Okay so for a minute I was contemplating getting these but was confused by the color description saying grey and navy. Even though the photos clearly look brown/brown. I just didn’t want to be surprised with a pair that was actually grey and navy.

New Balance fix that color description. I’ve been looking for a classic brown pair for daily activities. I finally saw them in a champs store but they didn’t have my size. I jumped the gun and got them before my size sold out again.

The colors are perfect and size is perfect. My feet measure 7 1/2 so I get size 8 womens and its just enough space for me.

I wear a size 13, normal width. I don’t typically jump around sizes brand-to-brand. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from various brands, and both of the non-NB brands were too narrow. The ML574s fit my foot comfortably, no tightness or discomfort or rubbing on any art of my foot.

The support is good, though better in the heel and arch than the toes. The construction is mediocre, not cheapo but not a forever shoe. The style is tasteful and trendy, a great substitute for the 550s if you’re not trying to drop mad $$$$s on shoes.

If you want to spend more money you could probably get a higher quality product, but in this price range it ticks all the boxes.

Ihave owned all sorts of brands from Columbia, to Marmot but Helly Hansen remains my favourite and is by far the one with the greatest longevity. I have blown through two winter jackets (not naming them) which have been great, but my old Helly has out lasted them easily, but it was time for a replacement.

This new Alpha 3 is cut a little more snug than the older jacket I have but still fits well. It is so comfortable I have already started wearing it, although it is a little warm still, although we are getting cold snaps.

I have already been out in some serious rain and it has kept me bone dry, and whilst hiking I did not overheat. I hope this jacket lasts as long as my other Helly. Love it and would highly recommend.

I bought the Alpha 3. 0 and the HH Alpha Steilhang (from another company as Evo does not carry it). Both in Red. My observations: 1. the Alpha 3. 0 is lighter in weight and slightly roomier but not baggy 2.

the Steilhang has more insulation/is warmer, but if you wear the proper mid layer with the Alpha 3. 0 is actually easier to control body heat 3. They were both red in color, however, the Alpha 3. 0 is a brighter red so will be more visible on the mountain.

also, the Alpha 3. 0 goes better with black ski pants. they both have dark blue notes on the collar and zippers actually, and not black as the pic is deceiving but the Alpha 3. 0 looks better. 4. I am 6’1″ 41″ chest and the Alpha 3.

0 ended up being more comfortable when I added layers and it was the one I kept because of comfort and looks.

My son picked these out he was really impressed when they showed up at how comfortable they were. He loves the deep hunter green color and how easy the shoe is to get on and off. Plus, he loves not having to slow down to tie shoes! His only complaint was that the band across the top of his foot was a bit tight at first.

It did get looser and more comfortable for him within about 2 days. He’s been wearing these non-stop since they arrived! We will for sure order another pair when he outgrows them!.

I bought the first pair of these for my husband several years ago. His knees are always hurting and he wanted shoes that were comfortable for walking or for long days standing and teaching. These shoes fit the bill.

He will wear them until they have no tread left on the bottom and are ready for the trash. He now has 3 different pair on the shoe rack by the front door. Knowing that he loves this shoes makes it easy for me to go shoe shopping when he shoes are raggedy.

The price is great, the shoes are so very comfortable, and easy to put on (which is important as we age) Highly recommend them.

I’m not certain what Adidas did to this line of shoes, but they no longer have a snug fit. They are too wide and have lost the sleek athletic look they used to have on your feet. They were much better with CloudFoam vs.

the PrimeGreen. I loved the old version of these shoes as they used to fit my narrow feet so well. Sadly, that’s no longer the case. Just really bummed as they were great shoes.

Much better than they look on line, I picked these up in store. Usual size 5 is perfect. They are a neutral beige with cream sole and laces. The gold eyelets add some bling along with the metallic logo on the side.

They work with so many outfits and are cool and urban looking. The material on the outside is leather and it’s super soft and comfortable. Just fab!.

