20 Best Curls For Short Hair (2023 Updated)

This is a good company and I am very satisfied with the curling iron. I would have given it 5 stars but for one thing. With my length of hair I use 3 curling irons, all 3 are connected to a power source.

Instead of turning all 3 on individually I turn on 1 switch. This curler does not stay on, so I have to manually turn it on every time after I have turned on the power source. It’s a small inconvenience but still an inconvenience.

Perhaps it has something to do with new curler regulations?.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my young sister. She took it out and used it the next day. She loves it. She said it’s getting hot fast, but pretty even. It’s easy to use. I’m surprised since this iron is cheaper than a lot of the brand names I’ve seen.

At decent price and good quality, this is a good buy.

I love this curler!!!! I prefer thick wave, so this was it for me. 1 1/2 inch. I like how it is easy to make a curl, and shows the lcd screen. Also as it stated it came with glove, so I did not have to buy extra.

I always wear it while using it so it prevents me from getting burn. Also the quality is great! Not like cheap material!.

I do 50s hairstyles where the curls have to be very good and these are perfect. It comes with 2 different sizes and I use the smaller ones in the back and the bigger ones towards the front. The small ones are dark brown and the big ones are light brown.

I sleep with them every night and their comfterble I wear a silk scarf over them so they can stay put. I recommend these for anyone who loves 60s hairstyles with the beautiful curls!.

Ive been curious about these for a long time. So glad i tried these out. Much better than the snap on foam rollers. The plastic ones would always snap off in my sleep and I’d have one or 2 straight strands and the rest curly!!! So annoying!! I LOVE THESE and would highly recommend! More comfortable too and you get more strong wavy curls.

I love these rollers! Over the past few years, I have purchased multiple sets, to make my hair bouncier and curlier. They are so soft, durable and don’t snag. The best!!!

I love how it looks and the fact that it is three curling irons in one. But you can read everyone else’s rave reviews I want to tell you what I am not a big fan of about the curling iron. 1. Obviously the price is a bit high.

I was lucky to get mine during a 20% off sale and used my Ulta Rewards Points so with all of that I was able to get it under $100 so in the end feeling pretty good about that. 2. Changing the temperature is not as obvious as other styling tools I have used.

I actually had to look at the directions. I admit more than once. 3. I think the thing I surprisingly find most annoying (would have been price if I didn’t get such a great deal) is the carrying case it came with.

I initially was really glad they provided one and liked when I heard it had pockets inside to help hold your attachments and base while not in use. That was short lived when I actually went to put the attachments and base into the bag for storage.

Now this may not be an issue for the Whirl Trio (wand set) but the Twirl Trio (clip style set) the bag is about 2 inches to short so the clip handles poke out the top. I understand the tote is only $3 on their website but if they are making a bag intended to be used to hold the Trio styling tools you would think they would make sure it worked for all of the over $300 sets.

I received this as a gift from my sister. She bought it from T3 directly. I tried to exchange it with a different product of theirs, since I already own a T3 twirl, however they wouldn’t do anything without a receipt, said they couldn’t look her up in their system, and my sister has 3 little kids so getting a receipt from her was more impossible than having tea with the queen of England.

I finally got an email from my sister with her confirmation order, but then they said a month went by and it was too much time that passed, despite it being new and in the box. So although I LOVE T3 products and own many, their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I love their curling irons, but I preferred to exchange my present with the wands trio since the wands hold better curls for me.

My sister meant to buy me wands but bought the trio instead, and the 2 smaller curling irons are too small for me and I would never use. I prefer larger barrels for beach waves instead of curly hair.

This wand trio is everything you need. Not only is it beautiful, stylish and a space saver, but it’s functionality exceeds beyond my expectations. I have used 2 of the barrels and they have worked marvelously.

