20 Best Eufy For Pet Hair (2023 Updated)

Normally when I try out one of these light-weight battery-powered vacuums, the primary issue is power. I am happy to report that the HomeVac S11 Lite is perhaps the most powerful of these vacuums I’ve tried.

It’s even proved pretty effective at pulling stuff out of my carpet. There’s a button on the top that lets you switch the suction to overdrive, and I didn’t even realize it was there for days because the normal power was enough for everyday situations.

The engineering of this thing is delightfully elegant. The handle is like a pistol grip, very easy to control, and by rotating the handle I can maneuver the vacuum head easily around chair and table legs.

It comes with three nozzles that are simple to pop on and off, emptying the dust tray is a breeze, overall am I impressed by just how well the whole thing comes together. This is now my go-to vacuum.

Just got this today and charged it up to test. Not 1 minute into vacuuming a low pile carpet, the felt pads on the bottom started coming off. This was very disappointing. The rest of the unit seemed to be good.

On low (regular) power, it had decent suction. At high power, it had a turbo-like high pitched whine but also a much more powerful suction. The canister is fairly small so this isn’t a replacement for a full sized vacuum but great for small to medium jobs.

The battery needs to be plugged in manually to charge rather than placing the vacuum into the cradle. Not great but also not the end of the world. I haven’t used a full charge yet mainly because of the felt pads falling off but using the couch attachment worked well but the felt pads are also starting to come off.

I might have to just super glue the felt pads back on but it’s kind of annoying. Otherwise, it’s a pretty good deal if you don’t mind gluing the pads back on. *Edit* 6/4 – I was contacted by the seller and was offered another unit.

They also offered an attachment kit for my troubles and returning the defective unit. To be fair, it was only the 2 attachments where the felt started coming off. The new unit works great (just like the first one) and no issues with the felt pads on the attachments.

I changed my star rating because it’s a solid unit and a great value.

I am extremely impressed with this vacuum. The suction this thing has does not match its smaller size. It is rechargeable. After you’re finished using it, you set the main part of this in the base. The stick attachment hangs on a hook from the base and the other attachments have their own spot as well.

It is easier to empty out than what I am used to. The way the air circulates, it kind of gathers the debris and dust into a ball. This also comes with a mopping attachment. It’s just a clear plastic piece that attaches to the bottom and then you apply the wet pad to that.

The one thing I like most about this vacuum is for furniture, walls, and ceilings. It gets to the harder-to-reach spots and because of its lighter weight, it doesn’t tire my arms out while using it. I can’t talk to the battery of this though.

All I can say about it is that I have not run the battery down while using it yet. Since it sits in the base when I’m not using it, I’m not sure how long it takes to charge either.

I have a dog and a cat, the vacuuming just never ends. I have another lightweight, full sized Shark vac that I like. I accidentally threw out the detailing attachments for that vacuum, so I had started searching for attachment replacements.

I was struggling to find the perfect fit so then I started looking at smaller / rechargeable hand vacs! Trust me when I tell you. I will always have a hand vac and a full sized vac from here forward.

my house is so much cleaner! Having the handheld makes cleanup through-out the day more possible / quicker to accomplish. The pet hair attachment on this is incredible for my couches, the crevice attachment works great all along the corners.

Overall, I really like this hand held vacuum cleaner. I have been constantly using this product for a week now and I absolutely love it. I basically use this product to clean my sofa, table, kitchen and even carpet floor since my apartment is considered small.

Really great at getting everywhere and everything (except obvious big chunks and wet food even a broom would smear/that needs hand picking up. It has more suction power than any other handheld vacuum I have used before.

And I was surprised and happy to see a cup full of dog hair when I used the mini motorzied brush to clean my sofa. -Easy charge. It has a very convenient charging station with a small footprint. Just drop the vacuum into the slot in the charger and it will be ready for the next mess.

-Great customer support. I used to have eufy Robovac, and eufy’s customer support always answers my inquiries patiently and helps me replace it when I encounter product problems, so their attitude towards H30 is the same.

Cons: -I want to get one more battery so I can use it to clean the second floor. When I contacted eufy customer support, they told me that there is no rechargeable battery at the moment and I need to wait.