I am 60 years old, and have been wearing Chucks since I was six years old! They never go out of style, and when I came across the camouflage design and being prior military, I had to add them to my collection! I’m very old school, and I have been in education at the high school, middle school, and now elementary school levels.

when my students see me wearing them they think it’s cool, but they like the history of the shoe especially when I tell them that when hooped, this is what we played in. We also styled in them as the do now, but they found it hard to believe that Chucks actually started out as hoops shoes! But, I love the fact that Finishline is helping me rediscover my old school days, and that I’m able to share the old, with the new era.

These surpassed my expectations. They look gorgeous and luxe, AND they are very comfortable (I generally find converse to be hit and miss in terms of comfort). The price point is amazing for what you get! I will buy another pair for sure if they release additional colors.

I have purchased a lot of stuff from REI over the years ands normally don’t take the time to write reviews. However, since there aren’t any for these shoes I thought I’d write a quickie to let you know that you have simply not lived until you’ve slipped these things on! These shoes are fantastic!! Okay so you’re not going to climb a 14’er in them, obviously, but if you’re looking for a shoe that goes well with shorts, jeans, lounge pants, etc, look no further! The price is very reasonable and I like both colors that REI offers.

I’m wearing the Aegean pair today and have received a few compliments on them. They’re comfy, fit very well, and are suitable for walking 10k steps without experiencing any fatigue. At $64 you really can’t pass these dudes up! Plus, when you see someone else wearing them, you can say “Hey Dude”.

How fun is that??.

I bought these on a recommendation from my brother for a concert. 7 hours of walking and standing, and after about 2 hours, the tops of my feet were getting sore, so I loosened up the rubber laces so the material didn’t rub.

This just made the shoes too loose, and I ended up developing blisters from the friction. Once I got home, I took a look at them and realized that the shoes were flat-footed instead of arched, which ended up causing the majority of the pain.

Summary note: The material is very thin and the shoes feel cheaply made, like I’d be surprised if they last a year with light use. I’ll end up wearing them casually or around the house, but I would not rebuy this model, possibly a different one.

On a side note, the warranty and return policies are incredibly short with stricter requirements.

I initially held off on buying Dudes because I was scared they would be too comfortable and I would never wear my tennis shoes again. I was right. These shoes are impossibly comfortable. They do run wide and I have narrow feet, but I threw an insole in and tightened the straps and they fit perfectly.

Other than that, I’ve never had to adjust them, retie them, or clean them. They hide dirt very well and, Lord knows I’ve put them to the test, but over the past year they have served me well every time.

They are truly good for every occasion; I have worn them to Football games, church, playing sports, the beach, the lake, family photos, lounge shoes, house shoes, mowing/yard work, in mud, snow, extreme weather, and anything else I’ve been to.

It is just so convenient to slide my get into my most comfortable shoes and be ready to go everyday!.

First off I would like people to know I’m a size 8! I love crocs but this is an unbiased review. Theses crocs are amazing and feel exactly like crocs and how they should feel and look. But sizing differences makes it hard to shop on any croc seller, I’m a size 8 but I’m store a size 8 didn’t fit but online I got a 9 and it was a little too big.

So I definitely recommend you buying your size and return it if not. But if theses crocs are too small for you wear them a little because crocs stretch after a while. With that out of the way, tie dye crocs have records of peeling do to the process done to make them tie dye (it’s not made into the material unlike marble or regular colors) and these have the most records of peeling so get them on clearance! And I definitely see signs of peeling on mine but not bad or noticeable, I’m guessing a sealant would help though never tried.

But these have bold colors and are true to size and look and feel like crocs I have another pair of tie dye ones (size 9 fits like a 8) and they are great and I got it in the store but are small so I had to size up to a 9, whereas these are big for a 9 so keep that in mind.

So PROS: great color and feel and true to size. CONS: store sizing and online are different and peel a bit. Have a great day and Jesus loves you <3.

They are like a cloud. A glorious, cushiony, comfy cloud. I know what you’re thinking, they’re Crocs. They’re clunky. They’re foam. I get it. I too refused them for years, for all of the aforementioned reasons.

And then I tried a pair on and was forced to admit they were comfy and convenient. And cute; in their own weird way. The lined clogs are so comfy and cozy and can be worn with or without socks, they’re great either way.

