This was my first time making Easter candy. The Merckens chocolate wafers made my first experience a huge success. The wafers are very easy to work with. The chocolate is creamy smooth and absolutely delicious! I made creamy peanut butter filled eggs, cashew filled Easter bunnies, dark chocolate raspberry ganache truffles and crunch eggs, along with some plain chocolate using white, dark and milk chocolate wafers.

I l😍ve the Merckens DARK. Not so much the cocoa lite. For years I have been searching for the perfect brand of chocolate for my pretzel rods. This is it! It’s smooth, melts easy, keeps its shine, you dont have to temper it, and tastes AMAZING!!! I get SO many compliments on my sweet treats.

Product is amazing – best dark chocolate! Also ordered white and milk chocolate and all are wonderful. But, the cold pack was totally melted, warm and the chocolate wafers were melted and stuck together.

Perhaps dry ice like Omaha Steaks would work better. Steaks always arrive in great condition – cold/frozen and dry ice still in tact.

I have gone toward a cleaner diet with minimal sugars, gf and dairy free to support some cancer issues but I still needed an occasional “treat” or dessert somehow. So I’ve turned to chocolate chips haha, small but mighty and I can have a lot or a little.

So I have tried TONS of different chocolate chip brands over the last several months to find the best most delicious as-is. And THESE are the ones! 55% barely dark is just right! Minimal added sugar, but perfect richness somehow.

I put them in the fridge so they are crunchy and I love them so much. I stumbled upon this brand at a health food store while on vacation, so I quickly went to their website to order more to my home.

Pretty sure I will never look back and this is my new brand for life!.

if I remember correctly, this was 100% chocolate. so no sugar. chocolate is sorta bitter with no sugar, but I have low blood sugar so no sugar is a good thing. added to to recipes it is fine, eating then out of your hand not as tasty.

I melted mine and spread on things like my biscuits. can add maple sugar (dried maple syrup) to the chips and the taste a lot better. I make the chocolate sauce by putting the chips in small bowl, place that that bowl to a larger bowl, boiling water, add the hot water to the second bowl ant waking away.

later the chocolate has melted and just stir. I store the rest in the frig and then re-melt as needed. I use a 1 cup glass Pyrex bowl to melt the chips in and store int he at same bowl, and cove with the lid it came with.

I do mostly sugar-free eating (Trim Healthy Mama, and these are low enough sugar that it’s not a problem). I love the convenience of chips, rather than chopping up a bar (which was my go-to before I discovered Pascha bulk chocolate chips).

These are comparable value to using bars, even when they’re not on sale (the little bit of difference is worth it for the ease of use), but if you can snag them during a sale, they’re great value! Good taste, though a little more bitter than some brands, I feel, but it’s not enough difference that I mind when they’re mixed into something like muffins.

I don’t typically eat them plain, but they’re good in trail mix. Also, they’re easier on the tummy than sugar-free (sugar alcohol) brands.

I have so many allergies that my diet is very restricted. There aren’t many treats I can have any more, but organic dark (no-milk) chocolate is one of them. Most organic dark chocolate, however, has an extremely coarse texture — sometimes literally as gritty as dirt, and just about as tasty as dirt too.

There are many 100% chocolate bars out there, but I think Pascha has the best tasting and healthiest recipe. Others will increase the fat content to make it more appealing, but Pascha has a better balance which is much healthier for daily consumption and doesn’t give you a heavy feeling in your stomach afterwards.

The chocolate is the most aromatic that I’ve tried, and the most hypoallergenic organic bar on the market as far as I know. They also have an extensive amount of certifications which most chocolate companies don’t have or only have a fraction of.

This has been a life saver. We are on a very strict diet as a family medically due to unforeseen circumstances and going sugar free for a while is one of the restrictions along with mycotoxin free foods.

I ordered from the Better Health Store, because they had a great price on the HU 70% cacao baking gems. They are the only snacking/baking chocolate that doesn’t use processed white cane sugar or erithrytol but instead, coconut sugar.

They were packed very well considering they were being shipped to Los Angeles where the weather could be warm one day and colder the next day. They were wrapped/insulated in hot/cold bubble wrap including, an ice pack that was sealed very securely in bubble wrap so it did not leak all over the products.

If you are like me who prefers the taste of Lindt chocolate over Hersheys you’ll be better off getting the Lindt bar with Hazelnuts. This brand has whole hazelnuts instead of bits and pieces. I get that.

But the joy I get from tasting the finest chocolate is not present in this one.

I am a long time fan of Hu Kitchen’s brand. All the flavors of their chocolate bars are so delicious and unique. The cashew butter vanilla dark chocolate is my absolute favorite flavor, but they are all so tasty! The chocolate is both smooth and silky, and it just melts in your mouth! Sometimes it is difficult to find “healthy chocolate” that is not too bitter, but thankfully, I can say that Hu’s dark chocolate is never bitter.

