20 Best Essential Oils For Focus (2023 Updated)

My daughter uses oils because I do. Both her and her boyfriend enjoy them. He sill studies for school one day he told her that whatever it was she was diffusing was really good and he always wants it on while studying because it made it easier to study.

Guess what? She was diffusing brain aid. He could tell the difference without even knowing – so now they use it often especially if he is having a hard time concentrating.

I love this blend. When I start to feel overwhelmed or anxious I diffuse it to help me focus and relax. It’s a great oil for morning or night. I like to put a few drops in the shower at night to help me relax.

If I diffuse it in the morning I like to add a few extra drops of lemon and sometimes I diffuse equal drops of Braid Aid and Energy. They smell so good and refreshing. Together they work magic.

My auntie suggested this to me to help with focus. When I first tried this out it was a very effective product. I felt that after applying it to both sides of my head behind my ears allowed my nose to capture the smell of the oil perfectly.

Highly recommend using in the gym time as well.

I purchased this oil blend yesterday (as well as a few others). I’ve been running it in my new diffuser. I like the smell as it freshens the house and sort of wakes everyone up. It smells similar to an essential oil blend from a well known MLM company but at a fraction of the price.

This was not a blend on my need to try list, but I received one free with an order. I set it on my desk to try later. Today I had a work assignment I had been putting off. I needed to write a simple blog article based off a highly technical scientific journal article and my mind just didn’t want to do it.

I was having a terrible time concentrating and trying to simplify and process the information. I saw the bottle of Attention Assist sitting on my desk and decided to give it a try. I put a drop on each wrist and my brain was ready! It took me just over an hour to write the article and I applied the oil three times, each time my attention was quickly drawn back to the task at hand and the words just flowed.

I am totally sold!.

Works well. I feel like getting things done with this EO blend. But is a big drawback that this blend with FCO doesn’t work well in the handheld personal diffuser. It stops diffusing after a few seconds.

That’s really disappointing since I think this is an effective blend. I wish they would bring back the neat blend.

I have six children and we homeschool. Three of my children have a very hard time paying attention and focusing. I diffuse this while we are doing schoolwork and I also apply it to the three who need extra attention.

It has helped them immensely to be able to get through their day and pay attention. We do not have so many redirects and disruptions. I have two children who have no troubles staying on task and paying attention, but they also get to benefit from it while it’s diffusing.

My oldest child graduated a few years ago and had a lot of trouble with attention. I wish I had had this for him when he was still at home. The three I apply it to are 10 and 8.

When I first opened it, I was a little surprised by the slightly peppery notes that combine with the citrus scent. It was a bit intense initially, but after diffusing it I’ve found that I really like it.

It helps me feel more alert while I am doing work or other projects. Sometimes if I want to add a little extra perk, I’ll mix it with a few drops of lemon oil in my diffuser or necklace.

A friend recommended this one. And when I got it, I wasn’t so sure. Smelling it straight from the bottle was a close no, but once I made it into a roller and used it in the diffuser, it was amazing! Smells like candy.

That’s the best way I can describe it. 🙂 My kids will grab the roller and put it on themselves, so that’s a win!.

The scent of this one isn’t my favorite. But I’ve definitely seen it make a difference in my kid. He has a hard time falling asleep and focusing on his bedtime routine. I diffuse hocus focus with calming the child and he’s like a different kid trying to get ready for bed.

I bought this a month ago and used it one time only. My house smelled like dirt within a few moments. If you like the smells of dirt or walking out in nature and stepping on a rotting tree this smell is for you! This definitely was not what I was expecting.

I guess it’s good quality the smell was trapped in my office area for over a week.

I have recently discovered how much I love essential oils. Elemi has been amazing to clear up acne, scratches, and even concrete burn on my son’s face. Much better than prescription creams that I have used before.

Like hugging a pine tree and taking a deep breath in. Doesn’t smell chemical-like. Japanese scientists have found that when we breathe in pine essential oil vapour (and other tree oils) our natural killer cells increase their activity.

Although spending time in a pine forest increases both the number of our natural killer cells and their activity, living in an urban environment means we don’t always have access to natural forests. Using this pine essential oil could be the next best thing.

