20 Best Curtains For Patio Doors (2023 Updated)

They have a strong chemical odor but it is dissipating. They have been up for two days and I can barely smell it now. So if you are scent sensitive, be forewarned. They do block out a good amount of light.

Not 100% like the picture with the mobile phone shows, but by far enough to sleep at night. The fabric is a bit shiny, being polyester, but it is not too bad. I was worried that they may look like cheap motel curtains, but they are certainly much better than that.

They are very wrinkled out of the package, but some of the wrinkles have fallen out on their own. All in all, I am okay with them, I knocked off one star for the overpowering stench. Also note this is not the best price for these.

I bought them in a mad rush due to an obnoxious amount of light in my bedroom at night from new neighbors who keep all their lights on and their blinds open. I should have done more shopping around first.

I spent a long time researching curtains and purchased these based on the positive reviews. They are really beautiful curtains and very high-quality material. It’s hard to put it into words but they basically fall perfectly.

They weren’t super wrinkled out of the packaging and they fold in just the right places. The fabric is also very sturdy and pretty. I have had some curtains that ended up with a material more similar to a shower curtain.

These ones feel very luxurious.

These drapes are good to keep out light and look like good quality. I didn’t like them because they are very shiny. It reminds me of shiny blue Christmas wrapping paper … I was looking for summer curtains and these would be more for winter if you like the shine.

The color is nice, the texture is good, they seem like excellent quality but the shine is just not for my taste. Someone else may like them and they may go great with their decor. They are a very good quality! But, if they don’t bring me joy then I don’t keep them! For price and shine they don’t bring me joy so I will return!.

Says what it is, it’s room-darkening, not blackout curtains. That’s 100% true, so I will admit I bought this without fully noticing the difference in phrasing. I assumed at the time it was the same thing.

Anyways, it’s really nice quality, I like the feel of the material. It does however need to be ironed a bit or something to get the wrinkles and indentations out due to how it’s packaged. Just to clarify for others wondering or is a first time curtain buyer like I am, this comes with 2 curtains that are 63” wide and 52” long each.

When hung up together side by side, it makes a total length of 126” wide. So this definitely fit the wider panel windows I currently have while also leaving extra room on the sides. Definitely factor that in when measuring, or else it won’t block as much of the sun on the sides.

Be careful when measuring. When in doubt, measuring again to be sure.

I absolutely LOVE them! I had a cabana built and wasn’t sure about these until they arrived. They are prefect, they aren’t see through, they are just the right weight and are beautiful. My only problem was getting something to attach to them so they would fit the 1 1/2 inch pole.

Of course, I found the 3inch rings on Walmart website that easily snapped through the grommets, almost like a binder ring. I purchased in total 5 sets (10 panels) to go around my cabana, I probably could have gotten away with 8 panels but the extra two just made me feel more secluded.

I have been adding “private spaces” to my backyard during Covid so that each space feels different. when I’m in my Cabana, I feel like I’m in Cancun on the beach somewhere. I only had them up a few hours when it rained, I went out the next morning and the curtains were totally dry and not wrinkled or changed in anyway, I will have to go and get some rods for the bottom to weigh them down, as the wind does blow them around pretty good but there is a sleeve at the bottom to be able to slide something in them, I guess you could probably just put a curtain rod at the bottom.

I only got to enjoy them for a couple of days since my cabana wasn’t built until mid-Dec. (live in NE) so I have stored them, can’t wait to pull them out in spring. I went ahead and got the white even though I was a little worried about them getting dirty, but the fabric if perfect for outdoors and I don’t think I will have a problem.

These are exactly what I’ve been looking for over the past three years or so. I have high ceilings, and I could not find these longer-length curtains anywhere at a decent price point. At the high-end designer stores they wanted hundreds of dollars for drapes with about the same quality as these.

The color, drape, fabric and grommets on these drapes are perfect! They look more expensive than what I paid for them! They are not 100% blackout drapes, but they block out enough light to meet our needs.

This curtain didn’t work because i have a center support bracket and the curtain wouldn’t slide across that bracket on the rod. I need 2 panels for my patio door. I had to return this curtain.

I live in an older home with LOTS of double hung wood frame window. All though there are additional storm windows in the outside is still rather cold in the winter. I have bought 10 of these panels to help with the heat the summer abs cold in the winter.

I was surprised at how light this panel is. The description said “energy saving fabric allows you to insulate against heat and cold. ” I thought the panel would be insulated fabric with that description.

I really don’t know what they mean by their description because this is definitely a light filtering fabric. I do like the panel and the color. Our weather has been quite cold, down in the teens, and I have not noticed it being cold near the patio door.

