We are full-time motorhome dwellers; known as nomads because we travel from city-to-city and state-to-state. These curtains are more room darkening and light filtering as you can see in the picture there is a good amount of light still shining through. I would say these curtains block out 70% of light. The room still has a good amount of light shining in.
