20 Best Diaper For Heavy Wetter (2023 Updated)

Purchased these on the recommendation of like every “boy mom” I know. I tried his normal size diapers, a size up, folding the front in, triple checking the flaps around the legs and the velcro, last bottle earlier/less full, basically everything I could think of or was recommeneded to me and these leaked every other night, at minimum.

Most days he would be wet from his nipples to his knees. I just figured this was a boy thing and I had to deal with it as I didn’t have success with the Up & Up overnight diapers either. Was I ever wrong.

Switched to Pampers overnights. NO LEAKS EVER! Noting – I’m a mom of b/g twins who are currently sleeping 12 hours overnight (he’s the only one that leaks and we need 12 hour protection). These may work for you but if they don’t, don’t give up.

Best bottoms have the best fit! I’ve used them for 3 children now and the double gussets hold everything in, so we’ve have very few leaks. They are workhorses and I haven’t had to replace any. I would recommend these to all parents who are considering cloth diapering because of the simplicity in their design.

Another perk is that you can use prefolds, workhorses for the brands own inserts which come in cheap, bamboo or microfiber, depending on your preference.

Best cloth diapers ever!! I did clothe diapering for a little over a year and these were my absolute favorite diapers. All cloth diapers are pretty pricey, but you save money in the long run so it’s a great investment.

These particular cloth diapers have inserts that snap in so they are easier to clean then pocket cloth diapers. I had less leaks with this brand than others I had tried and way less leaks than I had with disposable diapers.

Bought these for our first child and they worked well. Never had a diaper rash and we used them for overnights too. We did stop using them around the 1 y. o. mark because even stuffing two pads into the diaper we would still have leaks.

I assumed this happened as the child grew and had larger urinations, but could also be user error. They have held up well and we are using them for our second child. They launder fairly easily. When we lived in apartments and used their laundry machines, it did take a couple of washes to get them clean but I think that was more the fault of the machines than the diapers themselves.

We currently have a new front load washer and I typically only run a heavy duty cycle one time to get them clean. However, I do add a small amount of bleach to each load to make sure they are clean. It has never faded the colored outer shell.

I hang the outer shell to dry to keep the elastic from breaking down. No issues so far. We use an Ubbi steel pail to hold the dirty diapers and it keeps the odors contained. We wash the reusable Ubbi pail liner with the diapers, turned inside out to make sure it gets cleaned properly.

I went off my Bumgenius Elementals when my daughter was about 8 months as she seemed to be getting too tall and was getting more of a sock mark. To be fair, TNL warns that this may not be the nappy for the tallest babies.

Having now experimented, Thirsties Natural are now my favourite for fit and absorbency, but the Miosolo, which fits very long, renewed my appreciation of the absorbency of the Elemental. Sock mark or not, the Elemental usually does 5-6 hrs, whereas the Miosolo topped out at no more than 4.

Bubba can sweat the sock mark for now – doesn’t seem to bother her anyway. As for drying time, yes it’s long, but not as long as my shaped bamboo nappies, and long drying time anyway seems to go with high absorbency – seems predictable enough.

In high summer on the outside line I reckon on my whole nappy wash drying in an afternoon; in the winter inside on an ordinary airer, 48hrs (24-36hrs on heated airer). Early days I was just about managing with 19 nappies and rigid planning of when I did a wash, but now I have 26 (of various sorts, all long-drying) and it’s easy-peasy to keep up.

I purchased a BumGenius Freetime diaper in Hummingbird from Buy Buy Baby(purchased on 7/22/18). I just washed the diaper for the first time(washed on 7/23/18) noticed the seam integrity is weak on the front of the the diaper and it has come undone just from a delicate wash cycle.

I washed this cloth diaper with 6 other pairs of Charlie Banana diapers(which I purchased on 7/23/18), 12 microfiber inserts, 3 muslin swaddle blankets so I know there was nothing in the wash that would have caused the seam to be pulled out.

I have not used this diaper on an infant yet(baby won’t be born for 2 weeks). they were not placed in the dryer at any given point and were line dried. I’m a little disappointed with the quality as I was expecting the diaper to hold up for at least a few months once my baby is born.

I have my receipt from Buy Buy Baby and will try to exchange it there but I’m not sure if they would take it as I washed it and it is not in its original packaging. I chatted with an associate from the Mission Viejo, CA store and she let me know that they would not accept an exchange and that I would need to contact the manufacturer(BumGenius) directly for information.

I contacted BumGenius directly as well and they say that Buy Buy Baby would take it back. So I am currently stuck with a faulty diaper and 2 companies that refuse to exchange it out.

My baby is 9 months old. During this time, we try out different diapers, both expensive and mid-range. Of the expensive ones, I really liked Moony, but when the baby gets older, they stop working and leak.

I accidentally saw Attitude diapers on Amazon and decided to try it, but I ordered it through the official website. According to reviews, the minus was only an expensive price, but for us after Moony it’s cheaper.