The box looks stylish and technological. I plan to buy it for my mother during Christmas. In conclusion. Buy this. Buy it for your spouse, your friend or yourself. It’s gold!.

This is my first robot vacuum, and it surprised me with its performance. It is quiet, cleans up the carpet well, and can go under the furniture. I have only been using the Standard suction power and am happy with the results.

The time taken to do the cleaning depends on the number of obstacles in the areas to be cleaned. I had to buy more magnetic border strips to stop the machine from going near cables and restricted areas.

Battery power is pretty good without recharging after 75mins, which is the longest time I have used it. The EufyHome app is easy to use. Using the app, you can choose the suction mode (Standard, Turbo or Max), Start/Pause the machine, schedule a time to do the cleaning and see the cleaning history.

A notification will be sent to the phone when it stops cleaning. The mopping function is not worth considering-it is just wiping the floor with a wet cloth attached at the base of the machine. Better off using your old mop.

Another problem is that it has trouble returning to the base station if it is too far away from it. For example, from the bedroom to the kitchen. Notes: Before you buy, determine the area where you will put the charging station.

The instructions said to allow clearance of at least 1m on each side and at least 2m in front of the charging station. This is a requirement for the robot to return to the station automatically.

There is much to like about this vacuum, including its map-building and no-go zones, as well as how much it sucks (hehe, never heard that one before I bet). You can adjust the suction power and intelligence in the app.

It’s quite a bit louder when you put it on max or do a spot clean. All that said, for my apartment, the mop function just feels useless. The mop is always in contact with the floor, with no retraction or shielding mechanism.

Combine that with the fact that the base station only makes sense to place in a carpeted area in my apartment, and if I place the vacuum manually, it has to position itself, which can involve going up on the carpet, and the end result is that I have to manually intervene quite a bit to ensure it doesn’t sully the carpet with the mop.

That’s even with the no-go zones since it doesn’t seem to know where to go or not go until it positions itself. And of course we’re doing all this work for what amounts to a rag attached to the bottom of the vacuum to be dragged around.

Given how involved it all is, and how small of an area I have to mop, I’d rather just wipe up manually as spills happen. But I still give the device 4-5 stars across its categories because I didn’t buy it for the mop.

I figured that part wouldn’t be of much use to me. I bought this because the discounts currently being offered actually made the X8 Hybrid cheaper than the plain X8. Anyway, good little vacuum overall!.

I think this would ideally suit 1-2 people who live in a fairly small space with not a lot of stairs, corners etc. This alone will not really give you a thorough clean, especially for large families.

It’s definitely an improvement, but I think this would work best to top off a thorough clean done with a traditional vacuum. Or for days when you are feeling lazy, it definitely helps. Also, it needs to be emptied out after every vacuum I have found, which can be annoying.

Hairs also get caught in the brush, and the other little gadgets, which again I seem to need to remove with scissors after every vacuum. My dog HATES traditional vacuums, and I was surprised how this doesn’t upset my dog at all.

It’s pretty quiet, and other than making sure all cords are off the floor, it doesn’t really need to be monitored much. All in all, it’s probably worth the price, but manage expectations.

eufy by Anker’s G20 RoboVac is quite nicely made. The plastics used are high quality and it feels sturdy and robust. It’s easy to set-up and is pretty much ready to go out of the box. Once it’s charged you can send it on a cleaning run with the buttons on the vacuum itself or through the app.

While cleaning it is fairly quiet, avoids most obstacles, follows a reasonable pattern, and is gentle when it bumps into walls and furniture. It’s low profile and fits under most furniture easily. It had no issues traversing from carpet to throw rugs to tiles floors.

Overall, I was impressed with it’s ability to navigate the lower floor in our 2000 square foot townhouse. It cleaned the living, dining, kitchen, bathroom, and den in about 1. 5 hours. When it finished its first cleaning run the bin was almost completely full or dirt and carpet fuzz.

and this was on a carpet that looked clean and had recently been manually vacuumed. With that said the carpeting in our house is not the highest quality and sheds quite a bit with each cleaning. The app to control the vacuum works well on my iPhone 12 running iOS 15.

It’s an easy to use app and offers the ability to check the vacuum’s status, send it on a cleaning run, change some settings, and set up an automated cleaning schedule. The app does not allow you to set no-go zones since the eufy is not a smart mapping vacuum.

