Best Dairy Free Protein Shake (2026 Updated)

I used to drink this shake long time ago and stopped for no concerning reason. I needed to up my protein due to being vegetarian and pregnant I started back. I fault myself for not reading the ingredients.

It has a common food additive which is approved by the fda. This food additive is known as TSP an inorganic phosphorus compound cleaning agent. Even though in small amounts it’s safe but over time high levels of phosphorus can cause the body to pull calcium from the bones, which weakens them.

There are other concerning things but that’s what Google is for. I will no longer purchase these or the kids (the kids drinks dont have it) due to not trusting the company.

Never even heard of this product– or the company– before a friend gave me her remaining supply when her daughter quit wrestling. Their loss is my gain, as I loved this product from the first sip. The fact that the sources of the protein are plant based is a major plus for me.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the not just the taste, but also the texture, as I confess I was expecting a grainy aftertaste. I’m thrilled to discover the monthly subscription option, which saves me the expense of going out to keep myself supplied in my new favorite nightly option for a quick light meal to end my day.

LOVE These Creamy Chocolate Flavored Shakes! No grainy consistency like other shake brands. With my autoimmune disease, I am always searching for healthier ways to fulfill basic necessities. These pre-made shakes are my absolute go to.

I have been taking your vanilla and chocolate powder protein for couple of years now. I do enjoy them as part of my breakfast, I’m hot days I use ice and in cold days I use hot water to make a delicious thick drink.

I like to combine a scoop of each flavor, I feel that for me the chocolate alone is too strong. I gave my mother who is 88 years old, the vanilla protein to supplement her protein intake and she has been loving it for over two years now.

I am saddened that I have not received my vanilla cans in the last two months. Is there a production problem? I do however go the supermarket in town and pick it there. I would rather to receive it at home though.

I am so happy the chocolate protein powder came back in stock!! Today I ordered two cans for me and my husband. During the work week/weekends we blend up fresh smoothies w/ this added along w/ almond/coconut milk.

It has such a velvety texture and enjoy the chocolate taste. I have to say I really am pleased with the taste and the ingredients. My husband and I have a vegetarian diet (we still consume eggs; no meat/no dairy/no seafood) + eat/cook lots of vegan dishes also.

I am happy this is also gluten free and not full of fake/artificial flavors/fake sugar. My husband has IBS so we eat as clean as possible. This is my favorite powder powder I’ve ever had. Will continue to buy directly from your website.

Since starting breastfeeding, I’ve decreased the amount of dairy in my diet to help with my baby’s reflux. It’s so hard enough to find a vegan protein powder that doesn’t have a chalky consistency, and even harder to find one without any stevia (which I don’t like the taste of).

This protein powder is delicious, smooth, and sweet without being overwhelming. Before my morning walk, I will do either the powder and oatmilk in a shaker bottle or throw it in a blender with banana and nut butter.

So delicious! Aloha definitely found a customer for life. I’ve also tried their bars which are to die for! I especially love chocolate chip cookie dough and caramel sea salt.

I’m having a nightmare of a time trying to find a yummy plant based protein powder that also meets my nutritional standards. I’ve tried dozens of the top ranked ones and absolutely no luck! I’m EXTREMELY frustrated! They are VERY expensive too.

In the meantime, I decided to start trying pre-made shakes and I started with the two highest reviewed ones. Owyn had mixed reviews, but the best overall, especially for the chocolate flavor. The nutrition profile isn’t everything I want it to be, but I’ve realized I have to sacrifice a few things.

This tasted like…dirt. I’m used to plant products and powders, so it wasn’t me. This does not taste good! I drank it, but it took a long time and was hard to get down. I will not be trying anything from this brand again!.

I didn’t expect much from this product but the positive reviews gave me hope. The chocolate flavor seems to be the favorite of this brand so that’s the one I went with. It’s hard to describe the flavor but I’ll try.

It tastes like watered down chocolate milk with a bit of gross cream texture and just a whole lot of yuck. There’s a bitter gross taste that sits in your mouth as well. I’m sitting here trying to finish it.

