So a friend of mine bought Macy’s vitamins the GN see women’s multivitamins with energy and whenever metabolism so I stopped taking my other multi vitamin and I started taking this one and before the vitamin I had thick healthy hair and that’s after I bleached my hair at home myself it was still healthy as complete.

No more midday naps, but apparently no more sleeping at night either. I would take these upon wake up and not be able to fall asleep until 4 or 5am, the next morning. Days I didn’t take it the dark green caffeine pill, I slept 8-9 hours easily.

These taste so good that if they didn’t say vitamins on the bottle i would believe they were candy. Yes they are that good, sweet, soft, chewy with the flavors of different fruit. These vitamins do not bother my stomach either, like other vitamins do.

For that matter i don’t have any negative side effects from these. They do seem to give me a boost and might even slow my food cravings. My only peeve is that you have to take 2. This isn’t a problem since i take 1 in the am and 1 in the pm but the number of vitamins in the bottle is for only 1/2 the amount of days.