I love the light blue ones, a little hint of colour without being too bold or flashy. If you still can’t wrap your head around wearing foam clogs, do a little test. Get a pair and give them a try with the condition that you’ll only wear them at home.

Either you’ll wear them only at home and they’ll end up becoming your go-to comfy house shoes (because they will) or eventually you’ll wear them out once, then again, then another time and suddenly you’ll find yourself converted.

I speak from experience.

it’s a good product. i’m not sure why crocs are so expensive all of a sudden. i’m 24 now and remember them being much cheaper as a child. this is my second pair as an adult. i bought the same slipper croc last year ( fuzzy too) and am i love with them.

i use them to walk my dog every day. and that’s honestly about it because of how beat up they look. which is why i bought a second pair. BUT THESE ARE SO NARROW. i almost wish i sized up but i know the fuzz will flatten over time.

i think i remember being unsure a about the size a year ago as well. i am a 7 1/2 in womens so figuring out if sizing up or down is hard and sometimes neither work and i am left with nothing but my money back.

these are great crocs. but like everyone else saying they’re much more narrow and not as ” roomy” as crocs claim they are and as roomy as they used to be. which definitely sucks for people who actually have wide feet.

and people who are expecting the classic roomy croc we all know. i don’t know if i’m crazy but i feel like i see a small different in length of the shoe compared to my older pair. the older pair looks longer.

and definitely looks a little wider too. both are size womens 7.

I’ve never bought the same trainers twice but these are the best trainers I’ve ever worn. I usually need a few weeks to break trainers in, blisters, pain, aches are part of this. Not these. I literally wore these trainers to threads.

Delighted that SD had them and at a reasonable price. Fast delivery was a bonus.

A great shoe, very comfortable. It runs a tiny bit small so would recommend going up half a size to your regular. I am a size 6 and wish I got a 6. 5, still fits but very snug. Shoe has heaps of support, it feels like I’m running on clouds.

The shoe is a little heavier than I’m used to and was expecting so not a shoe if you’re looking for something light weight but if that is not a concern then go for it! The connection to the app is a great feature, I use it every time I run now and love seeing/hearing my stats as it adds that little extra bit of motivation.

Overall a great shoe, great to run in, perfect for long distances and great colour options. Just remember to go that little bit bigger sizing wise when purchasing unless you love it fitting right on.

The Nano Puff vest is perfect as a lightweight layer, especially for hiking and taking walks in cool weather. This is my second nano puff vest, the first I purchased in 2015 and it is going strong. I live in Aspen, CO and literally live in this vest all Fall/Winter/Spring.

I like this year’s pink color so much that I had to have it. I thought I would add my review after reading so many conflicting reviews for this vest. I am 5’4” 110lbs, 26/27 waist pant size, small chested.

The size Small is much too large unless I had several layers or a bulky sweater underneath. The XS is a great fit. To clarify, I typically wear a Lululemon Swiftly long sleeve (slim fitting shirt) beneath these vests, so I don’t want the vest to fit overly large, but also not tight as I wear it for hiking and snow sports.

With the XS I can still layer a thicker top or fleece underneath. The weight and warmth are perfect for what it is. This is not the vest you wear on 20 degree days. Unless the sun is out. This is the vest you reach for when it is 30-50 degrees and you will be active while outside.

I hope this helps! Also, just a note on sizing over the years… my 2015 vest is a size Small and is comparable to the 2022 XS. The 2022 Small is cut much roomier than the 2015 Small cut, not sure why Patagonia changed this but it’s a pretty dramatic sizing increase.

We are fortunate to live in a part of town where we can walk and bike to and from the elementary school. I wanted this vest as an “in-between” for those activities. FIT: I am a Fluffy Kitty at 5’7’/185 lbs/DD Chest I also am absurdly long waisted.

The XL is a good fit over a long sleeve t-shirt, and snug over a cotton hoodie. When I put gloves in the pockets, I look lumpy. If a 2X had been available at the time of purchase, I would have probably bought that vest.

The slightly dropped hem does a good job of not climbing up my back when I’m on my cargo bike. My bike has an upright “Dutch” riding position, so if one had a more aggressive road bike set up, that might be problem.