Breathing it in just feels very natural and purifying and real. Utterly relaxing. Your home will smell sublimely like a pine forest. Buy it and enjoy.

I always let my dog smell new unopened bottles. But her reaction to German Chamomile was something else! In 65 bottles I have never seen a reaction like this! And it smells so good to me too! Luna my dog, began licking the bottle lid, then she began pawing at it, heavily, next she wrapped her jaws around it & tried to do a runner! Talk about some reaction.

Was no fluke either, she did it again when I tried to fool her with Roman Chamomile, but would have a bar of it. Plus I ust learnt today, German/Roman Chamomile are good for our dogs from the Essential Oil Vet Dr Janet Roark.

I was very excited to see this Kids line of blends! We purchased Focus, Focus, Focus, Bee Happy, Calm ‘Em Down in the oils and a roll-on of Sleepy Time. I will say that smelling them right from the bottle doesn’t do them justice.

However, when diffusing or blending with a carrier oil for topical use, they are amazing! We have 2 leather bracelets for my stepson to wear to school. which we apply Focus to one and either Bee Happy or Calm ‘Em Down to the other.

He says it helps him get back on track at school when his attention wanders. His teacher said she noticed him putting his wrist close to his nose, but it is not noticeable to the other students! YAY! The Sleepy Time we roll on his wrists at bedtime.

Its not as sweet smelling as I thought it would be, but it’s a very relaxing scent. Calm ‘Em Down was described by someone else as “woodsy”, which is accurate. its very nice to diffuse throughout the house and it does make me feel more relaxed! Bee Happy has a sweeter, honey/citrus-y scent which is very nice.

I will purchase these again and perhaps try some other blends as well!.

Just an update from my earlier post. Been diffusing this 5 days/week for more than a month. I LOVE this oil! Seriously, when my son would do his math there was wailing and gnashing of teeth. He still might verbalize that he doesn’t like math because he thinks it’s a sign of weakness if he changed his tune, but his attitude is sooooo different.

It’s like I see him mentally roll up his sleeves when he tackles his problems. One time I suggested skipping three problems because it was very old stuff and he had already done 27 without missing any, he said that he did NOT want to skip any at all because he likes it when he finishes everything! In the past he would have loved to skip some.

Also, it seems that with the new attitude he is able to do his work faster. I never want to run out of this oil!.

My favorite essential oil to wake up to in the morning. It’s also great to keep that fresh feeling going all day long. Both the diffuser oil and the roll-on are my new favorite products!

CAMPO oils are very good. This is the 2nd one I’ve purchased. Sometimes it’s really nice to buy a roll on made by someone else. I’ve used and made EO for years and these are excellent. I also have the Immune one and it helped on a long stressful road trip.

At long last, a resource for headaches that doesn’t overpower the senses (and potentially aggravate the headache further). I’m glad I got the roller, but unfortunately the roller ball cap will not stay in the bottle, but instead sticks in the lid.

I recently spilled most of the bottle when I forgot to open it carefully. Even still, would purchase again.

The product works great, the package however is terrible. I sent an email because I didn’t think the roller ball was attached and did not get a response. The ball sticks in the cap and has caused me to spill out most of the oil.

I am not happy with customer service ignoring my email regarding the package.

I use this myself because I’d rather have one oil for my whole family than two different ones. It definitely helps the kids, and it does help me a little bit if I use it soon enough. It smells so good, so at least it distracts from the headache.

One of my staples and go to oils! Sweet orange essential oil has anti-inflammatory and strong cleansing proprties, it’s a relaxant and circulation booster as well as being able to help with breathing, digestion, stomach cramps, insomnia and better sleep quality.

It also smells amazing, I think I’m addicted to the scent especially wheh I mix a few drops of this with a few drops of Ellia Peppermint Essential Oil, that scent is heaven! I will use this combination in the daytime in my Ellia Gather diffuser as well as at nighttime when I’m in bed using my Ellia Dream diffuser.

It certainly helps me breathe better at night as I suffer with my sinuses a lot. I find that I wake up less during the night. It also has the ability to change my mood. I find it quite a refreshing and bright, cheerful scent.

It helps when I’ve had a bad day at work! I highly recommend this product over some cheaper essential oils as this one seems to smell much purer. It’s worth spending that bit extra! :).

