I’ve been using this for serval weeks now & the results from using just this one product & my regular moisturizer has been amazing. I was skeptical at first because I’ve never had good reactions to vitamin c serums in the past but decided to give this a solid try anyway.

To give this product the ultimate test I decided to cut out everything in my skincare routine except for this serum, my cleanser & moisturizer to see what the results what be. OMG!! For reference I have (or had;) sensitive oily combo skin with extremely large pores around my t zone that would turn into an oil slick after applying any skincare or makeup products.

After using this product for nearly a month, my pores went from HUGE craters to being normal, barely noticeable & my oiliness is almost completely gone even after applying makeup!! I am soo beyond trilled at the results and will be buying this from now on! I never want to run out, ever! It makes my skin look flawless even with no makeup on, plus my makeup apply’s more evenly & looks flawless.

No more filters needed on my pics 😍😁 My skin is overall brighter, smoother, my fine lines are nearly obsolete & my pores look amazing! My only complaint is the smell is kinda off putting, not sure what it is but it’s not a pleasant smell.

It isn’t so bad that I wouldn’t use it or buy it again & it fades quickly, but it definitely has a unique (not in a good way) smell. For me this is no longer an issue since I’ve been sick with C***d for the last 2 weeks & have lost my sense of smell :/ And while a minor complaint, I don’t like how the directions say to use “4-5 drops” but it has a pump dispenser which makes it very hard to dispense just 4-5 tiny drops so I’ve been using about 1.

5 – 2 pumps which for me is my golden number, any less & it’s not enough for my whole face, anymore & it leaves my face too sticky. So you’ll have to play around to find the right amount for you, just don’t use too much because your face will be SUPER sticky.

I find that as long as I use the correct amount the stickiness goes away once I apply my moisturizer. Overall, I give this product a 10/10 & would definitely HIGHLY recommend to everyone!!.

As a person working in beauty, I’m pleasantly surprised with the potency! I love this serum! It reminds me a bit of CE Ferulic from Skinceuticals, just way cheaper lol. People are complaining it’s watery but what they don’t realize is that silicones and fillers in other products makes serums hydrating or thicker in texture, those things actually lower the effectiveness in vitamin c but this product doesn’t have those ingredients inside.

I literally see a difference in my skin in one use. It’s definitely an active vitamin c, it stings a bit, not unbearable though. I see a difference in hyperpigmentation if I use after I exfoliate at night and use spf during the day (spf is non-negotiable if you want to get rid of dark spots).

Really a game changer, I’ll be purchasing once I run out! Happy my friend gifted this to me!.

I don’t quite understand the “waste of money” reviews, but everyone’s skin acts and reacts differently is all I can conclude on that. As for me? I’m only three regimens in (coupling it with the gel lotion recommended in the details) and my face feels so smooth whereas before it was “textured”.

I haven’t noticed that much of a difference with my pores, and I have LARGE ones, but I noticed -some- difference and that’s enough for me. I think the key to using this serum is “patting it in” rather than rubbing it in, which is noted in the ‘how to use’ instructions.

But I can run a hand over my cheeks and there’s only smoothness on the surface each morning when, before finding this, felt like a rough road. I’ve never had an acne issue so I can’t attest to that, but it hasn’t given me any either.

Woulda rated this 5 stars however I’ll give it a month to see if it does the job with the pores like I hope it’s going to because I just love love love how it makes my face feel. My complexion, often red and uneven, has gotten incredibly better as well.

Im reading some of these reviews wondering if I missed the fine print not to use on face?? I smear it on my face (night only. natural sun screen in a. m. ) like back in the day when cold cream was the only option.

It does give an immediate whiteness trace all over if used heavily but that disguises the discoloration! My container came last christmas (gift I requested) and im just finishing it now 8 mos later. but admittedly I tried lots of other products in between from the dermatologist and Eliz Grady etc.

(Half the time i put an EG nightcream over it to keep my dry/normal skin moist). I was dilligent the last 3 mos before my daughters wedding and my brown spots on my olive skin and pregnancy mask discolored cheeks (ug) were as good as I think i can get them.

light foundation and good concealer gets the rest. And yes Id like a 3 oz bottle. airplane size. (Ps its help my dark scar from a silly fall/scrape slowly lighten too. ).

Was made aware of the Jack Black brand by an insightful salesperson named Jordan at the downtown Portland, OR Nordstrom store. Glad I found a high quality, reasonably priced skincare line to get me through my adult years.

