I received Energizer Max batteries to try. I have been a long time user of this brand and wonderd about the “max” bit. Will it truly make a difference? Well, I got the D size batteries and threw them into my Mag light flashlight.

Heavy duty flashlight that I keep around for all sorts of uses. I was surprised at how much brighter it seemed to light up the room. Before, yes, it would light up the area nicely, but seemed, a bit dim.

Kind of like the difference of a brand new showroom automobile with fresh, not hazy headlamps compared to a car with hazy headllamps. Yes, they can both light up the area nicely, but one has a better clarity and brightness over the other.

I found these batteries did a very nice job and seemed to last a bit longer. Always a bit hard to truly judge without having 2 exact same flashlights, 2 sets of batteries only with 1 being the normal versus the newer Max batteries, changing them both at the same time and light up the lights and just wait it out to see which lasted longer.

Overall, I felt that they were lasting and working better for me and seemed to brighten the area a bit better. As I get older, my eyes enjoy more light, and I felt thes batteries helped give me a bit more benefit than others in the past.

I’ve done a lot of research on batteries and have even done a few experiments testing different brands. From what I’ve read, and seen first hand, Energizer batteries are by far the best batteries out there.

First, they have a very long shelf life. This is extremely important to me since I live in an area prone to storms and power outages. I know I can always count on my little “stockpile” of Energizer batteries whenever I need them.

Second, these are alkaline batteries. This is the most common type you’ll see in the stores but it’s worth point out. There are also a lot of so called Extra Heavy Duty batteries which actually use zinc not alkaline.

This type of battery will last less than half as long and are prone to leaking. Third, Energizer batteries will outlast any other battery. This isn’t an exaggeration and you can do a simple test to see for yourself.

One way would be to use identical flashlights with two Energizer D batteries in one and different brands in the other(s). Flip them on at the same time and I can guarantee that the Energizers will be the last to run out.

If you’re looking for a dependable battery, care about your electronics and want something that will last then Energizers are the batteries for you.

We can always rely on Energizer batteries. The Energizer Max batteries in D are fabulous. I’m using these in our flashlight and they’re lighting up the night! Simple to install and much brighter than the ones we had in previously.

These Procell 9V batteries are your standard battery backed by Duracell quality. They have the proper voltage, capacity and do not leak. Good value.

Batteries exactly as described. Arrived in two days. Reasonably fresh (Duracell says five years, and the expiration on these is 4-1/2 years).

This book will give you the best understanding of how the behaviors in a dysfunctional family are passed from one person to another. You’ll understand how and why the dysfunctional family unit, if broken up, will reform itself where an addict will unconsciously find another codependent, where a codependent will unconsciously find another addict.

Awareness is the beginning of change. This book will get you there like no other. Also see Bradshaw’s video of the same title if you can. These materials are available at most all public libraries. Action empowers and this book is a great starting point.

The author goes deep into origins of toxic shame and offers the ways to work on it, gives very valuable insights into our behavioral problems that are hard to come across in self-help literature. I’m giving it 4 stars because some paragraphs in the beginning are difficult to understand, and because of his praise for AA where it’s common for people to shame each other for their character defects.

Overall, I’m glad I found this book, it’s been very helpful, and I highly recommend it.

This book from “the past” is still an excellent work. I bought it for a friend who is finding the work helpful in moving on from certain issues. Nothing is really new under the sun for family pain and this author hits close to home with healing and wisdom.

Living in a mountain area, we are prone to power outages. Luckily they are usually of short duration. Nevertheless, I need batteries that are dependable and long-lasting. I use the Energizer Max 9 volt as a backup energy source for my alarm clock.

This is one less concern, my husband needs an alarm clock. His boss could care less if he overslept due to an alarm not going off. I adore that I can have a supply of Energizer Max, they have a 10-year shelf life.

Also unlike others, I have used in the past there is no leakage. They are long-lasting, having purchased other so-called bargain batteries. I can tell you there is a huge difference in quality. On a personal note, I love the Bunny with his sunglasses too.

These batteries are well built and long-lasting. I am impressed with how long they truly last compared to other brands I have tried in the past. I like that these batteries have a long shelf life and can hold power up to 5 years while in storage.

These batteries are perfect for my smoke detectors and my children’s toys. I highly recommend these batteries because I can count on them to work when most needed and they last a long time. They do not disappoint.

