Best Disney Infinity Toy Boxes (2024 Updated)

This toy box looks cool. But assembly was a major issue. One of the screws that came was stripped. Another screws thread was completely messed up at the end so bad I had to file it off. It is finally all put together after almost all day trying to get it to work.

The packaging when opened had some dirt up in the foam pieces along with a nice chunk of grass that fell out. Making me believe this was returned once already.

This box took about an hour to assemble alone. Instructions were somewhat easy, but wooden parts are not labeled as noted in instructions. If you have big hands, screws are small, so they are hard to handle during assembly.

The box was plenty sturdy and heavy, but is much too small for a toy box unless you only have a few small toys. At 14. 50 x 23. 50 x 21. 50 inches it is just under 2 ft. long, not really big enough for many larger toys or stuffed animals.

It may be ok for smaller kids with very few toys. This is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. The decals are cute and attractive, and it makes a great seat or a table top to play board games on.

for the love of god if you buy this, use your own hardware. the hinge is absolute garbage, the screws strip before you can get them screwed even halfway in. I ended up stuck with the hinge bent, and screws half way in and too stripped to get out and use proper screws with.

we now have no hinge as the only way I could make it safe for my children was to busy it off completely, and one of the screw’s head broke off instead so we have a piece of sharp metal sticking it that I can not remove.

I’ve bought full shelf sets for half the money that held up and had HARDware, not junk in the box. will never buy this brand again, and do not recommend. also it’s tiny, it fits like maybe ten things in it.

My daughter loves it. However, I am not a fan of the lid arm. The arm doesn’t hold the lid open so it just falls to then slowly close 4 inches above the rim. Then it still not close completely with a 1/2 inches open gap, so it isn’t completely shut.

Which is a hazard when you have 2 little ones because when one child pushes down and the other has their fingers in the box, someone gets their fingers smashed. The decal is easily scratched. There is already a scratch on the front decal.

This is very nice quality and super cute, I had another fabric storage container that had the same dimensions but this fits less inside, I think because of how the sides are put together the inside is a bit smaller.

But overall this is nice.

Easy to put together until I came across the instructions on how to attach the spring. Caution: two people are better equipped for this portion because it is VERY time consuming. The angle has to be aligned with the screws and one person should hold it in place while the other secures the spring in place.

It would’ve been nice to have this information before I took it out of the box and began setting up by myself. However, after the setup, the box turned out beautiful; it holds quite a bit of contents, and is very sturdy.

Easy to put together. Heavy duty materials; made to last. Safety hinge to prevent lid from slamming on little fingers. Beautifully made. Not as large as I thought it would be, but my fault for not paying attention to dimensions before ordering.

But, now that I have it I realize it is the perfect size for my granddaughter. She will be able to reach into it and not need assistance to retrieve any of her toys.

I put this together last night for my grandson. Very easy to assemble. It will be plenty storage for his Disney Cars toys. He is going to love it. He is average height for an almost 3 yr old and he will be able to reach the top totes fine without taking them down.

It is perfect for toddlers.

This is really cute, however, a little smaller than i expected. If your just looking for something to store little things like cars and balls, its great, doesnt really hold bigger toys. Easy to put together and good size for a toddler/babys room.

Happy with product! It is small and doesn’t hold a ton of toys but is just what i was looking for space wise and price wise its the size i was expecting. I also like that my 2 year old can reach the top row without having to drag over and stand on a stool.

This is a really good fun little game, or set of games. But you should be aware that it is different from Disney Infinity on the xbox or playstation etc. My son was a bit disappointed as he had played it before on his friend’s xbox, really enjoyed it, and so asked for it for Christmas.

I decided to go for the 3ds version instead as he hasn’t got many games for his 3ds. The 3ds version plays a bit like the board game on Wii Party but with more boards that open up as you complete boards.

You can also play the mini games seperately. I played it to try and get my son interested and really enjoyed it, although sometimes I haven’t been sure why I won a game! He still isn’t that interested however and would rather have the xbox version, but that is probably more to do with his stubborn personality!! All in all a fun game.

