I have been using the Whole Food Complete Multivitamin for almost a month now. I have tried many different multivitamins in the past and some have zero results and some have had noticeable results. Naturelo claims this one is a “beauty blend” to support energy, immune and skin health.

I have noticed a slight boost in energy. My skin was dry before and has remained dry – no change there. We have had some really extreme weather changes over the last month that would normally send my immune system into a tailspin.

Oddly, I have felt pretty great through it all. Even though it isn’t an advertised side effect on the bottle, there has been a significant change in my hair. I have oily roots which causes my hair to lay flat and since I have been taking these capsules, my scalp is no longer oily.

These capsules are the only thing I have changed/added to my routine, so it is hard to believe it is not related. Just in case it is, I am going to continue to take them daily. Overall, I am pleased and have had no bad side effects.

I unfortunately caught COVID last year and have since been dealing with the effects of long covid, a lot of deficiencies. I picked this up to get back into taking daily vitamins, but was really let down by how much this vitamins DOESN’T do.

I usually take Solgar multivitamins, which does a much better job at helping me sustain energy and take on the day. The One A Day vitamin didn’t do that for me. I took it for a full month before purchasing Solgar again.

I am for a reasonable approach to taking food supplements, you need to understand that these are not food products, and do not need to be taken constantly. I believe that they should be taken only when there is a need for it, take a certain period of time, and when the problem is solved, stop taking it.

“Patti and Israel” again. Well, it’s 2018 now. My last review of this product was 6 years ago. I lamented then that the price had gone up $10 a bottle. But now it’s $5 more a bottle. I have searched for literally years looking for a comparable product, but after trying out just a couple I’m coming back to these again as they are still the best I’ve had.

I’m sorry the current price is almost 2X what it was when we started taking them–wish our income was 2X too!! :’-( (I know there ARE comparable supplements to be found at a higher price point, but I’m on a budget).

I have tried many other Food Source supplements through the years. They all have helped some but this one is the very best. I have received many health benefits through this product that did not happen with the others.

I have tried several different prenatal vitamins over 4 different pregnancies (most of them claiming to be “all natural”). These are my favorite. They actually come straight from food. So you don’t have to take them with food and they never upset my stomach like countless others did.

I highly recommend this brand especially if you have trouble with other brands upsetting your stomach.

I’ve been taking this multivitamin for years. This one provides the most complete combination of vitamins and minerals for a mature woman that I’ve found and which is a reasonable cost. I look for sales, too! It’s almost impossible for us women to get all the nutrients we need in our daily diet, since we eat less than men, and it’d be tricky to get all these nutrients in food every day.

So I take Nature Made’s multivitamin to ensure I get everything I need. It’s a somewhat large pill because it contains so much, but I’ve gotten used to it and have no problem. It’s not much larger than my Vitamin C supplement and it’s smaller than my Omega 3 capsule.

This did not work very well for me personally. There are very few vitamins that do not make me nauseous and get awful feeling and unfortunately this one did. I wanted to try one with iron even though I have read the this is what make most people not tolerate vitamins very well I had never tried one with iron however and have some health issues in trying to help so I figured I’d try it.

The pills don’t taste bad and are easy to swallow. You get a bunch in the bottle and only take one a day. Thankfully this was part of a buy one get one free del so I didn’t actually pay for it. By all accounts it looks like a decent multivitamin by a good brand it’s just not for me.

When I was pregnant with my first child, I researched and tried several different prenatal multi-vitamins. I ended up sticking with Garden of Life myKind Organics Prenatal Multi because it is one of the only ones I could find with the NATURAL form of folate.

So many prenatal vitamins out there are using folic acid, which is the synthetic form of folate. I see a couple reviewers below are a bit misinformed on this aspect so I would highly encourage everyone to do their own research on this.

The natural form is the easiest for us to absorb and transfer to baby. I’m so sorry to hear this parent has a baby with NTDs, but blaming a prenatal–or worse, yourself–is something I hope they can overcome as there are other factors that play into the unfortunate outcome.

Anyway, I recommend this prenatal to everyone that is looking for a really great quality product. Not only is the folate taken from a natural organic food source but so is every nutrient listed. I never feel nauseous after taking them, they have no taste or smell and are easy to swallow.

Ordered this vitamin for my husband, who hasn’t had good absorption results from other vitamins. He has a high metabolism and his body seemed to dispose of other vitamins before it got a chance fully utilize them – so we had to try liquid vitamins – which was a huge hit or miss with taste and convenience.

I purchased this vitamin after reading its ingredients and the reviews seemed pretty promising. Well guess what? I’m thankful that I followed my gut. The vitamins did his body well! He says they absorbed well, he felt a difference through his day (didn’t get fatigue), and very convenient to slide in a pocket when he’s in a rush.

The only problem was several of the tablets in the new bottle were empty. not sure how but make sure you check you bottle when you receive it.

This is the first well-balanced multi I’ve seen that is fully derived from food, not made in a lab (except for B-12 since there is no natural source). Other so-called “food-based” vitamins use a sneaky trick of language so you don’t realize they are using the same chemical vitamins as everyone else, just “mixing” them with plant foods beforehand (which is what’s going to happen when you take them with a meal anyway).

These caused severe heartburn for me (and I never get heartburn from anything). It was excruciating, as if my esophagus was on fire. When I attempted to cancel, the process proved to be a nightmare– FAQs tell you to find the account button in one place but it’s actually hidden at the bottom of the page.

