Best Digital Planners For Ipad (2024 Updated)

I find the 10X planner keeps me focused in “retirement”. My daughter got me hooked with her planner in her sales job. Since leaving the “main” job, I have been able to grow my investments, earn a Retirement Income Certified Planned (RICP), Life and Health license certifications, work at tax prep company in tax season and become a top tax pro (#5), take Spanish at the local community college, and stay in shape at the gym.

I am currently working on an Enrolled Agent certification. The key has been setting goals and then focusing on them on a daily basis. Sometimes I’ve learned what not to do. For example I used to drive for a car rental company and learned that the low pay and time consumed on something not helping me reach my goals was not worth it.

So I stopped doing it! I’ve been filling these journals for the last five years and it’s been well worth it!.

I started using the 10X Planner last week alongside reading The 10X Rule, and I’ve already began to see a shift in the actions that I take. I used to sit around, thinking about what I should do next for hours on end.

Now, I KNOW what I’m going to do next, so I take action on it! Writing my goals daily is great for reminding me why I started my entrepreneurial journey in the solar industry, and it keeps me fired up throughout the day, while giving me something to visualize on as I go to sleep at night.

Writing out my targets for the day gives me something to measure, and while I may not always hit them like I want to, it just tells me I need to up my level of action. Thanks for creating this planner Grant, you’re helping me change my life!.

The 10X planner has helped me to stay more organized than my desk planner. It is a imperative to have your goal in front of you all day. I use my planner in the evening to document my successes, journal my goals and plan my next day.

The next morning I journal my goals and fill in my targets. I really love this concept. I also like that each chunk of day is broken down into 3 hour increments to help me stay on track and when I have a completed a 3 hour block I can make a note if I won that block or what I had to learn from not winning that block.

Feb 2020 impacted me in two ways that took my purpose away. I work in Health care and before Covid was labeled Covid we were (feeling) the ramp up. At the same moment I received the news that my father’s cancer had returned and even though we knew it was just a matter of time it didn’t hurt any less.

While I was standing side by side with the others fighting to help those infected with Covid I was also holding my head up trying to just keep moving. Jump forward Covid kept coming in bigger waves and Dad’s illness hit him fast and furious! He was rushed to another hospital and even though understood the visitor restrictions because we were under the same restrictions it was heart wrenching.

I kept moving forward not for me but for my work family and my family because that is what my father would of wanted. We finally got him released to come home and with in a few days he had past. I was there when he took his last breath at 2am and I still wake up at that hour and feel those emotions even today.

I’m sure it is obvious by this little snap shot that I have been lacking peace and purpose since that day. So in a desperate attempt to find myself again I ordered the planner. It was going to take a while to receive so during the waiting time I set a goal to listen to 100 focus on this pod casts before the planner arrived.

I not only achieved that goal but I continue to listen to that pod cast and the Lead to win pod casts. This has completely reset my mindset and has helped me find my purpose and the planner has helped my team because I have leveraged it to support my team.

So I know this isn’t a typical review but I wanted you to know how it has changed my life! Thank you.

I have used pretty much every paper planning system out there (Half-letter disc bound with inserts from Cloth & Paper and Etsy shops, Filofax 6-ring in every size, 7×9 coil planners from Erin Condren and MakseLife, all of the Hobonichi planners, travelers notebooks, bullet journal, etc.

). I purchased this Full Focus Bold Coil planner to use as my M-F work planner. My 3 basic requirements for a work planner: 1) must not take up too much room on my desk or in my bag 2) must have a daily schedule in 30-minute increments 3) must have a place to capture daily notes and tasks.

In addition to this planner meeting those requirements, here are my other pros, then some cons: PROS – White paper – Integrated goal system with habit trackers – Monday start weeks and months – Undated – Project list – Rituals view – Rolling quarters view – Day on two pages (really like having the daily notes page) – Narrow rule – Weekly preview pages – concept great, but see the Cons – Blank notes pages at the end – Back pocket CONS – Too much extraneous text.

For example, I wish it just said “Daily Big 3” instead of “Daily Big 3 – List your three most important tasks. ” – Weekly Preview missing from the first week (this makes no sense and was disappointing) – Weekly Preview missing notes section – I need a blank space to note some reminders that I may add in advance – Week overview page has days of the week centered – ugh – I want them left justified for aesthetics and so I can draw a line in the middle and create two sections in each day – Design of the Daily Big 3 – wish it was simply a set of lines – not the circles and lines.