WARMTH: I’m good to about 35° walking briskly or cycling with this over a hoodie and t-shirt. (The wind on my arms is a bit nippy on the bike, but that’s the fault of the hoodie. ) I can put an oversized wind jacket over the hoodie and vest and be very comfortable into the 20s.

DURABILITY: So far the insulation is staying in the jacket. My old down jacket leaks so I decided to try the synthetic to see if I like it better. When I decide to replace the down jacket, I’ll be probably go with the synthetic again.

SUSTAINABILITY: I like the recycled content, even though I know that recycling is not actually a solution to our waste problems.

I ordered the Patagonia Nano puff vest in my usual size medium. I have a Patagonia nano puff jacket in medium which I have worn traveling for years and I love it. The medium jacket fits perfectly and is warm and super light and compresses into a tiny package when stuffed into a inside pocket.

The jacket is perfect for traveling and for taking hiking as it is so lightweight and compressible The medium vest was very oddly sized. That is why I gave it 3 stars. I have narrow hips, small shoulders and am big busted.

I wear a small or medium size pant and a medium top in most styles. This vest in a medium fit me in the bust area but was tight in the hips. I ordered a replacement vest in a large and it is a bit too big on me all over but easy to wear over a variety of sweaters and tops.

It is warm and lightweight and I love those qualities but be aware when ordering that the vest is quite narrow in the hips.

Ordered the classic flip flop (first pair) in black. The right flip flop was a 1/2 size smaller than left. Ordered 2 more pairs, one in black and one in white. The white was true to size and the black right was a whole size smaller than the left.

When they heat up from your body heat or the pavement they stretch out and become larger and very loose around the between the toe strap. It’s very weird. These are nothing compared to the quality of the older crocs.

I’m switching to sketchers from now on.

I was totally prepared to love these but didn’t. With them being unisex sizing, the ankle strap is particularly oversized on a women’s foot. Overall, they look bulkier than they need to be. I’d also prefer they had more holes.

I actually used a belt hole puncher to add more holes and not only so the jibbitz still fit nicely, but without them having more holes looks nicer. How about selling a tool to add more holes? All in all, I won’t be buying any more pairs until the sizing issue is fixed.

I loved these soo much that I bought pairs for my co worker’s. I got a black pair for myself. I do wish they made them in half sizes because I see them being a better fit for me than going up a complete size up.

I’m not saying they run small but I think I prefer my foot not so close to the edge of the shoe. Super comfortable! It’s perfect for summer. It’s been already hot in California so I wear them around the house mostly.

Easy to clean and the slides are real durable. My feet get a little sweaty but I’m a little bit of a sweaty bish.

Columbia should change the name of these boots to something other than Fairbanks because your feet wouldn’t survive 10 minutes outside if you were actually wearing them in Fairbanks. Wanted a lightweight yet warm pair of boots for fat tire biking.

I live in Anchorage, Alaska so I need boots that’ll keep my feet warm in temps down to -20 and I thought these would do the trick. Oh how wrong I was! They are super lightweight and fit perfectly (12W) but they just don’t offer enough insulation to keep my feet warm in the extreme cold temps.

Went for a bike ride yesterday when it was -15 and my feet quickly got so cold that I had to turn around and head back to the car. By the time I got there my feet were absolutely numb. It happened fast and went downhill quickly as my feet just kept getting colder and colder.

I’d say these boots would probably be OK at temps above 10 degrees or so. Not exactly sure of the temp range because I haven’t had a chance to test them at various temps but gauging by how fast my feet got cold at -15 I’d have to say 10-20 degrees is probably the low end comfort limit of these boots.

Bottom line is I think I’ll stick to my Buggaboots when it’s extremely cold. They offer twice the insulation (400g vs 200g) and these will just have to be my warmer weather boots because they are comfy and lightweight, they just don’t offer the insulation needed at extreme cold temps.

Glad I purchased these. After many years I needed another quality pair of winter snow boots. The fit 10. 5 was right on. Roomy toe box–these boots are a little wide, which is great as it allows me to wear a heavy pair of wool socks.

