This car is very cool we bought it for my son’s birthday present/ my present seeing that he is only 3. He doesn’t quite grasp the concept of turning and because this car is very fast it has taken some tough crashes and as a result it damaged the front bumper a little bit, overall I would say under the beating that this car has taken so far it has held up really well.

The extra battery is a huge plus!!! The fact that each wheel has independent suspension is really cool and allows for some awesome jumps and allows this car to take in some tough terrain. The throttle control is really cool to we don’t really have much experience with rc cars this car was a great first for us and our son.

The only bummer about our experience was that when ramping a crib the passenger side front wheel came off and we were unable to find the nut that came off because it was so little so the car became useless and disappointing but after reaching out to WinWintech, the company’s customer service team was great we had to email back and forth which isn’t preferable but after briefly explaining what happened and sending some pictures they sent out a new car just like that! Needless to say we are very pleased with theircustomer service and quick responses via email.

This is my first 4wd RC car and I love it. The steering is responsive and the shocks are not overly stiff so they do seem to help over bumpy or grassy terrain. Ive had it about two weeks and over that time I have crashed it pretty hard multiple times without damage.

It comes with 2 batteries that last about 20 minutes a piece, so plenty of time to play. The only negative thing I have noticed is that the motor does get hot after running it hard for a while. I usually wait a few minutes to let the motor cool down before swapping batteries.

Thinking about purchasing another because my girlfriend loves driving it too!.

Great little car, have broken a few parts on it already. I would recommend ordering a set of metal suspension arms for the front and steering knuckles as well as they break fairly easy. Overall great little car very fast.

Needed to grease my gears after a few runs then im getting a weird noise from one of the differentials and im not sure what it is as I dont see anything wrong when looking at it. Other than when I let off the throttle at higher speeds it makes said noise.

Very easy to work on to replace parts as well Would recommend for someone just getting into the hobby.

Bought this for my 10 year old son for Christmas, it is his first hobby grade truck. RC Superstore shipped quickly as promised and truck was exactly as pictured and described. Will be ordering from RC Superstore again as my 9 year old daughter now wants one.

First Impressions – Nicely built and equipped ready to run truck. Packaged well and is attractive with its clear viewing window of the truck. Battery needs charged from the get go and takes around three hours which feels more line ten as you can’t wait to drive it.

First Run – Decent amount of power, durable and a fair amount of run time. Training mode is very helpful on the first run! For under $20 the purchase of a second battery is a worthwhile investment when truck is purchased.

Wall charger is very slow so having a couple of batteries charged is a good way to keep the fun going. Also, buy a pack of extra body clips as they are easy to loose. In the near future I feel a good upgrade is to go to a LiPo battery and an EZ-Peak Plus charger; quicker charge time and longer run time on the truck with sustained power.

I bought two of the tetons. The front suspension arm broke on left side while driving in the grass. The other teton the pole broke while I was installing the body. I called support and spoke with Mat.

Mat said send pics. So after sending pics he said whats the temp. I said almost hit 40 today. He said why is snow in the ground. The pic was from inside the house so no snow in or out. Mat said you are in cold zone thats why.

So bought these for my kids birthday and was basically called a liar from one of traxxas finest. I will never support traxxas again.

Oh boy. We loved this little thing! It comes nicely packaged but unwraps fairly easily. Our biggest and really only complaint is how difficult it is to get the battery covers off. It took me a long time to take the screws out.

It, honestly, was a pain in the butt!! But once we got batteries in and the covers back on, this thing is pretty darn awesome! My husband played with it for a while just to try it but then we had our grandsons play with it.

It kept them amused for several hours. The truck is well built with decent sized tires, responsive steering controls and overall stood up to the abuse that a 6 year old and a 12 year old could dish out.

It is only rear wheel drive, but for kids, that’s ok. I didn’t even cringe when they were running the truck in to walls and our hot tub. My older grandson dropped the controller on the deck and a corner of it did break off, but otherwise it held up well and we’re super happy with it.

I would highly recommend it!.

I got this Sharper Image Phantom Destroyer for my daughter. I thought I was receiving a pink truck but received a black one. My daughter was okay with the black on but really wanted pink. She said it was too slow for her.