Great classic from the original Wii. Sure, it came bundled in some retail stores as the Wii Play bundle, but that doesn’t make the games it does offer any less entertaining. My girlfriend and I have our Wii U attached to a 720P projector displaying on a 120″ screen, so the more involving Wii games are pretty intense.

With this game, however, since nothing really requires major movements, we play more for the experience. We like all the minigames and their challenges, but most notable to us are the neon air-hockey type game, the duck hunt clone, the tank game, and the 9-Ball game.

– Neon hockey on a projector screen that takes up almost the entire wall of your condo’s living room is super intense at night. Watching the puck go back and forth across the wall is an experience I can best describe as hypnotising.

It’s a game that’s great with friends, and even more awesome when there’s substances involved (alcohol, etc). – Duck hunt. it’s duck hunt with two players. Think about it. You always wanted it when you were a kid.

It’s fantastic, just as good as you had hoped. – Tank game – cute little war game between you and your ally, and the enemy. Enemies get progressively better weapons/faster/smarter. see how many you can kill before you both die (single player has lives, 2-player is round-based survival.

if you both die in a single round, it’s game over) – 9-Ball. this is probably the best game for teaching someone the basics on playing 9-Ball. My girlfriend and I used to go play pool together, and she’s really not that creat.

I can tell her all day long what to look for and how to judge angles and distance, but I can’t see through her eyes to tell her if she’s looking at what I’m telling her. With this game, we’re both looking at the same thing, we can envision the angles, we work on stroke, power, and english.

This is the pool equivalent of Wii Sports’ bowling. They really should be bundled together on a single disc, along with a pinball game for that true bowling alley feel. Hah! Seriously though, 9-Ball on this game rocks! There’s some other games, which are all pretty fun, like this puzzle-bubble game.

Basically, your Mii has to take the shape of the silhouette in the bubble. The interesting thing is that there are three shapes, and it requires you to ROTATE your Wiimote. This is one of the only games I’ve seen that takes advantage of the accelerometer in such a way to sense if you’re holding it rightside-up or upside-down.

You have to not only get your character in the right shape, and then position them over the bubble, but you have to have them oriented the right direction by rotating. Couple that with a 2nd player, and a progressively more abundant downpour of bubbles, and you have a fast-paced frenzy that’s fantastically frantic fun! There’s a fishing game; it’s fun.

Could be more to it, but it’s timed. The timer takes away from the game for me, because I actually like to take my time fishing, not with a timer. Table Tennis is fun, albeit awkward for the person on the far side of the table.

It’s hard to judge distance of the ball when you’re on the opposite end, so you miss occasionally. There’s a racing-type game with a timer that guarantees you’ll never cross a finish line Those are the ones I can remember.

I think I missed two or three. They were all fun, but the ones above are the most notable. If you’re looking for a fun Wii Game, get it for under $10, it’s well worth the money!.

First of all I bought this game for the wii first. It’s controls were harder to use and the wii version also can not be updated as new things are released. I returned that 1 (the wii version) and bought this 1 for Xbox 360.

The controls on this one are much better, easier to use and best of all this version can get the updates. My son who is 10 plays this game along with his friends (some of which are as young as 5). They all love this game and it’s easy enough for all ages to play but there are also parts that make it more challenging for older kids and adults.

Both my husband and I play this as well. We have also bought the skylanders game and this infinity game is much better and much more fun. It has way more levels and things to do and each different figure (mater, sulley, Captain Jack sparrow, ect) have their own world’s and games and unlock more game play.

The skylanders game was all the same and nothing ever changed. Don’t waste your money on the skylanders buy this infinity game instead. Another thing I would like to point out that in order to play multi player online with the Xbox you will need and hdmi cable.

You can not play multi player without it. But trust me it’s worth it. The graphics are amazing in hdmi. You also will need an Xbox live account. It comes with a 7 day free trial of Xbox live but you will need to get a regular membership to keep playing and getting all the updates.

* I can’t wait for more figures to be Released this game is wonderful and has so much potential to grow and be a great game for a long time.