And they really liked it, not as soft as Japanese ones, but they don’t gain anywhere, the skin doesn’t sweat, they don’t leak. We use at night too. I recommend to those who are looking for natural and working diapers at an affordable price!.

We recently switched over to this brand of biodegradable diapers from a different company. These do not disappoint! They hold well, don’t leak easily (like some other biodegradable brands we’ve tried in the past), and they even hold up at night! We don’t have to use nighttime diapers or inserts anymore, HUGE bonus.

They’re also quite soft and not stiff which is pretty common for other brands too. I’m really happy we made the switch, this will be our preferred diaper brand for future kids as well.

I tried 2 other brand for a “safer” diaper for my little one (diapers without harmful ingredients etc) Attitude diapers are the best, the elastics on the bum are amazing – no leaks of any kind! PLUS they are the only one Ive used that are biodegradable which is much better for the environment.

I ordered these for my Grandson because I’m Earth conscious and even my daughters loved how soft they were. Perfect fit for him as a 11lbs size two. No leaks out of the top back of diapers like breast fed babies can have because these are taller than most diapers.

He was 9lbs 6ozs when born so I’m not sure how the size small ones are. I’m sure it wouldn’t have been as easy to fold these down for the umbilical cord? I will co to use to purchase these for my home for him-hopefully they will be back on stock soon!.

I am in love with these AIOs. I don’t know what it is and I’ve used AIOs for my son from other good companies as well but these are our favorite!!! We love them so much this time around for our daughter we just purchased from Grovia and at first I got the hybrids with prefolds and inserts which were great to use during newborn, tons of poop times but now we’ve upped our AIO game and just purchased a ton of AIOs and we love them!! So easy to use and I don’t miss disposable diapers at all.

I feel like it’s the side snaps and the inside that is a game changer with these compared to others. Thank you Grovia for your genius invention!! We love them!!!!.

The fern is a really pretty earthy neutral. Our little guy looks so cute in them! They work great for daytime, especially because we do elimination communication, so there’s rarely much pee and never poo.

But as of our boy being 7. 5 months, they no longer work for nighttime. They have leaked out the sides and top, even with careful “boy positioning”. Definitely recommend for daytime use, especially if you’re doing EC.

Will be trying the O. N. E. for nighttime.

I am new to cloth diapers and am so happy with these AIO’s! They are so trim and not bulky like so many other cloth diapers. They contain everything so well and often I don’t even know my baby has pooped until I go to change her diaper! The fact that it’s organic cotton on my baby’s skin is icing on the cake!! It’s why I chose these diapers and I’m so glad I did! I love all the buttah options which is what I bought the most of.

I received this product as a free sample and was excited to try it as I have never used cloth diapers but always wanted to try. Unfortunately, it didnt work out for me. There are a few things I did like.

The diaper as super cute for a girl (even though I have a boy). It was extremely soft. I liked that it came with two very soft inserts. What I didnt love was that it was hard for me to figure out how to put on.

I actually put it on backward at first. Could have been because Ive never used cloth diapers but I would have liked a clearly marked front and back. The fit was okay. It went on and stayed on but the front tended to fold down over the snaps.

I also struggled to find the right fit. I had to adjust a few times. Lastly, the diaper leaked over-night requiring a full bedding change. Im not sure if that is typical for cloth diapers. So overall the look and feel of it is great but I did not find it to be user friendly OR effective.

My little man adores his new Charlie Banana big boy undies!!! Cloth diaper like no other I have ever seen he absolutely loved them they’re so soft and comfortable and come with a reusable washable padding that you insert inside of pocket under the super fleecy comfort of the liner.

He looked to cute and you could tell he loves wearing them, simple snaps for adjusting to a growing baby! Such cute print too! highly recommend and already bought more and plan on gifting to my step daughter who is having her first son August! love that it helps or planet.

Thank you Influenster I wish I’d had these with all my babies. Soo soft inside and absorbs all moisture and wicks it away from his skin so he feels dry even if the inside liner is wet inside, and a total breeze to wash.

This is a great quality product. For what it is, it is awesome. I will say they fit snugger than other Thirsties diapers so these wouldn’t fit a bigger toddler as long as some of their other diapers.

I miss the double gussets I am used to with my Thirsties pockets and duos. But man there is something cute to this extra fluffy diaper that has never let me down.

I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or its the diapers, but I ordered 3 of these diapers and none of them hold the urine. It soaks right through!! I got them because my 6 month old soaks through every night and most naps in disposable diapers.

I even put 2 inserts in these! I’ve also tried using these as covers over the disposable diaper, but its almost worse because it soaks the whole “waterproof” part of the cloth diaper therefore spreading the moisture.

Why are they doing this?? Rather disappointed that I spent so much on them and they don’t work. I’ve used a different brand of cloth diaper in the past and they were great! What can I do different with these??.