All in all. quite nice, especially for the price.

This was my first experience with a robot vacuum and I’m happy to say it’s been a very good experience! The initial setup was quick and easy and while the app is simple it gives you access to all the features you need.

Once the RoboVac has mapped out your home you can easily set up rooms and no-go zones. It seems to easily learn the optimal route of each room to efficiently clean and has no issues going over carpets or around table legs.

The RoboVac is certainly powerful and comes with four different suction settings, as well as a “BoostIQ” feature that will adjust the suction based on the surface it’s going over. I have no complaints about its ability here – very good! The mopping works well but it’s probably not going to be a replacement for regular mopping.

The attachment is easy to insert and remove though, and the mopping cloth is washable and reusable. It’s still worth using especially in the kitchen to keep things tidy! Cleaning and emptying the RoboVac is also quite simple.

The dust collector comes out easy and pops open to dump the collected mess into the bin. The rolling brush can be popped out and cleaned as well (long-haired users beware, you’ll wanna keep the brushes and wheels free of hair!) Overall I’m very happy with the RoboVac! I set up a schedule for it through the app and it seems to be working perfectly.

My only wish is that I can give it a British butler voice!.

In our household, all vacuums suffer under long people hair and the hair from our Malamute dogs. And all vacuums we had so far were a pain to clean, often have to be disassembled beyond normal cleanup to get all the hair out and make moving parts move again.

The X8 however seems to have all moving parts designed in such a way as to minimize or completely avoid hair getting where it should not get. And in places where it can’t be totally avoided, like the end of the rollers, the designers added a groove that perfectly fits the cutter coming with the device, making hair removal trivial.

About the only odd thing is the behavior when the vacuum “heads home” to its charging base, sometimes it seems to do everything possible to try and avoid finding it. But I am sure that will be fixed with a future firmware upgrade.

Multi-floor handling isn’t working great. Sometimes it doesn’t quite identify its surroundings right, and starts mapping on top of an existing map of another floor. That could be handled better and more intuitive.

All in all though this vacuum has made a huge difference in our life, enough so that we bought one for each floor.

IšverstiShow in original languageI like this vacuum, but I don’t quite love it. My apartment is fairly large and fairly crowded, with lots of tables, chairs, rugs and assorted furniture dotted around the place at random.

There are lots of nooks and crannies and not all that much open space, so it can be a challenge for the mapping algorithms of a robot vacuum. I think the Eufy performed fairly well in this respect. It gets a little confused when entering the walk in closet in my office because the entrance is narrow, but other than that it finds its way around OK.

The suction power is impressive when you consider how quiet the vacuum is, but I feel this vacuum could benefit from an additional brush. It only has the one on the right hand side, so the vacuum isn’t all that efficient at lifting the dust and fluff from the floor as it goes.

With an extra brush on the other side it could get better coverage. All in all I’m pretty happy with this. It’s not my favourite robot vacuum, but it’s cheaper than comparable iRobot models and it does a decent job.

Plugging it in is a breeze but after that nothing came easy. Trying to connect the app to the unit was painful. I guess I could have used the provided remote but we are in the age of the SmartApp. I almost gave up ready to box it back up for a refund but then deleted the app and reinstalled it and after about 5 tries, it finally worked.

Connecting to Alexa was the only easy part. So I charged it fully and then let Claire (my daughter’s choice of name) do its thing while following it closely. You have to take loose wiring off the floor (and shoelaces) and raise it above brush level or she will eat it up.

Also, the wheels gets stuck on occasion on my HVAC floor grates. There’s no rhyme or reason for her travel patterns either. She goes down straitaways and then all the sudden veers off for no apparent reason going diagonally and then goes around and circles back.

She doesn’t learn the layout since she’s constantly bumping into the same things over and over again. I guess since she ran more than an hour, it probably covered the whole first floor but that’s just a guess.

The collection bin was almost full so she got quite a bit of dirt and pet hair and my area rugs were hair free. Sending her back to home base to charge is comical. If she is in another room, it wanders aimlessly and randomly until it finds her way back to the kitchen and then wanders aimlessly some more until she picks up the signal from the base.