– Colored blocks on monthly layout where the date is supposed to go – really not a fan of the way this looks and it gets in my way when I want to use transparent colored dots over the dates to signify certain things.

Also, they seem huge. – Choice of brown accent color. maybe it is supposed to be gold, but it looks more brownish or sepia. This accent color plus the colored date blocks in the month layout is an unfortunate combination and the month pages are my least favorite in the book.

– Monday-Sunday instead of Monday-Friday. I wish the Saturday pages were removed (would make the book thinner and easier to write in), the Sunday pages were blank dot grid or lined notes pages, and the monthly layout was M-F, leaving more space for each day.

I have found that there are no planners targeting a M-F work week exclusively and this is a huge gap in the marketplace and planner community, in my opinion. The good thing about the Full Focus planner is that the week overview splits Saturday and Sunday so more space is available for M-F.

I really like this planner! It provides a great, guided way to keep on track for my goals (work and personal). My biggest complaints with it come down to the actual physical planner itself rather than its contents.

I got the coil version and while the coil is nice, it does get in the way when writing too close to the center of the planner. This can make using parts of the planner a little frustrating. Additionally, I like using colored pens to color-code my days.

Ballpoints work just fine, but I have a preference for the Uniball vision gel pens and they definitely bleed. The paper feels nice, and it holds up to ballpoint pens fine, but gel pens are out. I’m only frustrated by that because I moved to this planner from a cheap one I picked up at a discount store, and the paper quality in my former cheap planner was much nicer than in this planner (that cost 4x the price).

Overall, the contents of the planner do make up for the physical flaws and I really enjoy it. I will likely continue to use it. I do hope to see some quality improvements in the future, though.

This is the 9th year in a row that I’ve purchased this particular calendar. I love that it features a whole page for Monday – Friday. Saturday & Sunday share a page. There is enough room on each page to capture everything in “my Bible” including office visit notes from doctor visits, business cards, reminders on when to send birthday cards, when I made charge card payments, etc.

— in addition to the normal stuff one would write on a calender. It’s amazing how often I refer back to these calendars when doing my taxes, when writing my Christmas letter, when someone needs to know on what date something happened and even now when I’m writing a book and need to refresh my memory on the details of a specific activity on a specific date.

This is an expensive calendar but since I use it every day to organize my life, I would be completely lost without it so plan to buy this calendar annually until I die. For me, it’s a 2 thumbs up calendar and I highly recommend it.

I find using this particular paper calendar is a lot more efficient than using an electronic calendar and not only can I capture so much more, but I can quickly and easily locate the info.

Twenty-five years of my depend-ability is why I love it. No tiny, compressed typing on a cell hurriedly resulting in no time / place to Enter addendums. No mental details clutter. No missed appts, birthdays, anniversaries when to get appropriate gifts.

No worries I’ll Forget something. No missed payments AND Space for reminders for next year in back a handsome, discreet black or winestone cover in case Mr. Dependable takes it to a meeting. Otherwise, this life-saver rides the corner of My desk at home, now that I’m retired, where It continues to help me impress people easily with how sharp my memory is and relaxed I Still appear to be despite aging memory loss.

But that’s No Problem. I know I’ll continue to purchase a planner for 2024 and on because there is also a timely reminder to order the next one in each planner every year, as well.

So pleased, this planner has everything I need at my fingertips. I’m able to jot down daily lesson notes on my planner and flip right back to them quickly with the tabs. Very happy with the way this planner was designed.

Has spacious lines that I can write in and read later. Very colorful planner, I can organize my lesson and keep very organized with this.

Needed a notebook to keep track of my monthly bills and budget. I don’t like any that are made specific for bills/budgets so this one worked perfectly. I like the strap to keep it closed. Just wish there was a bookmarked ribbon so I don’t have to page through to find a certain page.

This is the only planner that i need. Love the pockets in the back and the colored book markers. The calendar is a nice touch.

Very well made planner. But will return because I was looking for a notebook, this is more of a planner.

I have used Blue Sky weekly/monthly planners for years, but this particular version is disappointing in its design features and coloring. The edge design on each page reduces the space to write. The bright pink color strips separating daily comments is too bright or glaring- for me at least.