If you manage to find it, you must then answer several questions (from a list of extremely limited options) justifying your desire to cancel; my problem was not included on this list. All told, the funniest and most telling part of this whole experience was the passive-aggressive cancelation confirmation email that read, “No hard feelings. ” In what capitalist hellscape would consumers ever be worried about whether a profiteering multivitamin company harbors “hard feelings” toward them for canceling a subscription to a product that caused harm? I absolutely love how these ingredients were sourced and crafted to be vegan + environmentally friendly all while prioritizing your health. Beautiful, that extra step. You don’t need to use dead fish for fish oil because they literally get it from phytoplankton? W0w, who would have thought? However, the taste of the capsule is.

it ruins my day. And other reviews say it’s too minty – the reason it’s so minty is because they need to cover up the taste of the clear capsule they use. The capsule by itself literally has an aftertaste of concentrated wet dog a**.

It is SO gross. I dread taking it. I keep a couple bottles around for travel and whatnot, and I often have capsules that are a month or two old, some in different bottles without the mint bar, which really lets you taste the straight up capsule (EW).

Literally, have to take it with oat milk to not gag. Awful. You start to swallow, you think maybe it will be fine today, and then 0. 75 seconds later the aftertaste just uppercuts you to the throat. No other supplement company has this problem and plenty of them are vegan!! Please change what you use for your capsules, then you won’t need to flavor them, and you would only have 5 star reviews, even if they weren’t as perfectly clear.

Or if the citrus does actually cover this taste up better, freaking use that. That being said, I still take this pretty much everyday, alongside LYMA, which is a $200 supplement. I still take this one because as a vegan there’s some great ingredients in here that even the $200 supplement doesn’t have.

I’ve been taking Ritual prenatal for about four months and after about a month in I noticed pretty intense hair loss. I didn’t know why, so I went to the dermatologist for a full blood panel that came back good and healthy.

I thought maybe it was post-covid hair loss and didn’t think of the prenatal. After two months my husband pointed out it started around the same time I started on Ritual prenatal. So I took a month off of Ritual and used a different brand, and after about 4 days I was already seeing much much less hair loss.

I stayed on the other brand for a month and my hair loss went back to a normal amount. I really really wanted to love Ritual so I thought, let me try it again and see. I took it for a week and once again was losing massive amounts of hair.

I know a prenatal is supposed to make your hair grow, not hair loss, but this was my experience with Ritual. I did so much research and couldn’t find anyone else with a same issue, so maybe it’s just me and the Ritual formula didn’t sit right with my body.

But either way, I wanted to post this review in case another person is having the same issue. On another note, I liked that I could take this pill on an empty stomach and the citrus was really great!.

I think these vitamins help out a lot, and they also have almost double the daily intake of vitamins and nutrients that your body needs.

I have never seen a combination like this for a prenatal vitamin, however, given the issues my daughter has been experiencing, I thought this would be the best. My daughter has suffered from extreme morning sickness that has lasted a good part of the day.

This has limited her ability to eat as she typically would. Most women experience this issue, but with her, it seems to be very bad. To make sure her and her baby were getting the right nutrients, these were suggested to us.

There are two different ones to take. My daughter takes them both shortly after dinner. They are easy to swallow for her. She has not experienced any stomach upset. Another plus, is typically when she has taken a fish oil in the past, she gets what she refers to as “fish burps”.

She has not gotten the fish burps taking this which really was what made this her favorite. She’s been taking these now entering her third month. Her doctor is happy with her weight gain and the baby’s growth for the progression of the pregnancy.

She says it helped her have a piece of mind that she was getting what her and the baby needed and was something that she loved. She plans on continuing taking these for the remainder of the duration of her pregnancy as well as after as she has chosen to breast feed.

These are good quality and this brand seems to be reputable after doing some research.

So I waited till the campaign was almost over to truly test the product and give an accurate review. Package is cute, definitely eye appealing sue to bright colors. The pill is huge…. like pre natal vitamin huge, which i absolute hate as I choke on them and hate to cut them because then I just have a nasty taste in my tongue, and I don’t wanna do all that.

However I endured a month of basically chocking to test this product and it’s effectiveness, since I know a lot of people don’t have problem with these pills. They work. I have to say I don’t eat much, I’m more of a snacker most days and eat only one meal, so I’m definitely sometimes lacking in the vitamin department.

I took these in the morning and I gotta say I didn’t notice it right away, but over the course of a few days I started to notice I had more energy to do more things, and I battle slight depression so a lot of the time I’m very “meh”.

So at first I was skeptical to pay this much for a multi. I would normally spend around $8. 00 for Centrum or One-A-Day. I saw they were Peppermint flavored, so I figured that would help cover-up the “chalky” flavor we know that come from other brands.

I bought these thinking I only need to take one, however, it’s two (No problem, makes sense for 21 nutrients). Taste and Smell: I let the mint dissolve in my mouth, and noticed that it’s actually a real vitamin (Good!).

For now on I’m a fan of the Natural Peppermint flavor and found out it’s even wrapped-up in nutrition. Ingredients and Additives: Most importantly, what’s inside a multivitamin is what counts. I’m not too big on flavored multivitamins, but the texture of the inside was spot on.

I saw it had a couple different ingredients inside the green coating. This is what sold me the most. If you don’t believe me, see for yourself. It looks like it’s vegan if you ask me (Good!) and it doesn’t have much chemical additives.

I purchased in store and went through all 60. I now am halfway through my second bottle. The ingredients are incredible for mens health. There’s lots of DHT blocking properties like Saw Palmetto and a great vitamin mix to encourage good prostate health and great hair growth in men.

You do not want a multivitamin that contains a large percentage over your daily values and this vitamin is probably the best ingredients wise that I’ve seen for the price. I would recommend this vitamin for general mens health for most men.