The 1 inch barrel (the photos with the yellow dress and the hat) gives small, tight curls that lasts 2 days. I brushed my curls to give me that vintage wave. The 1. 5 inch barrel is for longer hair and gives you a less defined wave yet very subtle (picture in the green dress).

The curls hold 2 days using hairspray. Some retouching is necessary on the next day as some may come undone. Swapping the barrels out is very easy, the wand gets hot fast and you can choose the heat necessary for your hair.

Another great feature is that once it turns back on it remembers the last setting you used.

I was hesitant on buying this wand because of the few negative reviews, but now I know it’s mostly just user error and lack of reading the instructions. lol I’m glad I tried it for myself. This wand is great! I have always used conair tools and they’ve lasted me years.

I love the barrel sizes this wand comes with. I have a blunt bob and use the 1/2 inch chopstick with about 1 inch of hair in each curl and it gives me the CUTEST waves that last for a couple of days.

I might have to touch up a few spots here and there, but nothing too crazy. I love the different attachments because I can use the largest barrel on my extensions and it’s all in one for convenient storage.

Another plus is this heats up insanely fast. It’s so great if you’re in a pinch. Also, I didn’t have an issue with the lock mechanism at all. It’s very simple, especially if you follow the instructions.

😉 The temperature does adjust to your liking without choosing 1 of the 3 curl options. You just have to double click the on button and it will adjust 15° ranging from 250°-450°. It’s a quality hot tool that gets the job done and you can’t beat the price.

I’ve always had better luck with conair than other higher end hot tools. I definitely recommend!.

All in all this is a great tool to have! It is very versatile. I will say that each barrel does give a different curl, but there is very little difference between the pink (curly) and blue (wavy) curl in my hair.

I have course hair that has some natural wave to it. The tool was very easy to use however none of my wand attachments would lock into place. None of the fell out while I was doing my hair though. I live in GA where it is fairly humid and these curls lasted most of the day with little product.

The yellow wand (coily) did make my hair very frizzy. The other two seemed to take the frizz a good bit. My daughter has naturally curly hair and she loves to use this in the mornings just to touch her hair up before school.

Neither one of us use the 3 finger glove. I find it to be very cumbersome. The ends of each wand do not get hot, so we do not find it necessary. Each attachment comes with a predetermined heat setting, although you can change it if you would like.

All the curls I did were done on the recommended setting. All in all good product. Gave it 4 stars because there wasn’t much difference in the pink and blue barrels and since I couldn’t get any of the to lock in place.

I LOVE this tool so much. I recently cut my hair very short to give it a fresh start. I feel so comfortable using this temperature-controlled tool to help me style my hair for the day. I use the smallest barrel to make my hair less frizzy and more “put together”! It has a guide to help with the temperature control, but I did end up using the highest heat setting.

I do have mixed hair so it makes sense I would have to diverge from their recommendation. I appreciate that this tool helped my hair be more definited AND made it shiny. I’m still navigating this new haircut, but my confidence has gone up because this! Because of its versitality, I can’t wait to use it on my sister’s straight hair! I already know it will over-preform.

I highly recommend this styling tool for a person or household with multiple needs/uses.

My absolute favorite curling wand. I have the 1inch and the ¹/2 – 1 inch curling wands. They heat up and cool down really fast. Easy to use. Gives my hair bounce and volume. I love that it comes with a glove so you do not burn your fingers and it works very well.

I have had mine for over a year and gifted my 15 year old niece one for Christmas after she kept asking me how I did my hair and styling her hair with mine she fell in love! Very affordably priced with amazing results.

I also really like how the base where the cord goes swivels so the cord does not get tangled around you while using!.

Now I am more of a straight hair girl, I always flat iron my hair but of course with how long my hair is, it can take a while. But then for Christmas I was gifted with the hot brush from the brand BedHead from my cousin and that cut the time in half for me to blow dry and straightening my hair and it was freaking’ amazing! Now I was in the store and I wanted to try this to kind of spruce things up with my hair and I was kind of hesitant because of the mixed reviews.

but after trying it out, OMG!!!!!! I LOVED IT! For a first timer using a curling iron, I fell in love with it. It heats up fast and depending on the kind of hair you have, honestly, you only need about 3-5 seconds to get that right curl for you! I really like this!!!! BEDHEAD YOURE KILLING’ IT!.

