20 Best Energy Supplement For Men (2023 Updated)

After using this multivitamin for a few weeks I feel comfortable giving it a positive review. It appears to be made of quality ingredients and I feel good taking them. A men’s health multivitamin is something that I started taking when Covid came around last year and I have sampled many different ones.

I feel good when I take this one as it does not give me an upset stomach like some do. The directions say you can take up to 4 a day. I don’t usually use this much of any vitamin. For me, multivitamins are more of a bonus to my health than a priority, so I take one of these in the morning with breakfast and one before bed.

I feel no hesitation in recommending this product. Also, the container is made of recycled/recyclable plastic. Nice!.

I absolutely love this multivitamin!! it provides good natural energy without the jitters. Generally I’m deficient in something or another but my doc says My levels are great. With our increased water inake the high potency formula is the only thing that makes sense.

Kudos for delivering in a big way! Hope they bring it back with the formulary intact. The others are good too but none deliver like the high-potency performance blend does.

This is a phenomenal multi-vitamin complex. Most anything that I would typically buy in 3-4 separate vitamin packages comes now in one convenient bundle, and it eliminated the need to buy separate vitamins and combine them.

The pills are a bit too large – it is a comment to the entire vitamin industry – can we please make the pills smaller and easier to swallow? I like the Rainbow Light company environment-conscious mind – the entire wrapper label on the bottle was easy to remove by intentional design, which makes the bottle more fully recyclable.

For me, on top of the fact that the product is high quality, it made a quite a bit of difference as I am trying to be more mindful of the environmental impact of plastic.

Personally, I have been consuming multiple vitamin formulas for 45 years. I intentionally switch brands every month. What is the rationale? Different makes, different formulas, different results. You wouldn’t perform the same exercises all the time, because eventually your body would stop responding, not to mention your mind would become bored, and you would stop being motivated.

Shouldn’t the exact same approach be applied to nutrition? Why take the same supplements all the time, when you can deliberately, mix things up a bit? Most men generally like the idea of a multiple, and most men like the idea of one a day dosage.

This has nothing whatsoever to do with the (hugely successful) “one-a-day-vitamins” advertising campaign of the 1970’s. Think of it this way. Women who want to freshen-up can re-apply a fragrance at several times throughout the day, but most men want to apply a fragrance once in the morning and that’s it.

They want the effects of that fragrance to last all day. Applying this formula to supplementation, one could argue that it might be more efficient to provide the human body with smaller doses of supplements, perhaps three, four or five times throughout the day, but let’s be perfectly frank.

How practical is that type of a dietary regime for most people? As an afterthought, it is interesting to note that, while we have personally witnessed MANY health and fitness fads come and go over the years, GNC is still going strong, even after decades.

This is my daily multivitamin. It does not hurt your stomach as it’s a coated tablet. Nice flavor when placed inside of your mouth although it’s not a chewable. Take 2 daily for all the supplemental vitamin needs.

Gives you the extra boos of energy to get on with the day and is an great price.

They don’t give an option for the Women’s version. So I would say that it works really well but I don’t take the testosterone aspect of the men’s one. I definitely am a lady. I think the lady vitamins including the calcium for my bones.

Immediately after the first day of taking these vitamins, I noticed a tremendous difference in my “waste” if you will. Of course my urine was bright and yellow as expected with most multivitamins. This vitamin was different, in that, I noticed a constant feel of energy and digestion.

These were the 2 most desired results that I wanted in the first place. These vitamins keep me regular and energized and I don’t go a day without them! Will purchase another bottle when these are done.

As 68 year old male , I’m experiencing more energy and less fatigue since taking FutureBiotics High Energy Multivitamin…I’d recommend this product to other seniors!

I am not a huge fan of GNC in general, however, their multivitamins are actually very good! I am a former NPC Bikini competitor, and I would take this Multivitamin when getting ready for competition.

I found that it provided a little more than the Women’s multi in several ways. It definitely gave me an energy boost, and it aided in my workouts and recovery.

I have taken Men’s Multivitamins for over ten years. I’ve tried all kinds but always come back to the Energy and Metabolism as they seem to really make a difference to my daily routine. I do notice how sluggish I get if I miss a day and really seem to give me the boost our bodies need.

Taste very good!. Makes you healthy and energetic. Contains biotin which is very good for skin. Contains selenium which helps hair to grow more faster and reduces hair fall. Contains zinc which is very good for men’s fertility and increases testosterone level.

Contains many other vitamins that we need everyday. Recommend to take only once a day if you have a good food diet. I switched to tablets because the gummy’s irritates my nose and throat due to the citric flavours in the gummy’s.

This product is excellent but I would recommend to switch to tablets if you’re allergic to citrus. I give 5 stars for both gummy’s and tablets.

Such a shame I do not like this product. I was looking for some vitamins that I can chew rather than swallow as swallowing large pills is becoming quite hazardous for me. I thought I would give these a try as they have had such good reviews.

To say the least I am disappointed. The child safe cap is also adult proof! I am 20 years old and fought with the lid for about 10mins before I managed to yank it off. I must have received a faulty bottle.