Maybe my husband will like it but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I can’t believe my nutritionist recommended it. This drink is why diets fail. I gave it two stars because it tastes better than medicine.

Absolutely love these protein shakes! I can’t compare them to any others because I don’t want to try any others. They’re just that good that I don’t need to seek other options! The consistency is smooth and not grainy and when refrigerated for a long time or kept in the freezer for an hour it reminds me of ice cream shakes 🙂 the chocolate is my favorite but vanilla and cookies and cream less are delicious too! I rotate on each flavor when I have to restock.

I totally recommend them! I am vegetarian but don’t like to consume dairy so I’m happy these are vegan and don’t upset my stomach!.

To say I was excited when I learned about Orgain’s protein powder would be an understatement. An organic, chocolate, plant-based protein powder? Perfect! I have tried a fair number of different protein powders, vegan and animal-based.

Before I went vegan I used a delicious chocolate whey protein which, when blended into a smoothie, truly tasted like a milkshake. Ever since switching to a fully plant-based diet I have searched for a producy that can compare to that whey powder.

Orgain’s organic chocolate protein comes the closest, although it still has a slight chemical flavor. After trying the powder at a friend’s house, I immediately ordered a tub. However, even before I took off the lid, the tub felt mysteriously light.

When I looked inside the container was maybe half full. This surprise brought up some complaints. Vegans are environmentalists! I want to save the planet with my diet, not use more plastic packaging and emit more carbon through transportation costs.

Also, like most people, I would rather not spend any more time than I have to when ordering things like protein powder; I would be much happier paying a higher price for a fuller, longer-lasting container.

I wish Orgain wouldn’t try to cut costs and would instead hold themselves accountable to their climate friendly pledge. That being said, the powder really does taste amazing.

I decided that I wanted some protein powder and came across Orgain. It instantly piqued my interest since it wasn’t too expensive, and I’ve never tried a plant-based protein powder before. Some reviewers noted that they didn’t have a scoop included and that their container was only about 1/2 filled.

I bought the Vanilla Bean flavor. Fortunately, mine came with a scoop and was about 2/3 filled. However, I still expected something like this to be closer to full. I didn’t carefully read the mixing instructions that recommended water or almond milk.

I weighed out the recommended 46 g of powder and mixed it with 400 mL of 1% milk. The 400 mL is a little bit more than the recommended 12 oz, but I did this because my shaker bottle didn’t have a clear marking for 12 oz.

The flavor is fine. I read a few reviewers mentioning that it was too sweet for their liking, but I didn’t have any problems with the base flavor. However the texture is the main thing I didn’t like.

Even after some extended and vigorous shaking and verifying that all the powder had completely dissolved, it still had a little bit of an off-putting “muddy” texture. I had to take small and spaced out swigs to power through it.

Overall, it’s not that bad and can see myself getting this again. But I’ll probably try a different flavor and try mixing with almond milk per instructions to see if that makes any difference.

I am a vegan and purchase the Orgain chocolate product regularly. I was really excited to see a “hot chocolate“ product. The flavor is great, perfect for the Christmas season. It’s got the protein I want.

The problem is that it doesn’t work as hot cocoa. I noticed right away that the package gives no instructions for heating it. I contacted the company and they gave me directions, but at best this produces a warm drink.

Unfortunately, I concluded that if it’s heated the products thickens. Since I was really expecting a mix for HOT chocolate (as its title indicates) this was a real disappointment to me. On the other hand, I repeat that it’s a delicious cold drink.

I think they should take the word “hot“ out of their name for this product. I recommend this product only for those who do not care that it’s not really hot chocolate.

So based on all the amazing reviews, I thought this would be a no brainier, and I started to order a big container of this stuff. Thank goodness I saw the opportunity to buy a single pack of it to try before I committed to an entire tub.