So I bought the 1. 25 inch wand (red) and compared the curls/waves to my existing wand (shown in the first picture). Blue side of my face are the waves made with the new wand (1. 25in). Green side of my face were the waves made with the old wand (tapered, probably a half inch to an inch).

I only styled two sections of my hair — the rest is pulled back. I just wanted to do a quick comparison between the two. After letting the sections cool, I gently combed through the waves with my fingers.

Generally, my hair is pretty thin, color treated, and naturally sort of curly/wavy/frizzy/a hot mess. I like my old wand just fine, but I wanted a thicker, non tapered barrel to be able to create bigger, more loose “beachy” waves.

I don’t think there’s a massive difference between the look of both waves, but enough to where I’m satisfied and I notice a difference/I get my desired effect. My hair is pretty long too (and I want it longer), so I struggle with fitting a whole section of hair on the more narrow barrel.

I’m a sucker for good design, and this is beautiful- sleek and modern. I keep my styling tools on the counter, and this lends some serious, understated sophistication to my vanity. The weight is beautifully light, much easier to hold in place than my wand.

Right away, the iron checks a major box for me- the power button is placed beneath the clip handle. I’m sure we can all relate to the inconveniently placed button that we hit midway through our styling, and wonder why our curls are getting looser, lol.

Press and hold to turn on, you will have both a bright tone and a light. The light ring will flash as it’s reaching temperature. When it’s ready to go, the light ring will turn solid, and a different set of tones will chime out.

Full disclosure, I hopped on the wand wagon a while ago and haven’t touched a clip iron since. To achieve the curls that work best for me takes some practice. But the lovely thing that I had forgotten about clip curlers is that they hold your hair in place, even that stubborn little tuft of hair that refuses to fall in line with the rest.

No more going back for stragglers. I have very long hair, and the barrel length is average. I’ve gotten exquisite curls, but mostly towards the ends. It may be a consideration for some. Overall, this has earned its spot in your tool kit.

In my experience with GHD products, it will last you a very long time.

I own a few ghd tools and the quality is always top notch (two of them are more than 10 years old and still work perfectly). This curling iron is no exception. The thing I like the most is, with no doubt, the clamp: zero snagging, my hair never gets stuck in there.

The coating of the barrel is incredibly smooth and helps a lot taming the frizz (this is important to me because I’ve bleached hair). It has a well-thought-out design: the stand is made of rubber which prevents the iron from sliding when you place it on the countertop in between sections and the power button is hidden under the clamp so it’s not in your way while using the tool.

I’ve heard people complaining about the fact there is no option to adjust the temperature of the tool but to me this is actually a good thing, I feel like ghd took out all the guesswork with just one optimal temperature.

Even if this iron is labeled for voluminous curls, I actually use it for soft beachy waves. The 1. 25″ barrel allows me to grab slightly larger sections and to do my full head in less than 15 minutes.

Last but not least, it has universal voltage for worldwide use and, speaking of travelling, ghd finally changed the plug. The bulky GFCI plug (the one with test/reset buttons) is gone! I’m so happy because this was the only thing I found really annoying in the past.

Now there is a standard small plug which is way more convenient when storing/packing the tool. As side note, the length of the barrel works well for long (mid-back) hair, but I secretly hope one day ghd will come up with a XL version for very long hair.

I was so excited to use curling iron, and even more excited as soon as I opened the box. You can see and feel the quality right away. I love the sleek, modern design, and how it’s lightweight, but still solid.

I’ve had irons before that were too light and would slide all over the counter when I put them down, but the Soft Curl has enough weight that it stays right where I put it. That’s really important because this iron heats up SUPER fast (which I love) and is very hot.