Disney Infinity 2. 0 has 3 great playsets available for it all which are Marvel based; The Avengers (comes with the starter pack), Ultimate Spider-Man, and Guardians of the Galaxy all of which are fun to play through.

The Disney Infinity 2. 0 starter pack comes with 3 figures; Thor, Iron Man and Black Widow, 2 powerdisc games, The Avengers playset piece and of course the game disc and power base. The figures included are nice looking (though not as detailed as other 2.

0 figures especially the later ones) and in-game are fun to play with and level-up. The Avengers game is fun to play through and explore and unlocking other characters extends the gameplay more. The 2 powerdisc games included are fun to play through as well.

The 2. 0 Toy Box is much more advanced than what was in Disney Infinity 1. 0 Edition and thus further extends creativity and design for custom Toy Boxes. Whether you’re a Marvel fanatic or not and even if Disney Infinity 3.

0 has the best Toy Box mode, the Marvel based playsets available for this alone make this worth owning. Great for ALL ages child through adult. Highly recommended.

As a Wii U owner, I couldn’t say no when my sister asked to play this game on my system. The Marvel edition comes with a story mode that you can play with Avengers characters and two characters (including Rocket) from the other versions if you unlock them in game.

The base comes with all the Avengers characters. When you play, you place them on the base, which connects via USB. You also get discs that can power up your characters or, in the toy box, customize.

The discs can be purchased on their own; although, they also come with the base set and extra characters. However, the base is a bit finicky. Once you die, a partner can revive you or can you swap to another character.

If all your Avengers die, you have to wait until their regenerate, which is a bummer. Of course, you can buy other characters, which you can play in the toy box that you build into your own custom locale, similar to Minecraft.

My sister enjoys the toy box for its open endedness, but I am a bigger fan of the plot, which pits the Avengers against Loki and the Frost Giants in NYC. The blue sparkles you earn in story mode allow you to unlock extra items in toy box, however, so you’ll definitely need to play both.

The story mode is quite enjoyable because there are extra quests based on the character you play. Each character comes with different skills that are appropriate for their back story. I especially like playing as Thor, which has allowed me to level him up more than any other character.

This version is great for comic book fans! Disney Infinity might be marketed toward kids, but it’s definitely fun for adults. I would figure out what game and characters you want because you can easily spend hundreds of dollars thanks to the marketing scheme, however.

we purchased both the Disney originals and Marvel starter kits during a great on-line promotion. (I did a little home work, and determined that these sets are compatible and interchangeable with one-another, so you can mix and match characters and still play together) We had a brief chance to play with them Christmas morning before we had to get ready to go visit family.

During that time, both my daughters were playing and we had to pry them away from the TV. Granted, we had maybe an hour to be exposed to this, but during that time it’s very obvious that the scope and scale of what can be done in these worlds appears to be nearly endless.

The game play is very kid friendly, the graphics are nicely done, the in-game characters look like the toys, and there are ton of things to do, both in the game “worlds” and in the “Sand box”. We also purchased some random power disks sets, and each of these add additional features to the game and to the characters.

Being a fan of both Marvel and Disney, I’m glad we have this and can’t wait to play with the kids. It looks like you can swap figures and power disks at any time during the game, so you can mix and match combinations and see what happens, which invites creativity and experimentation.

One of the disks gave the characters flying carpets that they could fly around the world in, other ones added vehicles that they could drive around in. Very cool stuff!.

Lot’s of interesting games with a good script and Narrator Sorcerer. The Easy level is the first truly easy level I have played in the Infinity series which most younger children should be able to play.

Pretty much all infinity characters work in it. Is for 3. 0 Infinity series disc play. The worlds are visually appealing. The guide to objectives very clear. Some of the puzzling for collecting items takes some thinking as to how to get to hidden objectives but they are not unobtainable if after winning the level one is willing to walk their character around to find things.

I did find having a flying character helps with the more difficult jump areas to just fly the characters forwards and skip picking up capsules. Iron man worked well for flying around as I am not good at timed jumping so for younger less skilled gamers be sure you have a flying character to place in when you have a difficult area to cross as to jumping on platforms that are timed to appear and disappear.

