Best Door Decorations For Halloween (2024 Updated)

Love this. Stuck it to the front door (glazed). Looks fab. Durable material. Arrived in good time/packaging. Its a fun banner, if you like that sort of thing.

Wasn’t expecting much for the price but it’s a really clear picture and bright colours. The plastic is see through so from a distance it does kinda look like blood.

Very nice door cover with bright colors. I bought one in 2016, and I used push pins to keep it on my front door from Sept until I took it down in early November. It was good again for the 2017 Fall Season.

Now I bought a new one for 2018. So I say it lasts at least 2 years. Just be careful when it’s time to take it down. When storing it away, try using push pins and hang on a wall or on the back of a door.

That way, it won’t get all wrinkled, and you’ll be able to use it again, when it’s time.

If it was door size it would have been much, much better. But by buying another one we made it fit the door.

Highly recommended very large & good quality product. Received a lot of compliments about Thanksgiving banner from friends and family.

When this doorbell was purchased it was almost twice the cost of the one sold by WalMart; it’s the exact item except for the color. It was ordered because the finials shown in the picture added to the decor of the doorbell.

There were no finials like the picture showed. After pressing the button which makes the ding-dong sound, it says the following: “Good evening!” with a wicked laughter and creaking door sound “You rang?” with a creaking door sound “Enter, at your own risk!” with wicked laughter and creaking door sound “Welcome.

This is one of the coolest Halloween Decorations I have ever seen. The first time I pushed the button it worked great, the eyeball lid opened up and the the eye lit up and looked side to side while the animated sound worked loud and clear.

The second time I pushed the button. The eyeball lid opened up with a “clank clank” the eyeball looked around with a “clank” and then when it closed it made all sorts of clanking crunching plastic noises.

I was so disappointed. Still am. Hopefully I just got the one that didn’t work and everyone else will not have this happen. I am on the fence with returning it only because it looks so cool, and am wondering if I can somehow open it up and fix it.

Such a bummer.

What the picture doesn’t show is that the eye is closed until you push the doorbell button and then the eye opens up and looks around and you hear a voice talking. I got this for some friends that put out Halloween decorations every year and thought this would be a nice touch.

I called it the “Mad Eye Moody” door bell.

Very cute wreath! The black/white striped ornaments look a little cheap, but the rest look very good. I bought 2 – 1 arrived perfect, 1 had a loose ornament (easy fix). Great for the price!

Wreath is 18. 3/4 inches, pattern orange ornaments look faded/ lighter. Also blk/wh pattern ornaments are foam sprayed so not perfectly painted. Probably best to keep indoors. Wished it was larger. Still kept.

Not bad for price (@ I party $5less ;)) Adding some blk/wh pattern ribbon from Michael’s to hang it for more pizazz. Happy Halloween.

I bought two wreaths and I thought the price was reasonable. I love the colored balls, and it wasn’t too scary a wreath for young children to see. I put two large bows on each wreath (one black and white striped and one black with orange) and they looked great against my black iron doors!.

I did these crafts as a class Mom with my son’s Kindergarten class. When I went to put one together before going into the classroom, I realized the pack I had was missing the adhesive on some of the foam pieces so I had to run to the store to get glue dots (which cost me more money).

Then, once I got to the classroom, several packages were missing pieces. (One was even missing the main piece- the ghost). Thankfully, 22 students were in the class so I had one extra to use after making a sample to take spare parts from.

Overall, the students were very happy with the craft as well as the teacher and parent-helpers. Was it worth all the running around to get the glue dots from the store and to scramble to find extra pieces that packages were missing? I’m not sure.

The product was sent quickly and was as promised. The low rating is because when the box arrived it smelled very strongly of moth balls. When opened, the contents of the box absolutely reeked and I had to set it outside.

After several days and no significant smell difference, I opened all the packaged kits, placed the parts in a paper bag and sprayed them with Febreeze. They are finally to the point now where I can use them as a Halloween craft for a group of girls I work with.

I’m really glad I ordered early! I’m not sure why foam pieces in plastic bags had to be packed in mothballs. It was an unpleasant situation to deal with.

I purchased this item to make with my daughters 3rd grade class. It was easy for the kids to put together. However, 3 of the individual kits did not have all the pieces needed to make the craft. Fortunately I had more sets on hand in the classroom to fix it, but now I have 3 incomplete kits though! The reason I rated the quality as average is because some of the kids ripped the stickers used to connect the pieces clear off very easily.

We then had to use glue to assemble them. Overall the kids really enjoyed it, it was super easy but I would not purchase it again.

Pretty as is, but I want it to be decorated during the day when the lights are off, so I went to the store and bought miniature black cat-faced purple lights. I removed the white lights and replaced with the cat-faced lights.

Now it’s as perfect as it could possibly be.

Cute but disappointed. It doesn’t light up very bright and doesn’t have a timer. I didn’t realize it takes button batteries. Button batteries and no timer are two reasons not to buy. Once the batteries die out, I’ll use this on one of my trays unlit.

I bought this to match my candy corn theme. Perfect!!!! Looks exactly like the picture if not better. Great size and vibrant colors.

This was a great Halloween door cover but would not stay on. I tried heavy duty double sided tape, packaging tape but still would not stay on the cover. I finally went with command hook strips.