Any new tool takes a little time to get used to, and like I said, it heats up fast, so I definitely recommend practicing styling your hair with a cool iron before turning it on. Also, there’s just a little bit of texture to the barrel of the iron (which gives it a really nice matte look) but l also think it gives the barrel a little bit of grip while still allowing your hair to glide around the iron without any tugging or snagging.

And finally, the result. I got exactly what I wanted from this (perfectly named) iron. Big, beautiful, soft curls. I have thick, long hair and I was able to curl my whole head in less than 15 minutes.

This is a beautiful curling iron! I love the white with rose gold accents. It feels very solid and well made as you hold it. One thing I really like is the stand on the bottom that keeps it from touching your countertop.

Every other curling iron I have ever owned had a “kick stand” type loop that would get super hot,and inevitably you would get burned trying to pull it out to set it back down. It has 5 heat settings and heats up FAST and HOT.

It remembers your previous setting,and you can change heat settings with a simple twist. To turn it off you twist and hold for a few seconds. The end of the barrel is wide enough that you can hold it as you curl and not burn your fingertips.

I like that where the cord exits the unit actually twists so the cord won’t get tangled. I have never used a 1. 5” iron before and I personally felt like the curls were a bit larger than I expected. I was hoping for beach waves but instead got large, soft curls.

I have long, thick, naturally curly hair (that can get frizzy too) and I found that running the wand down my hair top to bottom before curling smoothed the frizz out. Overall a very nice curling iron.

I really wanted to love this curling iron. It definitely made my hair softer and shinier, but my main issue is that it didn’t actually curl my hair. For reference, my hair is naturally very curly, and I usually blow dry it and touch is it up with a curling iron for natural-looking waves and smooth curls.

I’ve been using a $15 basic curling iron for years that does a nice job, but I wanted to invest in something better for my hair. I used this curling iron for about three weeks, and every single time my hair was pin straight after an hour or so, with none of my usual volume.

If you’re looking for a straightener, then I highly recommend–but not for a curling iron. One other small quibble: the manufacturers need a lesson in user-centered design. My hair kept snagging on the bottom of the barrel, and I had to be extremely careful to avoid pulling every time I used.

I am growing my hair out from a pixie. It is just long enough to put into a short ponytail with the help of a couple bobby pins. The wrap ponytail is easy to apply and stays secure all day. The density is not too thick, so it looks very realistic.

It’s not too shiny, and it is very soft. I purchased the 10″ one also. I have dark brunette hair and I purchased color 4.

This hair piece is excellent for thin, shoulder length hair. It is very difficult to find a ponytail in this length and weight for those of use who do not have very long hair. Thank you Vogue Wigs. I will be a life-long customer because you provide products that are high quality and that are not easily avaible–at affordable prices!.

Not a great experience. Color was almost white. Looked like it was a darker blond in the picture. Took a chance. Knew it was wrong, so sent right back. Didn’t even try on, but somehow was refunded only $7.

60 for my $50 purchase. Won’t be ordering again.

This is a great curling tool! I’ve never been able to get such a nice curl before from a heat less product. It gives you beautiful modern looking curls, and the tool itself has so much flexibility. You can use it to do as tight or as loose of a curl as you want.

I used two of the strips together to form a looser curl, and this method worked for me. Another advantage to this product is how comfortable it is to sleep in. I’ve never had such a restful nights sleep with any other heatless curling method in my life except for this one.

The only thing to be careful of when using this is making sure the ends of your hair don’t get crimped. If it gets folded into the end too messily it will dry that way and cause excess frizz. Other than that, it’s a perfect product!.

I bought this on amazon because I dont want to destroy my super baby fine hair from using curling irons. Its also very time consuming for me. I washed my hair and applied curl cream and allowed to air dry a good amount and then I wrapped my hair in the octocurl.