I’m normally very sceptical about essential oils and how effective they are, but being peri-menopausal and suffering with anxiety I was getting desperate having tried a multitude of over the counter herbal remedies.

This stuff is incredible, I’m sleeping better and getting better quality of sleep. Still occasionally wake up in the night but getting back to sleep within 30 minutes unlike 2-3 hours before. Definitely worth a shot.

I ordered Sore No More awhile back, and was excited to try it on my son who has chronic pain in his shoulder and neck and back area. Since it’s a large area to cover and he uses it everyday several times a day, I use olive oil as my carrier oil and add 12 drops of SNM in a 30 ml amber glass bottle.

He really likes using it and it helps with his pain. I personally carry a bottle same dosage for pain. I usually end up give it out to someone who needs it worse than me. I’ve given it out to several people and they come back for more.

Rose and geranium are my favourite smells, so I bought this oil expecting to love the fragrance. I do, it’s a stunning blend and even my husband has commented that it’s lovely. Excellent value for money as I get long-lasting fragrance from my diffuser with only two drops of oil.

The absolute best thing, and I wasn’t expecting it, is how effective this oil is at relaxing me when I have heightened anxiety and most specifically PMT. It does exactly ‘what it says on the tin’ and balances my emotions and restores calm – I didn’t know how much I needed this oil in my life and will never be without it now.

WOW – what a stunning scent. I was disappointed that I could no longer find the Cleanse blend, so I decided to try this on a whim, and I’m so glad I did. It has such a complex combination of aromas, I’d describe it almost like opening a vintage cedar chest stored in a speakeasy somewhere in Morocco.

Woodsy and spicy, oozing with luxury, yet not too masculine, definitely not feminine, and really packs a punch. A standout fragrance I will be reaching for again and again.

I ordered the Balance and the Calm essential oils. The cap on the bottle of Calm essential oil I ordered was not ******* on. So, it had spilled some during shipping. I was disappointed in the fragrance for both oils.

They had such lovely descriptions on the product page, but actually the patchouli aroma overwhelmed all other aromas in the oil. I can’t detect any of the vanilla or citrus or lavender aromas described.

In fact, I can barely detect the jojoba which is another quite strong aroma. It would be more accurate if you mentioned that the dominate aroma in each is patchouli. The Balance oil doesn’t even mention patchouli in the ingredients list, and yet it smells of that.

I am not at all fond of patchouli and if I had realized it was the dominant aroma, I would not have ordered these oils. Additionally, I sent a message to customer service about these concerns and no one responded.

The level of stress and anxiety in my life this past year reached a peak I never thought possible. Along with other self care practices I sought out a good clean blend to diffuse during work hours, calming hours, and sleep.

I ordered Focus and Balance and they definitely support my practices in the best way possible. I add a couple drops to my body oil or lotion after i showered and inhale deeply as the oils diffuse into the warm bathroom.

If you are seeking blends to support your practices i HIGHLY RE OMMEND. I have a heightened olfactory sense and these do not nauseate me or make me dizzy they are a great balance.

I bought essential oils and a bracelet as a gift. I don’t know what the packaging looked like but the recipient almost threw the bracelet away because it had slipped out of its envelope and into the bottom of the package.

Since the essential oils were in the same package, she thought that was the extent of the gift and did not know that the bracelet was included as well. Just FYI. All’s well that ends well. I called her an asked about her gift before she had thrown it away with the packaging.

The balance blend of In Essence is excellent. Combining orange, lavender, geranium, jasmine and rose nothing is overpowering but all blend together beautifully to give calm and a sense of peace. In Essence essential oils are extremely reliable and pure.

Used in my In Essence Ultrasonic Diffuser it is a blend that would suit anyone except for someone who has a problem with lavender.

I broke my arm the middle of October. Having chronic pain issues has made recovery a treat (enter sarcasm). I had the had lots of pain with the transition from splint to brace. After finding no relief no matter what I was taking or doing and not doing I broke out the Rᴇʟɪᴇғ roll-on.

After applying it to my pain points I found relief! It helped to reduce the swelling and pain enough that I could begin to do hand exercises. In just 1 day of use I can tell a tremendous difference.
