I love this product. I am so glad that this deodorant is one that has all natural ingredients. As a woman, some days I apply it twice. I do not exercise much or workout heavily, so I cannot speak to the strength it has in managing body odor in that regard, but for regular daily use, I am super happy with this product.

My husband says the scent smells like Orange Crush. It is one of my favorite natural deodorants on the market, and haven’t changed to any other since trying this one, which I now get a regular subscription with free shipping.

Can’t beat that! Thanks Each & Every for making such a quality product. I do wait a couple of minutes after applying to put clothes on because of the coconut oil, and haven’t had any issues. I have had issues with the bottom leaking oil out where you twist the canister, which I haven’t been a huge fan of, since then I get oil all over my hand/fingers when twisting if I don’t wipe it off prior.

Ever since my husband was diagnosed with cancer 5 years ago, and I became aware of the toxic burden we put on our bodies just from hygiene products alone. I have been searching for a “all natural” aluminum free deodorant.

I FINALLY found it with each and every! I have tried several sticks and rub ons, sensitive and non sensitive. Most natural deodorants are made with baking soda which irritated my skin terribly making my underarms break out in a sore, itchy, red rash yet their sensitive versions did not curb odor.

Comparing ingredients I can only attest that it must be the dead sea and antioxidant salts in Each & Every that really do eliminate odor without irritating the skin. After alot of time and money spent I am happy to say I finally found a safe deodorant that actually works in Each & Every.

I bought the orange one that smells delightful, which I love and now receive on autoship.

I bought this antiperspirant because it was for sensitive skin, fragrance free, and had good reviews. The price is excellent as well. This antiperspirant/deodorant works perfectly at keeping my underarms dry all day, and although it’s fragrance free there is no profound odor emanating from my underarms.

Even though my underarms felt itchy sometimes, there was no severe irritation. What I dislike about this product is that the gel feels really sticky upon application and crust builds up along the top and falls off when I open it.

Also, unlike what the tube claims, the gel does not dry quickly and it did leave white residue on me sometimes. Although this product is the best antiperspirant I’ve ever used to date, I don’t plan on purchasing it again because I think I prefer a stick antiperspirant that goes on dry and smooth.

Perhaps the manufacturer would consider making one.

I can’t express how happy I am with this deodorant. I am a hairstylist and I often worry about how I smell to my clients. I was using Secret clinical for a few years and I’m convinced that it builds up and traps your bacteria, making your armpit situation worse.

After getting that stuff off (it took a week and I used some dubious items to remove), I stated using Dove. I really don’t like cheap scents (Bath and Body Works type fragrance). This doesn’t compete with my Jo Malone perfume and my armpits stay dry!! No odor!! Even when I sweat from a workout.

Im thrilled. We travel quite a bit and my only ask is for a travel size in the sensitive version. Advanced Care sensitive, please don’t ever stop making this!.

When I need a little more coverage during the summer or athletic activities, and natural deodorants won’t cut it for me, this is my go-to deodorant/antiperspirant! I have eczema and really sensitive skin overall, and I have reacted really poorly to many deodorants, but not this one! I stay smelling fresh all day, and this has never irritated my sensitive skin – yay! My skin feels moisturized instead of stripped and dry after use.

I am so thankful to have found a fragrance-free deodorant/antiperspirant that actually works and doesn’t irritate my skin and is cruelty-free! Please don’t ever discontinue this!.

Why do you label a product unscented that has a very strong scent?? I am very scent sensitive and now have a totally useless product. I am furious. The label listing ingredients doesn’t say parfum but this website does and based on the reaction I experienced from your product it is chaulk full of chemicals used to create it’s terrible scent.

Why not manufacture a truly unscented product? Or at least one with only 100% essential oils as the scent instead of “parfum”. The Dove unscented soap bars have parfum but the sensitive bars are truly fragrance free.

Your customers have to be careful and very vigilant to not fall for your unscented claims. VERY FRUSTRATING.

I really don’t want to give this deodorant a bad review but hoping my review might help someone else. I think this deodorant actually works great. It’s the best I’ve ever used in regards to odor and sweat protection.

