What a fantastic purchase! There are so many colors, perfect for someone just beginning their collection, or someone who already has some but can never get enough. Such a variety in the set. They are all very neatly packed in a nice box with a color coding card.
There was even a little bonus in my kit. It was a small set of nets that can be used to hold the thread in place for a partially used thread. The only problem with this set is having to decide which vibrant, beautiful color to use first.

There is a variety of variegated colors and they are awesome. Using this thread for hand embroidery and it does not fray, tangle, kink or knot like regular embroidery thread. (If it starts to tangle, kink or knot it is easy to straighten this thread out.

the selection of colors were good. they came wrapped and packaged well. the only hard part is the starter thread doesn’t always pull loose and I had to pick at it to get the unwind started on a few spools.
This frequently thread breaks, frays, etc I have to turn the soured down on my husqvarna viking designer epic to the slowest speed, & it still will doesn’t sew well. Not recommended.

This thread uses Marathon Polyester numbering, not Brother Embroidery numbering. There’s no easy conversion and the closest visual matching ends up with too many greens and not enough reds. Having said that, the quality is great and the colours are vibrant.
It’s very cheap and perfectly usable. If you want accurate numbering, look for the 61 spool set from the same seller. It costs a bit more but I’d say it’s worth it, especially since it comes with a rack.

I just love this thread, my DH bought this set for me a few years back(thread on the old spools) and I still have most of it. I did have to buy some single colors that I was low on and they came with the new spools which are just wonderful.
I saw there were 2 new colors to this set so I ordered them as well the other day.