I guess I will know about its insulating ability when summer comes and the sun hits that door in the late afternoon.

These are nice, well made panels. Had to iron because wrinkled from the package, but they hang nicely and have a nice drape to them. I wish there would have been a lighter color than Taupe that would have matched my walls a little better, but they are still neutral enough to go with an decor.

Used in dressing room so wanted something not too expensive to dress window and not block light. Sold in a pair which was ideal as single panels work out quite expensive. Wouldn’t say the were like linen feel but they are a bright white.

I have enjoyed every purchase of my gray curtains both the grommet and rod pocket, I do have one observation regarding the yellow grommet curtains- the color is Too Bright and should be a softer or more muted yellow to blend with more diverse colors – great experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Bought for an internal window and they look great. Well made and a clean white colour. You can close them and they allow a muted light through, great for my office.

Very pretty design, however the material is not as thick as I expected. They also do not totally block out the light. I decided to keep them anyway. They do look good in my bedroom.

I was excited to get these bright and colorful curtains. However these ARE NOT what’s displayed online. They show a white back ground with colorful bright orange and teal flowers and leaves. These curtains are no where near that.

They have a darker grey background. The other colors are very dull brown and darker grey flowers than the background. What is supposed to be a bright teal in the photo is a very dull blueish kind of grey color.

When hung up patterns fade into the the grey background making the entire curtain just a dull grey curtain with darker shadows. Very disappointed in these and returning them. They are nothing like what is shown.

I almost forgot to mention these are also measured 84 inches from the top of the curtain to the bottom so they are 3inchs too short if you are needing a full 84 inches when hung.

These are not exactly “blackout or efficient”, more like between sheer and blackout (single layer of material, without a 2nd layer for blackout purposes found on more expensive curtains). Still nice quality for the price.

90% of wrinkles came out after being in dryer for about 5 minutes. Soft/satiny feel. Add some automotive tape weights (self adhesive/flat wheel weights) to the holes in the bottom outside corners, and they hang straighter and flatter.

I wish they were darker, but still, I like them enough that I’m going to purchase another set for another bedroom. They look nice, and I feel are a good value for the price.

High quality fabric and just as pictured in ad. Other comments complained it wasnt blackout and has a gray backing but if you look in the ad its exactly as it states. Doesnt say blackout. it shows level 2 for room darkening and shows the gray backing.

These fit great-measurements were spot on. The choice of two rod sleeves on top and bottom provide some flexibility. 75×25 inch. Totally blocked light coming in, which was exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent quality, great light blocking, and soft fabric. I read all the reviews before purchasing, so was concerned about wrinkles from packaging. I put them in the dryer on low temperature for five minutes the hung on the curtain railings.

Perfect! No wrinkles and they fold back beautifully. Room is warmer and light is well blocked. Outstanding value. Highly recommend.

Was so excited about this product. It offered perfect sizing for what we needed. Material had an imperfection, snagging. I can live with that. However, the 45″ option had totally uneven edging. It looked like waves on the bottom.

We ordered a pair of 45″ panels and they were terrible. Didn’t even try the matching 84″ panels that we ordered. The 45″ curtains were at eye level and just couldn’t live with that. Returned the product with absolutely no problem.

Love these curtains. I bought black ones being my living room gets the majority of sun and gets pretty hot in the summer. They are definitely blackout curtains which I love, it’s like a movie theater in my living room and they are really nice quality!.

Does well as a room divider. It blocks out a ton of light and keeps heat in the room. It makes a big difference. It fits perfectly and has lasted us a month so far with daily use.

These are not thermal. You need two panels to look nice. They are thin and look as good as a sheet over the sliding glass window.

This curtain is great but disappointing that it comes just one panel for that price. Returning because it’s much cheaper to buy two panels for the same price or less somewhere else. Otherwise it’s very pretty in person and thick material.

Definitely would darken a room. Going to give it 4 stars because overall seems like a great product just misunderstood that it’s 1 panel only.

I absolutely LOVE these curtains! I painted an accent wall in my master bedroom charcoal gray with the other 3 walls white, and these curtains really pop in the room! They add a little texture to the room, and look amazing! They are true blackout curtains and probably the best ones I’ve bought! The material is really nice, up close it has multiple different colors in the threading with a really cool texture in the print! Definitely recommend these!.

We bought a bunch of these curtains. While the the stitch is typical below quality Chinese made. For the price, these curtains do very well. But i doubt they can withstand more than a couple washes. Considering they develop runs out of the pack.

The washer will destroy them. I dont olan to wash them if i can avoid it.