Plus I can lace them tighter if needed. Very comfortable and supportive insole–a must for me. Good grip. Warm but not heavy. They are both sturdy yet flexible. Haven’t really put them to the test of deep snow and real cold, but my feet were plenty warm at 5 degrees with lighter wool socks.

I had looked at several cheaper pairs of boots on Amazon–but when it comes to staying warm and secure in Colorado winters I didn’t want cheap boots on my feet. Always love Columbia quality. I’ll be wearing these for many years.

I was advised to buy these by my podiatrist after being diagnosed with a Morton’s Neuroma. As I am in constant pain he told me to stop wearing flip flops around the house and to get some crocs as they would support my feet and stop me using my toes so much.

I wasn’t impressed as I’ve never been a fan but I had a look and decided on these fur lined ones. Friends said they ran small so to buy the next size up which was the right advice for me. I think without the fur lining they may be a bit big though.

Anyway, they are amazing! Much more lightweight than I expected and roomy enough to not put pressure on my feet. With the heel strap I don’t use my toes at all and the pain eases the moment I put them on.

I’m not pain free but I’m certainly more comfortable around the house. Not my thing for outside the house though, but it is tempting!.

Love all the pockets! The outside chest pocket keeps my phone warm enough. The longer length with the 2-way zipper covers my butt for more warmth. Love the snow-skirt that snaps on, and the loose but warm zip-up collar, and the neon hood.

It fits well, even with all my layers and pocket-stuffers. I get lots of compliments on this coat. At first I struggled to zip it — like a little kid! I’ve noticed that’s a universal problem with other Helly Henson coats too.

The zipper trick is, before inserting the zipper, you have to slide down the bottom part of the zipper -holder down to as far as it can go. This is because it’s a 2-way zipper– so the holder part tends to slide up a smidge every time you unzip your coat.

Just push it back down to the hemline, then insert zipper–no more zipper struggles!.

Was looking for new hooded shell for lift-access skiing. Bought a bunch to try on at home with layers, pants, and helmet. Almost kept this one, but it was just a litttttle too thick. I prefer to layer up/down depending upon weather.

Great helmet-sized hood, and love the left forearm lift pass pocket. I’ve had two shells in 30 years, and next one needs to be perfect. This and the Patagonia Untracked came close. Great shell but returned.

This shell is fantastically well made, The fit and rage of motion are very comfortable with and without layers on. But it lacks inner pockets, a feature i have had on other Helly jackets and it is sorely missed.

1. ) life pocket for phone electronics the problem with this pocket is two fold. first, it is on the outside of the jacket, I prefer to keep my electronics on the inside of the jacket, where they are better protected from the elements, or impacts, and if you need to access it, you have the interior of the jacket itself to catch it if you fumble.

Secondly, this pocket is too small. if you are only going to have 1 pocket, inside or out on the chest of the jacket, it needs to be a more practical size. as it is it is limited to a phone size, Also, unlike other HH jackets, you cannot pass headphone wires through the inside of the jacket.

2. ) no chest pockets. the Ridge’s lower pockets and side pockets are every well thought out and comfortable, but still i would like some sort of pocket on the chest for some smaller items. 3. ) zippable inside chest pockets.

these are so practical, from storing phone or wallets, or anything you want to keep close to you and protected from the elements, they are what i consider a feature so standard in any jacket, and very other Helly Hansen jacket i have owned before, i was shocked it had none.

this should be a standard feature on every jacket. 4. ) Ski Pass pocket, these pockets are handy, but still use optically scanned passes. l’d love to see an option for a key ring clip so you could attack a pass or a lanyard with your pass to it.

The jacket is excellent, but the lack of pockets where I would want them keeps me from loving it.

I already own a Nano Puff Jacket and it is my go-to outer layer for alpine touring and resort skiing in the Rockies near Banff where I pair it with a down vest and fleeces. It’s remarkably light, sheds the wind well, and is much more breathable than a Gore-tex jacket.

I bought this vest as an outer layer for track skiing at Nordic areas. As with its bigger brother it will do a good job of shedding wind while adding an additional layer of insulation. Best of all, it will leave my arms and shoulders unencumbered which is a consideration when poling for hours on end.