Sometimes brand names are better quality and Energizer Max 9 Volt is one of those. We had smoke detectors that would still beep even with new batteries. Once we switched to using the energizer brand the issue stopped.

I questioned it with a couple handymen I know as well as the manufacturer of the smoke detector. Both said “off brand” batteries don’t always work well in some electronic items. This is a nice tool. I had a Black & Decker electric screwdriver before that was powerful, but stopped charging after a few years. This one has the same powerful motor, and I like the roto-bit holder.

My gripe with the old screwdriver was that I couldn’t attach an extra bit to it. The roto-bit holder comes with basically every kind of bit you will need. You just spin it to select the one you want.

It’s a really nice tool.

Great little screw-driver. It has a rechargeable lithium battery, so it runs and runs and runs on a single charge. It’s got a lot of torque for its size. I use it all the time, in conjunction with my big drill gun, for instance when hanging doors.

It’s really easy to use, and it has enough torque to do almost any screw-driving job. You can stick it into your pocket. It recharges overnight, and I have only used up the charge once. I had an earlier model of this drill and used it all the time, but it was stolen, so I bought this one as a much-needed replacement.

So I put the battery in and it worked and I’ll let you know in a years time or so if it still works A bit disappointed that the bunny did not come with the purchase! Cannot think of anything else to add at this time… if the bunny shows up however I will change my four star rating to a five star rating.

Works as advertised. This was for a garage door opener. The old one was on its way out and I’d have to press the butron several times to open the garage.

Great for small projects. I have an older version of this. It works really well for quick projects like putting up curtain rod holders, or for toys that take batteries, but the batteries in this tend to die quickly no matter what brand of battery I use.

This is a light use power screwdriver. It’s mostly for rotating screws into pre-existing threads. For thick beams and studs, you should use something more powerful. Using AA batteries is good if you don’t use the driver that often.

It looks like it was meant to be removed, but DON’T REMOVE THAT BAND! This is a staple pin that keeps the gear system attached to the main body of the driver. It is full of grease and nasty to handle since all the cogs can fall out and scatter.

I highly suggest wrapping a band of electrical tape over and around the body of the driver to keep that staple pin from popping out and scattering the cogs if the shock happens if the driver is accedentally dropped.

A little tape here can prevent a nightmare that halts your project. Finally, the battery compartment is just held on with plastic tabs. Wrapping some electrical tape here might be a good idea if you have a tendency to drop stuff.

In conclusion, this is an inexpensive solution to the light driving of screws if you have problems rotating a screw driver on simple jobs or just want to speed driving up. Just be aware of design annoyances such as how easy this product can fly apart if dropped and that the other bit can’t be stored on the driver.

Depending on your needs, this product will do just fine, but keep in mind it is made for quick assembly in the factory and not at least as package made to stand up for general abuse over the coase of its life.

My wife saw these units on the internet and asked me to make them for her. I was getting all the wooden details made for my wife’s pantry inserts and I decided to assemble them with Gorilla Glue and screws so they would stand all the use.

I have been using this product for a long time and have always enjoyed it. However, lately the handle design is pure trash! When you depress the handle you have to push the handle back out in order to get another spray out of it.

I love the cleaning products but they’re expensive compared to store brands. So it takes some loyalty to continue purchasing them. At this particular point, I think I will seek out the store brands. If a higher price may be factor is not willing to give meA quality product, then I have to question my loyalty.

I have noticed this lately with other products. Just lately. So I think a lot of them have gone to a cheaper manufacture overseas. Very frustrating not to be able to access the product that I purchased!.

I’ve used this cleaner for years for specific area or items that need cleaning and disinfecting however I’m ready to look for an alternative. The sprayer handle always ends up not spraying. I have to actually move the handle forward and back as opposed to the handle returning to the start position on its own.

The result is just a little “spit” of cleaner. I’ve even tried buying another bottle with the intent of combining the 2 after some of the newer bottle has been used. More often than not, the spray mechanism on the 2 bottle fails too.

I’ve tried taking off the head and replacing it as indicated (so it aligns with the arrow, etc. ) but it doesn’t make a difference.

I see so many poor reviews about the spray nozzle. I had problems at first with the spray nozzle until I stopped to inspect it and saw what I was doing. When you remove the nozzle to refill, the pickup tube is short 3” or so).

