Okay, Ive never had an issue with sensitive skin at all! But I couldnt keep this on, it felt like a chemical burn waiting to happen? Had to scrub it off asap. And the smell is almost vinegary/chemically, reminds me of the AHA peeling solution by the ordinary and feels the same way too.

Idk how you could keep it on for 10 minutes. Used it once and decided to return it right after! Also, pretty weak exfoliant, feels like a cheap thick bathroom soap with those banned beads for sure.

I have been using this product on legs and face and I noticed the difference immediately–especially on my face! My skin is so soft and the scrub works very well with pores and blackheads. It did burn my face the first time though, I think I might’ve used too much.

I use a lot less now and I have no irritation. Overall I really like this scrub, could only use some work on the scent–it smells like… dust?? Still highly recommend!.

I bought this product because I was desperate for something to soothe and rehydrate my red and angry skin after overusing a retinoid product. It stung when I first put it on (anything stung though due to retinoid overuse).

But it quickly absorbed and my skin felt and looked ten times better by morning. It is now my go-to moisturizer because it’s great for sensitive skin, dry overstressed skin, but also does not agitate or worsen my acne.

I love this moisturizer!.

I like Andalou as a brand and have had a good experience with hemp-based skincare, but this product is a disappointment. It’s not remotely a ‘scrub’. Based on other comments here it might be a serviceable cleanser for removing makeup on sensitive skin or something and the ingredient list looks nutritious, but I’m surprised anyone is honestly giving this a good rating.

I only bought it because I was looking for a replacement product and saw that this appeared to be well received. Can’t even trust product ratings anymore without reading through all the reviews apparently.

The smell is so wonderful and then it gets better with the tiny exfoliating scrubs! My skin not only feels clean, my dry skin improves. A little bit goes a long way!

This is my first time using this product and so far so good. Helps with the whiteheads around my nose area and acne. The product does scrub your face whether you use with your palm or cloth so use gently.

In terms of complexion benefits, I will update after using this product for some time.

I go through this product ever 3-4 months! As most people who are into skincare know, Vitamin C has a lot of positive effects on your skin! I started using this to give the rest of my body a little extra exfoliation love, on top of my Korean exfoliating cloth — specifically focused on the cellulite area, my neck, my chest, and my glutes.

You definitely have to use it consistently to see a difference. One purchase and using it every 2 weeks or when you remember won’t be enough to see effects. I noticed if I use this at the end of a hot shower, it does leave a little bit of residue on your skin.

This makes sense since it is sugar. Heat sugar = some stickiness. My husband said it left my skin feeling super smooth, but I didn’t particularly like the feeling. To alleviate this, I use it after applying my conditioner and before shaving my legs.

Then I wash it off, and also use a body wash after. You will definitely see a difference, as long as you’re consistent! It’s unfortunate that there was a slight increase in price, but even still, the cost makes it an easy addition to your shower routine.

I picked this up today and used it in the shower the same day along with the vitamin c whipped body butter. I’m VERY happy with my results. I wanted to even my skin tone, (Gabrielle Union complexion) I have darker knees, acne scars on my back, inner thigh darkness and underarm discoloration.

it’s hot girl summer so I gotta be cute in my bike shorts and mini dresses etc Started at my neck and worked my way down my body. Everything is lighter and more even. Plan on using it daily for a week, i have a wedding to go to and my dress is short.

Love the fact this scrub isn’t greasy or oily and doesn’t make my shower a hazard afterwards. This is my first tree hut purchase, I’ll definitely be buying more! Highly suggest using an oil or lotion after the butter, it wasn’t as hydrating as I wanted it to be.

But if you wanna even your skin tone, or your spray tan is uneven etc get BOTH.

I love this exfoliating cleaner. I use it once every couple weeks to get that really deep cleaning on my face. This gives me that deep cleaning without being too harsh. There’d nothing in it to be abrasive enough to cause them little cuts and cause redness on the face.

It’s really perfect for gentle exfoliation. Elf really just has this skin care line perfect!.

This was a surprise. I recieved this in a subscription box so it took me a little while to use it. One day I saw it in the shower! My husband dug through my cleansers! Shocked because 1. He complains about my makeup, skincare, haircare, etc but what got me was we have been married for 14 years and as much as I nagged at him to use something other than regular soap on his face I now see a Cleanser of mine in the shower.

anyway I used it and loved it. Mild expholiation, very soft skin. Elf keeps surprising me over and over. As far as leaving it in the shower for hubby nope took it away and replaced it with another brand I had multiples of lol.

