I trusted the reviews so I went and bought different supplement bottles , one for hair two for good girl probiotic, three omega, four daily love. I should of bought one instead of all four but since they had a sale going on I said why not.

I started breaking out like crazy I even took pictures and videos and I was in a cranky mood almost day I felt my energy level just drop. It was terrible! After the 4th or 5th day I decided to no longer take them and Drew answered my email saying that the vitamins should not be causing me those side effects and said I should keep taking them so see results since it takes time.

But this is my HEALTH I was not going to keep taking them if I felt like it was causing me bad side effects and my face really showed it. Regardless they said they could not refund me because I opened the bottles so now I have all 4-5 bottles sitting in my cabinet going to waste.

Terrible policy. This showed me that they are just money hungry and do not care about someone’s health. Will never purchase again.

I started taking these after dealing with a UTI/kidney infection. I like the probiotic aspect but wow – this keeps me very regular and seems to produce great BMs. I am going to continue these mainly for that! I take them in the evenings and by the next afternoon I have a productive BM.

They are also remarkably similar to the Member’s Mark brand, but they have fewer strains and higher CFU count. My other issue is that this product appears inferior to the regular probiotic priced the same.

The regular has a 40% increase in strain diversity and ten billion more CFU. The probiotic blend is nearly identical, minus the small amount of cranberry (cranberry pills have 10 times the amount).

e. garlic, but having them in my supplement ensures I’m getting what my body wants/needs. With new information coming out all of the time about probiotic effectiveness, I’m starting to hear that much less gets actually absorbed in the gut than we previously thought.

I was speaking with my doctor who specializes in whole body medicine/holistic treatments & he confirmed that the stomach acids kill of most of the probiotics we get in these types of supplements. He said that we once thought even the “dead” bacteria helped our gut health by introducing new strains, even if they’re not “alive”, he noted the evidence isn’t in agreement.

He said of course the best way to get the right bacteria is to eat farm to table, even better if from your own garden but, if you can’t do that, incorporate as many different types of food as possible.

basically expand your diet. I’m all for supplements & vitamins, but if most bacteria is killed off before reaching the gut & those dead strains don’t get absorbed as previously thought, logical standpoint would be the MORE probiotic strains/higher amounts of pre and probiotic the better.

I would love to see a woman’s formula with higher amnts as well as more strains, maybe stronger strains that have science based info re: absorption. Def consult your doctor before trying any new pre/probiotic bc they can be hard on some people’s tummy/gut.

My husband had a really hard time taking an even smaller dose tgan this probiotic. he was on the toilet for a while & not feeling good for a couple of days. Start low/go slow to build up to this type of supplement.

I bought this product today. Unless you have yet a third version of this product, I do not have the info. which product I have, or which version. No yellow bar across the top indicating no refrigeration needed, no yellow triangle on the right corner diagonally, indicating refrigeration needed.

There is a blend in this probiotic that just works great for my urinary tract. I think it was called women’s health complex. The term wasn’t familiar to me but when I read into it, I saw that it was actually directed specifically for UTI and other similar infections.

I actually had UTI pretty recently so I figured this is exactly what I needed. I was thinking of buying another brand initially but when I saw that this one had the women’s complex blend, I changed my mind completely and got this instead! So far I think it is working pretty well.

No signs of my UTI returning. I also have seen some changes in terms of my digestive system. I look and feel less bloated than before, especially after eating oily or greasy food, or fibery food. I’m still gonna observe how it works in preventing UTI in the long run but I really like it so far! It’s not giving me side effects and actually showing me nice results.

As hard as it is to swallow anything when you are so sick that you are vomiting, trust me, take two capsules and very small sip of water and lay down and try not to vomit long enough for them to dissolve and your body absorb the good bacteria.

Probiotics are healthy bacteria that will compete with bad bacteria that cause illness. Something like this actually CURES your issue, rather than just suppressing your symptoms. The instructions on the bottle won’t necessarily tell you what I just did…most brands will say take a capsule daily but that can get really pricey over time.

I always recommend taking it as instructed for a week or so to build up a healthy colony of good bacteria in your gut…with decent diet and rest, they will take up and maintain residence and I don’t think most people need to take them every day.

If you have a night of heavy drinking, take a couple the next morning. If you go on antibiotics, take this for a week or so after you stop. Other than that, a whole bottle lasts me a year and I just keep it on hand for stomach distress.

I had been struggling with my stomach and got to the point where I struggled everyday for about 6 months. I had been trying just about everything and thought the worse. I saw these and popped them in my cart and figured I’d give them a try. I haven’t really noticed much of a change in the lady area, but I have with my smell. I took these pills, along with my other medications, on a empty stomach one day and threw them up.

Of course it was red due to the cranberry in it, but the taste and smell was something I can’t get out of my mind. The next day, I went to eat something and all I can taste and smell was the same of the medication.

I’ll be honest, not everything I’ve gotten from ActivatedYou has worked for me, but this one has. (My other favorite is Morning Complete, in the Citrus flavor. ) I have other probiotic-y things in the morning, such as from-scratch yogurt, so I decided to take this capsule with dinner.

Best decision ever. Within a couple of days of starting this, my digestive routine changed for the better. I’ll be taking this one for a long time.

Not sure that the product works. Took it for a year and I don’t feel any different. My problem with this company is that it sends the wrong product and doesn’t pay for the return of the shipment. It cost me $20-30 to return it.
