I had developed a severe poison ivy rash on both arms (the entire length of both). I started out using the Tecnu Extreme Poison Ivy Scrub (the directions recommend you use this first to remove the poison oils) and then applied the rash relief spray.

I have used this product for many years after first coming across it in Singapore. It is the same high quality it ever was and still packs that all-important cooling oomph. it is renowned for. The texture is a little Coarser than powders normally purchased in the west but that does not detract from the excellent feel of the powder.

It is marketed as a prickly heat powder and does exactly what it says on the tin.

this stuff is legit! I use it to this day! I started using it on my daughter when she was a toddler. She would get a mosquito bite every now and then and her little arm or leg would swell up. This product does take the itch out of bites and poison ivy, but it is not as good as the original Rhuli Gel or the Band-aid version that seems to have been discontinued. I loved the old product. This formula is different, less camphor and different inactive ingredients.

You can make a warm solution using the provided directions. soak a diaper in it , place the saturated slightly squeezed out diaper on the diaper rash area attaching it as you would any regular diaper and place a dry diaper on top, leaving it to compress the area for 30 minutes or longer.
