wanted to try and ditch the sleeping bag, and replace it with a sleeping pad and blanket. This Therm-a-Rest blanket worked great! It’s big enough that you can tuck it under yourself and it kept me warm all night.

I was looking for a rugged blanket to use while camping. This ain’t it. Face fabric is similar to the inside of a cheap sleeping bag and its much thinner than a puffy jacket. I also read another comment that said it was made in the US but it’s not.

And ultimately I returned it because too many strikes against it.

The actual dimensions for this product in blanket form are about: 73. 5 inches by 54 inches when laid out naturally. In packed form it is approximately 10 inches by 12 inches in size. It is a very thin blanket and seemed thinner than I had expected from the images and videos I could find on this product but it is decently warm despite it being thin (I have only used this blanket so far indoors).

It is super easy to pack away and I was happy to find the zipper on the pocket it packs into is a YKK zipper. This is an excellent and versatile blanket. It is currently my go to blanket for around the house use and travel.

I was a little hesitant about the pricing on this item but the quality is great. It’s the perfect size and is very cozy. We have golden retrievers so this is a great blanket to repel puppy hair. We use this blanket at home and on trips.

It’s also great that this blanket packs up so small, you can throw it in your pack and not have a huge bundle. Love the various snaps and ability to tighten up. Definitely recommend this blanket; the price, quality and functionality are perfect.

I love the soft outer shell off this blanket ( almost like a insulated mid layer). I use it everywhere from car camping to lounging around on the couch. It’s machine washable and pretty packable into its own integrated pouch (one less pouch to worry about).

Though it doesn’t have a dedicated clip to clip it around your neck you can use the snaps along the edges which are designed to connect to other accessories. Overall really loving the blanket.

Deadheads unite! There is no better blanket for chilling on the lawn of a festival than this one. The zippered pocket (so u don’t forget where the stash is) is invaluable. The zipper is well made and sewn into the blanket very nicely.

Then there’s the nylon bottom on the other side of the fleece. Nothing sucks more than laying back on your blanket while listening to dank tunes while staring at the stars AND NOT staying dry because some drunk nut spilled their drink.

It happens but this blanket will stay dry. We can’t wait to take it camping and to the beach for that reason. And, last but not least, there’s the gorgeous STEALIE with a beautiful Aztec look. Ahhh I loved this blanket from the moment I saw it.

Cannot wait to use my steal your face camp blanket! I purchased it to travel with for outdoor shows and loved it so much I bought my sister one as a gift too! The fleece on the top layer is soft and I dig the Aztec patterns with the center stealie! The underside is made of easy wood material that will keep me dry when sitting on that morning or evening dew! Great product.

I give this a 4 because it really is a great item! But the flaws knock it down a bit for me. What are those, you ask? 1. It is nearly impossible to get back into the bag! I have tried several times and it takes a lot of effort.

Even my husband had trouble with that. This could be fixed, I think, by making the opening of the bag more flexible. 2. The clip part is a great feature, but it only clips on the short end. I cannot really see wearing this blanket like a cape, especially when sitting on a plane.

To fix that flaw, I just sewed a little piece of fabric ribbon on a long end opposite the clip. That way, I can use the clip on the long or short end. Otherwise, this is a perfect little blanket for travel.

I bought it because of its size and it’s lightweight. I can stow it in my carry-on. Haven’t tried it yet for travel, but I’m sure I’ll enjoy it. Finally, it’s really a great color.

The positive: This blanket is thin but it will keep you warm on very cold winter nights. It does the job, it will keep you warm when the weather is zero degree outside. I live in a building that doesn’t provide heat so this blanket is perfect for me.

I love this blanket. It’s big enough to cover a 6 feet 4, 300 pounds man. This is the best blanket on the market. It’s made to perfection. If all you want is to be warm in zero degree weather, this blanket will keep you warm.

This blanket is the one for you. Some of us are not fortunate enough to live in a building that provide heat. I am in New York City. The blanket is made of wool so it will keep you very very warm. You will get a good night sleep with this blanket.