Watching her dock is pretty cool kinda like watching a sci-fi movie where the space capsule docks with the mother ship but that’s about as futuristic as this thing is. She ain’t no Rosie the robot. As a matter of fact, she’s pretty dumb for a smart device.

The one good point is my puppy gets his exercise chasing her around and it occupies him for a little while, then he takes a nice long nap. For the price we paid for Claire, I guess we’ll keep her but if she acts up, she’s going right back to the Walmart orphanage.

I picked up this Eufy 25C for $50. 00 last weekend at Walmart. I figured I couldn’t go too wrong for that price. The vac can be controlled via an app, a home assistant or the included remote. I didn’t bother downloading the app since the only addition it has over the remote is the ability to find your vac if it gets stuck somewhere in the house.

There are three suction levels and four modes of cleaning–spot, edge, auto and a quick 30 minute mode. I like that they put a label on the back of the remote letting you know what each button does in case you forget.

This vac works in a random pattern kind of bouncing off things as it goes which is good and bad. It may go over one area several times so it cleans well, but it also misses other spots. It’s not as efficient as my other robo vac due to this.

The Eufy would be best for small apartments or maybe cleaning just a couple of large rooms. I was surprised by how well it tackled going over carpet, area rugs and room transitions. It got slightly caught up in a bathroom mat because it rolled up, but apart from a couple of occurrences, it didn’t need to be babysat too much.

It also helps if you robo vac proof your house beforehand. I have areas like under my couch and under a cabinet blocked off because I know it will get stuck under those. If you do the prep work, you’ll have a much better experience no matter what robo vac you use.

It picks up a decent amount of dirt on mostly carpet, but my non-random cleaning robo vac does better in the same amount of time. The again, it also costs triple the price. I think if you have mostly hardwood or tile floors and a small area, the Eufy is a good deal.

Even at the new $99. 00 price tag, you could do much worse.

Purchases this a couple months ago and since receiving it it runs multiple times a day downstairs on the hardwood. Never hooked it up to WiFi and therefor cannot comment on that or the app. Figured it I am not going to do the floors myself each day, I can at least walk over and push the button the vac or remote.

Very easy to keep clean and ease of removing the brush to clean it really helps in maintaining it as the day it came out of the box. As I have only had it for a couple months, I cannot vouch for the longevity of the filters and brushes but so far so good.

The little foam filter, while it does capture gunk, doesn’t look like it will make it much longer before it needs replaced. I do wash it each week and it is getting a little bit out of shape, it still does the job.

Nothing is perfect and as such I only give it four stars. Reason is we have some pads on various pieces of furniture which are not big enough for the sensor but small enough for it to run up on them and continuously keep trying.

No, I am not going to place strips down each time I turn it on. If that were a requirement I would just keep using the dust mop/whole home vac. I used Verizon gift cards which I received when I switched to them to purchase it.

Else I probably would not spend this much on something I or others in the family can easily do. However, knowing how easy and well it does, it is something I would consider and definitely would recommend to someone looking for this type of vac.

We are a family of 6 with two cats. Got it running like every second day since Christmas and it has made some improvement to my emotion already! It can actually do a very good job on both carpet and hard flooring.

It does get lost in the house a little bit (we named it “Dory”) or repeat in some places if you have long narrow hallway like our place, but as long as you keep the cords and loose bits tucked away, it would happily doing its own thing without you minding it so much.

It may take longer than other more expensive models that can “map” your house but I would just use a normal vacuum cleaner if I want to get it done straightaway. I think it’s a really good product for this price.

We also love the remote, it’s like having a remote control toy that cleans your house.

This is my first robotic vacuum. We have three little ones so there is always crumbs and toys on the floor (doesn’t suck up the toys which is good). This vacuum does a great job with the dog hair as well.

After letting the robot run non stop the first 3 days practically we feel the floor looks spectacular and we don’t feel the need to vacuum everyday. Due to the kids and small objects (blankets, baby clothes, etc), the robot does get stuck quite a bit, but if we pick up large objects before hand, it does a great job getting all the small things.

Will definitely recommend this product as it makes your life a little easier. Does not fully replace a stand up vacuum but does a great job with the daily cleaning.

Looking for an affordable robot vacuum that is not very noisy and also does its job well? This is the one for you! It is well design and is able to find it’s base all the time (from personal experience).

