An absolute life saver for those who aren’t the everyday “high heel wearer”. I was recommended these ball pads for some strapping heels I was wearing as a bridesmaid in my sisters wedding. There’s no doubt I wouldn’t have been able to walk let alone stand at the end of the day if I hadn’t worn these.

These Dr Scholls small heel inserts are great to help snug up some shoes I have been wanting to wear. I bought some heels that felt comfortable the first ten minutes then killed me heels after that. I like theses because the add a better fit that prevents my heels from scraping and keeps them from slipping out of my shoe for the most part.

Dr. Scholl’s Heel Liners Variety 3 Pack have made my shoes so comfortable. There are three different colors in the variety pack. Clear, beige and black. They are so easy to use. Clean the inside of your shoes where you experience rubbing or blisters, peel off the liner and stick them into your shoe.

They also help to stop your shoes from slipping off if they are slightly stretched. These heel liners have made a huge difference for me. I would get blisters on the backs of my heels from my shoes being a little too tight and rigid because they are new.

I’ve since started using Dr. Scholl’s heel liners and i no longer get blisters. They are cushioned and soft and my feet are happy now. The different colors are great for different colors of shoes and make them less noticeable.

I also placed a pair of heel liners into my tennis shoes and they are snug to my foot once more. I can’t get over how comfortable they are. Even if you don’t get blisters from your shoes you should still get some of these heel liners.

I have extremely low arches and I was starting to give up. Going through school as a kid where your feet always hurt but also you can only wear certain shoes (which were usually not very attractive) was miserable.

A life saver. These are perfect to slip into flat shoes. Perfect with basketball shoes. They do raise your level a little so might not suit all shoes and I have found they do not increase size much. Brilliant.

I like these 3/4 insoles for boots. Some of the boots/shoes do not have enough room for my toes with the full length insoles. These fit great and leave more for me. They do not slip and I do not feel any ridge where they end in the boots.

I have used many superfeet insoles in other shoes and the arch support is always great for me.

As other reviews have said, the fabric and less padding does allow your heel to slip out. Knowing this in advance, I still bought the product and doubled up the pads by super gluing one on top of the other, then super gluing the double pad onto the back of my shoe.

ONLY IN THIS FORM did the heel pads do the job of minimizing but not preventing, my heel slipping out.

These are very comfortable and prevented more blisters from my new shoes. Only thing that could be better is a little more cushioning.

Too many times you get a good cushion, but the adhesive is weak. These stick very well and don’t “slide”. Make sure you put it in the correct position the FIRST time though!

This was my own fault- but while preparing for a Colorado hiking trip I thought it would be a good idea to get some insoles to hike with for extra support and comfort. Boy was I wrong. I had the worst, most massive blisters on my feet I’ve ever had from these things.

These are totally awesome if you have heel pain!! I actually had bought enough of them to put in multiple of my regular use shoes! I was in some significant pain before these. Afterwards I had no pain!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these.

I really love the Dr. Scholl’s Heel cushions! They were easy to insert in my shoe. I wear a woman’s 10 so my size was a the top of the heel cushion size. I was concerned it might slip around in my shoe but i was wrong.

The gel side was down which made it stay in place. I am really sensitive about my feet. I don’t know feeling anything weird in my shoes. For example if my socks slip and i scrunch my toes up it drives me insane having that feeling on my feet.

Also sometime the lining of the sole peels up and i can feel that i have to get new shoes. I could not feel the Dr. Scholl’s heel cushions. Which is an awesome thing. They were so comfortable it felt like they were made into the shoe.

I have cracked heels and sometimes or most times standing for a long time i have a lot of heel pain. Not with these gel cushions. It was like i was walking on air. No discomfort in the 8 hrs that i wore them in my shoes.

This product is a gel pad that has adhesive on one side. It is designed to be placed in high heels where the ball of your feet sit. These gel liners create a cushion that absorbs some of the the pressure placed on the balls of your feet when wearing high heels.

The liner is very thin so it does not alter the fit of the shoes it is being placed in, although I do find that if the shoes are a snug fit, it can make them feel too small. If the pad makes the shoes a little tight, they will usually stretch after wearing them a few times.

These cushions are remarkably effective at absorbing the shock and pressure placed on the balls of your feet caused by walking and standing in high heels. If I have these liners in my shoes, I can wear them more comfortably and for longer periods of time.

Even if your shoe isn’t slipping at the heel, you need these. They keep that shoe friction from becoming any sore spot or blister, they are so soft! They also of course help you out if your shoe is slipping a bit when you walk.

They keep a soft grip on your heel. I always make sure to have these in any pair of heels. Nothing worse than walking quickly in heels and having an entire shoe fly off.