I love this blanket. I would highly recommend it to all of my friends. When it’s 20 degree outside, my building turns on the heat for 10 minutes, then they turn off the heat. I think the only reason they turn on the heat is so they can say that they turned it on & to keep the pipes from freezing.

The cons: The blanket has a motor smell, but it can be fixed. If you wash it the motor smell will come out. It’s very pricey. With the cost of $7. 00 dollars shipping it comes out to $31. 00. I wish it was cheaper.

It was worth the money. It keeps me warm at night so I can get a good night sleep. It does keep you very warm at night in zero degree weather if you don’t have any heat in your apartment. Absolute garbage. I think this seller sends two different blankets. Some get the actual Navy blue blanket and the rest of us get the polyester and wool chopped up and pressed together saddle blanket.

I drew the short straw. I will be returning these. Super thin and an almost grey blue color. The website needs to show the picture of the blanket they are actually selling.

It’s better than I expected. Smooth and not ‘itchy’ for a wool blanket. It’s a little thin, but not too thin. I bought it to keep in my car for emergencies. I tried it out on my bed and decided to use it there.

I ordered another one to keep in my car. The label states: Rothco; 62 X 80; 70% Wool/ 30% Synthetic; Fire Retardant; Made in India; Dry Clean Only.

Really just picked this up as a general item to have, but really you can find plenty of uses for it depending on your interests. I have used it in warmer backpacking situations when a sleeping bag isn’t really necessary (esp short trips/overnights) – just throw this on over myself and a sleeping and good to go.

We have also used it outdoors for a small picnic, watching a concert in the park, or just hanging out. It packs up relatively small for it’s size, so carrying it around is no problem, and as mentioned fits fine in my pack given I’d be leaving a proper bag and other items behind for short trips.

It has a really nice feel to it, and let’s not deny that the bison artwork on it is just cool to look at!.

If you’ve ever used a good wool blanket, then you will know exactly what you’re getting. Some expect anything wool from Minus33 to be very soft and cozy, but this blanket is build to be used and to last.

Therefore you must understand that while you are still getting a relatively soft blanket, it’s not going to be the same kind of soft as the merino v neck you purchased. This is not scratchy, like the old wool blankets your grandparents had by any means, just want to set the expectation that it’s not shirt material either.

Great blanket to use on the sofa, take camping, or keep in the car for emergencies or spontaneous picnics!.

I ordered two of these and am pretty happy with them. The colors and patterns are nice. They are a little stiff out of the package and also after a wash, BUT if you follow the directions and use a liquid fabric softener they get much softer.

I did minus one star because I would prefer higher wool content, especially at this price. But the blankets are warm, look good, and feel good.

I’ve had the blanket for over a year now and have been quite pleased with it. It is heavier than I expected and seems to be as warm as the military wool blankets I’ve had. It’s been great for staying warm while sitting or sleeping on my porch in cool weather.

For sleeping, it’s comfortable down into the 40s so long as it’s not windy. It’s a really nice blanket at a good price.

This is exactly what I needed. It covers my 5 cu ft chest freezer with ease. I usually fold one end under as to not block the compressor. I won’t use it down there in the basement during summer, but in the winter, the woodstove is cranking and the added installation should work nicely to keep things chill.

Shipping was quick, price is good and a good value.

We are a food bank in Iowa. With this horrible pandemic we’ve been forced to serve our clients outside. We purchased tents to serve under, and these wonderful insulated blanket that keeps our milk COLD as we distribute the food and milk.

The milk is in crates and stays in the back of a pickup, the 8X10 blanket tucks all the way down and around the milk, it is staying ice cold! We’re very happy with our purchase. Also purchased a smaller version and we use that for veggies.

Gave one to the dog and one for me to sleep on when out of the home. He likes his so much he has it at home by the back door. Kids love the slippery nature and scoot around carpet or hardwoods.