It cleans carpet and wood surfaces with no problem. Overall I am very satisfied with this vacuum. In order to prevent it from going to certain places I place paper boxes on the edge to block it, and it can even clean a big carpet and even under the table too.

Bought this Robot Vacuum about two weeks ago. Its easy to set up and operate smartly. The appearance is very good, and the black is very pretty. Functional sound is acceptable, within the acceptable range.

Route planning is good, avoid stuff. Sweeping effects very clean, We do not need to re-clean lt, really free hands and helpful. We all love it.

I wanted a small, compact battery operated vacuum that I could use for my vehicle. I wasn’t expecting it to remove dog hair from carpets, though it would be nice, just to suck up crumbs and dirt from floorboards and seats so I wouldn’t have to use the filthy vacuums at car washes.

I liked the small size of this vacuum and it seemed to have good reviews so I ordered it online. It’s a good looking vacuum, very sleek and smooth. Definitely compact, not bulky at all. It took a while to fully charge and I was really excited to try it out once it was completely charged.

It will pick up larger, lighter pieces of debris and a little dirt but the suction is so weak and the compartment too small to do any real vacuuming. It has a mesh filter that gets clogged with dirt and needs to be physically cleaned with fingers or a brush after each use, you can’t just simply dump it out.

The battery life was very poor as well and I thought it would be ok to leave in my car to charge via USB but it took twice as long to charge in my car than in my apartment’s power source and all in all it was useless.

For $50 it is not worth the money or hassle of constantly recharging and having to empty every 2 minutes, not to mention digging the dirt out when emptying it. I do not recommend this vacuum and I returned it.

I’m not so sure how this item is getting the reviews it’s getting. I’m using this vacuum for one thing… which is when I open the dryer door to vacuum out the dog hair that accumulates on top of the filter.

The suction power is just not there… if you want to vacuum an actually item, such as a blanket you just threw in there…. Won’t happen very easily. I had t go over and over again to pick up SOME of the lint on the blanket.

The second issue is the vent! It blows things around. ! Leading up to the other complaint is how tiny the lint container is. It’s ok for something on a hardwood surface but it’s not going to be good when you’re wanting to vacuum off a material other than hardwood!! Battery life also is a little weak.

I think it’s 15 mins on a full charge….

As with other Anker items I’ve owned in the past, including a fantastic eufy full-sized vacuum, this guy is well-made and has performed well for several months. It’s a touch bigger than other mini vacuums I’ve seen, and don’t anticipate a battery capacity that defies thermodynamics, but it has lots of suction and a well-designed crevice/brush attachment.

The filter is simple to empty and clean. The only criticism I can think of is its somewhat big size, but it appears to be the price to pay for useful battery life and a motor that won’t burn out under typical use.

It will take up small dust and particles and has worked without issue or compromise following 20 recharging operations. It is a great buy for the price.

This is my first robo vacuum & I love it! it’s really efficient and I like the way it looks a lot. I usually just run it on Automatic around my whole house (about 1000 sq ft) and it picks most things up.

Eufy does a really great job on hardwood floors. I do find that just running it on rugs, especially high pile rugs, is not too effective. If I use the rubber broom on the rugs before I run Eufy though, it works well.

It’s really good at getting around and almost never gets stuck on anything. Sometimes it misses spots because the Auto feature is kind of random. I guess it would be nice if it would cover all space before it moved onto the next room but for the price, this thing rules.

Def recommend, especially for pet owners with hardwood floor.

I have seen and heard about robovacs. Can I just about AMAZING. I so obsessed with my new EUFY ROBOVAC 15T BY ANKER Model:T2115 is so incredible. It has three times stronger suction power than most robovacs.

This is the best vacuum money can buy! The design is genius. It is made so that anything tangled in it is not only easily removed but can not and will not be able to damage any parts mainly the roller bar which is a lot of times the reasons for other vacuums to fail.

You can schedule it to run at any point of the day and it will automatically clean so you can come home to a freshly vacuumed floor. It navigates around furniture well and can reach everywhere thanks to the brushes that it has.

It will not damage anything. It is the easiest thing in the world to clean thanks to the brush you can just slice the hairs with the tool it comes with and pull it off. The suction is fantastic it can pick up anything from paper to crumbs anything.