PROS: it absolutely DOES smell exactly like cinnamon cereal! So yummy smelling! The calories and other vitamins are spot on for what I like/need. CONS: and I’m sorry, but this one is HUGE for me folks… it has a powdery texture that NEVER goes away! So first I followed the directions to a tee and loved the smell, but found it was a little sweet for me, and had this odd, powdery, mouth feel.

So I added a handful of ice thinking that it would cut the sweetness a little and help breakdown the powder a bit more… no such luck. This one was the killer for me folks. I do an intermittent fasting way of eating, and my protein shake is My first meal after breaking my fast, so believe me when I tell you that I typically I darn near eat the blender it is in, when it’s about that time lol This morning, I not only wouldn’t finish it, but despite trying several additional iterations using the original packet as the base, none of them even come close to my regular protein shake.

So I’m glad I listened to my intuition and just bought a trial size, OH! And I bought a really awesome rainbow hat from the purchase that I just love, so that part was a total win! Afraid I can’t recommend the protein shake mix though :-(.

Okay so this one was delicious! I do wish that there was more, as the container is just shy of 3/4 full but you get a smaller amount with most protein powders anyway. I purchased the birthday cake and blueberry muffin vegan protein powder and I couldn’t tell they were vegan! I made drinks with them after my workouts to start, then got creative and used them in recipes! One scoop does go a very long way so the amount of powder may last you a little longer.

I was able to make birthday cake flavored ice cream that is delicious and blueberry lemon muffins that are the best muffins I have made! Overall it was a great purchase flavor and texture was perfect! Just wish they were a little more full.

This is my second purchase of the vegan protein! I love BEAM vegan protein because I can’t digest whey and this one honestly has almost none of that protein taste or grittiness. I bought the birthday cake flavor from the first time it came out (like 9 months ago) and I thought it was GREATTTT.

I recently got the chocolate brownie batter and I’m not as in love with it. Honestly it smells amazing but it tastes like coffee grounds and has a weird coffee aftertaste and grittiness (not necessarily a good thing).

However, the macros are still amazing for the protein in general so I would continue to buy from BEAM and try their other flavors! Shipping was pretty quick and it arrived in like 3 days for me.

This is my 3rd bottle and I use them every day. They stay tightly snapped closed so no worry about spillage. (If you have arthritis or weak hands, you might have trouble popping it open!) The loops have held up to being carried on a metal carabiner, swinging constantly on my dog’s harness.

All have survived many high temp dishwasher trips. I wish the gripper around the neck was wider bc my hand often gets cold if carrying by hand. The mixer ball does its expected job. The nutritional shake was recommended to me by Duke healthcare providers.

(Chocolate is better than the too-sweet Vanilla) I Vitamix it with the unflavored, unsweetened protein powder, ice and a banana to create a milkshake. Or add cold brew coffee as a yum alternative. Even with T2D, this sugar-based shake is the only one I drink.

I hate the taste of stevia and erythritol, which Orgain uses in every other powder and shake. I’ve tried them all, sadly. I wish they made this drink and/or a protein powder with only monkfruit as the sweetener.

Using this combo for 2 meal replacements per day for 2 months, plus exercise, I’ve lost 12 of the 25 lbs diabetes piled on me. I’ve also lowered my a1C down to 6. Yay Orgain! Please make this bottle in a bigger size.

IšverstiShow in original languageI developed mild gastroparesis back in May and was seriously struggling to even get 400 calories a day. Started losing weight and feeling completely weak from a lack of being able to eat.

My husband went to Whole Foods to find me a meal replacement powder that I could add to smoothies to try to get my calories and nutrition up. Started making 600-700 calorie smoothies every morning using this protein powder and other high-calorie ingredients such as almond butter, hemp seeds, oat milk, etc.

Every time I would have this protein powder in a smoothie, I would experience several hours of consistent steady energy. It helped me to feel a lot better during the day even though I was still not able to eat much at all.

A few months later and my symptoms are much improved (so grateful!). Even though i am doing better, I still make a high-calorie smoothie every morning using this protein powder because i feel that it gives me a great nutritional foundation for the day.