This moisturizer is lightweight, non-greasy, and perfect for someone with combination skin like me. Gets my dry spots quenched, but doesn’t overload my forehead or other problem oil areas. I’ve been so fortunate to have found this brand.

I used this moisturizer a few years ago before switching to another brand. However, after that competing brand changed their formula I came back to Jack Black. First, it’s a smooth, non-thick moisturizer with SPF.

It goes on super easily and packs a double punch with an SPF 20 rating. The SPF is great for my skin and my dermatologist recommends using moisturizers with SPF built in. Second, it has a slight scent to it that is completely wonderful.

It’s not overwhelming at all. I tend to buy the bigger bottle for home and keep a smaller size with me for travel.

My husband has tried a few different skincare products, but this brand seems to accommodate him best. He works heavy bridge building, so he comes home covered in concrete, mud, and sweat everyday. Jack Black is the ONLY product line that actually cleanses his skin.

In fact, even with all the dirt and grime his skin is still better than mine! And when he doesn’t have his products to use, it shows in his skin instantly! A favorite for years now!.

I bought this for my boyfriend because I wanted him to learn how to take care of his skin. It was incredibly acne prone, but has settled down significantly over the past few years. Now he has predominantly dry skin, a lot of texture, and an oily nose.

I asked if he would try products if I got them for him and he said he would, so off to Ulta we went! We asked my esthetician what she would recommend for his skin concerns and ended up with this because it offers a nice array of products and is a great starter kit.

He’s new to skin care, so I told him I’d use all the products with him to demonstrate how to properly use them. The minute the face buff went on my face I was hooked! The granules are a decent size, but the formula is gentle enough to not irritate sensitive skin.

I love the energizing effect of the menthol and there isn’t an overpowering smell. It’s very effective and even without a moisturizer it leaves my face feeling smooth, soft, clean, and moisturized! I look forward to using it every time I stay over to the point I’m getting a bottle all to myself! As for the face wash, it was okay but I didn’t care for the smell–it’s off, almost like it’s gone bad but maybe it was just a bad batch.

It also doesn’t really lather, which is good for dry skin but the formula didn’t wow me. It’s a pass for me, but maybe there’s another face wash from Jack Black that’s better. The moisturizer is very light weight and didn’t leave a residue, but I think for dry skin it isn’t quite moisturising enough and would probably be better suited to oilier skin.

Seeing as this was an intro to the brand, it’s great for what it is. The lip balm is probably the least used product out of the kit, but it works well as a night treatment. It has a very strong mint smell and flavor, so those sensitive to either of those should probably avoid it.

Using the products together as a routine has made a world of difference in his skin! He even told me how much of a difference he’s noticed using the products and he’s happy with the results. I think we found a great routine and from the looks (and feel) of it, it’s something he can stick to.

It’s been about a month and I can’t help but touch his face all the time now! I would definitely recommend this set to anyone, particularly people who are new to skin care or are looking for a great gift for the men in their lives.

Great for the price. Only a few down falls the cleanser is great just doesn’t smell good. Now the exfoliater is very abrasive, I really don’t think that will be good for the skin but the cooling part of it is amazing and it makes me wanna find more products that have it! The lip balm is amazing.

I’ve bought this twice and will repurchase for a 3rd time. Obviously I use this in conjunction with other skincare as part of a full routine, so I can’t say that this alone has done anything miraculous (from what I can see) BUT As a niacinamide serum, it’s been great for me.

I’ve used the one by The Ordinary before and just did not like it at all, I avoided niacinamide for a long time. Then I saw some reviews for this one, and I liked that its formulation combines the niacinamide with other nourishing, skin-health-boosting ingredients.

Using this for AM routine has helped to keep my skin barrier in check, while using Differin (retinoid) in my PM routine to treat acne. This I can say for sure, because I had a period where I was using Differin without this serum as part of my routine, and the difference is obvious.

My skin is much calmer, less dry, and I can use the Differin for more days in a row before needing a break. Then I use this serum both AM and PM for 2-3 days to re-balance my skin barrier. Upon application, this feels very soothing.

It has a very, very light, sort of clean herbal scent. You don’t need to use much for your whole face. Definitely layer it under a nourishing mild moisturiser (like the Soon Jung 5p Cica Balm). I’ve found it also works great when I prep my skin with [Wishtrend 5% Mandelic Acid] before applying this.

My skin feels softer and more nourished, less dull. I still have some discoloured spots, but it’s better than what it was a year ago. I’ve also noticed that my skin stays calm for longer underneath makeup.