These comments relate strictly to the page ‘design’. The quality of the paper and construction of the the planner, I rate highly.

I’ve used the 5″ x 8″ Blue Sky academic calendars for many years and expected the 2021-2022 edition to be the same format as usual. Not! For some inexplicable reason they reduced the number of lines on the monthly spread – each day now only has 5 spaces (4 lines) to write entries, previous ones had 7 (6 lines) AND IT MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE to how much you can enter for each day.

The lines on the Daily pages have also been reduced from 10 to 8. Not pleased.

Like: Very sturdy heavy card-stock paper cover. Good-sized, but not too large. Spiral bound. Have large calendar-type two page spread and then additional pages with lined space for writing extra. Paper pages are also a thicker paper—not flimsy.

Each month has a clear-wrapped tab with month name; allowing quick finds. And the sharp bright cover. Dislikes: This is not really a dislike, but the extra pages for Contacts and Passwords were really not needs for me.

I got this in purple and it’s beautiful. My brain feels more organized and I love that it helps me to stay focused on my actual priorities (and, helpfully, limits how many priorities I can attempt to juggle).

This is now glued to my hip at all times. I do wish it had a built-in pen holder though, but that can be easily added after-market.

Overall it’s a great planner but not detailed enough for me. It falls short in that the executive size is just not enough room to write in. I ended up buying a regular Rocketbook and making my own templates so it can fit everything zi need.

It would be great for people less busy than me (with less than : active homeschooled kids!).

I always buy planners but I never use them for a long period of time. But the changed that. From the very first day of using it, I feel more productive. The planner has a calendar view, a weekly view and daily views.

The planner itself is a nice quality. I highly recommend this if you have to keep up with school, work, personal projects and goals. Also, one nice touch is there are four bookmark strings so u can easily flip to your current day/week/month.

I enjoyed the first binder I bought from them for planning. I decided to buy a second for organizing some notes. It would be nice if it was about 1/2 an inch to an inch wider. I am using a few custom pages for both binders and have them in plastic sleeves.

The tabs I put in the sides of the sleeves need to be pushed in to fit when it is zipped closed. As this is a modification from the original intention for the binder I thought it still deserved five stars.

Finally I was able to find a traditional day planner with a rugged Cordura nylon cover. Apparently everyone is using their cell phone, but I have used a day planner for decades. I like having a written record of what I have done.

It is foolproof and dependable, unlike digital devices. I am very satisfied with the Code Alpha planner.

This is the second year I’ve used the Rhodia calendar. In addition to the very detailed way to use the calendar to keep events in order, the overriding factor in choosing the Rhodia Calendar is that the paper is “fountain pen friendly”.

As a long time fountain pen user, I cherish any product that does not “bleed” through when using my fountain pen. The calendar is just the right size for everyday use, fits easily in a small carry bag, and has an elastic band to keep the calendar closed.

While the pages each has a “tear out” corner to allow quick access to the specific date page, I did make one modification that, to me, makes it even easier to go to the exact daily page to record events.

I added a red ribbon (taped to the inside of the back cover) that allows an even easier access to the current date page. What’s not to like, high quality product, fountain pen friendly, easy access to specific pages, and with the red ribbon added, it is the perfect planner!.

I have used these planners for my business for the last 3 years. Good size. Folds flat on my desk, which I like so I can see my week at a glance. I like how the days are broken by hours instead of just a large blank box; the hourly breakdown prevents jumbled entries.

The elastic strap seems a bit pointless, but if you like that sort of thing, it is well made and lasts all year without getting stretched out.

I love this planner! I have been using them for 5 straight years now and still can’t live without them. Its one of those products that if you lose it you don’t even hesitate to buy a new one immediately.

The size is perfect. One nice thing is that if you need to fold a sheet of letter size paper in half, you can tuck it in the notebook without any edges sticking out. So you can carry paperwork in a protected way.

The paper is very nice, it does well with fountain pens though I tend to use pencil most of the time.

It’s very (nearly) the same planner that I’ve been using. The only thing I found odd, was that it didn’t come with the clip in bookmark. I went back to the item description and no where does it say that it came with one.

I just found it odd that This specific design didn’t come with one. Not a huge deal, I’ll just transfer my old one to the new planner. but keep in mind that this specific design does not come with a “Today” clip in bookmark.