When I skip my smoothie and have something else I can feel the difference in my energy levels. Even though im doing better, im hooked on this product because it makes me feel satiated and like i have stable energy for several hours.

It also tastes AMAZING and has never upset my stomach (unlike other powders i have tried!) I highly, HIGHLY recommend this product!.

IšverstiShow in original languageI LOVE this protein powder and have been using it for a little over a year now. It’s great, works well for me, and is a great price. What I don’t love is their new packaging, it’s messy and I end up wasting product.

The bag doesn’t stand up too well on its own because it’s wide and tall but pretty narrow from the side. It’s also way too tall for my pantry shelves so I have to leave it out on my counter which bothers me.

Also, it’s impossible to not get powder on your hands when scooping down towards the bottom since it is so narrow, then I almost always end up getting some of the powder spilling outside of the bag as I take my two scoops.

I’ve been on my current bag for 2 weeks and there is already powder in the seal so it doesn’t seal completely. All around I’m unsure if I’ll continue ordering this after a year of being a customer because the packaging is just not working for me – I miss the old tubs and wish for sustainability there was a way to go back to them with some sort of recycling/return system for them instead of this new bag!.

IšverstiShow in original languageOf the plant-based protein powders out there, Owyn’s Chocolate is one of the better ones I’ve tasted. It’s definitely not as chalky and vegetal tasting as Vega. I wouldn’t say I love it, but it’s not egregious and it gets the job done.

I discovered Owyn about a year ago after randomly purchasing their Cold Brew Coffee flavored pre-made protein shake from Target. I was blown away by the flavor, and I immediately went to Owyn’s website to purchase the corresponding powder.

I was disappointed to learn that there are only three flavors of powder offered — Chocolate, Cookies and Creamless, and Vanilla. So I purchased Chocolate. Since then, I have been coming back to Owyn for protein powder, and I’ve tried all three flavors, but Chocolate — while not amazing — is by far the better of the three powder offerings.

I expected Cookies and Creamless to be much better than it was, and Vanilla smells much better than it tastes. It’s not terrible, but it’s just very bland. So I keep coming back to their Chocolate flavor, not because I love it, but because it’s better than the other brands of plant-based protein I’ve tried, and I’m really not interested in wasting upwards of $35 per tub on potentially awful tasting alternatives.

I just don’t understand why they can’t or don’t offer their other shake flavors as powders, because the Cold Brew Coffee flavor is really *very* good. I don’t use whey protein anymore because it wrecks my stomach, but the Cold Brew Coffee flavor is on par with some of the best tasting whey proteins out there — like Optimum Nutrition (ON).

So their powders are a total letdown in comparison. In summary, it’s fine, it delivers the protein supplementation I’m looking for, and it tastes better than some others like Vega. But please, Owyn, work on your powders to try to capture what’s so great about your pre-made shakes.

I blend this combination together in a blender and so have an ersatz shake to drink with a salad or a small sandwich. Three stars because of this worry: The only thing that bothers me is seeing little clear pieces of.

something. littering the protein powder. I can’t figure out what it is and I’m worried it’s plastic. If it IS plastic, then OWYN Must halt their mixing space and find out HOW that plastic has made it into the protein powder.

IšverstiShow in original languageI love what is inside this protein powder, and I especially love that it is dairy-free and plant-based. It is my daily breakfast and I feel great. I am putting on muscle in my workouts, and I feel more alert than ever during long work days.

My digestive system is much happier too. I don’t think I’ve ever had enough protein in my diet, and I feel amazing now that I do. I also love that it has amino acids and some carbs. All that nutrition instantly wakes me up in the morning.

But I do not like the flavor ( I ordered vanilla), and the powder tends not to dissolve. I want to give this product 5 stars, but I can’t. It loses a star because the flavor is much too sweet, and the powder clumps and/or doesn’t combine.

No matter how much liquid I add, hot or cold; or how much I shake my blender bottle. there’s always a big chunk of balled up protein powder at the bottom of my drink. But I’ll put up with these negatives, because this product is dairy-free and vegan, most cost effective and highest quality that I’ve found.