I even like the packaging. The tube with the pump dispenser makes it easier to get almost every last bit of the serum without any waste.

This is a great serum I really have problems with hyperpigmentation and I feel like this helped me a lot. My skin its over all complexion is so much better now it is more even toned. It definitely makes your skin glow.

So if you like dewy finished skin I would definitely buy this serum. It is very lightweight which is perfect for combination or oily skin. Mine is used up so I am ordering a new one.

I love skinceuticals, and have used many of their products for several years. I noticed a sunspot and was ordering Emollience anyway, so I figured I’d try the discoloration defense. I use it daily, as recommended, with my SC cleansers and moisturizers.

Some days I feel like my skin tone looks more even and some days I feel like I see a shadow where I may have not blended the product as much. This effect changes daily so I figure it’s not set in stone how the product works.

Overall, I like it. There is no odor, it absorbs well and appears to work. I will probably purchase this product again!.

Honestly, this stuff is amazing. I’m 36, and I deal with melasma, and PIE left over from breakouts. This product has quite a few beneficial ingredients at great percentages to live up to it’s claims.

Niacinamide, Tranexamic acid, Kojic acid, etc. All ingredients to reverse and prevent hyperpigmentation, melasma, and heal PIH & PIE. Whenever I breakout, I’m super fair so I’m always left with a red mark.

This makes them disappear quickly whereas they used to last for over a year. I’m not saying this is a one-and-done product since fighting melasma & PIE is a real bugger, but this truly helps. It’s so lightweight, soaks in super quickly, and doesn’t leave a residue.

Plays nice with other products. I’ve repurchased many times! I feel like this product is so underrated, and deserves much more of the spotlight. Give it time- I think it took 6+ months for me to really see a difference.

Paired with other actives like azaleic acid, glycolic, retinol, vitamin c, and AHA/BHA products. I think you’ll see this really boosts results!.

Over the years, I’ve been trying to have a simpler and simpler routine, most cost effective and that can also be used by my boyfriend. This is my holy grail morning moisturizer. SPF is key. And it’s not even expensive.

I have combo skin. It is moisturizing but not intensely so. I think it could work for anyone. I do use something heavier before bed. I don’t wear make up and combined with Drunk Elephant’s bronzing drops this gives me a wonderful ‘glow’.

This product never breaks me out. I’m not sure it is contributing to improving my skin (other than the sun protection, of course) but it is an easy to use step that has no downsides. Being a men’s product, it encourages my partner to wear sunscreen.

It does has a bit of a ‘manly’ smell, but barely, and you’d never be able to smell it after application.

I rarely give 5 stars, but this is perfect. It’s not greasy or heavy at all, but it still moisturizes (combination skin). It has a nice scent; a little on the masculine side, but it goes away quickly.

It doesn’t react with my makeup. It saves me a step because I don’t have to add sunscreen. Now, I’m not big on pumps, but this one deliver the exact amount of product I need. That said, I would still prefer it came in a tube, but this pump is actually good! I was hesitant on purchasing this (it looks like it smells like aqua velva) but at that price, I thought I would give it a shot and if I don’t like it, I could give it to my husband.

But now I hope he doesn’t use it. :).

this is my favorite spf moisturizer! it is very lightweight and still protects my very pale and sensitive skin. the charcoal face wash doesn’t have the most pleasant smell, but the scent doesn’t linger after being rinsed away.

I do like the smell of the moisturizer though. it’s light and fresh and not overpowering.

I really like this product and use it most mornings as I sometimes forget or honestly, am just being lazy. I’ve even gotten my husband to start using it. I’m 46 and have had acne, including cystic acne, since about age 12 and have scarring from the acne.

I had very oily skin until a few years ago and now my skin has become more textured and dry. I’m pretty fair skinned and my face has a lot of redness which nothing seems to help. Using this product along with using the Hydrating Gel in the evenings and moisturizer twice a day, the redness has improved as has the texture and dryness.

While the redness has not completely gone away, there is a visible improvement which makes me incredibly happy. I also feel confident using it because I brought it to my dermatologist to ask her opinion on it (didn’t bring the other products as I did not have them yet) and she informed me that it is the gold standard and highly recommended it.

The only issue my husband and I have with this specific product is that it weirdly smells like hot dogs (husband says uncooked hot dogs) and the smell sometimes stays with us the whole day, depending how much we have used and it’s a bit odd.