The seal was in tact but ridiculously hard to peel off, about 5 attempts before it was all off the top of the bottle. The smell, was not pleasant. I can not describe the scent at all, and when I tried to smell it for longer I gagged.

No fruit scent at all, even though its described to be orange and berry flavour. The texture of the gummy was my next issue. I understand that it says soft and not chewy, but i was not prepared for HOW soft they were.

Basically melted on my tongue and was not pleasant to chew or swallow. Whoever tasted these and decided these tasted good enough to sell should be fired. Does not taste at all like berry or orange, and each different colour tasted basically the same.

Horrible flavour and really not enjoyable. Luckily there is only a months supply because I nearly bought two bottles! Going to have to hold my nose and chew quickly in order to not waste my money. Also, be careful, these are not vegan as the glazing is made of beeswax, and if you have an allergy to coconut you can not buy these either.

BE VERY CAREFUL READING THE INGREDIENTS. There are a long list of fruits and vegetables that people may be allergic to.

Ordered this vitamin for my husband, who hasn’t had good absorption results from other vitamins. He has a high metabolism and his body seemed to dispose of other vitamins before it got a chance fully utilize them – so we had to try liquid vitamins – which was a huge hit or miss with taste and convenience.

I purchased this vitamin after reading its ingredients and the reviews seemed pretty promising. Well guess what? I’m thankful that I followed my gut. The vitamins did his body well! He says they absorbed well, he felt a difference through his day (didn’t get fatigue), and very convenient to slide in a pocket when he’s in a rush.

The only problem was several of the tablets in the new bottle were empty. not sure how but make sure you check you bottle when you receive it.

I have been taking multivitamins for years but this is the first one where I can actually feel a difference! Though not my intent in taking it, this product has improved my IBS-D tremendously. I’ve long suspected that my IBS-D is due to some nutrient imbalance but I don’t think the synthetic vitamins (though they also included some whole foods in the mix) I was taking before were being properly absorbed by my body.

As soon as I took these my stools improved so much! (Sorry tmi). I actually look forward to taking these because I know they are filling some gap in my diet I have been unable to fill through healthy eating alone.

This is the first well-balanced multi I’ve seen that is fully derived from food, not made in a lab (except for B-12 since there is no natural source). Other so-called “food-based” vitamins use a sneaky trick of language so you don’t realize they are using the same chemical vitamins as everyone else, just “mixing” them with plant foods beforehand (which is what’s going to happen when you take them with a meal anyway).

I didn’t take multis before because I didn’t want synthetic vitamins, but I’m taking these now.

My husband has been taking his Emerald Labs Men’s 1-Daily Multi – Multivitamin with Methylated Folate, Extra Zinc and Lycopene for about two weeks now. Maybe not long enough to see any big difference in his health but he seems to have more energy lately.

He played volleyball in the pool with our children and grandchildren for the past two weekends in a row. He still complained of his normal aches and pains but not as much as usual. Before purchasing any vitamin or mineral products I always research the philosophy (if possible) of that company who creates that product. Emerald is my go to “clean” brand. They contain no filler’s, chemicals or unpronounceable ingredients.

My husband has let me buy him the Mens’ gelcap Multi for a few years now, and he’s happy with using 2 a day of the 3 recommended. I research like a nut and make sure my husband and I take a quality full nutrient everyday vitamin, along with many other supplements. I switched brands to NW and would love to give it great. The Smell/taste is gaglike to me.

I continue to take it, but have to swallow it So fast and get the shimmy’s when done! I know it quality and all, but would love it more if it didn’t have the foul odor!.

Research the forms of each vitamin. That makes all the difference. This is affordable and has the best forms of vitamins at a decent price. There is a mint taste to mask the typical vitamin taste. It doesn’t bother me, but I’m not pregnant yet either.

So I’m hoping it won’t bother me when I am. I also like that these are capsules and not tablets.

I give support to products that do what they advertise and this is one product. I am not in the field, but believe the combination of the various B vitamins is helpful. This is based on my personal experience with vitamins.

I have taken B vitamins and caffeine in the past. This product is nice in that everything is combined into one, eliminating the need for multiple different pills. I do not drink coffee, so I do not get a jolt in the morning from that.

This product is helpful. I am not posting a photo because it would just be a repeat of the one posted by the company.

When I received this product I was very eager to try it. When I opened the bottle I found the tables have no required identifying stamp on it as required by the FDA. I have watched a documentary where it was shown that there are a lot of companies making this type product which have nothing more than corn starch and powdered sugar inside the capsule itself.

I even looked up information about this product online and was unable to locate any positive information from the FDA concerning this product. I am very reluctant to take any supplement or vitamin that does not have the required information.

Have been taking these energy pills 1 time per day since receiving them and they are excellent. As an older, non-traditional college student, they have been a magnificent addition to my morning boost.

I find I drink less coffee before heading out, which gives me more time to organize my agenda and items for school. I would definitely recommend them because they do not give me any kind of jitters but help me to maintain good focus and have energy throughout the day in a steady manner.