I found this section to be one of the better sections of the Infinity Series for me as I am not an extremely great gamer but enjoy puzzles greatly. It is quite a puzzle section to find collectibles. For those who are into skill and gaming the platform jumping has several levels of difficulty.

Not much of a value for the average price. Wish we had preordered to get it for free. Cute story, but just not worth the money. Graphics are as good as other infinity playsets but the levels repeat (same layouts that rotate for the hero destroyer).

Doesn’t take long to complete the story line and although there are things left to unlock (like side kicks by playing the hero destroyer over and over) the repetition gets really boring. If you like destroying enemies then you might like it, we prefer missions and finding things.

Toybox Takeover is the expansion for Infinity 3. 0 and will let you use all figures from 1. 0, 2. 0, and 3. 0 (except the Cars) to help you level them up. Has a story line and everything. Great replay value as well.

Ties Star Wars, Marvel, and Disney together. Excellent idea!!!.

Initially I was confused if to buy Infinity 3. 0 or 2. 0 because of the major price difference. I went ahead and bought this. I have played many games on my xbox one and specially love playing with my kinect and so I had a lot of expectation with the Disney infinity games due to the hype and the fact that it is by Disney.

But I was not that happy. Though the games are fun and everything but it is a little too childish for me. The graphics are fine if you think of kids games but I read so many reviews about this game and assumed it to be hours of unlimited fun.

It did get a little monotonous for me. I am glad though that I did not spend double and go for Infinity 3. 0 as I am still trying to get in to the zone of playing this. I will say one thing though that the physical toys and characters are very well made with a lot of details and they look like collectibles in themself.

But Disney has kept their prices a little high. I would have been happier to play this if the characters were slashed down by 50% of the cost.

For those of you who are hesitant, I would definitely take the plunge. Disney Infinity, in any version, is amazing. My daughter loves it. She can spend hours building in the toy box and the preloaded games/toy box worlds are so much fun! They’re a great bonus.

It’s true that the extras such as characters and power discs can get expensive but they’re beautifully done and it’s great to see them come to life. If there’s a specific character that your kid likes, I’d definitely splurge on it.

Otherwise the characters included in the starter set are still fun. Another note would be that having two characters from a specific movie/show will allow for more game play by opening up a particular stage/level that only they can play in.

This gives you a lot more options and really makes the game worth it.

This is a fun add on for the Disney Infinite game. My only problem is you don’t have the option to only have the players race each other. You have to race with CPU run characters. For me its not my bad but my younger son just finds it annoying.

This is a great expansion for your toybox, it allows to have new games with your existing characters, so you can enjoy more.

Certain rewards only can be earned through this game, so my kids wanted it. They have played it non stop.

Upon first impression, the game certainly seems boring and monotonous, but once you enter the realm and explore it, such impression will disappear, replaced into something that’s not only fun, but also challenging.

Aside from its colorful environment, this game also has something else to offer, such as training our reflexes, a little brain-twisting with demands of well-timed coordination and cooperation, and testing our eagle-eye and our accuracy in decision making.

This game is highly recommended to be played to as holiday recreation or just as weekend relaxation, since this game can be played by the whole family or with your neighbor. Gameplay 8/10 Graphic 7/10 Difficulty 7/10 Sound 7/10.

Toy Story 3 actually manages to appeal to all ages. While the main story missions are primarily third-person platform stages with the occasional on-rails shooter section thrown in for good measure. checkpoints are plentiful and you restart with full health and any collectibles you may have picked up.

the game actually has the some of the real voice talents in the game and the toys and environment make you feel like you are there. It’s comprised of eight different levels. Toy Box mode extends what is no more than a three to four-hour story mode into a game you can continue playing for much longer.

this is one of the better movie game titles to play. great game for all ages.

I bought the game for my 4 year old and I ended up playing it a lot too. Fun little game but I don’t see an end to it. I haven’t completed everything yet but it seems like once you complete all the tasks and levels it just goes on and on until you just get tired of it.

Overall, it’s a good game for my little boy to play. No gory violence which is good.