I only had to leave it on for 1hr 1/2 and it was already curled pretty good. I absolutely love this thing!! My hair looks so voluminous and bouncy and no frizz. It was very easy to use and didn’t take hardly any time.

I was able to do it in 15 mins. I’m also very pleased with the price. Octocurl is definitely worth the $24 dollars I paid for it.

I don’t think this is a bad product, I just have others that work better. This product poses a great idea of heatless curls- I found that application of the curling device was easy enough and I was able to comfortably sleep with it on.

The disaster came when I tried to take my hair out of the curling headpiece. It really tugged at my hair and caused a lot of pain.

I have a couple of silk heatless curlers that I like to use and work nicely with my long, baby fine hair, but they don’t stay in place all that well, and I feel as if I am continually adjusting them.

One is just a long cylinder that requires a large clip to anchor it at the midline and the other is the segmented type with a flat part between the two cylinders, and I use two smaller clips to anchor the flat portion near each temple.

Apparently if I had thick enough hair, I would be able to remove the clips once I had my hair rolled, up. But in my case, the roller slides out of my hair if allowed to move around. I thought these shorter individual rods might work better.

The fabric is a satin polyester so these curlers are not as soft, smooth and luxurious feeling as my silk curlers. They also don’t allow my hair to dry as quickly. The fabric is white with grey marbling + just a hint of pink which I don’t find very attractive.

In fact, I initially thought the curlers were dirty! (of course, they are not). The core is a foam rod. The curlers are closed with a snap and I guess it is just me, since no-one else has mentioned it, but I had a heck of a time getting them undone, even with the little fabric tabs to help.

One or two curlers were easy to open, but the others were so tight I didn’t think I would ever get them apart. I had to get help to get one of them out of my hair. I tried snapping and unsnapping each curler several times hoping to loosen them up, but that didn’t really work.

The curlers don’t stay in my hair very well, even when linked together, but that is probably due to how thin and fine my hair really is. I rolled my just slightly damp hair and they are comfortable enough to sleep in, but they moved down so much that the curls were just in the lower half of the length of my hair.

The curled part of my hair was not completely dry, but once I removed the curlers it dried in just a few minutes and the curls were very nice and lasted through the day (with finger combing only and some hairspray as my hair takes a curl readily but doesn’t hold it).

These might work better for someone with thicker hair than mine (and stronger fingers). The fabric is not of the best quality, and is fairly coarse, but the rollers are decently made with straight seams, and although plastic, the snaps are holding up well.

There are a few loose threads here and there. The curlers arrived nicely packaged and there are some instructions and hints for use on the back. The current price of $14. 00 seems a bit high for what they are.

The Kitsch Six Piece Set of Satin Pillow Rollers I’m a fan of. br br The set shipped well with minimal packaging. There was no damage whatsoever. It emitted no strange odors or chemical-like odors. br br These come in nice packaging that would be a great gift and nice to receive for yourself.

Step-by-Step instructions are printed directly on the packaging that inform you how to use and care for these rollers. br br I found these very easy to put in my shoulder-length hair. I basically did as the instructions displayed and written out which is as briefly as follows; take slightly damp hair and roll it upwards and tuck hair securely so the tip of my hair doesn’t stick out, roll upward toward the scalp and snap the button clasp at the top of year head, continue to the next roller and make sure to link it through another before clasping shut, continue the mentioned process till all the rollers are in place, wear overnight or till hair is dry, remove and style.

br br I have laid on these and wore them while going about my day at home till needing to style. They hold well and are super light not pulling at my hair or agitating my scalp at all. br br These rollers gave a nice natural wave without having to use potentially damaging heating tools or other methods to achieve the look I was going for.

Know these won’t give you super tight curls but a more natural wavy type that can be styled up or worn as-is after. br br These are made well with no loose strings or off-seams. I have run into zero issues with using these for over a month now.