Even my dermatologist said she thinks it smells like hot dogs. However, we will continue to use it but just wish something would be done about the odor without affecting the product quality. But, I would take hot dog odor over the overly perfumed scents in many other brands which give me a headache.

I highly recommend this product and have not been disappointed with the other items I have recently begun using as well.

I’ve been using this serum for about 2 years now. You need less than 5 drops in your hand and you just rub your hands together to warm it up and pat it into your face. It is a little sticky and doesn’t have much of a smell.

I find the smell to be stronger throughout the day if you randomly get a whiff of it or if it’s still on your hands. But overall, barely has a scent. I use it in the morning and I do like it. As far as results, I think my face looks brighter and more evened out.

I got a little inconsistent with my second bottle because it is on the pricey side (but good quality). I can’t remember how long it lasts but the price tempts you to to skip it for one day or swap out for another serum to make it last longer.

The reason for it being so expensive is because the formulated ingredients have a patent. They are very secret about how much hyaluronic acid is in their product. The patent has to do with the way the vitamin C is absorbed leading it to be more effective.

The less hyaluronic acid means less water which means less oxidation of vitamin C. Basically, they found a way to optimize the potency, effectiveness, and absorption. That is why I am always leading towards this product.

That’s also why other products usually don’t measure up. BUT I did find an article that lists some dupes/other serums with similar ingredients. The only difference is the amount of each ingredient due to avoiding the patent.

Well lets start with packaging. The label is rather bland. The company should use a brighter label, such as yellow to attract the consumers eye. The current label is bland and looking at it, I would not buy it.

The next issue I have is the writing on the label. You can read it at all without putting a pair of reading glasses and even then the words are super tiny. This is a problem because it makes it difficult to figure out how to the use the product.

There is no scent to the product and for me that’s a turnoff. I light, natural scent would be great. I do like the texture and consistency of the product. It’s creamy and goes on smooth and it has a light sheen.

This is great because it keeps the skin from looking greasy. Now in terms of keeping my skin soft and smooth, it does an ok job. The jar says add to dry skin, then wash off. My skin is light smooth for about a day.

I did something different and applied it to my dry skin and did not rinse it off. I found it was much better on my skin that way. This product in my opinion needs a major overall. If Shea Moisture does this, then this product would be worth buying.

At this time I would not recommend this product to anyone at this time.

I definitely wouldnt reccommend it to someone with dry skin though. Id say this product is for someone with oily or normal skin types.

I’ve had a little congested pore (whitehead pimple) underneath the tender area right below my eye. I started to apply this cream for a night or two and seen it finally start to dry up after being there for what seemed like forever.

The ingredients are good, and this product is effective. Definitely recommend. And as far as the smell some people complain about, it literally goes away within seconds.

I found a little jar of Ponds Clarant B3 in the travel size section at Walmart, so I figured I’d take a chance on it. I was blown away by how much brighter my skin looked with just one use!!! And so I kept using it everyday…The pictures I posted in this review were taken only 3 WEEKS APART!!! I honestly am still in shock that I got results like this in only 3 weeks from a product that cost me just a little over a $1.

And even with everyday use, that little travel size jar has lasted me over a month! A few things to consider before using this product: – It contains fragrance. And the fragrance is quite strong. A MUST HAVE PRODUCT From 111skin care line. Recently a girlfriend suggested 111skin. She insisted I try this neck & décolletage serum for my concerns. We sometimes forget how important the neck & décolletage areas are when preventing any signs of aging.

I’d say it’s super important to think of these areas as important as our faces! The investment is well worth it ladies. This formula glides rite on. When used properly product should dry within a few mins & then your ready to add on a daytime SPF say goodbye to those lines we start seeing in our 30’s when used religiously with as much love as one takes of their pretty face! This product works better then anything else I’ve tried.

I am a 41 year old male whom only started to worry about ageing at 39, however, growing up, there has always been la prairie and Guerlain in the bathroom. Robert has helped me for several years and I decided to get the celestial black diamond eye cream, I was also kindly given samples of the 111skin peel and the celestial diamond face cream which I will be purchasing once I have finished my la mer products, however I do love the la mer on my 9 year old son, especially the soft lotion.

I have the celestial diamond eye cream on as I write this review, it smells great, my eye area feels nourished, it has a cooling effect, and my eyes are brightened and lifted. Finally, an eye cream that works.

I have been using this eye cream along with the 111Skin retinol oil for about 8 months now and I’m very happy and impressed with the results. This eye cream actually works, it moisturises, reduces puff and I have seen a decrease in fine lines.