It’s not the typical long tube you find in a sprayer. If you look, a tube is actually molded into the bottle which travels down the side of the container and opens at the bottom. This is great! And insures no wasted product! When putting the cap back on, you have to make sure the short pick up tube is lined up with the hole in the side of the bottle.

If you don’t, it won’t spray and you’ll only get the drip and things people mention. It should also be noted that you can’t put the cap on in either direction. It must be oriented to the molded tube side or when you push down, the tube will pop out and it will still not spray correctly.

Pay attention and you won’t have a problem. LOVE this type of spray nozzle. Works well and strong full spray pattern with minimal effort on trigger pull. If I had anything negative to say about this product it would be that the bleach smell is fairly strong, but it certainly works well.

Is this product a joke? You have to first clean the surface you want to disinfect, spray it with this stuff, then let it air dry without wiping. But it leaves a thick, sticky residue you can see. You have no choice but to wipe it off—-I had to use a different cleaner to get it off.

What is even the point? You can just use a disinfectant spray cleaner like Lysol, wait 10 minutes, and then wipe, or even use Windex and spray with Lysol disinfectant. This stuff just creates extra work, and the 24 hr protection is useless until you want sticky dried foam all over everything.

This is indeed very powerful, effective and protective multipurpose cleaner. Just after spraying on the surface it is noticeable that it starts to work and already makes surface look so much cleaner and shiner.

After wiping with cleaning cloth surface is shiny, clean and sparkling. It noticeably cleans stains and grease, and what is plus for this product is that no need to rub with much effort and it removes dirt effortlessly.

The fragrance of citrus is really appealing however it lasts for 10 min only. Would like the fragrance would last much longer. But cleanliness and freshness (the effect that it has been cleaned) indeed lasts really long.

The package size is very valuable and comfortable, it sprays easily and with necessary amount of spray. In my opinion don’t need a lot of spray, just few sprays for one kind of surface is enough and effectiveness is noticeable.

I would recommend and would repurchase.

Bought one years ago and it’s done heaps of cape trips which lasted weeks and even the 2 nighter weekend camp trips. Never had a drama with mine, always preformed well. But unit it only as good as the battery inside it.

Make sure if your spending the money use a good quality battery and it will do the rest for you! Also even with it being around dust and rough corrugated roads it’s never broke! Good unit!.

Ran a 40w fridge at 3 degrees for 240 hours in 22 degree ambient temperature. Haven’t used 240v inverter function yet but will be mindful of 300w load limitation. Other critiques highlight this as a weakness but seem to have put undue load on it.

Great product easy to use and plenty of connection options

I mounted the air compressor on my truck to use for topping off irrigation tires primarily, and also to use an impact wrench. The storage tank is a little small, which does make it a lot easier to mount, but really doesn’t hold enough air for my uses.

I mounted a couple more tanks under the bed of the truck. It works very well for my intended purpose now. I could have gotten by without the extra tanks, but it’s a lot nicer to use now. For a 12vdc compressor, it’s great.

You’re not going to mistake it for a ‘real’ shop air compressor, but it’s been working fine for my uses for a couple weeks now. Definitely would buy it over again. Edited in Dec. 2020: This compressor finally died.

I had it almost five years and while it didn’t get used all day every day, it worked very well to top off irrigation tires and run an impact wrench to change tires in the field. It got used on at least a weekly basis.

I already have another one ordered. For the money, I still think it exceeded my expectations.

I have a large Mitsubishi Fuso Expedition vehicle. I purchased one of these compressors 5 years ago. This thing has taken me from hell and back. It has continued to function perfectly after tens of thousands of miles of extremely hostile off road miles.

My truck has 37″ tires and the pump will inflate them from 20-50 psi super fast. In fact, I frequently drive with others who have purchased high dollar “off road” oriented compressors and I can fill all of my tires and two of theirs in the time theirs does only two tires! Couldn’t be happier.

This is possibly the handiest compressor ever. Works to air up my Jeep tires crazy fast. It fills my super duty tires to 80 for hauling quickly as well. My half inch impact wrench runs well as well, intermittently of course.

I love this tool. Well made and I expect to get years of use out of it.

I would only get a few days in before the swing started to get slow and show signs of the batteries getting ready to not work anymore. Using these rechargeable batteries make me feel more confident and more at ease knowing that I do not have to worry about my daughters swing not working.

