The price was great! I bought two books for approximately $8. I love that book and I want to give copies to other people so the savings was wonderful. My only disappointment was the second book cover had a pretty big crease and dog eared corner which made it not as nice so I just wish they would have warned me about the second book.

I do realize they are not new but it wouldve been nice to know. The guts of the book were just fine and I do appreciate not having to pay $18 apiece for them new.

This is great information to provoke one to fully understand how to make retirement happy. Planning for the non-financial part of retirement is even more important. especially if you want to live long and prosper.

Love the 50 item exercise. And while I am only on #17, I am really exploring them fully with sub-things to do. Like #12 – write my tale of Mexico from 1973 adventure. That prompts me to take a writing class or 2, join a writers group, and search out my photos and notes from that time.

Might add do some ‘timely’ research of 1973 to my action items as well.

Good read. It will inform you of what to look forward to in retirement. Just give you some ideas and warn you not to fall in the trap of doing nothing. Nothing will lead to retiring watching the T. V.

or computer and overeating. It will tell you that if you are not exercising, then now in retirement there is no excuse not to get moving. It doesn’t have to be the gym, it can be as simple as walking.

Do something. Anything. It gives you ideas as how to spend your time and your time spent does not have to be for money. If it is for money, that should not be why you are working, it should be because you want to do this particular job and more for the learning and communication with people.

Some people do charity work, just for the social communication. It’s a good read and I would recommend it if you are concerned about retirement.

I have to say this book is very informative. I wanted to know about all this talk on 401k and the such. I now have a better understanding of the topic. But more than that I like the stories that are shared and tied together that are a reminder of what we shouldn’t do that can ruin our financial dreams and futures.

I take notes and apply what I can.

Chris Hogan’s Retire Inspired book was an easy and insightful read. I learned so much about how I should plan for my retirement and the steps that I should take for each decade in my life through my retirement strategy.

The author presents great metaphors and real life examples to help you understand his concepts and ideas quickly. If you take an hour of time aside your busy schedule to read this book you can finish it in less than 2 weeks.

Overall I highly recommend giving this book a try and sharing it with someone who wants to know how to plan for retirement. I feel inspired about my future retirement already!.

I like to keep anniversary cards on hand due to our anniversary being on New Year’s Eve. December is a crazy month anyhow so why make it crazier? This card is rather pretty with its 3D leaves on the tree and the windswept look.

The sentiment, time flies, is so appropriate this year! I feel like it was just yesterday that we celebrated our anniversary. This is definitely a card that I feel could be give to a husband or wife – it’s beautiful but not so girly that a man would not appreciate it.

I’m very pleased with it. And it’s Hallmark so the quality of the card and envelope are everything I expect from Hallmark.

I wish this book was out when I was in high school or college. This should be required reading for every senior in high school or freshmen in college. The book touches on every aspect of all things money.

This is a book focused on creating a system to consistently trade profitably, and to manage losses, position sizing, managing risk, how to create a system. It’s more of a big picture theory book. Original and useful content.

It doesn’t tell you how to identify patterns, trends, or setups. If you’re already trading using technical analysis with some success, this book can hep you hone your skills for more consistent returns.

I have been doing some short term trading for a few years. I am always looking to improve my methodology and that is why I purchased the book. As the author says, most books on trading pretty much deal only with techniques for entering a trade or trade setups.

This book deals more with what to do after you are in a trade and how to avoid big losses which can ruin your trading. It also deals with some of the psychological aspects of trading which can have a significant affect on trading results.

I gave the book a 4 star rating instead of 5 because I had already been using some of his suggestions and because I have not yet implemented some of his other suggestions to see if they provide improved results.

I did not know what to expect when getting this book but it exceeded my expectations! There is many ways the author provides the reader with saving money. I personally enjoyed the section on shopping in stores and the chapter on stocks.

There is a lot of material in this book and it may not apply to everyone. It is worth having at your disposal for a quick look up. I have read many books on saving money and this tops my list. There are many ways of saving money that I haven’t even heard of.

Very disappointing book. Most of it covers what should be done many years before retiring, & requires a lot of money to do so. Most of it deals with investments, stock market, etc. It isn’t for the poor man, title is misleading.

Glad I didn’t have to pay full price for the book.

I like the other decks a lot. This one is an outlier because for a variety of reasons, these techniques seem super manipulative and depending on the person, could be misconstrued. I think there are good cards in here, but overall this is the deck I liked the least.

Lots of great ideas. Some I had already been using without understanding their effectiveness. Lots if new ideas I have started deliberately incorporating in my speech and writing.

I liked the Intimacy Deck so much and as I’m bad in convincing I thought the Persuasion Deck could help me a lot. Turns out I instinctively do most of the things from the Persuasion Deck already…

This plaque was Exemplary! Absolutely the best gift my dad has ever received. My sister and I ordered this as a retirement gift for my dad and I was so surprised on the attention to detail and how someone can turn an ordinary tool into such a sentimental piece of art.

Outdated and very dated information that most people know already and all of which is available for free on the internet. I did not learn 1 thing. Also some very incorrect information.

A must read book for EVERYONE! This book goes into the facts as to why a stock market crash is yet to occur. It’s not a doom and gloom book, but rather a doom and BOOM book. And knowing these facts can help prepare you for what’s coming and possibly even profit from it.

Changes are going to happen in the next decade so might as well for prepared for it. If you have any money invested in the stock market, or mutual funds then this is a must read. I myself am a finance person, currently working as a financial analyst, graduated from a very good school, and was taught to diversify with mutual funds; while good advise for the average person, I now see the flaws in that type of mentality.

What Robert recommends isn’t for everyone, he always advocates educating yourself and learning to increase your financial IQ. Very good advice and this book definitely will help with that. Those who don’t want to invest the time in learning to increase your financial IQ, then it’s best to stay safe w/ mutual/index funds.

However, if you want to take the time to learn, one way with this book, then there are so many more possibilities out there if you’re willing to take the chance.

I enjoy reading Robert Kiyosaki books. All of the books contain nuggets of wealth building information. More importantly though, they train the mindset of the reading to take control. After reading over 10 Rich Dad titles.

I am resistant to hyped sales techniques that use emotional triggers. I have attended Rich Dad workshops and due to the complete control, I have stopped buying every NBT that I found. This title allows focus of the skill “control” and you begin to understand the difference between leading and following.

I bought this as a lot of 10 titles, so I obtained it at a great price. I would gladly pay full price for this title to give as gifts. Knowledge of ERISA has changed my future. I thought I had this knowledge in 2000, but it has cost me dearly not to take “control” of my retirement investing, as I allowed companies to tell me I could not directly control my retirement investments.

They were wrong, and my IRA was almost wiped out 9 years later.

Taken only by the numbers this book points out many truths and weaknesses of ERISA and the subsequent laws passed by our Congress. By the year 2016 we will have retired some 80 million boomers. Many of them will have to rely on 401(k)plans that are grossly inadequate.

Hopefully, the good news may be that we will be that those who were prudent will survive because of our own falacies. Because so many people lost their houses, portfolios,jobs and futures in the great derivative scheme that far fewer will have any portfolios to cash in when it comes time to retire.

The predicted stress in the marketplace will be greatly relieved.