If you can work a straightener or a curling iron to give yourself curls, don’t ever lose count of how long you held a curl to heat, and never burn your ear, hand, face, or leave your tool on and find it still on later you might not like it.

But if you are on the struggle bus trying to get the back of your head, having to take a break cause you’re working up a sweat and your arms hurt, having to pull in random people in your household or calling a friend to help, or taking 2 hours to *try* to do your hair this thing is the holy grail.

I have thick hair and a LOT of it, super dense. I’ve seen people say it doesn’t work for thick hair and that it doesn’t work for dense hair but I’m here to tell you it does. I curled everyone’s hair in the house that was long enough to do it.

It worked on thin hair that doesn’t generally hold a curl too. I have told literally everyone I know who also suck at doing their own hair they should buy this thing. If you’re in the fence just dooo it.

It’s worth it!.

Finally I found something that works and is easy to use! I am a very girly girl but still always have such a hard time curling my hair lol i’ve tried wavers, curling irons, curling wands, I’ve tried using my flat iron like the super talented people and nothing works.

this makes it so easy and it actually does work! my hair is long, thick and kind of dry and frizzy before I smooth it all down with my straightener. I used this and it not only worked but also made my hair soft! I washed my hair and used the chi then went to bed, the next two work days I skipped washing my hair but I did re-curl some spots before I went in and it worked so well.

the one photo is directly after using it on fresh washed hair, the other photo is 2 day old hair just re-curled certain spots. I brought it over and showed my mom and she liked it so much she bought it the same day!.

This automatic curler works well, heats fast, has a button to spin either way, a timer and a high and low setting which I like allot. My hair is almost shoulder length. It did not tangle my hair. The important thing to realize is that a large barrel only can produce bigger, looser curls and is usually best with hair that is approximately shoulder length and longer.

It is easy to use and just takes a little practice looking in the mirror for eye hand coordination. Holding it vertical (straight up and down) and not on a slanted angle, setting the lower section of hair in place and then repeating with the upper section of the strands of hair seems to work well.

You can do the whole section of hair at one time. There is some minor versatility to styling with it, but not allot. The baloney type curls are not super tight, but are defined medium and pretty. They can be gently combed through with a wide comb or fingers to separate out and the hair becomes a nice fully wave.

Professional Hair Volume product and Professional Hairspray are not necessary for the style to hold, but will help give volume and keep the styled hair curl longer. I give it a 4 out of 5 because it is a good product and is easy to use for a wavy or baloney curl effect and does save time once you know how to use it and touch it up each day – but minus one star because it has very little other versatility and the price is a bit high, I paid over $35.

00. You could get the same effect with curlers, or a regular curling iron (loosely wound) and be able to use them for other styles for less money. I hope this response it helpful in deciding. I personally am keeping mine and will use it.

This is a GAME CHANGER. I’m new to learning how to curl my hair. I’ve used every iron or wand under the sun, and I could not do it. This curler is so effortless! It only took me a matter of days to get it to curl the way I like.

It’s still not perfect, but I’m trying. I completely recommend this. It has two heat settings and you can get different curls depending how long you leave the hair in. All you do is hit the button and it curls for you! Love this!.

Comparing this to my GHD & Nume tools I typically use, this is the best curler I have ever used. It makes curling my hair SO easy and actually fun. It curls my hair perfectly even just using the low setting.

When automatic curlers first came out, they looked like a nightmare and everyone I talked to hated them and had horror stories of them ripping their hair out, etc. but I was lucky to try this curler brand new for $6 and it’s amazing.

I definitely would have paid $50+ for this.

I ordered some chocolate tight curly lace clip in extensions for my wedding in October. Did my hair trial yesterday and first go using the extensions – the hair is in fabulous condition and the clip ins were a breeze to use.

These are georgous! Beautiful tight 3C curls, shiny and soft. The picture is after co-wash & condition, with a little light hold curl cream scrunched in, diffused to dry. I think I’m gonna need a 2nd pack for my thick hair, but beautiful hair.