It would run differently on different flooring and we have no carpet. I think it’s okay for a first RC car.

This product is great for all ages! The colors are bright and bold and the design is fun! It goes well on almost any surface and it holds charge for long periods of time! The controls are easy to operate and it comes fully assembled! Just add batteries and your set for hours of fun! A great family toy!.

So I recently got the car, in the mail, for my kids but. me. being a dad – had to test it out. So I flipped the switch, on both the car and remote, and quickly realized – it needed batteries. I must be old or something.

So I be-bop down to the local dollar store and purchase a 9v (for the remote) and 4 AA (for the car itself). now I’ve invested an extra $8 into this thing so I’m pumped! “This better be cool, this better be cool!” I turn it on and go, and while – yes, the car does flip over to a different car but the joystick steering maneuvers are a little “cattywhampus” it still gets the job done.

Day number 4: kids left the car on. dad has to buy $9 more in batteries because the car is dead but remote still works (this thing should be on the stock market). Day number 6: Dad gets bored and is standing at the end of his driveway to pretend he’s remotely maneuvering cars past his house and into driveways.

I think my kids will love this when they’re old enough but I’ll need to buy another for my twins to have their own. “Sorry buddy, daddy can’t invest $50 worth of batteries to give you guys a week of killing them.

but i can buy you a houseplant so you can do what mom does!” Thank you!!.

We tested the functionality of this remote controlled vehicle in our back yard. It moves very quick and can handle dirt and grassy terrain. It handles well with the controller and maneuvers in all directions, even reverse! My 15 year old was having a great time playing with this toy.

We plan to get another one so my kids can race each other. This is a great toy to take to the park where there is a lot of open space. The range and response to the remote is impressive. The shell is light weight and seems flimsy, so we were careful to not crash it into anything.

Batteries are not included. Having something that’s rechargeable would have been more ideal in my opinion. I loved it over all and would recommend to others.

This monster car is a very cool toy. It has a nice design with powerful engine that can speed up really fast. When it bumps to something, the wheels can roll over to avoid falling so that the car can keep running.

The remote control is actually a joystick control. It’s new to me that I never had any before so it takes some time to get used to but the kids learn really fast. It looks like on the TV that hero/ character has power to control stuffs so they really love their new toy.

The stick uses AAA batteries while the truck uses AA so the kids can play as much as they want without any interruption. Honestly I hate rechargeable batteries because it lasts likely 30 minutes but with the nonchargable batteries, I have no worry about it.

I received this a few weeks ago. It is fun to pull out and race it around the house. It has a wireless controller which works great! It goes really fast and zips around. It has big tires. It moves around easily on all different types of surfaces.

The remote works from 65 feet away which is quite a distance. The Monster Baja graphics are nice and stylish. The batteries seem to last quite a while. At least a full 30 minutes. It takes 6 AAs which are not included.

I buy rechargeable and that helps. I would definitively recommend to people who like racing trucks.

This is such a cool little toy! I think it’s great for kids of all ages including adults. It’s so well made and looks very expensive. As a mom with a son who like remote control cars I was so thrilled to see that the remote is beyond easy to use.

It’s the perfect size and only has two controls forward/backwards and left/right but somehow unlike other these are so easy for my child and even myself to use. The charger is like the tesla ports making it really fun and life like to use.

Intended to give this to my 12 year old son as a gift but after reading up on this toy and stairing at it in the box for a few days I decided that it was my gift to myself ad went and got my kid something else.

I had a great time playing with this, Charge time was quick and I was able to take this out on my road and play for almost 2 hours before the battery died. This little thing is quick! and fun. Im always impressed with Sharper Image when it comes to electronic toys! I will keep being a loyal customer to them!.

The car needs some work to put together but no tools required all provided. Assembly starts by tires and rims, then steering wheel connection to the axel rod then battery connector and finally the seat and after that it is ready to go.

Mine came with a charged battery so once I assembled, it was ready. Now to the fun part, it is easy to drive for kids, the remote control is a great feature and adds extra safety and peace of mind. It can be set so that it can be controlled via remote control only that includes the speed.