If you’re familiar with the Tree Hut girlies on Tiktok then you’ll already know how totally amazing these body scrubs are. I can’t sing the praises enough for how easy it is to apply and stick on your skin.

It doesn’t wash away or dissolve immediately and it really exfoliates your body. This polishes your skin to perfection. I always stock up on Tree Hut scrubs but legit, this is the worst scent hence my 1 star review.

Like I am holding my nose when I use this one. It doesn’t smell like coconut and lime to me at all. There’s no coconutty vibe so the real problem is the lime. I love citrus scents especially lime as a margarita lover but this is not lime.

It smells like something curdled. Like if you made a margarita out of mothballs. It just doesn’t have anything fresh smelling about it. It’s truly awful. Pretty much any other scent is better but I highly recommend the new strawberry scent.

I absolutely love Tree Hut scrubs. I have ordered multiple delicious scents and every scent is amazing. This sugar scrub exfoliates well. The scrub has a sticky yet rough texture, coarse enough to remove dead skin, with an aroma that just made me immediately want to slather it everywhere.

Follow the directions when it says to rub in a circular direction because that was when I saw the best results. Once you rinse off, it leaves trace amounts of oil but not greasy or excessive. Leaves my skin smooth, looking and feeling great.

All of Tree Hut’s scrub smells amazing and also very affordable. I would recommend this product. I love all the scents but my absolute favorite one was Brazilian Nut but they have been discontinued. What is your favorite scent?.

I absolutely love this product! I’ve been using it for many years (10 ). I used to buy at Sephora or Nordstrom, but neither one carries it anymore. I use it on my face everyday and I always receive compliments on my skin.

And it’s great at taking off makeup too, just be careful around the eyes. I love it! And I love that I can shop for it at Target!.

I have used this product for years. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to find it at a lower price at Target. com. This product can easily last you 6+ months as you only need a tiny bit for exfoliation.

I think it does an excellent job removing the dead layer of skin and revealing soft, smooth skin underneath. I like to use it on my forehead, around my nose, chin, and shoulders. It works better than any other exfoliant that I’ve ever used and doesn’t contain environmentally harmful microbeads!.

Many thanks to previous reviewers (who, like me, bemoan the discontinuation of Pernox) who recommended Yu-be Foaming Skin Polish. I agree that I’d still like to be able to obtain Pernox, but I found that the Yu-be product is a good second choice.

The “gritty” quality is quite good, and, so far, I like the results. I’m not wild over the fragrance, but that is unimportant. Thanks again to previous evaluators.

I don’t do well with perfumes, scented products, even many essential oils. Some light fresh scents are ok, and thankfully this one is fine! It works decent enough as a scrub, but I prefer bigger scrub particles, this seems more like a polish, with finer particles.

But I am able to tolerate the scent, so I would order again.

I do love Dermalogica body collection especially the body wash and body cream. They smell nice and easy to use. This scrub lasts more than a year for me. I used to use a lots of different body washes such as Loccitane, Jo Malone, Penhaligons, The body shop, Lush and more but this is actually the top level since I feel slightly more safer on my skin with those ingredients I will probably buy more I am happy with Dermalogica products.

If you love the Sol De Janeiro scent, you’ll love this! If you want a good body scrub, you won’t! This is not the worst body scrub I’ve ever tried but for the price, it’s definitely not as powerful as I expected it to be.

I love the smell of this whole line, I have almost everything they come out with and I absolutely adore every product but this is just not it if you want that smooth, polished skin look. I will definitely not repurchase this and I would advise everyone to save your money and don’t get this scrub.

I know this brand has a cult following, but this is a big no for me. Fragrance is like the third ingredient listed which is the highest fragrance content I’ve seen in ANYTHING (other than straight perfume).

As someone with sensitive skin, any synthetic fragrance is concerning, but this is wild. This product does have the signature fragrance that everyone raves about and I think I saw minor improvements in my skin texture, but can’t really be sure.

Plus the 0. 5 oz sample size tube that came in a subscription box was barely half full, and it feels like the company cutting corners. Fine if you’re buying just for the smell (which is the majority of the review raving) but know that’s really all you’re getting.

Over the years, I’ve consistently come back to one product — Clinique’s exfoliating body scrub — as the best overall value, including a product that works very well and is relatively moderately priced around $30 (I realize this isn’t drug store cheap, but I’m willing to spend a little more for a product that works).

I was already familiar with the line of Sol de Janiero products because I’ve used their Brazilian Bum Bum cream — this stuff is sooo luxurious. a rich moisturizer infused with caffeine that smells AH.