I usually hate wearing high heels because I always slip out of them! These cushion pads, for the most part work! I had a few instances where I did slip out of them (but that very well could have been me- not being used to walking in them!) but it did add the level of comfort that the back of your heels can get after wearing heels all day! These are great to have around! I have small, narrow feet and i notice that I often need liners. I prefer the gel liners because they give extra grip. These were really inexpensive at Payless. I am surprised by how many people throw shoes away without trying a buffer like these!.

These insoles didn’t work out. I put them in a new pair of black sandals. I was glad to read that the insoles would not damage my sandals when removed. However, there are several problems with this insole compared to previous Dr.

Scholl’s inserts I’ve used. Because there’s a lip on the perimeter of the insole, it picked up black dye and fibers from the sandal straps and looks disgustingly dirty. Because the insole is wide and has a lip, it shows all the way around, not particularly attractive in a sandal.

Finally, I wore these sandals twice with this insole, and it will no longer stay in place. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend these for sandals, an open toe flat perhaps, but not sandals.

If you have a shoe that’s missing a sole entirely, I can imagine this helps. But if you’re looking for support and comfort, this is not it. I work retail and stand for 7 hours a day and this was just a glorified extra layer of shoe.

Same amount of foot pain as I had without it. The “flex” arch essentially means no support. “Moving with your arch” doesn’t make any sense unless you’re consistently flexing and I flexing your foot. It’s flat and remains flat because your arch is not changing shape as you walk.

I have plantar fasciitis and quite a bit of pain in my heel and this did nothing for it. Find something else.

Likes first – these have turned my thin-soled gladiators into Birkenstocks on a recent vacation. No pain after walking 25-30,000 steps every day. Especially the arch support was really noticeable. Con – they did slip out eventually and got slightly damaged where the back would touch the ground.

They cannot be glued in which is both a pro and a con. And they got really dirty on the bottom. Despite daily washing they looked year old after a week. They probably work better with shoes that have more “structure” to them.

These are incredible! You don’t have to worry about the heel liner slipping out of your shoe. I used them in a pair of boots without even using the adhesive and they were great. I was worried about the piece under your heal being uncomfortable because I am extremely sensitive to even a wrinkle in my sock.

I currently wear steel toes boots for work , the break in period for the boots has been really hard on mine heels , but thanks to the heel liner , I feel amazing , I walk between 7-10 miles daily , so being comfortable its super important thank you.

I’m not sure how I feel about these. I’ve only recently gotten into wearing heeled shoes everyday (boots). Without the insoles, my feet gradually slip forward throughout the day making it excruciatingly painful on my smallest and largest toes by the end of the day.

On the plus side, these insoles have solved that problem. They adhere incredibly well to my boots and my feet haven’t slipped forward whilst wearing them. However, I needed to adjust the insoles slightly and tried to peel them off.

Unfortunately, for my leather left boot the lining began to peel off along with the insole. I immediately stopped and pushed lining and insole back into the shoe so as to not risk peeling the entire lining out.

It could just be poorly made leather boots (I’m not sure what Country Road’s reputation is for their shoes) but the gel insoles adhere incredibly well. They work wonderfully for my feet but I’d never ever try to remove them again.

I was expecting good things from this product but I was slightly disappointed in terms of a few things. One was the sizing. To fit shoe size 3-7. 5 is quite difficult as that is quite a range. Consequently I found them too small for my Size 7 boots.

I couldn’t get them to fit properly as they were too small. Also, because they are so sticky underneath, if you stick them in the wrong place at the start, it’s a pain to get them off again to move them without ripping out the main insole.

I am sure these are probably really good if they fit well but for me I didn’t get to experience the benefit.

I like gel insoles as they can be wiped clean if required. I have size 4 feet but once the instep part was positioned correctly for me the insoles did not go under my toes and I had excess insole at my heels.

I would recommend positioning the insole before removing the backing so you know where to stick it down. Once positioned the insoles stay securely in place. I also have a high instep so found these very supportive.

The excess length at the heel was easy to trim away. Expensive but good product.

Awesome inserts I have been using for years. I wear high heels every day and these inserts have made it possible for me to go an entire day without foot pain. I have recommended them to several other professional women as well.

These leather ones are great, and the plastic ones are great as well.

These insoles are so comfortable in shoes with a heel. Helps keep feet from sliding forward, and the leather insoles have way more cushion than the plastic insoles.

These were a better quality than I needed for the shoes I was going to use them for; now I have to get cheaper ones for these shoes, and use this pair for nicer shoes!

I was extremely unsure about purchasing these insoles. I am a nurse and I have terminal Metastatic Breast Cancer. The years of Nursing and the chemo therapy medications that I endure daily, as well as the areas where cancer ate away some of my bones, have caused severe pain and neuropathy in my legs and feet.