I can not think of a single thing that this couldnt pick up. My 4 year old loves this thing too it has almost become a little pet in the house. By far the best product money can buy! So easy and the way it is designed I see this lasting many many years.

Finally, it has an auto shut off if something gets stuck in it and beeps to let you know. I just can’t possibly say enough hood things. I really want to upload a video of it because this is definitely the best and most reliable vacuum I have ever seen.

I was pretty skeptical that it would work but it has blown my mind at howgood it is.

Easy to start, one push button. Goes off its base and starts to vacuum. I would give one huge warning though. Before you let it go off to do its job, YOU BETTER GET EVERYTHING OFF THE FLOORS, which includes ALL extension electrical cords, including table lamp cords, TV electrical cords, computer connections.

I almost lost my favorite table lamp. It was a good thing I followed the thing doing its job because it grabbed and started to pull my lamp off the table, if I wasn’t looking. WOW !. Get all area rugs off the floor as well.

To cut to the quick there should be “nothing” on the floors in all rooms before you start it. I noticed the next day after this unit cleaned my house, light dust swirls all over the house in the morning sun light on the floors, which I believe was caused by the rotating side brush, that with inadequate suction.

This item was delivered with out all items pictured in advertisement. One of the brush cover latches came broken off and no instructions, found some basic instructions on the internet. It is having a lot of problems finding its home base.

Dies after only about 10 minutes of use somewhere randomly on the floor. I have now purchased a new battery on internet and a charger that plugs directly into the unit. (This charger was pictured in the advertisement) On the positive side it does a great vacuuming bare floors and carpet.

I also expected it to be much louder than it is. The unit did come with a spare battery and both the spare and the original where charged overnight. The new battery I purchased has a higher amp hour rating in hopes that it will run for a longer time and find its way back to the base.

I really want to like it and will keep on trying to learn whether or not the problems are with me or the unit.

I first had an iRobot 10 yrs ago and it was my best friend. When it retired 2 yrs ago I replaced it and the new one became my worst enemy be cause it wouldn’t hold a chargeor at least, as your average housewife getting no help on what was wrong with it , why it wouldn’t work can describe the problem with the new one I looked for a service place and found out that it is too complicated to repair and there fore having noone to repair it I went on line and via telephone conversations to iRobot pursuing help.

I spoke for hours to product reps who treated me not as a housewife, which I was but rather a rocket scientist which I wasn’t. After 2 years of this nonsense I bought another one which, so far is working.

I need help as to what I should do to get the unchargeable one to funtion because I am veeery upset that it is sitting in my basement rotting away when I paid over $400. 00 for it and it never worked and I am unable to find decent help to repair it after 2 years of dedicated effort.

Sohow doI feel about the product? Ilove it but with no where to get decent help on issues when they arise,I can only warn future buyers of the chance they are taking when they purchase one themselves because of the repair problem.

I got this robovac to help keep the house clean without me having to vacuum and mop myself. And I think it works great. It has a few negatives but for the most part it helps make my life a little easier.

There is an app you use to help set it up and you can give it instructions by voice. It took a couple min to set up the wifi. And does not connect to 5g. Because this is a combo mop and vacuum it is more ideal for a home with no carpet.

I think it picks up the dirt and dust great and my floors are clean. I don’t have a large apartment so the run time is great and can clean the whole area with no problem. One of the negatives is that because it’s round it cant get into the corners very well so there is some extra cleaning I have to do but not as much as before.

Overall it works great for me and my home.

I got this robotic vacuum a little while ago to give the newer technology a shot. I’ve had older versions that just bounced off everything with no specific cleaning plan as well as early versions that incorporated some laser mapping or li-dar.

I was never that impressed, but all that changed after giving this robo vac a whirl. The set up was pretty straight forward, quick and easy. Basically, find a spot on your floor where you want the vacuum to live, plug it in, and set up the app.

I’m pretty good with electronics so what might be easy for me might not be for someone else, so I’d suggest just follow the directions and use Google and the Eufy customer service if you have issues.