MAZE. ING. So, when I needed to make an exchange in Sephora the other day, I figured, “why not, I’ll give the body scrub a try. ” And WOW — I may have found my new #1 body scrub! Just like the lotion, this stuff smells amazing, but even more importantly, it WORKS.

It exfoliates SUPER well (sometimes body exfoliaters seem to be made with “softer” ingredients that maybe moisturize but don’t do the down and dirty exfoliating work I’m looking for, but this product has lots of exfoliating granules that you can really scrub into your skin).

A fun bonus—you can also leave on the body for 15 minutes before rinsing to have it act as a mask. I am very pleased with this product, so much so that when my sister was seeking a good “butt exfoliant” the other week, I gifted her this — her response? “THIS STUFF IS AMAZING! It smells amazing and my butt is so smooth.

” So yes, I definitely recommend this product, and so does my sister. Also, the relatively modestly sized bottle is a bit misleading as this stuff is so dense it lasts awhile. I’m a happy customer!.

OBSESSED with the Tree Hut body scrubs!! So first and foremost I love that you can get them anywhere and don’t have to make a special trip to ulta or Sephora. Secondly, I love the texture and smell of these scrubs.

I generally really enjoy these scrubs and have used several. They are simple, effective, gentle and affordable. This particular scent was not a favorite however, and I think it has actually been discontinued.

They recently increased their prices but I plan to grab a few different scents during the next time I see them on sale.

I get hormonal breakouts on my shoulders and my back so this body scrub I received complimentary from Sol de Janeiro came at the right time. I love its benefits ans ingredients, especially the salicylic acid, and I do feel that it is helping to exfoliate my skin.

It has reduced the inflammation of my breakouts. My skin feels a lot smoother. The scrub itself is not as grainy as I would like it to really feel that it is exfoliating and I feel that it melts too quickly into the skin, so a little does not go a long way with this one.

Once it comes in contact with water it just slides off my body so I have to use more. I love all the Sol De Janeiro products mostly for their scent specifically the Bum Bum cream. This one however does not stay on my body as long.

I have the body wash as well and use them both together then finish off with one of their other creams as my last product to moisturize and that’s what I smell the most throughout the day. I really love the scent on this line a lot though, it makes my shower experience so much better!.

I received this Bom Dia body Scrub complimentary from Sol de Janeiro! This scrub is divine. It is a definite must have in your skincare routine. The texture is amazing and very easy to apply. The exfoliant is gentle.

My skin feel soft, smooth and radiant after each use. It has a sultry scent, so feminine but not overpowering. I use it with the body cream and I feel like a million dollars. I always get so many compliments every time I use it.

I bought a large amount of these Luv Scrubs (in all of the colors) to use as gifts. They were PERFECT – everyone has raved about how great the scrubs are and how amazing their skin feels! I also kept some for me and my partner to use and they have been so great! The soap rinses out quickly and completely, and they dry fully between use unlike a traditional sponge/loofa.

They are also super stretchy (they get even stretchier when wet!) and they are perfect for people who may have shoulder or arm injuries or just general difficult reaching areas like their back or feet.

I have KP and a bunch of other rough, dry skin issues. I am constantly on the look out for body scrub products that will give me the right intensity of exfoliation. I’ve tried loofahs, sponges, bath brushes, you name it.

The vast majority of exfoliators are far too gentle (my rough skin laughs at what most manufacturers consider exfoliating). However, anything else that’s not “too gentle” is for grinding down calluses, and while I want exfoliation, I’m not trying to strip my skin completely off.

This product is the best (and only) product I’ve used that hits the sweet spot of being capable of good exfoliation in my roughest “problem” areas, while also working everywhere else–light pressure on sensitive skin, a little more on rough areas.

If you’ve got kp or other rough skin issues, this is exfoliator you’ve been waiting for!.

I was somewhat skeptical but wanted to give it a try. The reviews are spot on! So AMAZING! it feels incredible. Wasn’t sure how it could possibly be that different but it IS!!! you feel smooth and clean and can use literally 90% less body wash because it lathers so well! Its insane.

I actually turn the water off and scrub and the lather up. Super luxurious. Saves on water and product and definitely better than a loofah because you can wash it out completely and get your back. Love at first use.

Old Loofah is obsolete. Might take a bit to get use to at first but your routine will be so much more enjoyable. I look forward to showers! Can’t wait to use it. Also great for the face if you do it gently! Beyond worth it.