Pros: -Page quality is still stellar like always. -The daily space is large enough to keep up with my packed schedule -The front and back cover is durable enough to take a beating. In my backpack, this is guaranteed.

-Pages are durable and easily turn without ripping. -Month tabs are durable and do not rip the page. The cons: -only one is the lack of a new bookmark. (shrugs).

I normally get the At A Glance planner that has the days in columns, which I like better. However, this Weekly/Monthly Blue Sky planner is a great value if you are trying to save money. It still has the days of the week, but they are not in column format like At A Glance.

The Blue Sky has all the spots you need to enter info. into your calendar, but it’s just not as fancy as the At A Glance. I’d rather save money right now. The At A Glance planner is almost $30, whereas this Blue Sky planner was only $7.

50. (Last year, the At A Glance calendar only cost me $22)! So, I’m pleased with this Blue Sky purchase. This Blue Sky Very calendar was affordable, and I’m grateful they didn’t jack up the price from last year (like At A Glance did)!.

I bought this product for the 2022 year for my business. Very poorly designed no dates printed on any pages. I could used a legal pad instead for 90% less money. I expected a 2022 planner with dates and space for notes.

A waste of money.

My employer required me to document every hour of the workday with details of my work activities. I also have client meeting where i must take setailed notes. So the two page set up works great to document all the information in one place.

I used to have to keep a separate notebook and calendar. But this notebook is the perfect solution. I also love that it is not predated. I can skip days I am not working. The a actuon item section an follow up section keep my day organized.

I use the tabs that come with the notebook to separate the pages by month.

Perfect to not get in a hurry when you leave empty sheets of your cute planner. I receive this for Christmas and I love it ! I already bought my planner this year so I’m keeping it for next one. I can’t wait to use it ! I love the quality of the papers ,the designs, the stickers ! And the size is amazing.

I love that it’s not dated, so no pages are wasted on the days I don’t have my ish together enough to use it. On the days I do use it, I love the thoughtful layout and the fact that it’s spiral bound makes it easy to write in! The cover and paper both feel really high quality and it’s fun to use.

I’m hoping one day I’ll be the type of person who consistently uses a planner but for now this is perfect (and it’ll probably be perfect for that imaginary future as well!).

I love this companion pack! What drew me in were the book pages. I wish I had more of those. And the doodle pages are fun. The bracelet is super cute too! I plan on making a charm with it for my planner.

Included a lot of blank paper, which came in several lined sheets and several unlined sheets. It includes vision boards that are an ugly green color. One nice thing were weekly sheets that prompted you to think of 3 ways to unplug more often, and helpful tips on the back.

The best part of this item is the beautiful folder.

I’m so excited to use this pack in my planner. It’s so pretty and I like the prompt pages. Mine was missing the page protector sheets unfortunately, but I’m still thrilled to use it.

got a 2 year one last year, pleased this was available before Sept when they typically come out. Love it’s recycled. Did not read well to see it was a small size but ultimately glad it is. Usually get times already in each day which this does not have, again works out just as well.

Will look for one next year.

And in the little date squares it even has lines to write what you want, as well as lines on the side for notes. It includes all 12 months starting in January 2013. Next I tried the House of Doolittle Recycled 100% Post-Consumer Paper weekly/monthly Appointment Planner.

This planner was perfect for me because I can plan out my days for I am a work-at-home mom. I really like how it is organized, it has tabs for each month. And the first page for every month is a calendar than after that it is pages of dates and times for those dates, it is very specific.

The morning hours are marked on one side of a small page, afternoon hours are on the opposite edge of the page. You might get three handwritten words on a line (half-hour). Hours are only from 8-5, M-F.

Week begins on Mon. Sat/Sun are given two lines for AM and two lines for PM. Sat and Sun together take up the space of one weekday. There are six day-slots per two pages, with one continuous week viewed like an open book.

I altogether abandoned the time allocations. I just aim for sequential events on a given day. Paper seems to be good quality. Binder cover seems okay, but I wouldn’t push it’s limits. I keep mine on a desk.

It does not seem rugged enough for a daily carry-along bag (i. e. knapsack, backpack, purse).

This is a very reasonably priced and nice looking functional weekly planner. I like that it comes in a variety of colors. The cover is supposed to be leather but it is not particularly leather-y to touch, so I cannot attest to that.