This is not sticky or oily – it melts in without any residue or film and is a dream under tinted moisturiser / makeup. I find it’s sits beautifully for the whole day. You only need a tiny amount so the bottle lasts.

I’m uncertain but a number of years ago, this formula used to be so effective. Now it seems a bit ‘blah’. The consistency and the scent are the same, the softness gained by the ingredients is there, but the effectiveness in the long term is nothing spectacular and doesn’t work as good as it did a number of years ago.

It seems as if it’s an overpriced ‘after shave balm’ now, perhaps the company reformulated or added more ‘fillers’ or ‘slip agents’ thereby diluting the ‘recipe’? I have used this for almost two months now and it’s not working, its a bit of a waste of money, wish I could return it.

Again, overpriced after shave balm. the ‘effective ingredients’ suffered in whatever changes were made to the formula.

This cream is really expensive but it seriously does work! I dont think Sephora explains the products well so I listed everything about the ingirdents in the cream below! 1. ) Teperone: This cream has teperone which is such a good anti aging ingredient.

It is a noble prize winning ingredient that was shown to help extend and preserve the telomeres of cells in the skin. telomere degeneration is the main cause of aging today. 2. ) Meadow knotweed extract: This extract has a high concentration of resveratol, which is considered one of the strongest antioxidants, it is incredible for anti-aging due to its strong properties in stopping free radicals.

3. ) Triple lipid complex: This comes from the natural lipids in the cream which help against transepdiemral water loss, and fill in the natural fats in the epidermal layer. 4. ) Epidermal junction: The epidermal junction is between the epidermis and dermis and allows nutrients to pass from the bloodstream to our skin.

As it degrades it becomes harder for our skin to be nourished and the bistorta root helps maintain this junction! 5. ) Marine plankton: This is also used for its antioxidant properties but also has a lot of minerals which help to preserve collagen and fight against free radicals that cause cause its degradation.

I really do like this cream. I am young so I cant say anything about its wrinkle benefits but my mom love this cream and her lines are practically non-existent. I use this one occasionally at night when my skin needs a little extra TLC, and it seriously leaves my face so soft.

Im fr waking up with glass skin when I use it, but its so pricey I usually buy it on sale from the sturm website or during holiday season. It does last a while and the ingredient science is seriously top notch, so if your looking to splurge or get a nice gift, definitely try this one.

Barbara Sturm Super Anti Aging cream sample on top of my Sunday Riley Luna Drops, after my Biologique nighttime cleansing routine. I woke up with luminous, smooth, supple retexturized skin, not a hint of greasiness or flakiness.

All I needed to do in the morning was to splash some water on my face, pat dry and my face was ready for makeup. I have no long term results because this was a sample, but in the short term, this cream is a game changer.

I got better results from this cream than I do from my current Biologique Recherche Dermopurifiante cream so I will be switching. Now the dilemma: I got similar results from Kat Burki Intensive Vitamin C cream and that is hundreds of dollars less than Dr.

Barbara Sturm Super Anti Aging Cream. Decisions, decisions.

I almost never review products. However, the Dr Sturm products have become my single beauty product line. I am 68 and haven’t been the most careful person – smoking, too thin and it has impacted my skin.

(I quit smoking) Over the last years, I have tried most of the high end products – La Mer, La Prairie, Cle de Peau, Chantecaille, etc. They are not bad but I have found that the Dr Sturm line is far superior.

The anti-aging face cream is remarkable in that it is very nourishing yet doesn’t leave a slimy, smelly feeling on my skin. The product absorbs into my skin after the anti-aging serum and brightening serum to leave a smooth, silky feel.

I particularly enjoy the fact that Dr Sturm does not need to fragrance every product with some overwhelming rose scent. Roses are beautiful but I do not want to smell like a rose. I want to wear my perfume for my scent.

I have noticed a significant change in the appearance of lines and wrinkles. The cream is expensive and worth the price. It lasts a long time as I use very little to achieve the results. It really should be a part of a full routine with the enzyme cleanser (my favorite) a serum or two and the cream.

I also use the facial mask. This is a product you will love.

I have been using Dr. Sturm’s original eye cream for over a year, and love the lightweight texture and pure formula that never has caused problems for my very my sensitive eyes. With this new anti-aging Sturm eye cream, I wanted the assurance of having a non – reactive cream that also delivered more benefits for my dark circles and puffiness.

