I bought around $140 worth of products and this was one of them. The little packet that comes inside to keep them fresh was not properly sealed and spilled out all over the capsules. I messaged them on fb and the representative said not to worry about it and just brush the capsules off.

The packet clearly says “do not eat” and I told them that but they said it’s fine and there’s no harm in ingesting it since the packet is safe. Why should I have to brush a bunch of crystal dust off my capsules? They refused to offer any kind of replacement and instead asked for a batch number so they could avoid it in the future.

I really thought I found my forever supplements but this completely rubbed me the wrong was. I paid for a product that is supposed to be quality and that includes a fresh packet that is properly sealed.

its good as soon as i took it i could feel the effect but why take this over your golden milk tumeric where you have ashwagandha and 7 other compound like tumeric. your golden milk product is just better there is more for the same price.

This is over all the best product I have come across for mental clarity and anxiety. Using this product gave me the ability to recognize what was causing my anxiety in the first place. Since this is an alternative to medicine I have realized that I must take it at least 3 times a week for it to work and because it’s natural and free of chemicals it doesn’t just stay in your system.

Formerly I take liquid aswagandha of other brands. I favor the liquid that has a natural, plant, herb essence. You can swallow it naturally, without diluting it with an additional liquid. This aswagandha is purely the chemical extraction.

In other words, it?s identical to ethanol. If you enjoy drinking pure vodka with no chaser, this product is for you. This product is the equivalent to alcohol. I do not drink liquor. So diluting it with a hard juice, still cannot vanish the artificial chemical taste.

If you prefer natural herb liquid aswagandha with a rewarding taste, avoid this product.

I had seen another product on tiktok from the same brand that wasn’t in stock , so I got this supplement first. First off the taste is horrible. Thankfully, I learned that before trying it. Since I don’t drink coffee, I was looking for something else to boost my energy throughout the day.

The instructions say to add a full dropper to water or juice but I added it to a probiotic smoothie shot and that took a little bit of the grossness away but then had a sip of ginger ale and could taste it 😀.

A great, all natural sleep aid that actually works! I’m glad I tried this one. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep without being up and down 4 or 5 times each night. I still wake up once or twice sometimes but that’s a huge improvement and for sure it’s the ashwaganda.

I am able to fall right back to sleep though so I am feeling far more rested than usual. I don’t have to worry about becoming dependent on it either. It probably works works better the longer you take it so I’m going to stick with it and hope for more energy during the day since I can already feel that benefit and not nearly as groggy upon waking either.

I really like the idea of this product. I deal with heavy stress on a daily basis. Schiff Nutrition whole root ashwagandha extract supplements are non-GMO, vegetarian and gluten free. They claim to help manage feelings of stress but I feel that I have not taken them long enough to experience the full effect.

I don’t really like how I have to take 2 of them daily. However, the capsules are not overly large and are quite easy to swallow. I have not really noticed a reduction in stress since taking this supplement but I will continue to take them in hopes that it will.

These contain natural ingredients so it doesn’t hurt to try.

Schiff Whole Root Ashwagandha Extract worked great for me. This is a very stressful time with all that is going on, and financially. I have never been as stressed as I am right now. But, Schiff Whole Root Ashwagandha Extract really helped me to feel calmer and able to get things done.