There is only a small space to write on that is allocated for each day of the week. This is sufficient for my needs. I needed just a basic pocket size planner to keep in my purse and this item suits this need.

Looks as nice as the photo, seems okay, pages as shown [I like 3 or 4 days per page per 2 pages per week]. Last year in an upbeat mood I paid $100 for an english [the country] one which was lovely but didn’t think it was worth it.

The form factor gives you the benefit of seeing the entire week yet folds down so you can focus on just one day. The cardstock is smooth and easy to write on. It is the planner I never knew I wanted, but fits perfectly into my life.

I use this every day. This is a great way for me to keep track of the high pace life in Athletics. Needing to keep track of who I talk to each day, this helps me and my team keep track of our daily contacts.

It looked like I would also receive a brown folder to hold the trifold paper, but the order came only with the paper. In Order to receive a folder the cost was $59 . Too much.

This is my second or third one page per day Day Designer. Good points are whole year in one planner, as opposed to only 6 months, hard cover, decent paper quality, and acceptable cover design graphics, though I wish there were more options.

( I could name a competitor) Inside pages designed very well. Spiral binding functions smoothly and is of good quality. Size is perfect. Things I wish would be changed: the month tabs are gold with white print, making them virtually impossible to read in many types of light.

The Day Designer logo is set smack in the middle of the cover, and quite large. I know where I got mine and inside, or delicately in the lower middle of the back cover would be quite sufficient. Others are not looking at the cover and racing to your website to buy.

; they ask me where I got it. The large logo is more than a bit ostentatious. Fix these things and I’d give you 5 out of 5 stars. If you let customers put their own initials on the cover and be able to add a few customized pages (such as fold out full year and following year calendar, or other small options that would still fit into the spiral I’d give you 6 stars if I could.

I originally put three stars, but felt generous and changed to four.

I just purchased the 2023 planner however I haven’t received it yet. But I have 3 DD’s from previous years and I love them. I keep my work schedule updated, all my appointments, and what I love most are the self assessment and goal setting pages.

3rd quarter is when I start reassessing my yearly progress. (Its also nearing open enrollment, end of summer, vacation planning & holiday planning season. ) Then i look to finishing my 4th quarter strong, and looking forward to next year’s goals.

This planner keeps me on target! And beautifully on target! In the pages before the assessment and goal setting, I create a vision board(sheets) so that I can see what my goals are when I open my planner and ensure daily I am staying on target.

Some days when goal setting is hard, i use the space as a journal entry instead. It’s nice to look back and see my progress over the year and any areas I need to improve. I get maaaad compliments on my planner.

My boss even went and bought one like mine. This planner is excellent. I love everything about it. I just wish that there were more design color options, more notes pages every quarter and perhaps a place to insert a pen.

The stickers, cover and coil look and material is excellent. The goal sheets are great. What this planner is missing are note pages, whether they are lined, blank, or graph, it needs note pages. While the beginning of each month has a monthly layout with a narrow note section, it could use a Month Summary page.

I was disappointed to see that there are no pages or accessories for this planner to even have the option to add that. In addition, because of the coil type I have had no success finding a third-party product that I could add in to meet that need which I do not believe is something only I would use or need.

It would be a game changer if a monthly summary page for notes, goals, focus could be added and at the very least be an option to add in.

I bought this diary for the sole purpose of diary noting and it was recommended by other sites that the paper used in this notebook would be fountain pen friendly. I thought to my self, since i will be using it for the whole year and it is fountain pen friendly i might as well just spend the extra $$ and get a quality product.

Boy, was i wrong. When the diary arrived, i quickly took out my fountain pen with a Fine nib and test it out. To my surprise, the amount of see-through and ghosting was absolutely ridiculous. So i thought i will give it a second hand and i used a standard Gel ballpoint pen – the same thing happened – alot of see-through.

Then i used a regular ballpoint – same thing, ridiculous amounts of see-through. I believe if a product retails at a premium price, i expect it to be of premium quality. This notebook simply isnt worth the asking price and misses the point completely.

Really nice looking, clean and simple design and plenty of space both in the weekly pages and note pages. Only thing is the pages have some serious problems with ghosting, if that’s something that will bother you when using a planner (seeing practically EVERYTHING you wrote on the previous page), this particular product most likely isn’t the best for you.

Otherwise, so far I love it so much.