It is the perfect combination of a rich dark chocolate taste with a subtle sweetness. One of the reasons I love the brand Hu Kitchen is because they use real ingredients in their products. They also have such a great mindset that food products should be simple.

I love Hu products! My diet is limited. I’m dairy free, soy free, gluten free and should focus on finding foods without a paragraph of ingredients on the label, so finding snacks without these is a challenge.

This brand let’s me enjoy snacks without feeling like I cheated on my diet! And get this. they taste even better! I love this brand for their motto. Hu’s whole line is about the same great taste while simplifying what we put into our bodies.

They understand that we function and are better when we consume what is natural for us. My strict diet is because of an autoimmune disease and I used to be a professional snack junkie. I never really had thought about what was in what I used to eat until I was diagnosed.

Now, I notice how many ingredients were in what I ate (yuck)! Even with so little in their products, it tastes just as good, even greater, than your average grocery store option. I really recommend their items.

I love these amazing chocolate bars! I consider them to be food, as they contain such great adaptogen blends. I order several different bars each month to cover my various needs (energy, focus, immunity, etc).

The LOVE bar is amazing, and a great source of GABA, leaving me feeling so calm and chill. The only feedback I’d give is that I’d like to see the bars have smaller squares instead of the four big ones.

I find the big squares a little hard to work with, a bit clumsy to consume. I find myself chomping away at the bar, instead of consuming it in smaller, discreet pieces that would allow me to savor it that much more.

Please consider the idea of using a mold with smaller squares that are a little easier to tease apart. I think it might enhance the overall experience.

The quality of chocolates were very nice. Really smooth, and perfectly dark. The packaging was really thoughtful and everything was delivered in perfect condition (and arrived very quickly!). One thing (that I may have missed), is I think it would be helpful and interesting to have specific benefits of each super food that is labeled on the box of chocolates.

I did see what these super foods combined were beneficial for things like “beauty” but what exactly does that mean? Skin, hair, nails? How do each of these superfoods specifically improve our health? I am guessing it is a liability issue in some way.

but if not it would be awesome to have this info readily available on the packaging or website so I don’t have to do my own research on each individual ingredient. Thank you for producing a great product!.

I love Callebaut chocolate and especially these 54. 5% chocolate callets. They are the perfect percentage of chocolate…not too sweet yet not bitter. A great balance of flavor. They are so creamy and the texture is soft and smooth.

They are wonderful for making ganache or candy and they do very well in baking. I use them for my chocolate chip cookies. They are also great in homemade trail mix. They were packed well and shipped fast.

I had paid extra for special packing to keep them from melting now that the weather is warmer. These chocolate chips from Callebaut have a tendency to melt easily so outside of the colder months it’s best to pay extra for protective packaging to keep them from melting.

These are amazing I haven’t done what I bought them for as yet but I did use them to decorate since Christmas cookies. They melt really well but don’t keep heating them the butter just melts off after a while and your left with mostly milk solids(turns into a really thick gooey texture) which taste amazing and its fun to eat.

The overall quality of the chocolate it to tier and the service from the company I couldn’t ask for better. P. S if you do intend to ship transatlantic the chocolate stays in really good condition it doesn’t lose the callet shape.

During a recent vacation in Brugge, Belgium, the hotel I was staying at served this hot chocolate for breakfast…once sip of it and I was amazed of the delicious flavor! Hands down, the best chocolate flavor, ever! While I was skeptical about buying chocolate online, I am very happy with the purchase.

The chocolate arrived on time, not melted, ( I didn’t request special handling to prevent melting) very well packeted and the quality and handling was as I expected it.

My wife made a batch of chocolate chip cookies and they were a little off to say the least. After further analyzing the taste, they simply did not have enough chocolate flavor and were bland. We looked at the bag which stated “now richer and creamier”.

Now I was suspicious of the chocolate chips and tried some (I’ve eaten them straight as a treat since I was a child so I know what they’re supposed to taste like). The texture and flavor were not nearly as good as the old recipe.

Please bring back the old recipe, these are terrible. Until you do, I’m going to have to use another brand.

I found these at Walmart when doing a delivery order and I couldn’t be more thrilled with this addition to my chocolate collection. I have a blend of 65%, 75%, and 100% cacao chips that I snack on each day (just a few ounces!) and I added these to the mix after instantly falling in love with the rich and creamy texture and chocolaty-coffee flavor.

The chips are slightly smaller in size than a standard toll house chip, darker in color, and have a nice coffee flavor. If you’re looking for a ‘pure coffee’, this isn’t it, as it’s a mixture of coffee, chocolate, sugar, etc.