First thing I did was put my place together, as in, pick up small things like socks or whatever, put everything in it’s place, then start the vacuum to allow it to map my place. I live in a decent sized 1 bedroom apartment so it’s nothing crazy as far as cleaning but there’s plenty of table, chair, and shelf legs that the vacuum would have to maneuver around as well as many plants and what not.

Mapping ended up being a breeze, and it also cleaned at the same time so it was two for one. I enjoyed pulling up the app and being able to look at my apartment broken up into its different areas. From there, I labeled each area (living area, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom) even with my place being smaller I just found it more exciting and figured I could send the vacuum to whatever area I wanted at any given moment, which ended up being true.

Not only could I select by room, but I could also send it to specific areas of my place simply by creating a zone with a box. I tend to leave my patio door open often and I didn’t want it to go out there and drive off or whatever so I created a zone to block this.

Feature wise and app control is top notch. The mapping works incredibly well. Aside from those features, I also loved how there was more of a methodology to how it cleaned. Once the robot got the perimeter of the room it would basically break it down and clean it with the most optimal pattern for efficiency.

My place is small enough that the vacuum could tackle the entire thing multiple times while still keeping plenty of charge on the robot so I never ran into any issues with the battery dying while cleaning.

I loved that after each clean cycle it easily finds its way back to its home base and empties into the tower. No bouncing off a ton of things until it finds it’s way back, it’s very smart. I don’t have any carpets or rugs so I cannot vouch for the performance on those things.

As far as hard floors though, there’s not even a shred of a particle left on the floor. It’s very impressive. I do enjoy that it has a built in mop, but I do think of it as more of an upkeep sort of accessory.

I’m more of a steam mop sort of person and appreciate the extra deep clean from the high temp steam, but I only do that every couple weeks. With that in mind, the mop function actually serves a really great purpose for getting anything -if anything- that’s leftover from the vacuum as well as some good upkeep between steamings.

All in all, I think Eufy has done a great job with creating a robotic vacuum that truly requires very little intervening. To me, that is what makes a robo vac a great and super convenient product. All you need to do is a little upkeep here and there as far as cleaning out the tower and robot itself, map your place, and schedule how you’d like it to clean.

I will say for anyone who is not wanting to do any sort of upkeep on the robot then you won’t have the performance you desire. Regardless of the tower’s ability to hold up to 60 days worth of dirt, I still periodically clean the robot itself along with its filter, brushes, etc.

I’m return, it still performs as if it’s brand new and my place has never been cleaner. Overall this is a great and well made product and I highly recommend to anyone wanting some extra convenience in their life!.

This robotic vacuum is hands down the best robotic vacuum that I have ever owned. The primary reason for this is that it does an awesome job mapping your place because it uses lasers to map your home.

It is so good with mapping that if you close a door the map will change to show the door as closed. Another good point about this vacuum is that methodically cleans your room by doing the exterior of the room first then it does laps throughout the room until it has cleaned every inch of the room.

Also, the vacuum has good suction and does a decent job cleaning carpet. Now concerning the app, I think it’s awesome. One feature that I really love about the app is that you can set no-go boundaries in the app to prevent the vacuum from going near certain areas.

Unlike the older vacs that I am used to that used magnetic strips. Another good thing about the app is that you can set the vacuum to only clean a specific room or a small area within a room which is nice.

Now comes the part about what I don’t like about the vacuum. The biggest thing is that on my unit the right sweeper arm tends to come off when it hits cables which shouldn’t happen. Another thing I don’t like but can live with is that this vacuum requires filets and vacuum bags that you need to replace every so often and this is a big issue for me because the last thing I want to do with my money is to spend it replacing filters for a robotic vacuum.

My suggestion is to provide washable bags and filters that people can clean instead of having to replace things. Overall I would say the vacuum is a good one and I would definitely recommend it to friends looking for a good robotic vacuum.

This vacuum/mop is amazing. The vacuum is nice and strong, and picks up everything. The mop does well for its simplistic design. The charging/emptying tower is wonderful. No more trying to pick it up and making a mess trying to empty it.

Once its done cleaning it goes back to the tower and empties itself into a vacuum bag located in the tower. One of the best features of this is the app. After the first clean it stores a map of everywhere it cleaned.

Then you can choose 1 spot, or what rooms you want it to clean. You can also control the suction, mop wetness, and manual control of the unit.