That being said, after a few days of use my armpits started getting very itchy and my lymph nodes became swollen to the point my entire arm hurt. It hurt to even move my arm. I have no idea what ingredient could have caused this as I’m usually not very sensitive to deodorants.

Obviously this will not happen to everyone and I would still recommend it for other people to try! I’m sad I couldn’t continue using it :(.

I really enjoy the scent of this one. It’s a light floral scent that’s just lovely to me. And I’ll rate the four scents I’ve tried below, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves. if you’ve never used Lume, it’s a MIRACLE in natural deodorant! Lume made me a believer that a natural deodorant could actually work well and all day!! Other natural deodorants smelled good, but I’d be stinky again within about 5-8 hours sitting at a desk job in the A/C.

Lume lasts ALL DAY for me and into the next day if I don’t shower before bed. Other than the Unscented (which does have a slight scent), I have personally tried four Lume scents and would recommend them as follows: 1.

Coconut Crush (my absolute FAVORITE so far – a sweet summer scent) 2. Jasmine Rose (light floral – I like this one for winter for some reason) 3. Lavender Sage (kind of earthy and what you’d expect lavender sage to smell like – I’m neutral on this one, don’t love it but don’t dislike it) 4.

Clean Tangerine (does smell “clean” and I’m ok with it, but ranked my least favorite because it smells a bit like a kitchen/bathroom cleaning product to me) Last recommendation, do NOT judge the scents by sniffing straight from the tube after opening.

Put it on your CLEAN skin – smell it on your fingers first, then apply to your underarm and smell. Doing it this way seems to give a more accurate scent test.

Works really really good. And it’s is inexpensive. I wish it didn’t run out so fast, but overall a awesome deodorant. And since it’s fragrance free, men and women can use it with their favorite cologne/perfume.

This is definitely a winner for girls with a sensitive armpit situation. I’ve used anti-perspirant for years and it made my underarms dark, itchy, and bumpy. So I switched to this and now my underarms are lighter and smooth.

No more bumps. No more itchiness. And I don’t smell even after a long day at work. The only thing that may tick you off is the smell. It literally smells like tea tree oil. It is strong, but you get used to it.

I wanted so badly to love this deodorant. I’ve been using Tom’s of Maine for years. When I discovered a new line that carried interesting scents like cedar, bergamot, sandalwood, and patchouli, I had to try.

PROS: Made in the U. S. A. ; clean cruelty free. Most smell very nice. CONS: The patchouli didn’t smell at all like patchouli to me. It’s earthy all right, but not in a fragrant way. It smelled to me like soil or a paper bag.

All of the American Provenance deodorants have absolutely ruined my blouses. The natural oils in them leave big, unsightly greasy spots on the front of the shirts that won’t come out. Finally, the deodorant actually foamed up under my arms while working out, which was not only kind of horrifying, but super disgusting.

I guess you could say my little pits went rabid. (whomp whomp whooooomp).

Absolutely THE best natural deodorant on the market. Clean ingredients with a variety of natural fragrances to suit anyone. Firepits and Flannels is a definite unisex fragrance, not too sharp or too soft.

Creamy formula is not wet or sticky, and works on even the hottest days! RECOMMEND!!.

This particular deodorant is simply the best! I’ve tried quite a few homemade, and natural deodorants and none of them worked out long term. I am disappoint that American Provenance only releases their Spearmint deodorant seasonally because it is the ONLY deodorant that actually works for me, especially during the heat of summer!.

For the last 7 months I have been scrapping around trying to find anyone selling the old style spray cans. I like others have used Sanex for years and both me and my husband use one can, rather than having one each and the smell has always been great and keeps you feeling fresh all day.

Then 7 Months ago, I brought the new can, only because they were the only ones for sale in Morrisons. I genuinely thought I had something wrong with me when I put the new spray on, the bad smell was instant and even I couldn’t stand the smell of myself, then my husband used it and had the same issue, we still carried on using it for a week, as I had to find somewhere to get the old cans.

Please Sanex can you change back to the old style, as I really don’t want to change back to 2 different deodorant, but will do if I can’t get hold of the old cans anymore. My regular place doesn’t have anymore left and we are on our last 2 cans.