These chips are delicious! My only problem is finding them – so far I’ve only seen them at Walmart and when they run out. :*-(.

For a long time, I’ve taken a little handful of Nestle chocolate morsels when I needed a taste of chocolate… but it no longer hits the same. There is no joy in eating them. I’m so glad to hear the other comments, to know I’m not going crazy.

Nestle keeps saying “the recipe hasn’t changed”… but one of the ingredients is simply “chocolate”… and the CHOCOLATE has changed. Same recipe, different taste. Might have something to do with recent changes to the rules governing chocolate.

In any event, I don’t see any point in buying these again.

I am so happy to have these. Being a person who is allergic to so many ingredients in commercial chocolates, I am delighted to have some that are not only safe, but taste divine. They came packed so well I was impressed with the detail to everything.

I am not even kidding, this bag of Lindor assorted milk chocolate is like little bits of heaven individually wrapped and put into a bag. I absolutely love this chocolate! The bag is big, definitely worth buying.

Lindt’s Lindor chocolate is my guilty pleasure, so I hide it from my family in a cupboard with our lunch coolers. I hide it inside a cooler and discreetly reach in and grab a random chocolate, so it is always a surprise which flavor I’ll pick.

They are all delicious. This chocolate is so rich and creamy, It is decadent. I haven’t had any chocolate that compares to it. The coconut flavor used to be my favorite, but now the assorted bag of milk chocolate is my new go to guilty pleasure.

It is the perfect size when you get a craving for something sweet and chocolaty. They are beautifully individually wrapped so if you want to share (you won’t, trust me. lol), they look so gourmet in a nice glass bowl.

These would also make an amazing gift for any chocolate lover.

Lindt’s Lindor Truffles are my favorite treat and the assorted bag is a great way to get a little bit of all of the most popular flavors. The assortment includes milk chocolate, dark chocolate and white chocolate — though the dark chocolate and milk chocolate are my favorites (Hint Hint: Please make a dark chocolate and milk chocolate combo bag).

Each truffle is individually wrapped and has two layers. The outer layer is a normal chocolate texture while the inner layer is a smoother, creamier texture. I keep them in the fridge because I live in the south and chocolate melts, but if you let them warm up a bit before eating, the center is halfway between liquid and solid.

Truly the best way to indulge! If you haven’t tried Lindor Truffles or if you just haven’t tried all of the (best) flavors yet, definitely get the assorted bag and give it a go. Or pick one up as a gift.

Or pick one up to hide in the fridge for those days when you just need a pick-me-up.

Whoever has ate Dove chocolate and said it wasn’t great is lying! These little bites are so addicting. I think it’s a trick since small you think it’s ok to eat a few and before you know it half the bag is gone! I’ve always loved the milk chocolate version and I love chocolate with almonds and so decided to try this dark version with Almonds.

Absolutely the same quality standard as any of their other varieties. The almond gives it a nice texture and isn’t too crunchy so it still has that same smoothness everyone expects from dove. The only negative I can say is I wish the bag was resealable.

Not a huge deal especially if your gonna put in a candy dish but if your want to store away out of sight it would be nice but that’s a small slight. Doesn’t affect the yumminess at all. The little sayings inside each wrapper is always nice too! Go get ya a bag!!!.

When it comes to sweets, my whole family loves chocolate. Especially by Dove! In addition, I am a huge fan of dark chocolate and out of all nuts I love almonds. I was over the moon excited when I got these.

Each piece is individually wrapped with a message. It’s not too soft or too hard when biting into each piece and almonds size is just right and the right amount of consistency overall. It comes in a bag of 14.

2 oz, reseable bag, only one problem – it doesn’t last long in our household! It is so delicious! I highly recommend it and planning to get more soon(in fact on my next shopping trip!). I received this product free in exchange for my honest opinion, and honestly, these were very delicious! I am a dark chocolate fan, and my hubby is not. But when he tried one, he couldn’t stop eating them! For me, anything with chocolate and nuts is a win.

The bag was large, but was not filled to the top, typical of products nowadays. The candies are individually wrapped in purple foil, which was a nice touch, especially if you just want to grab a few to throw into your purse or bag.

When you open the foil, there are little saying and encouraging words which I appreciated but didn’t think was necessary. I had two issues with this product which is why I deducted a star — 1) I didn’t like how small the almond pieces were.

I hoped and expected that the almond pieces would be larger, or even a full almond. The almond pieces were very small and the ends were a tad sharp for my liking. 2) when I looked at the serving size, I was kind of disappointed.

The serving size is 4 pieces. I could eat like 10 in one sitting, but the guilt. I wish there were a “healthier” option that would allow you to indulge a little bit more because they are delicious, but just 4?? otherwise, these were very tasty.

Especially after they’ve been in the fridge and are nice and cold. I would highly recommend.