Protalus orthotics have done wondets to ease my foot, knee, and most of all, my hip and lower back pain. I tried every type of orthotic I could find over the years, and even had several different custom-made ones done thru my podiatrist and chiropractor.

None have worked as quickly as Protalus. Better yet, the smaller, narrower styles for women allow me to wear a greater range of shoe styles, such as flats, wedges, pumps, the occasional higher heels, ankle boots, as well as my clunkier walking shoes.

I have wider feet, so I purchased the Men’s style/size for dress shoes, and that works great in my every day business and business casual shoes. Once I found the best style that fit my foot and shoes, I bought several pairs.

They’re worth every cent, as far as I’m concerned.

These work. They feel great for my back after long walks. I’ve been walking both unevenly and lazily. It’s causing my back to tighten up after a 30-60 minute dog walk. These inserts are helping with the tension.

It is a noticeable difference. Only qualm is that they do make my feet feel hot for some reason. I don’t know why these warm up so much faster than regular inserts. I try to wear them as tight as necessary, but that makes my feet sweat.

I’ll deal with the heat if it’s helping my back this much.

These are comfy on the heels; simple, thin, and providing a bit of cushion, as I was hoping. I like how slim they are, and the angled edge makes for a fairly smooth transitional feel on my foot. However there are two issues I have with them: 1) They are a bit wide, so they do not fit in any of my regular athletic, dress, or other fitted shoes.

They do, however, fit great in my wider rain/mud boots (what I intended them for). 2) There is nothing to keep them in place. So every time I pull my foot out of my boot, the heel cushion comes up with it every time, requiring me to have to fix it.

That is going to get old. I haven’t had a chance to try them for a long period of time to see how well they stay in place while walking, but so far (as I’ve walked around inside, they seem to be ok).

I recently had orthotic inserts prescribed by my podiatrist to avoid surgery for my heel spur. I received them and started wearing them but they had to be sent back to the manufacturer for some adjustments.

Since putting anything in your shoe requires some getting used to and I had started to get used to the fancy ($$$$) orthotics, I didn’t want to not wear any heel support while I waited for my orthotics to get tweaked.

My doc had told me gel inserts were not enough. I saw these, looked up reviews and thought they would be good to try. I really like them. I have continued to wear them as they are comfortable and lessen my heel pain at the end of the day.

I am a 6. 5 in most shoes, sometimes smaller, and I purchased the S and it was perfect without any trimming necessary.

I bought these for my two youngest children. All of my kids have struggled with severs. I would not recommend this product for kids with severs. They are too thin and did not help at all. My review has nothing to do with the quality at all.

Sales clerk guided me to this product while buying a new pair of shoes. My right foot is wider and slightly bigger than my left due to a couple surgeries. This product worked perfect so that my left shoe didn’t slip on my foot.

My feet are two slightly different sizes. Foot petals put in the looser shoe make them fit snugger and my foot does not slip out, yet they do not make the shoe too tight.

Bought some of these in Las Vegas, they are fantastic. I have several pairs of court shoes which fit, but slip off at the heel while walking. Regular insoles and heel grips bought in the UK are no good, all they do is make the shoes tighter, the heel grips found in the UK are too thick, so i tried to ‘pare them down’ to make them less bulky but this didnt work well 🙁 I was almost throwing the shoes away, until I tried Foot Petals heel grips – they worked!!!! Brilliant product.

Shipping was good and acceptable, within 2 weeks time. These are very soft, lightweighted and special type of insole. This pair of delicate and transparent insole made my everyday walking, and the use of my shoes become way more comfortable.

Excellent and invisible arch support. Can be placed in the part of the shoe where my foot needs the extra support. Two-sided tape on the inserts so they stay in place. The gel is soft and very comfy.

I love my flat and low-heeled shoes, but they don’t typically have enough arch support for me. I’ve put them in 3 pairs of shoes so far. I bought my first Gel Activ Everyday Heels inserts on spec and I’m buying more so that I can put them in all my shoes.

On whose feet did you base your ‘Fits sized 5-10’ on??!!! I am an 8. 5 and was in desperate need of clear insoles for a pair of sandals and got these. They were the teeny tiniest things I have ever seen and would only be suitable for a child’s shoes.

They looked too small to even fit a woman’s size 5 never mind an 8, 9 or 10. I am out $8 and very upset!.

These flat shoes insoles by Amope have definitely made an improvement in my comfort while walking distances in flats. I swap them out of my ballet flats, boat shoes, and slip ons. I really like that they’re clear so they aren’t as noticeable.

I was worried about sweating because of the plastic, but it has not been an issue for me!.