Will continue to purchase. This time I think I’ll try the chocolate to see if I like the flavor more.

One great thing about Food Babe’s products is that you can trust the quality – only the finest ingredients are used. I cannot tolerate most brands of protein powders. Among my favorites is Jarrow Unflavored Protein; it goes down fine and agrees with my stomach.

Vani’s protein powder has a gentle flavor with no ill effects on my system. With the vanilla, I can add frozen fruit, or organic cacao powder, cinnamon, or any number of flavors. Their products, in general, are truly superior, albeit pricier.

But they are worth it.

I have been truly amazed by this product. I buy both the vanilla and chocolate and switch off depending on what I’m feeling that day. I am not a vegan or vegetarian by any means, I’m actually a pretty big carnivore which is the reason I decided to go with a vegan protein supplement.

Just to balance out my sources of protein throughout the day. I take 2 scoops with approximately 16 ounces of almond milk or half/half with oatmilk, both unsweetened (I stay away from sugar) I’ve found it can be a bit difficult to dissolve, in the blender it tends to clump up at the bottom a bit, but in a shaker bottle and vigorous shaking it blends alright.

It’s not the greatest tasting protein powder in the world but that’s alright considering it doesn’t have unnecessary junk or unnatural sweeteners. The thing that has impressed me the most is how much I feel it has helped with recovery.

I take it every night just after weight training and my muscle soreness and recovery time is significantly lower than I’ve ever felt before when using any other protein powders. I will most likely continue to buy this indefinitely.

This one is great in comparison to Orgain or MyProtein, other plant base protein powders. This mixes really thick with almond milk and can sometimes create a “foamy” or a bit bubbly texture when drinking.

Not sure if it’s from the shaker? The powder is fine and mixes great; it doesn’t clump. Prior to switching to whey protein products, this was my favorite brand so I would recommend it to anyone who is plant based.

Since switching to whey products, I found that the consistency is much smoother in texture and my stomach is stable with the BSN Syntha 6 products.

IšverstiShow in original languageI’m not vegan but I have bought Vega protein bars in the past and liked them a lot. I’m also not a smoothie/shake drinker. I got this to experiment with, to see if I could incorporate it into other foods and get creative.

I’ve been adding the powder to bowls of cereal, tossing it with the dry cereal before adding soy milk, and it dissolves easily while adding flavor (the caramel toffee is quite nice and mellow) and a big nutrition boost to my diet without adding a lot of calories.

I find it quite digestible. Looking forward to more experiments.

IšverstiShow in original languageThis is the first protein powder I’ve ever bought (the vanilla), and to be honest, I really didn’t expect to like it. I expected it to be grainy or chalky or goopy or weird tasting.

But it’s actually really good! I mix it up with a few frozen cubes of strong coffee, a splash of almond/coconut milk, a third of a banana and some ground chia seeds. It’s yummy! The vanilla almost tastes like yellow cake, and who doesn’t love yellow cake? I also love that it has very minimal ingredients.

I bought this a couple of days ago and its the worst tasting protein powder I have evertasted. Its grainy, powdery and leaves a horrible after taste in your mouth. The stevia sweetener even though it is supposed to natural, is overpowering.

I regrettably didn’t read the review on Amazon before I purchased it. Hard to even contact the company and Chemist Warehouse wouldn’t refund my money. Money down the drain. I have contacted the Company but doubt I will hear back.

This is one of the tastiest vegan protein powders I’ve had. I favour the Amazonia protein isolates (I like the chocolate flavour too) because they also contain vital minerals. For example, the chocolate flavour contains 12mg of iron, which is 66% of the recommended daily iron intake for women of child-bearing age (the vanilla flavour for some reason has only about half this amount, though, sadly).

Chem Warehouse prices are always good value as well.

After a long search I’ve finally found a plant-based protein powder that ticks all my boxes. This is really superior nutrition as far as I’m concerned, with everything my body needs for muscle growth and repair.