The new cream is just as non – stinging, is just as gentle to the eyes as DrSturm’s original. It is not as lightweight, but is quickly absorbed and feels as refreshing as the original. After a month of use, I think my dark circles and puffiness are somewhat better, my upper lids look a little lifted (if I’m not too tired).

The biggest difference is that my fine ( and not so fine) lines have benefitted greatly from the extra hydration. There is a smoothness that makes concealer application much easier. I know there is no such thing as a magic eye cream.

Dr Sturm delivered on her promise of having anti-aging properties in a formula that did not inflame the very sensitive tissue around my eyes. I am going to keep using both Sturm eye creams, rotating depending on weather and how much hydration my lids need in various climates, and times of stress that cause my eyes to look older and need the boost of the richer anti- aging formula.

I received this as a free sample and it lasted for about a week. Currently trying to convince myself to buy the full size, despite the intimidating price. It was amazing. My skin was soft, bright, glowing, plumped to the point I didn’t feel the need to use any concealer.

I used it all around my eyes and down to my cheeks, and I saw instant improvement in the redness, texture, and a mini-breakout I was having on my cheeks. I didn’t have product and dead skin “pilling” up when I would wash my face at the end of the day, either, which is a problem I usually struggle with on my nose and cheeks.

I don’t have much experience with higher end products (I usually use e. l. f. Holy Hydration for chrissakes lol) but this product convinced me to order Dr. Barbara’s “face cream” and see if it provides similar results at a more affordable price than the super anti-aging eye cream.

Regardless, I definitely recommend trying this product for yourself.

I found choosing the number of stars to award this face cream very difficult. This product is an anti-aging and hydrating face cream. It claims to combat all signs of aging, as well as to leave skin well hydrated and radiant.

This cream has a very thin consistency and it is very lightweight on the skin. It absorbs very quickly and it leaves absolutely no residue on the skin. I have very dry skin, and I was pleasantly surprised by how moisturizing this cream actually is, especially because of its thin consistency and lightweight.

My skin is adequately hydrated after using this cream, although I combine it with very hydrating serums and oils. I do not think that this cream with provide enough moisture for my skin in the fall and winter.

(There is a richer version available for very dry skin. I have been using this product for a month and I have not noticed any visible improvements in my skin regarding signs of aging. ) This is a good cream to wear under makeup because of how lightweight it is and how well it absorbs.

A small amount of this cream spreads over the entire face, so one jar lasts me months. Unfortunately, this cream costs $275 CAD for 50ml! That price is insanity! Although I like this cream, it is by far not my favourite anti-aging moisturizer.

It performs as well as a drugstore moisturizer. I find it similar to Cetaphil and Cera Vu products, and those products cost less than $20 CAD. Although I haven’t used the Dr. Strum moisturizer for an extended period of time, and therefore have not experienced how effective it is at fighting signs of aging, I can’t justify spending this much money on a face cream.

I will not purchase this product again!.

I love this bundle travel kit, especially when traveling! My only complaint is the serum. I constantly buy strum, especially thru Sephora for the points. The serum is some times way lower in amount than other serums.

I had purchased the clarifying serum too in travel, and when compared to each other it was a substantial difference in amount. I understand for bottling and packaging they should be a tad lower in amount, but this amount fell short underneath the logo of the bottle.

Also, the pipette gets stuck to the bottle. The serum is such a foundation that I don’t understand why they would give you so little amount in comparison to the other serums of the same size. I own the clarifying, night time, vitamin c, glow, super anti-aging, and the antipollution- none come as low as the hyaluronic.

I started with this set and honestly, I do not regret it at all. I started my love for DBS from this set and have changed my whole shelf to the Strum routine. This set also works well for lighter skin tones.

In fact, it is better and is more recommended for people with sensitive skin. I also equally love all the items in this set. Very useful in helping me with my several issues – dryness, hyperpigmentation, redness, etc.

Great starter kit! ALso, don’t worry that it is only small, it lasts a long time! You only need a small amount. The face cream might need some getting used to with the smell, but it is a gem when you put it (it absorbs fast and you don’t feel it heavy on your skin).

Wow, what a great product line. The Darker Skin Tones hyaluronic acid is the best — whenever I have used regular hyaluronic serums, I would get unevenness on my skin, like a bumpy texture. The Darker Skin Tones version eliminates this problem! Definitely smoothes me out and I really appreciate that a high end luxury brand has paid specific attention to the needs of people with more melanin in our skin.