It’s been over a week and they are still going strong. even after I have left the swing on longer than usual. I also really love that these are made with 4% recycled batteries – it makes so much more better for the environment.

Energizer is a great, reliable brand and a staple in my household. I would always recommend their batteries, but these. I highly recommend because being able to charge them is not only a money saver, but is very convenient in the long run.

They hold their charge, so you can charge and forget about them, swapping them out with uncharged batteries when needed. My favorite feature is how lightweight they are- this is very noticeable for D batteries.

If weight is a concern for anything, be it a heavy child’s backback or on a vehicle, these are the way to go.

The energized brand has been a family favorite and I just verified to myself that no matter what size the battery the enjoyment it given my family. I have purchased more batteries and the charger is very light in weight.

The charge the batter acquires overnight is incredible. I also used the D batteries in my grandchild toys and it produces the laughter only a mother’s heart Can love.

The instructions are terrible. It stresses the unit must be off when plugged in, but the on off switch has a circle and a dash. Have seen such switches for years and still am not sure what is on and off.

Instructions don’t help one bit. We wanted to run a Dell laptop computer on this and no where on the computer does it say what its wattage is. We plugged the unit in using the power outlet in our vehicle and no lights came on so we guessed the circle is off.

We plugged in the computer then turned the unit on and then powered up the computer. It has two LEDs, a green one and a red one, but nowhere does it say what they mean. As the laptop began to power up the unit began beeping like crazy.

Nowhere to the instructions say what that means. We had a splitter on the power outlet of the vehicle and a gps device plugged into the other socket, although it was off. We tried removing the splitter and plugging just the inverter in and the beeps became only occasional.

The instructions say for maximum power, hook it directly to the battery with the alligator clips and have the vehicles engine running. We were using the power socket and the engine was off so I am guessing that because of the smaller wires and longer distance from battery to power outlet and the losses in the splitter resulted in the inverter getting not much from the battery and as a result the small demands of the laptop were actually overloading it.

It says it warns you when what you want to use draws too much power but it does not tell you how it does that. There was nothing under troubleshooting for green LED on and constant beeping. Of course it was made in China.

I notice in the pictures provided they show a unit with the plugs in the end and another with them in the top. The unit we got had them in the end. Other comments talked about how it can tell you how much power a piece of equipment draws but ours sure doesn’t do that.

Another comment talks about internal fuses but our unit had two of them on the outside and two extras came with it. Would I recommend this model to someone? I don’t know because it may be that the best unit out there has trouble when the power getting to it is not solid and so that means how far is your power outlet from the battery, how good is the wiring and the connections long the way and how clean are the insides of the socket for the contacts.

First off, I don’t know what the deal is with the photos and the other reviews, but I got the one in the first picture, i. e. , no digital display and an aluminum housing. I was a bit disappointed in that, since I was really looking forward to seeing wattage draw, but was in a bind and needed it, so I just went ahead with it when I picked it up using the same-day pick-up at-store deal.

Anyway, I tried to use this for a small gathering, running 5 strings of Christmas-type lights, and a portable (size of a cigar box) photograph printer. It failed miserably. At only 3 strings of lights, it would cut-off and beep an alarm.

I calculated the draw to be only about 60W. So, that was a no-go. The printer was able to operate, but if you tried to print several pictures successively, the unit would beep and shut off. Admittedly, the battery was NOT being charged, like it would be in a vehicle environment, but still.

It was a very good deep-cycle AGM battery out of my truck, that was fully-charged before use. When I got home, I checked the charge status and it read in the range 11. 8 to 12. 2 VDC. The manual says the unit will cut off at 10 VDC, and of course I have no idea what the actual draw was, but 3 strings of LED lights should not bring a 775CCA battery running a small inverter to its knees.

Moral of the story, it’s getting returned, and I’ll buy a better one elsewhere. I have a Schumacher Pro-Series jump starter and it’s an excellent bit of kit. I thought this might be of the same quality, but it just seems to be a “name” attached to a cheaply constructed product.

Pass this one by and look at spending on something better.

This Schumacher inverter is a step up from the last model. It says 410w on the label and it does every bit of it. I have ran a 6. 0 amp jigsaw on this little inverter with no low power alarm. The peak power says 800 watts.

I ran it up to 720 watts before the low voltage alarm sounded. Very strong. All of my testing was with 4 AWG wire leads. Another nice feature is that the fan does not start until you pull power from the outlets.