Car has 2 speeds, Neither of them is crazy fast which adds to safety. If you really need it to go fast, there is a hack where you can replace the small 12 v battery with 24v and it will go quite fast.

It comes loaded with music and songs for kid’s entertainment but my favorite is the USB feature where you can put all the songs that the child like and let it run via the car’s speakers which is loud.

So here is a summary to what I liked and disliked about the car.

I ordered this monster truck police set and race car police set. The monster truck set’s quality is HORRIBLE. I ordered this one for my nephew for Christmas and the front bumper immediately broke closely followed by the screw in battery plate cracking and causing the batteries to fall out.

The other set I ordered was much higher quality at the same price on zulily. I have never been upset about a zulily purchase until now. I am very embarrassed about this gift to my nephew. Broke before he even got it home.

This keeps my son all day busy and very active. Its material is perfect and strong. The battery is strong and long lasting when charged. Its movement is legit.

Got this for my grandson for Christmas. He asked me to get it for him. So he was thrilled with it. I can’t honestly say how well made or durable it is yet

We got to try out the ECHO MAX Rumbler Radio Control Car, and my son just loved it. The controls are easy to maneuver. My five-year-old had no issues getting the car to go backwards and forwards and he was super excited that he was able to work the controller without assistance.

It moves really fast and flips whenever it hits anything. You can also make it spin like crazy. It was so much fun! The car works best on hardwood floors and tile. On the rugs, it did still move but it was a lot slower and occasionally got snagged, but on the harder surface it drove without any complications.

It also worked great outside on the cement, but I would avoid using it in grass or dirt. All in all, a fun remote control truck for kids. Battery life seems pretty good too. So far, after over a week, our batteries are still going strong, even though we forget to turn it off a few times.

It really is something that I have never seen before. This is more of a stunt vehicle. It can do all of the following. Stand Flip Hyper Spin 360 Spin 360 Loop Somersault Vertical Spin and Side Flip The Echo Max Rumbler does all 8 of these neat stunts.

The neat thing about these stunts was that my 11 year old was easily able to control the vehicle all on his own to make the vehicle do the stunts. He didn’t get frustrated because it was too complicated for him.

I was very impressed. The Echo Max Rumbler can be used indoors, and also outdoors. I honestly found that this is a great way to have some fun indoors when it is super hot outside too. My 11 year old’s review This RC car is so much fun.

I bought a white and a red one and they have different frequencies so both can operate at the same time. They use regular alkaline batteries which is a great advantage. Simply replace them as needed.

Similar products using rechargeable batteries operate for 10 to 15 minutes and need 1-4 hours to recharge (not good). These are not cars – they are better. Besides normal movements they spin and tumble (by design).

They are super fun to operate and even fun to watch someone else do it. Cars get boring but these do not. This is a MUST HAVE toy for anyone wanting a R/C machine.

Sorry for the lateness of this review, but I had major back surgery on the 2nd and am now in rehab so I can send in our review of this product. I say ‘we’ because my six and a half year old grandson really put this little truck through its paces, both inside and out.

When we got the truck ready to run we were first surprised that nothing happened. I sat down to re read the instructions while my grandson picked the truck up and flipped it over and around. Then I watched him put his little hand inside the trucks body.

After a couple of ‘shoot’, and ‘dang it!’ He took his hand out and declared, “There you go grampa, I fixed it!” Turns out there was a wire that had come loose during shipping, but a couple of small fingers and six year old curse words and the thing screamed off! The truck looks great! I really liked the the color combos and the decals.

It really looked like a real monster truck. The remote control was easy to get ready and fit my grandson’s hands perfectly. The paddle controls for speed and turning were easily mastered and by the 10th or so restart Clay was having a great time! The truck is fast, which is great when you are in the grass and dirt, but on wood floors, tile and carpet it screams! Now, pros and cons: Pros: Really cool looking.

Nice tire design Body and carriage appear to be really tough. Battery lasts a long time and charges to full in just a few minutes. Fun to drive, no matter a six year old or a sixty five year old. Cons: The steering is choppy and short.
