Bought a brand new Lew’s Mach smash spinning combo. Third time using it the cap holding the handle on came off. ( Yes I made sure it was tight before using it) I contacted Lew’s and they will not send a replacement cap.
They told me to take it to a local repair shop. I will never buy their products ever again. So if you decide to buy their stuff be aware of it breaks they will not stand behind their product. Wish I could give negative stars.

I had trouble staying on the pole and would slide but with this I stay in place it’s awesome. The whole time I thought it was my technique but it was cause I had no grip! I’ve recommended to it people in my class and they tried some and want to go out and get one themself.
I’ve tried shaving cream and grip sprays but this worked the best!.
I have very dry skin especially during winter and during summer I am a sweaty Betty. This stuff is amazing, I thought the tub was small but it makes sense now as only need to lightly dab your finger on the product and apply to skin and it’s like magic.

The pole sections were sawed to length leaving a bur around the saw kerfs on all ends, making sliding the telescopic poles difficult. To facilitate the poles sliding properly requires filing the ends and insides of each pole, top and bottom, inside and out.
The poles can not safely be extended to the full 3 pole length as the poles are not strong enough to stand even a moderate wind. If extended to full 3 pole extension would require lowering the bird house anytime a wind was forecast to be above 15 MPH.
At full extension the poles will not remain straight, but lean, as the sliding pole overlap is not long enough.

I’ve been in the window cleaning business since 1993, and Unger 4-foot extension poles have been my main pole all this time. It’s short enough to fit in a hammer holder and carry up ladders without using my hands, and it’s long enough to reach the top of the upper part of a double-hung window easily.
I use an 8-foot pole occasionally too, but the 4-footer gets used day in / out. I’ve never found a better one, and I’ve used or at least looked at all of them. Nice price from office Supply too, and they sent in VERY quickly.