As for sizing, it fits a bit smaller across the chest than my jacket. One minor concern is the delicate zipper. I would have preferred a more robust zipper of the sort you find on all but the lightest of Patagonia’s down vests.

The target is a plastic overlay which arrived cracked/broken in several places. I would expect a lot better quality for the price. This is trash. This is my second (and last) disappointing purchase from Tipsy Elves because of poor quality.

FYI – Sizing is as expected, I am typically a medium but ordered a large wanting a sweater on the loose side.

This is more than a sweater. I put this thing on and was instantly transported to a place which I can only describe as “magical. ” Something about the majestic imagery of St. Nick astride his unicorn steed, flying through the infinite cosmos, wielding what I can only assume is Excalibur.

Has somehow created an object of such complex magical power that the wearer is instantly teleported to a land of Christmas magic. \n\nThis land I visited was filled with holiday delights. I saw a true winter wonderland.

There were elves dancing around twinkling lights, a herd of unicorns drinking from a river of hot chocolate, and the big guy himself was on a throne of candy canes. I truly learned the meaning of Christmas, and I cant wait to go back.

The actual jumper was soft and looked nice, however the target that’s been stuck to it looks like it could fall off at any moment and the balls were the same. I know it’s a novelty jumper and I wasn’t expecting anything amazing but it is disappointing.

I can’t understand how the price can be so high with the quality of the product.

Waist larger than expected due to waistband stretchability. Never had so elastic material in Levi or any brand jeans. This waist stretch allows jeans to fall down if you do not wear a tight belt. Washed and dried once, not know if any shrinkage will result over time.

Cloth material is very light weight compared to much older Levi’s jeans.

Mark’s is awesome and actually has a great selection of Levi’s jeans but go try them on first. I have worn a 33W/32L 505 jeans for ever so I ordered them, got them, washed them (without trying them on) and low and behold they were way too big both it the waste and length.

I checked the tags on the back and they were 33/32. I ended up giving them to a friend as I couldn’t return them after I washed them. I ended up buy 30/30 505 jeans at the store which fit perfectly but I haven’t been a 30/30 since I was 25, I’m 51 know… I actually measured them and they actually measure 33/32….

My husband loves these jeans and wears them almost day weather permitting! He’s a fan of Levi’s and these are such a great price for a quality product! 10/10 I initially ordered some Levi’s online and went in store to exchange for a different size, but I only found these.

Gave them a try ( they were much cheaper, but still great quality) and they’re a hit with my husband!.

Bought these cyber 3s new. Only lasted a few months with minimal use. Leather looked beat up and deformed after 5 uses, sole bottoms yellowed within the year. Not recommended for purchase.

These are above and beyond beautiful. I have size 14 in the same model. So blessed to have got the 15. They fit perfectly. Thank you so much!! JN

Love the shoes. They go good with any frikkin outfit. One of my favorite pair.

I have been through several incarnations of this jacket and this by far is the best fit for me. First, some deets: I am 5’9″ tall, 140 lbs, slim but hourglass figure (broad shoulders, average chest, womanly hips).

Short torso, long but normal-length arms for my build. The 2nd to last incarnation of this jacket (mine was 2009), the one with the upside down “u” shaped baffles, was a snug fit. A size small in that version was out of the question, and the medium was a little tight in the underarm area.

The length was also cut very short. If I bent over I could feel a breeze coming up my back. That said, the vest in this version, size medium, works great for me and is part of my Fall/Spring wardrobe.

No worry of armpit tightness, and length is not a concern as it functions as part of a layering system. The previous version of this jacket was very unattractive on me. While it had a little bit more length which was appreciated, it was square and boxy.

The small was a little too small and the medium was horribly big in the chest, hips, waist. I had the 2020 version of this jacket and hated it. It rarely saw the light of day. This brings me to the new 2022 version.

I can fit into both the small and the medium. The small is a comfortably snug fit. For reference, it fits me exactly like the model on Patagonia’s website, a woman of 5’9″ wearing a size small. I ended up buying the size medium to have the option of wearing thick layers beneath it.

Be forwarned, the 2022 version is narrower in the hips. The size small and medium are very close in fit around the hips. Where the last version was very boxy and I would need to cinch the bottom to avoid air flowing in, with this version I do not.