My son loves Mickey Mouse and needed a toy box. When I saw this one I had to order it for him. It’s a decent size and it’s amazing quality, very sturdy and the pictures on it are perfectly clear and absolutely adorable.

Very easy to build. The price, is a decent price point for what you get. My favorite part about this toy box is that your toddler can’t close their fingers in the cover ! I highly recommend!! It’s worth every penny.

Amazing quality and a happy toddler.

I love this toy box and so does my 2 year old daughter! She loves that it has all the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Characters on it and how easy it is to open and close without pinching her fingers like some other toy boxes have.

I love how easy it was to assemble (the hinge is a bit of a pain to get on there) and how sturdy it is. It has survived my daughter climbing on it, sitting on it, and trying to climb in it. It lost a star because of the difficult hinge installation and because it’s not quite big enough to hold all the toys, however, I would highly recommended this toy box to anyone with a child who loves Mickey Mouse and doesn’t need an extremely large toy box.

This new game adds the atmosphere of Star Wars, as well as many of its most iconic characters. Last year we found a second installment of Disney Infinity that brought us the inclusion of Marvel superheroes, but at the moment of truth it did so in a somewhat poor way in terms of playability and with a Starter Pack (the basic starter pack) whose campaign left much to be desired.

However, with Disney Infinity 3. 0, the inclusion of the Star Wars universe has been taken advantage of and the campaign that the Starter Pack brings is quite good. Disney Infinity has been offering a very childish style, especially recommended for children, but even so this time the campaign has more interest (within its extreme simplicity).

It has a suitable number of secondary missions apart from the main story, races, the possibility of riding a ship and playing small parts in space. As I said, it continues to be a very childish and simple title, but the Star Wars setting has been used and offers a pleasant and light fun that is even more enjoyable in company.

We already had the original Infinity and 2. 0 starter packs on Xbox 360 and the software for 3. 0 but arguments amongst siblings tend to get intense when someone plays with someone else’s character because ‘you didn’t ask me if you could play with.

‘ you get the picture. My PS3 was gathering dust so we decided, for household peace and our sanity, to buy this starter pack. Unfortunately neither of the portals we had were compatible with the PS3 so we got the full works with this set.

Graphics and game play are good. Characters ‘teleport’ in when placed on the portal and can interact with each other and the environment. The crystal unlocks the story mode, which is compelling and kept the kids attention.

Toy box mode lets you create custom environments and you can mix and match characters. So a face-off between Darth Vader and Iron Man or Kylo Ren teaming up with Tinkerbell are just some of the infinite possibilites you or your child can create.

I’ve only played for about 15 minutes to set up the game for my kids but the controls are smooth and there’s no lag. My only gripe is the menu layout which can be confusing at first but this doesnt detract form the game in any way.

If you’re looking for a good kid-friendly game, this is it.

The Star Wars Infinity 3. 0 starter pack was a gift for our kids ranging from 5-15. This has far and away gotten the most use of any Christmas gifts. This is our first infinity purchase. It is not a perfect system, the graphics are not perfect, there are occasional flaws in the video angels, but there are lots of positives.

The system has a wide range of possibilities to add on to the system. Without any other characters initially the kids still had lots of fun. They enjoyed the expanded downloads and have spent a great deal of time playing through them.

The game story line is simple enough for my 5 year old on the right setting. It can be challenging enough if bumped up for more experienced gamers. One downside is it can be fairly short if you don’t try to accomplish all the missions and just work straight through the story.

This can be great if you have realistic expectations: It is not high end gaming, it is not designed to be. It is fun and being able to add in other characters can make it more fun. This can be a downside because you can start dumping money into other characters.

I give if 5 stars because I bought it on sale for about half the list price and considering the cost we have got much more play time per dollar than any other toy for Christmas.

Packaged well and as described. I bought this for my 4 yr old as she loves frozen, 2 figures and 2 discs were inside, I bought these for our Xbox 360 Disney infinity platform. They work perfect. I also bought the expander speedway crystal seperate and they play perfect with that too.