It comes with 1 USB outlet. If it had 2 USB outlets I would give it 5 stars. Overall this is a good strong quiet little inverter.

think is the nicest unboxing experience have had in a long time. everything securely wrapped in bubble wrap, all the components in individual bags along with tools and logos on everything. looks so more professional than usual dump it in a box approach.

also helps that actual quality of components is very good and works well. recommendation would be to shorten wires from socket to power in a bit – have to squish wires in to get lh plate on. apart from that, great product.

David Baldacci never disappoints. This, one of his early books, was a great read, as usual! I think his early books are the best ones. The King and Maxwell characters are interesting and very likeable and it’s aways fun following their relationship as they take us through each investigation.

A great read.

Needed First Family to continue reading the King and Maxwell series, but couldn’t find it anywhere else at a reasonable price. This was perfect.

This is one of my favorite authors and this book First Family is an excellent example of David’s style and talent. Once you begin the first chapter you are quickly caught up in the story and unable to put down the book until your finished.

I bought this Batman carseat for my son who at 2 1/2 years old was already close to the 40lb weight limit of his old carseat’s shoulder straps and height limit as well. I didn’t want him to be in a booster yet, so I searched for a seat with a higher weight limit on the harness.

The KidsEmbrace carseats allow for up to 65lb in harness before having to switch to booster! It allows for plenty of room for him to grow. This should be the last carseat we have to buy which makes it worth the money.

The hardest part was choosing between Batman and Spiderman! We went with Batman which has a cape that doubles as a blanket/wrap (although he hasn’t used that part much) but it easily tucks away with velcro.

We have been using it for around 9 months now and my son still loves it, so does everyone else who see it! I have taken it apart to wash it several times and it washes up very well. It is not too difficult to put back together and the colors stay true.

Great purchase, highly recommend!.

My family loves these car seats! I have 4 different ones; Batman, Superman, Captain America, and Spiderman. The reason we purchased so many was because we have twin boys and we didn’t want to keep changing car seats from one vehicle to another.

Our twins are a bit rough and so far these car seats are holding up. I know I like having the two cup holders, and they are easy to take a part to clean. The only thing I have to warn you, I have had these car seats for 2 years now.

I always have a heart attack thinking some one in my back seat, when I am getting into my car alone. The faces are so lifelike you sometimes forget and just see a face looking at you in the mirror. If you can deal with that, then you will enjoy these car seats.

Plus I always get complements from family and friends on them!.

I love this carseat an my kids love these car seats an for the same reason there is a recliner position with good head support. I bought my boys 2 an 4, each one of these car seats. Batman an Spider-Man.

My kids always fall asleep in the car an with a regular booster when my 4 yo would fall asleep the top half of his body would just fall over into the middle of the back seat. NEVER AGAIN. His batman car seat keeps him in a slightly reclined position with great head support.

Their heads never fall forward!!!! I love the cup holders they r very handy for drinks an snacks although the arms of the car seat can b a pain if your trying to put your kid in the car seat in a lifted vehicle, but totally worth it.

Also I like how big the 5 point harness can go my 4 year is a big boy, tall for his age an about 56 lbs. using a seat belt in a cheap booster seat he refuses to leave his shoulder strap on, in this carseat the 5 point harness fits him even tho I can properly use the seat belt with these car seats as well.

The sides of the car seat come out a little around their shoulders making it difficult for them to take their shoulder seat belt strap off. I love these car seats an would highly recommend them. The price is high but worth it I feel my kids r very safe in these car seats.

I have had the kids Embrace car seats for almost 1 year.

This is light enough that it has a permanent spot in the tool bag. It’s about as fast as the 12v impact driver on low speed. With the right bits, it’ll do most things that you would generally use a drill or impact driver for.

This is the most useful, sleeper, tool around. 5/8” lag screws into 2x material can be done with this, if you know how to use it. For noise sensitive applications, there is not an impact driver that can beat this.

I really like this DeWalt cordless screwdriver. It makes it so much easier than manually cranking a hand held screwdriver. As you get older like me, you really appreciate avoiding the repetitive motion as much as possible.

This cordless screwdriver is pleasantly light, compact, and has pretty good torque. The 2. 0 Ah batteries are perfect. I even using it for drilling in wood. If I need to do heavy duty work, that is when I’ll pull out the 20V but not as often anymore with this tool.