I’ve had this about 3 weeks now and have used it loads of times since. My first impression when I opened the box was that it looks really nice, I love the black and rose gold colour of it. It has a shorter but wider barrel with a very sleek design.

It’s very lightweight, so incredibly easy to hold. It has very clear instructions and it’s very simple to use. I first used it on the lowest of the three settings as I have very fine and colour treated hair.

And I have since stuck to this setting. I found the air cool technology amazing. It switches on automatically once it has reached the desired temperature and it is also, surprisingly, very quiet. So you’ll be able to use this on those early mornings without fear of waking anyone up.

The extra long cable at 2. 5m is great, as its the cable tie that comes with it. So easy to keep neat and tidy. The heat mat, which you can use to wrap around the curler when not in use, is also an added bonus.

I found that I was able to curl my hair on no time at all, compared to other stylers, and I have finally been able to achieve the loose, natural looking curls I’ve been trying to get with other curlers and straighteners over the years.

The cooling technology means that your hair does not overheat at all when using it. Instead, you are left with effortless, sleek, shiny, soft curls which do not lose their shape or bounce. It’s very hard get shine on colour treated and highlighted hair.

This gives it shine. And my hair was cool too touch immediately. Wow! It worked really quickly, you just run it through your hair and that is it done. No need to hold it a long time to get a curl. So far less damage is being done, if anything, it helps your hair.

As when I ran my fingers through my hair after styling it, I never once felt as though it was either, pulling, snagging or scorched my hair at all. Quite the opposite, my hair feels healthy. Not something I normally say after using a heated appliance! All I can say is, buy it, you will fall in love with it, just as I have.

If you like curling your hair with a straightener you will love this, it’s an upgrade for doing that. I love the cooling feature which saves me so much time (before I would have to hold my curl in my hand to cool which I no longer need to do).

You can also turn the cooling feature off if you wish, it does make some noise but not loud at all, it did not bother me. I’ve not tried a curler like this before so it is pretty unique. It gives a nice wavy look or a more tight curl depending how big of a section of hair you take.

I’m hopeless with doing my hair so I usually stick to an easy wand curler but this wasn’t hard to use at all. I have long thin hair so it took me a few tries to get the hang of it as I didn’t section my hair properly so the when I rotated the curler it didn’t quite work.

But once I sectioned my hair properly, and held the cool end of the curler, the curls came out really nice! As a side note this curler could also be used as a straightener, win win! I’ve always used wand curlers so I’m slightly biased towards them (for now) but I did really like this curler, especially when in a rush!.

This hair tool looked so easy to use in the demonstration & I thought it would be failsafe. However, on receiving it I was so disappointed with the results. It would curl some sections of my hair but was inconsistent on other sections.

One side was always better than the other but the wave never stayed in. I tried watching numerous instruction videos on YouTube but to no avail – my hair ended up looking like a hot, strawlike mess! Also the tool sometimes tugged on my hair which was uncomfortable.

I’m not sure whether it was my hair type, fine hair with a natural wave, or my technique which gave poor results but I’ve ended up returning. As ever I’m grateful to QVC for allowing the consumer to trial products for a period of time & allowing returns on used goods.

This otherwise would’ve ended up gathering dust in a cupboard somewhere!.

This is a very beautiful curling iron. It feels and looks substantial. I was shocked at how fast it heats up, which seems to be around 5 seconds. The wand is a bit heavier than what I am use to, but not a deal breaker.

I appreciate that I can manually choose my temperature and that the temperature goes to very high temperatures. I have long, thick, wavy, course, color treated hair and I find that the highest level is too hot for me, but I think it’s nice that it has more options for others.

You can take their hair quiz to see which setting is best for your hair type, but I found that the temperature it chose was much to low for me. I’m sure it’s meant to help prevent damage, but there is no point in using that guide if it doesn’t actual curl the hair.