All in all a great buy. We all had great fun playing these characters and seeing what they do. Anna throws ice and snowballs and Elsa has a spade and a grappling hook. I highly recommend this product it’s great value for the price.

I have absolutely no idea what these are for but they are great quality and very well detailed. To me it’s another couple of toy figures for the kids play with, I believe they actually form part of a larger game but in all honesty these will just get thrown about with the rest of the toy figures and let the kids use their own imagination.

Really great detail though, would definitely recommend.

I used them as cake toppers as ‘proper’ cake toppers were more expensive and didn’t look like the characters. They are now used as figures which he loves. No idea what they are actually supposed to do.

Oh and I compared the price and these were the cheapest!.

Compared to the first 2 Star wars games and other Di play sets I found this one to be kind of boring. It was far too easy and I finished the game in a day and half. Not much in the way of re-playing the game.

I really like most of all the other DI games and found this to be a disappointment.

Walmart has the cheapest prices on Disney infinity games and figures right now for about 50% or more off on all Disney infinity items. I got this for Christmas but would have payed for it. I’m going to be stocking up on figures and playsets soon at these prices.

I bought this for my grandson for Christmas and he loves it. He had to have parental help to set it up, but he is 6 so guess what? He LOVES to play with this and so does his dad.

Our son likes the look of the bag, but it’s not practical for carrying the figures. The bag has capacity to fit the characters; however, they are not secured. There are three rows. and the characters are loosely bouncing around within the row.

It could have been designed better. Aside from the Disney promotion on the outside, you might as well throw your gear in a duffle bag.

This is a great item to store all of your Disney Infinity characters and platform in. Plenty of room and also love the strap to carry them around. Seems very sturdy and made well. Best case for storing lots of figures.

The other cases I looked at were small. Great buy/ definitely recommend!.

I got this case just for the fact that my family is collecting the figurines at a fast rate. We needed something that was easy to take out and put away all the figurines. We love it. It is also nice that we don’t have to take the base in and out of the case.

We just leave it in there to play and fold it all up when we are done. So glad I got it.

My daughter LOVES the movie Frozen. We bought the DVD from Target, because the price was so good. When she heard it was Disney Infinity figures, she had to have them! The figures are excellent & she tells me that it is excellent in the game.

Anna has a frying pan she throws at enemies & Elsa has a grappling hook; but there is NO Frozen World. Overall, very happy with purchase! I bought this D. I. figures from Walmart; the price was much cheaper than Target.

My granddaughter loves this set. She is the biggest Elsa Ana fan ever. As soon as she opened it, she squealed with excitement. The dolls are well made and have made it through lots of 3 year old adventures.

We were lucky to get one of these as they were hard to find in my area.

I got this for my 6 yr old daughter. She was just as excited as I was, but it turns out this is a toy box set. I didn’t know the difference between toy box and play set box. I was looking forward to play their adventures like The Incredibles, Monsters University, and Pirates.

Overall the figurines are so beautiful. Al least now I know what to look for as far as the disney infinity characters.

My family and I had a fun time playing through Twilight of the Republic and figured this one would be just as good. Unfortunately, it’s not. The characters are not as fun to play, the main storyline missions are pretty thin and downright difficult to navigate for my young kids especially.

It’s not uncommon to be wandering around wondering what you are supposed to be doing at any given point. I wanted it to be a blast, but I’m finding it hard to motivate myself to keep playing this one.

This is coming from an obsessive video-game junkie, too. Bummer. My advice? Pick this one up when it goes on clearance.

Bought it for the grandkids and I’m going through each scenario so I can be competitive. Entertaining and challenging and loaded with features that will last for years. All the sets are being discounted so now is the time to get some real bargains.

Plus the figures and done so well that they’re worth the price in themselves.

Love this product and love the Star Wars franchise. Star Wars RATE play set gives my Disney Infinity 3. 0 experience more depth and enrichment by adding the “New Hope”, ” Empire”, and “Return of the Jedi” trilogy to the already epic chronicles envisioned episodes 1-3 and the “Force Awakens! Recommend this play set for the fanatics and novice!.