I love that the golden pea and brown rice base has been sprouted and fermented. I make lots of fermented foods myself, so really appreciate what this process does to provide added vitamins and digestive enzymes which increases my body’s ability to absorb all the goodies.

A complete amino acid profile is another plus. Certified organic, this comes with absolutely no nasties, and it’s heavy metal tested to boot. Tastes great by itself, but I usually add a few extras to make this a well-rounded breakfast , and sometimes lunch as well: half a ripe organic banana with peel (for resistant starch which leaves me feeling full for longer) plus a tablespoon of chia or freshly-ground flax seeds, half teaspoon maca and a tablespoon or two of finely chopped herbs from the garden – dandelion leaves for liver cleansing, gotu kola and brahmi (both ayurvedic tonics).

Since starting this regime with Amazonia RAW I’ve noticed a substantial increase in energy and staying power without the need for in-between-meals snacking, and I’ve lost a few centimetres around my waist, so I’m staying with it!.

Definitely one of the best protein shakes out there. I can’t drink most protein shakes because even when they say dairy free they still have milk protein concentrate or whey. I can’t do either. These have never given me that nauseous feeling of other protein drinks and I actually enjoy the flavors.

I usually would never do a subscription but I honestly have no intent on buying any other brand and I need my protein drinks, so why not?! It is convenient to have shipped to you and ready to go any time.

Plus, you save money! I have given out a few and turned people over to this brand as well. Definitely recommend.

I appreciate Owyn. I have chronic fatigue and it helps. Having a vegan protein drink is wonderful. Too much dairy is not good for my system and a dairy protein drink is not good for me. I do have cheese, but drinking milk is not good for me.

I also appreciate the ordering system I have that allows me to get the Owyn protein drinks at a lower cost, and when I need to change the cycle, it is very easy to work with a representative to change it.

My only criticism is this. I use my laptop for email and orders, and I never use my phone for email or orders. The screen is too small. Please no longer text me and just email me.

My 59-year-old wife has been battling cancer for 15 years, became vegan, started lifting weights again, and is surviving. She had a brush with death about two years ago and had such bad radiation burns to her intestines that she could not eat for 7 weeks and then experienced re-feeding syndrome.

She was down to 81lbs and I swear her recovery was really helped by the Owyn product. She drinks it as a protein supplement to support her lifting and never gets tired of the flavor. She is lifting again, and is back up to 110lbs, doing her full routine squats, full hang pull-ups and all.

If I want something that tastes good, I probably won’t grab protein powder??? What’s important to me is the calorie/protein ratio, and for a vegan gluten free protein powder, this one definitely delivers.

Also, I can have two scoops and not feel bloated. It mixes SO well, even in just a shaker bottle which makes it really easy to down. TIP: add water/liquid BEFORE the powder for best mixing. The flavor: it tastes like if you soaked raw oats in water and then drank the water.

Not YUMMY but definitely palatable. It is the only protein powder that I actually finish before it expires because I don’t get tired of the taste. I have tried a ton of flavorless powders (that are V/GF) and always come back to this one.

I wanted to switch from whey protein isolate with sucrolose to a plant based protein sweetened with stevia leaf in an effort be more health conscience. I went through one brand and the taste was awful.

I found this brand and it wasn’t AS bad as the other one. It took a month to get used to the NOT so sweet taste like the whey protein but it’s definitely gotten better once the ‘ol tastebuds got accustomed and I don’t experience stomach bloat or an increase in acne like I did when taking milk based protein with sucralose.

Only minus would be the chalky texture of the powder which is a mix between wet sand and baby powder. However, that’s very minor when compared to the benefits.

It has a good taste and mixes well with a mechanical mixer. My Ninja smoothie mixer is perfect for this. Using just a spoon doesnt quite get the job done as it does leave a small clump or two at the bottom but is doable unlike other protein powders that make it nearly impossible to mix.

I do still wish it had the mixability of my old school NestleQuick, but it is close enough.

I can’t wait to use her recipe for muffins (that you bake using the powder); I just know they will be phenomenal! Also, the quality of the product is the BEST. It’s pure. You feel like you’re actually eating something that your body will benefit from.