I’m praying Sanex hears our plea.

My husband has used this for a few years, but has put the new formula in the bin! It has a very strong unpleasant smell, like rancid strong perfume on clothes the day after a party. He wanted to wash the packaging out to recycle it and put it in the sink with a heavy-based frying pan.

Next time I used that pan the food smelt/tasted of the deo, so strongly we had to throw it out. So he boiled water with vinegar in the pan to try to get rid of it… and now the baking trays we store above the oven, which were in the steam coming off as he was boiling the pan, all stink of the deo too.

What on earth is in this??! The ‘fragrance statement’ on the website is quite horrifying… We will never buy this again and can’t wait for the last of the smell to be gone.

I used to love sanex deodorant, but bought this a few months ago, and thought there was something wrong with me! I can have quite sweaty underarms, but this one one of my favourite and effective deodorants, but all of a sudden I was sweating loads and completely stank! I’ve tried many, many deodorants over the years – most recently Megababe. I found that one of my armpits was routinely irritated where I had a full blown chemical rash/irritation. After some internet googling I ran across baking soda irritations and found that was likely the culprit.

This has been my first non-Megababe, natural and baking soda-free deodorant I’ve tried. I’m a sweater – I have hyperhydrosis so I’m never expecting a natural deodorant to keep me dry or smell free. If that’s your expectation don’t rely on my review.

My goal is to reduce sweating/moisture and reduce odor. I found this did a good job at sticking around where I didn’t need to reapply multiple times per day. And so long as the deodorant was still there the smell was minimal.

The deodorant itself is soft so I end up using more than I want and I end up using it quickly. With the cardboard packaging I’ve also noticed the top lip becomes stained with the overflow deodorant which means again some of it is wasted.

I’m so happy this isn’t plastic and is instead paper but I’d also love to see a design update where I’m not routinely loosing product. FYI – for anyone who also sweats I had the experience (most if not all times I’ve used it) where I get deodorant dingleberries in my armpit.

I stopped shaving my armpit hair years ago because I’m an adult woman and if men get to rock their body hair so do I! The deodorant does leave dingleberries in my hair which I’ve come to enjoy taking them out.

It takes a little practice to remove them without also removing your armpit hair (fair warning).

I received this deodorant as a free gift with my recent order and now I’m a convert (well played, Attitude). I’ve tried several aluminum free deodorants before and most didn’t work for me and one (made by a local friend) worked pretty well, and I stuck to it for a while, but depending on the activity or the weather, I would always smell a little bit, eventually, during the day and I ended up just returning to the regular aluminum deodorants, even though those are also not fully effective for me either.

I didn’t have high hopes for this deodorant but tried it on a day when I was just going to be working at home in the air conditioning. It worked great, and I decided to put it to the real test and use it when I was was going to be working at one of my craft shows, here on the beach of North Carolina, in upper 80s temperature.

It also worked great, to my surprise, but that day, although hot, was breezy, and I found that I didn’t sweat as much, so I wondered how the deodorant would perform if I was sweating. I put it to the test again, at another outdoor craft show, temperature in the 90s, heat index of a 100 and humid.

I was sweating a lot. No smell, whatsoever, after about 8 hours. No wetness. This thing is amazing. The only test left I can think of is to try it during the winter, when usually my armpits would get wet if using natural deodorants, under a couple of layers of clothing, which would lead to a bit of a smell, but the way this deodorant has performed so far, has me really impressed!.

I tried this deodorant for the first time a few weeks ago. I have used it for the full 2 weeks before giving an honest assessment. First off, it goes on smoothly, I have not experienced any pilling. It has not left marks on my clothing though I tend to apply and then wait a few minutes before getting dressed.

I have been using this deodorant for about a month now, so long enough to know if is really working. I have tried many other natural deodorants before, but none of them really worked all that well, for me.

I’m a clean person, but for some reason (and it’s embarrassing), I tend to have stronger odor than others. I don’t know what it is. I’ve changed my diet. I shower regularly, and change my clothes regularly.

