I have had these pills for 4 days now, and they are doing what they say. For the people who are complaning that dont work,must not know how to follow instructions. In order for these pills to work properly you MUST drink alot of water that is the only way that they are going to work.

If you are not a water drinker do not waste your money. I drink a pretty decent amount of water daily, but these pills have helped me to keep up with the recommended water intake. The first day of taking these I had drunk about 10 bottles of water.

For me that’s alot, I normally drink about 4 and I done. Thankfully I was home, because I was running back and forth to the bathroom and I was peeing alot more than normal. I take 2 pills in the morning as soon as I wake up, and drink a full bottle of water.

I take these pills as well as the total lean appetrex control, and the shakes and I have lost an additional 4 pounds. You have to drink water, I can’t stress that enough. I cant go without drinking water because I start to feel dehyrated.

This product is new to me as of late September 2022. It is reviewed 10/8/22. It contains Cod fish which has Iodine plus many fillers. I have high blood pressure; Vitamin B12, and VD Deficiencies; am immunosuppressed; am Gluten Free, given a diagnosis of Osteopenia April 2022, do not want caffiene nor Iodine in my MV; and like that this product was recommended by friends who are women over 60 years.

I have learned to alternate this with Magnesium Malate, and Glycinate as it has Mg Oxide which is primarliy a laxative to avoid with Absorption Syndrome, and do not take it daily. This my third time using a GNC Collagen supplement. I had been experiencing profuse hair shedding. Just as with the previous occasions, within 2 weeks of starting, there was a noticeable reduction in the amount of hair that was being shed.

Over the last 4 months the hair shedding rate has decreased significantly. I can’t say there is an increase in thickness after only 4 months (although my derm saw increased strand thickness upon analysing my hair) but it stands to reason that eventually, I’ll have more growing hairs than shedding hairs and the thickness and density will improve.

Why did I stop before? One reason was expense, another was thinking that the protein in my diet was sufficient and yet a third reason was just to prove to myself that I can prevent my hair from shedding by using other methods.

The Collagen formula worked for me. It likely won’t work for you if your issue isn’t related to collagen metabolism etc. This time, I’m not giving them up.

Good but runs out fast. To take 5grams a day you’d need to consume 7 capsules (pills) daily. There is 120 total capsules. Meaning, if you take 5grams a day (recommended amount) you’ll run out after 17-18 days.

Loading phase isn’t even possible. Loading phase consists of 20gram’s a day, for 5 days. You’d need to take 28 capsules a day for 5 days to complete a loading phase. 28×5=140. There is only 120 in a whole bottle lmfao.

Underdosed. You have to choke down 6 pills for a dose of 3g of creatine. If you’re going to supplement creatine everyone knows you need 5g a day. This product is way overpriced for how many 5g servings are in it.

Go to MyProtein and order creatine powder, you won’t get ripped off and you’ll know what you are putting in your body.

I wanted the powder, but it was sold out. I grabbed these instead. they are the same! You can open the caps & put the powder in your shakes etc OR you can just take the caps. The delivery is the same! I’m pleased with my purchase.

I’ve been taking these for about 3 weeks now. I have not taken any pre-workout pills or powders prior to this ever. I can definitely feel it working. I lift weights 3 days a week (M, W, F) and run 2 days a week (T, R).

I do not take it on the days I run. I run about 4-4. 6 miles on running days and I found if i take this on a running day I feel like my heart is just going to fast. For lifting days so far it has been fantastic.

I absolutely notice an increase in energy and motivation to workout and lift. I also break a really good sweat when lifting and feel as though I can go a lot harder. Some of my lifting sessions I am dripping sweat with this.

I take one pill in the morning about 0730-0800 and a second around 1pm before my workout. I will say that that first pill also really helps me focus at work and gets me dialed in and motivated as well.

I can tell it suppresses my appetite too. **negative side effects** I will say though that there are some things I experience that I do not like. It does make me feel a little big nauseous at times. Along with that laser focus I feel in the morning while working I can almost make it hard to concentrate a little/light headed, I’m not sure how to describe it, the word I would use is ‘wonky’.

Then just this week I have noticed I have almost had trouble catching my breathe/breathing when I lift or like yesterday even pushmowing the lawn in the evening. I literally had to stop mowing and just pause a few minutes to catch my breath and when lifting have to take a breather between sets.

Next week I think I will try just one capsule on my lifting days instead of two. It has not been bad enough to make me want to stop taking it, but I will play with taking just one instead of two. If this shortness of breath/fast heart beating persists with one capsule I think I will stop.

I was a little skeptical about trying this after reading some of the other reviews, but the associate at the store said it was really popular. I asked him if I should take it on an empty stomach or with a meal since the bottle didn’t specify, and he recommended I take it with food.

I took it at 2pm with lunch, and the side effects began an hour and a half later. I was very jittery, and then I started having a lot of nasal drainage. Another 30 minutes or so and I began having a lot of nausea and diarrhea, and ultimately I ended up vomiting almost four hours after taking it.

All I could taste was chemicals, so it is definitely too powerful for me. I imagine there are plenty of people who can tolerate it better than me, but unfortunately I will have to find a different product for myself.

I have been using GNC’s Apple Cider Vinigar tablets for years. Last time I bought 3 packs of the complete formula. I have three big issues with it; 1) The tablets are not solid enough, a few days after opening the pack, and with normal travel movement, the tablets start cracking and becoming a powder.

2) With Cayenne pepper being part of the formula not only do you waste half the pack as it becomes powder, it is actually irritating to the eyes and throat. This happened with all three packs. Store was kind to refund the two I didn’t through away! 3) They canceled the other varieties and I can’t get an alternative.

This is my first post on ANYTHING IVE EVER TRIED. So i had to share. I highly recommend to anyone who suffers from depression cravings and over eating. I’ve tried so many things to stop my over eating.

Being on Cymbalta helps with depression somewhat, but not my cravings. I take one in morning with a cup of water(WITHOUT FOOD) wait about and hour, then I eat breakfast. Take my second one in evening with water and (NO FOOD) prior to dinner.

I warn anyone that the feeling from this is very uncomfortable, I feel my heart beating more than I would like. I feel like I have jitters, and a panic attack, its just not a good feeling. So anyone wanting to try this just so you know this is a real intense feeling, not a good one in my opinion.

If you decide to try I would not recommend taking more than two a day. One when you first get up for the day, and one later in the day, two a day total. I would not recommend taking two at a time and four total daily because I’m feeling sick from it.

I have a bad stomach ache and I did eat before I took them. I don’t think I will continue using these because of how these make me feel. I just wanted to warn people especially anyone not used to a lot of caffeine.

Sooooo normally I wouldn’t ever leave reviews, but there’s enough difference where I have to. I was buying these every month and felt good doing so. But it seems like this last months supply has changed.

Don’t know if the ingredients have changed any, but they absolutely STINK. Like 12 day old tuna fish. So bad that I stopped getting them. My Walmart was out of them on my last visit or I would have tried again.