My hips are by no means narrow, but this cut might not work for women with more ample hip assets. The sleeve length is no different than the last model. Yes, the sleeves are long, but they are not overly, ridiculously long as some reviewers have complained.

One of the reasons I buy Patagonia uppers is because they consistently fit my tall-lady arm length. The cut of this new version is very thoughtful and beautifully flattering. The side baffles wrap around and extend into the back panel of the jacket, giving a more hourglass appearance.

The shoulder seams cut in toward the collarbones and out at the hips, lending to a more feminine silhouette. The length feels a hair longer than the last version when I pull the jacket fully down around my hips, but I have found that I have the ability to cinch up the bottom hem, creating a more modern, sporty look.

When the hem is cinched, the jacket still cuts in at the waist which is lovely! If I did that with the last version of this jacket I ended up looking like a marshmallow. Patagonia has increased the down fill with this new version and the material is supposed to be more durable, which are added bonuses.

I’m extremely satisfied. I never thought I would ever be able to truly rock the Patagonia down sweater, but with this version I’m feeling pretty good about it.

I own the discontinued Tasmanian Teal colour of the Down Sweater. It’s warm, light and very comfortable, but extremely prone to holes in the fabric. I’ve not worn the Down Sweater jacket in the outdoors because I prefer the ease of washing the synthetic jackets.

Ive mostly worn it during winter and the colder shoulder seasons to and from work, and at home at my desk to avoid using the heater. My jacket has surprisingly quickly formed a large hole under the wrists, has formed other minor small holes on the arms, and has been leaking feathers at the seam mid way up the right arm.

The only abrasion this jacket has seen is from my desk and wearing a bag, which is disappointing for a fairly expensive down jacket from an outdoors brand. If you are thinking about getting a down-style jacket, consider the Nano Puff synthetic box stitch jackets instead.

My Nano puff which i consistently wear outdoors, and to and from work (before getting the Down Sweater), is faring much better and is a few years older. Albeit subjectively, the Nano Puff feels just as warm likely thanks to the box stitch which better manages the fill from moving around, and is much cheaper.

Sorry Patagonia, in my experience, this is not a great jacket when it comes to longevity.

I’m 5′ 10″ tall and 180 lbs. I’m a runner, but I’m carrying about 15 lbs more than my optimal trail-running physique. The medium is an ideal size for “no-excess-material” layering” under a shell or over a snug fleece.

For me, the large would have been too big for under a Size Medium Salomon hard shell. YMMV. I do feel a VERY slight compression around my torso when I zip it. So if you’re a late 40s, relatively athletic, dude of my size.

there’s the real dope. a Large would fit perfectly as a casual wear option, but I think a Large would bunch up under my shell. I want this combo to be trim, so this was the play. This piece is well-made and is a pleasure to wear.

I love the warmth:weight balance. it’s barely there, but warm. Fit is very similar to a NorthFace Thermoball jacket. this is probably warmer, but if I’m likely to get wet, I’ll use the synthetic fill jacket.

This is a good all around jacket for mixed use especially in the middle 20 to 40 degrees F range. It blocks wind reasonably well and is reasonably warm for active use with the right balance of base wear.

The hood does not use draw cords but has an comfortable elastic band around the face which fits well and covers a nice amount of chin and cheeks. It stays in place, doesn’t let wind or snow in, fits with a ball cap, wool hat and/or with a climbing helmet.

The neck area is comfortably snug and allows enough room to wear a buff or neck warmer if its really cold. The wrist cuffs have snug fitting elastic bands which keep wind out. Sleeve length is perfect for my 36-37″ arms.

Biceps and elbows are just roomy enough with 2 shirts. It has an internal zipper chest pocket which I would have preferred was on the outside but it is nicely sized. The front zipper flap keeps out the wind.

The 2 external zipper hand pockets are good sized and comfortably located. The jacket is a little on the long side and sticks out below several of my rain jackets which means the bottom 1 inch can get wet in rain.

Also the extra length means it’s not ideal when wearing a climbing harness but it is nice when skiing and otherwise keeping your back warmer when bent over or seated. The fabric seems to be holding up well to the bumps and bruises of tree branches, brush and rock.