Overall I have been enjoying this curling iron, but am unsure if it’s worth the price. Its definitely going to be a personal choice. This product was gifted to me by T3 Micro.

Really nice curling iron. It’s pretty but effective. The salon used this curling iron on my hair once and I loved the soft waves and so it was gifted to me by mom. I will say that technique and hair texture both contribute to how your curls will look though.

I like this iron when I want a soft curl/beach wave. It makes the hair smooth and the curls last long, however my hair holds curls pretty well no matter what iron I use. The only complaint I have about this iron is that the clamp at the bottom isn’t flushed with the barrel so sometimes my ends will slip out of the clamp.

I’ve worked around this though. I always start curling my hair at the top and work my way down so when I’m sliding the barrel down the hair I make sure to keep my ends in the middle of the barrel because it has better grip there.

I love this curling iron! My Hot Tools one stopped heating and I wanted to splurge on a replacement since I curl my hair very often. I have very long, thin, pin-straight hair. So most times when I curl my hair, after a few hours my curls turn into something more like soft waves.

But not with this curling iron! It’s perfect every time, the “SinglePass” was the perfect name for this! With my old iron it might take a couple tries on a single piece or I would have to hold it and count to 30.

I do want to address the reviews that say this curling iron smells. My first time using this, I shut of the iron and after a minute or two I smelled burnt hair. I picked up the iron and one strand of my hair was wrapped around the barrel.

I removed it and the smell went away. So no, this curling iron isn’t “smelly”. you are just burning your hair.

I have been natural for over 20yrs, having locs for about 15yrs. Cutting my locs was a new beginning for me, and opportunity to try new things with my hair. This was my first time doing crochet braids, and I LOVE IT! This hair is awesome! Natural looking, soft, washable, and not easily tangled.

It will get some tangles, but wearing your bonnet, and adding moose once a week does just fine. Even my braider loved the hair, and texture. Also appreciate Ebonyline simple yet professional and kind customer service.

I used 4 packs of the Lulutress Bohemian curl in color 1B and split each strand 3-4 times for the install. Use 5 packs for an extremely full look. Hair is versatile and lasted for 5 weeks using Hawaiian silky and oil sheen.

Maintained by trimming frizz and twisting up at night into a silk bonnet to minimize tangles. The install was easy and I received many compliments. I would definitely recommend this hair with the proper maintenance.

I bought some 18inch Bohemian hair and it was absolutely the worst hair I’ve ever bought. The picture on the package is so photo shopped it’s not funny. As soon as my professional hairdresser started to put it in, it frizzed up and looked nothing like the picture.

I work in a very corporate setting and in no way could leave it out. So for a week I had it in a ponytail, which was so matted after a couple of days. It was a disaster!! I felt so cheated and robbed of my money.

I had to take it out 1 week later and buy another brand which I very pleased with. My hair looks like the picture on the package. You are exploiting Black people who are your only customers. I’d like to see you use the exact hair I bought and get the look on the package.

I love these clip on hair extensions. Very long and dramatic for a night out. I tease my hair at their roots for a better grip. They blend beautifully and I can do many different hairstyles such as large braids or bouncy pony tails.

Great quality for this price! Totally recommend.

Ok so I was pretty sceptical about this one, considering it was in the sale I thought I would buy it. The colour match to my hair is perfect! My mum commented the other day that this is the best set of hair extensions she’s ever seen on me! I used to use easilocks but I’m telling you the quality of this hair compared to my easilocks is a JOKE! I can’t recommend these extensions enough! So much so I’ve bought another two pieces to wear on my wedding day!.

5 piece sets are just too much for me, but this one piece is the best! Really great and feels natural and soft. My own hair is rather fine so I had to cut it in a half ( which was very easy to do ) and trim a little.

Now I have two sets of extensions and perfect colour match. So happy, would buy again in a different shade.