After I consume it, I do feel better and like it truly nurtured me.

I use Vega mostly to make smoothies. Vega mixes so thoroughly I occasionally make a drink with a handshake without adding other ingredients. I I don’t like other protein powders because they’re too sweet.

Even the flavoured Vega powders, which I bought for the first time, don’t taste sweet. The only thing I don’t like about it is the price. I usually use half a scoop or a little more instead of using a full scoop.

I still haven’t figured out how to use it dry, like on vegetables, without it tasting chalky. As I write this, I realize that I could make a thick gravy with Vega and vegetable broth and then pour that on steamed vegetables or whatever I’m making.

I have struggled to find a protein that works with my gut for a long time and am so glad I stumbled upon Vega through a recommendation from a friend. Vega really works well for me and 20g of protein in the powder is perfect for my immediate post workout drink.

I really love the chocolate flavor and typically mix in some peanut butter powder for a protein boost. The one draw back I’ve had personally is the mixability of the powder. I do not use a mixer bottle, and I imagine the lack of an agitator might be part of the problem.

It’s easy enough to fix with a spoon and a little extra liquid after the initial shake is drunk down. Overall love the product and will continue to purchase!.

Overhyped by social media, never to be fooled again. I should’ve done a bit more research before purchasing this protein. I was in the market for plant based protein powders, and as I was walking around a supplement store in Oceanside CA, I came across a familiar name that I’ve seen very often on Instagram.

I without hesitation picked up the protein powder, purchased it happy as hell and took it home only to realize I made a regretful decision. I decided to give it a shot this morning, after taking off the protection tape after removing the lid and realized that the smell wasn’t so appealing.

I thought “whatever”, threw in a scoop in a blender bottle and added water. The mix wasn’t a problem for me, but my first sip was the worst encounter with a protein powder. It was bitter, had no flavor reminiscent of vanilla, and all there was, was this “chai” element within the powder that lingered with this cardboard tasting “vanilla” tasting powder.

Absolutely the worst tasting protein powder I’ve ever purchased. I am sad, that I can no longer have that $46 that I spent on this, and used it to support a company that actually values their customers and supplies a good protein powder.

This protein shake is absolutely gross for how expensive it is. I think Blessed tries to give out all these freebies because they know this product isn’t good. Look no further than the Instagram thots that they hired to plug this product.

Katya had a baby several months ago and I’m not body-shaming her, but she’s been continually plugging this product. And it seems to not be good for her. She’s complained about being sick often, she’s not losing weight even though she continues to edit new photos and use really old ones.

This isn’t a miracle product and you can see that. Her friend Austin continually posts about these products to imply they help with his weight loss. Which is it? I think it’s funny that these “fitness” influencers use maternity as a tool for content while and think they will come out the other end as fit as they were before.

This powder is not Safe to drink at all. Please beware and Stay away! There is a warning on the label that says product can contain Lead. It sure does have Lead and lots of it and other unhealthy substances in it.

I bought the cinnamon churros and after I drank one cup of it, I was extremely dizzy and had to lay on my bed so I won’t collapse on the floor. They whole time I was in bed I though I would faint and was scared to get up.

I thought I will have to go to the ER, but was hoping the dizziness will go away if I just lay in bed and drink water to flush/ urinate the protein out of my system. I got very scared because it has intense dizziness and brain was feeling heavy like if I been drugged.

The taste was disgusting. Im a nurse and this was just scary experience. I’m healthy individual with no health problems usually buy proteins from GNC because it’s safe. I was dizzy For 48 hrs even after the 48 hrs I still didn’t feel good.

I’m 100% sure it was this protein because it was immediately after I drink this. I threw out the whole thing right away. And also threw out the Whey powder as I didn’t trust to keep drinking their products after this experience.

This is pure Garbage. Why are ya even selling this? This is very unsafe. Will report this further. Stay away there safer and better option out there. Will never buy protein powder from a brand I don’t know.