This is the cutest Gnome Witch, her hat lights up, shines different colors. She is just too cute to put out just for Halloween, I plan on keeping her out all year around. Very handy on and off switch on the bottom, so you don’t always have to have the light on.

Perfect height to go on the counter. Lights up nicely and then flashes. Kids love it. I also bought the other matching Gnome.

I have enjoyed every one of the door decorations like this little guy. They are so colorful and hold up well to being outdoor.

If you’re looking for a fuller & bigger wreath, this isn’t it. It’s ok, I feel like it’s not too durable. It feels like it could fall apart easily.

Looks like a $50. Wreath in a pricey boutique. Collections should take note and offer more of these

I LOVE OT’s HALLOWEEN ITEMS! This is just a thin piece of plastic that we hung in the window. Turned the light on in the room and went to look at it outside. OMGoblins! It is really spooky. Neighbors asked me to tone it down.

I put this up as a window covering for the window next to my front steps – hoping to add to the eeeeeek factor for trick-or-treaters. Oh my god, it looks amazing! Perfect size to cover a window. and with a bit of back-lighting, it looks soooo good.

Absolutley love this door cover. I did take it back to the store however since this theme is a bit bloody for my neighborhood. I heard people call the police on you if you frighten children on Halloween with fake blood.

Love my door banner! It took less than a minute to put on my door and adjust it just right. It’s that easy! The banner is made from quality material with a nice bright peanuts scene. It stands out from far away and cars and passers by can easily see the Peanuts Great Pumpkin scene and often slow down to look at it.

At first I thought it seemed a steep price for a door banner but once I opened the packaging I quickly realized it was worth every penny. This banner will last for years and years. I also love the back side of the door which has another neat scene with Snoopy and Woodstock.

I plan on swapping It to my storm door on Halloween night because it will be super cute when I open the door for trick or treaters to see both sides. Highly recommendable purchase.

I purchased this for my daughter for her door for Halloween. We both loved it. It’s sturdy, heavy enough to not blow in the wind (even though it’s on a covered porch), bright in color and will make a friendly greeting to younger trick-or-treaters.

It can be used for years to come.

This patriotic welcome door decoration was my first. Now I want to purchase other seasonal door decorations. The colors are vibrant, and it is of excellent quality materials and workmanship. It is not just a pretty hanging picture for your door.

It is a 3-dimensional creative work of art, and so reasonably priced! I hope that this company will come out with more selections as time goes on. This patriotic door decoration can be used not only for Independence Day, but also for Flag Day, Memorial Day, Veteran’s Day, etc.

I have tried to put wreathes on my door before, but they got blasted by the sun and cooked in between my storm door and front door to the point where the hot glue would re-melt. This is a great looking solution! The only issue i had was the twine bow was glued on and came off with the heat, but I easily stitched that back on and it it hanging on with no issues now.

If you love all things CAT then this is for you! It is so much harder now a days to find fiber optic decorations so I jumped on this when I saw it. I prefer decorations that aren’t battery operated but these lights work great and the colors are vibrant!! It’s size is substantial so it will be perfect for front doors.

The picture does not do it justice. Cat is very attractive. I love the grapevine design and it is slightly larger than I expected, perfect for my front door. I am so glad I ordered it. Craftmanship seems to be of good quality.

I live in a senior community and one of the things that everyone does is always decorate their door for the holidays any holiday. I’m so excited to put my cat up for Halloween and October. It’s going to be absolutely awesome.

Over all it’s great, looks good and am happy with it on my porch for display. Purchased online, shipped in small package and DOES requires assembly. Photo in review. Includes 6 screws for securing two parts of the sign together for display.

Will need Phillips head screw driver, at minimum to assemble. Hinges to secure are attached to top section of sign for easy rotation when ready to connect to bottom part of sign. Holes are predrilled in wood hinges (not sure what to call them), but no predrilled holes or marks for bottom part of sign.

Alignment was easy but difficult to get screws started. I assemble in 10 mins with Phillips head screwdriver, elbow grease and some choice words. You can hang or sit sign upright. Bottom part has the stand prop with hinge and string for upright floor display.

Top part has regular wall mount for hanging.

I bought this on 8. 30. 21. It was around a couple dollars more than what’s listed right now. I remember other places pricing it a lot higher than Michaels. It’s true that the lights are dim even with fresh batteries.

It’s really well made, the colors aren’t cartoonish and I like it. I keep it up all year round in one of the bedrooms I have decorated in a fortune teller style.

Very cute item. Looks great next to my door but putting it together was not good. They give you screws that don’t go through far enough to hold so found longer ones but after trying the first ones it just cracked the wood holding it together.

Barely holding together for now but will fix myself. Hope they come up with a better way of getting it together. Would recommend but with warning to find a different way of joining the pieces.

They are difficult to remove from glass but look good. They helped set the mood for Halloween bash. Plenty of sizes provided and looked great as a ‘flock’ of bats streaming across the wall.

Super cute, but the largest one is approximately 5 inches, so they are smaller than I expected.

Could only use them one year. They didn’t peel off well.

I love this rug! I’ve had it inside my apt by the door for a year now, and the design is still clear as the day I bought it. I’ve been able to sweep and vacuum it (I have a husky so there’s always hair everywhere!).