I’m 6’3″, medium build and the xxl fit me just about right, not to bulky, not too tight. I often wear two poly pro shirts, sometimes a vest and it works well. It’s a comfortable throw on jacket when it’s warmer and wearing less.

The single waist draw cord can get long when drawn tight and get caught on things, i wish they had used two (one on each side) to reduce tangling. I would have given this jacket a 5 plus IF it had internal cargo pockets for storing gloves or skins and had side or pit zips to help regulate body temperatures when very active like climbing, skinning, bicycling or jogging.

The jacket has a heavy feel and weighs 1. 1 pounds for the XXL which is a little heavy for this type of jacket when compared to other brands, but it would have been a great weight and awesome jacket if it had the internal cargo pockets and zip pits.

It stuffs reasonably well for a synthetic and has resisted snow and light rain reasonbly well. It’s a good buy, especially if a you can get it on sale!!.

There’s a lot of good things to say about the Nano Puff but super warm is not one of them. Everything has its weakness. having said that it is a versatile piece of kit and I wear mine a lot. If its cool to cold you definitely need to layer up under it as 60 g of primaloft is not as insulating as the same amount of down.

Its advantage over down is that the nano Puff is far more serviceable, just throw it in the washing machine, and if it gets damp it still works. The outer shell material is quite tough for its low weight making it a hard wearing garment The Nano leans towards wind protection rather than breathability, but you can’t have both and wind protection is all important for me.

Price of the Nano is a bit high for a synthetic jacket but you can usually get one through the clearance outlets. Fit is good , allowing for layering. Patagonia M is often a bit tight through the chest for me at 41in, but the Nano fits me well in M.

All up a very useful all rounder and a Patagonia staple.

Hi guys, I bought a Nano Puff about 18 months ago, and it really is the best jacket I’ve had in my entire life! I live in eastern Quebec where the winters go down to -30 Celcius, and when I put it under my Torrent, nothing goes through, and the heat doesn’t get out either.

The best of the best! But there is one major downfall. The folded fabric behind the zipper is way too soft and the zipper constantly gets stuck in it. I can see it breaking in the next year or so, which will transform into a warranty issue.

It is how it is, but there could be an improvement there. Thanks!.

I’m tall and lean and have wanted this jacket for a long time but the previous cut just didn’t fit me right. I usually have to buy the dead bird brand to get stuff that fits my long torso and narrow waist- but then the arms will be too short.

Everyone in comments on this jacket was complaining that the arms were too long on this update so I was excited to try this on. It fits great! I think, based on a friend trying mine on, that this version may also run more narrow in this hips.

I will say it’s easier to get the arms taken up by a seamstress than to add length. It’s an awesome jacket- great over layers, super warm and windproof. Honestly sad I counldnt have had it for yearS already! Yes, it’s not waterproof- you wear a hard shell if it rains or if you want to take it skiing.

I would like to start with the positives of this shoe. It’s a beautiful shoe with a great pattern I cannot deny that. My first thought when I saw the release was “I need these!”. I love Nike’s “Move to Zero” campaign and its attempts of being a more sustainable and ethical company in some ways.

I’ve never had a problem with any of their shoes or clothing that are made of recycled materials. However, once I received the shoes I was really disappointed. Naturally, I expected them to be heavier as they would have the glue holding together the recycled foam on the bottom or any of the other factors, and they were slightly heavier than the Pegasus Turbo 2’s, just enough to feel it.

The problems became significant for me when I noticed the lack of heel lockdown which this shoe does a poor job of. I tried finding solutions by trying different lacing systems and that’s when I noticed my second gripe with the shoe, it doesn’t have a second eyelet at the top.

I’ve never seen a shoe that’s classified as a running shoe without a second eyelet at the top. So in a shoe that has already a bad heel lockdown, the fact that it didn’t even give me the option to try a runner’s loop was really disappointing.

To bring it back in, I would never recommend this as a running shoe to anyone, especially as a daily trainer which is what the Turbo 2 was to many, but if you still insist on buying the shoe for the looks I would size down a half size and only use this as a fashionable athleisure sneaker.