It’s a mystery, to me. The only products that have ever seemed to work well are the deodorants, full of horrible chemicals, that are available everywhere. I’ve tried to give other natural products a chance, but they just don’t work all that well for me.

So, I didn’t have the highest hopes for this, but based on the reviews (and price), I had to try it. I love anything almond scented, so I figured it would be okay. The scent is a little different (not bad at all, just different than I expected), but I’ve gotten used to it and actually really like it now.

It’s not overpowering, and I think it could be good for a man or a woman. I have found that some days, when it’s especially hot and humid, I may need to reapply 10-12 hours later, but now that the seasons are changing, and days are cooler and less humid, I only have to apply it once a day.

I have been using this for years. I jumped off the antiperspirant wagon back in 2003. I have tried tons of natural deodorants, basically, every brand that was available at a health food store. A few worked for a while, but eventually turned stinky or didn’t work.

I don’t really sweat much so, I’m not much of a challenge for deodorant. Most of them got a weird rubbery smell. I do have a chemical reaction to some fragrances. It took me years to find this. The Alvera works, smells good (has fragrance-free option), and doesn’t change to funk.

It also doesn’t irritate my skin, as many deodorants do. If they keep making it, I’ll keep using it.

I have tried ~ every ~ natural deodorant on the market. (which was an excruciatingly expensive process) I put them all through a hot yoga class and this is the only one that held up. I smelled just as fresh coming out as when I went in.

And I never have to reapply it – it lasts through an entire work shift (I’m a barista) I love that it doesn’t make the armpits of my t-shirts weird like the old spice I was using before I switched over.

The smell is gentle and fades fast, like baby shampoo. Honestly, I’m not really one to fall in love with a product- but these I buy in a 6 pack.

The scent is quite nice. Smells more like hops terpenes (fresh, citrus); the patchouli is more subtle and background. I highly disagree with the company’s description of the scent as “malty. ” It is not malty.

I think they borrowed the term from beer, since beer contains hops; however, it’s the barley in beer that makes it malty, not the hops. You wouldn’t want malt in your deodorant, but don’t worry, it’s not.

Highly recommend their sensitive skin formulas over the “signature” formula, which contains baking soda. Have tried both; the baking soda leaves a chemical burn from too high alkalinity.

I’m not one to review but thought I had to based on the mixed reviews. I decided to try this one eventhough everyone seemed to comment that it doesn’t keep you fresh nor dry (its not antiperspirant).

I have considered the fact that with ‘natural’ deodorants, your body almost detoxes in the beginning so you will experience more sweating and it balances out after a short period of consistent use. That said, these are my findings: * Regarding the scent: I’m not from the US so I didnt get it when the reviewers referred to a certain brand with regard to the scent of the deodorant BUT when I opened it, I knew exactly what they meant.

It smelled like bug spray! I made my husband use it to test whether I can smell it on him. I could. A sweaty bug spray odour. Conclusion: 1. Pitchouli version: smell is off putting & unfortunately the first week of using it (during the detox phase: you’re ssssweeeaaating), it makes you smell bad.

It doesn’t discolour your armpits though and the texture is smooth when applying. 2. Ylang ylang & calendula version: The smell is good. The detox phase is bearable because of the former. The texture is rough and may discolour your armpits to a darker colour though.

I’m going for rose and vanilla next. Wish me luck.

My go-to deodorant has been from Native ever since switching to aluminum-free several years ago, but Native is pricey, so I thought I’d give Schmidt’s another try (I had tried their deodorant in the little tub container when I first ditched aluminum but didn’t like it).

I love anything with hemp seed oil and patchouli is very nostalgic for me, so this was a perfect pairing to try. I recommend letting it sit against your underarm skin for 5-10 seconds before applying so that it goes on more smoothly.

At first, the smell was a bit too strong and smelled like lemon Lysol cleaner, but after about an hour, the scent faded from lemon into a really great patchouli, and the longer it’s on your skin, the better it smells.

I haven’t reapplied any in 3 days and it still smells wonderful and protects against wetness as well. This stuff is fantastic! My new go-to deodorant.
