Started with these lures because I wanted to make sure my grand daughter caught something (specifically bluegill) and they worked with great success. We caught bluegill, crappie, small & largemouth bass.

I have now tried them at 6 different lakes with great success. Bass are generally a bit smaller 6-10″; however, I did land a couple 2-3 pound fish and a nice 7. 5lb’r.

Been using These Kalimantan jig heads for years. They WERE the absolute best. However, when I received these i immediately noticed they looked different. Took them out in the field and they were different and cheap and nothing like the old ones.

Head is smaller and different color and falls off of the hook. My fishing buddy reached out to Kalin and was told that they moved manufacturing from Haiti to China. China version is awful!.

I wanted to buy these ahead of the rush season. Haven’t been out to try them yet. Ice on the lakes

really liked this jig head, always had the problem with hollow body tube jigs sliding around on jig head, no more. These keep tubes in place and more time fishing. Don’t really need the wire keeper for solid tubes or grubs but great on hollows.

These are the best jigs for holding rubber bait that I have purchased. The little hook on the bottom really holds the bait tight and it doesn’t make a big hole in the bait if you remove it. Need more color selection.

These are my go-to jigs for panfish! Always get interest and have even caught crappie on a bare popeye jig hanging over side of boat. These are dependable and good quality.

I’ve used the Leland pop eye jigs for as long as I can remember and have always been sucessfull in catching crappie,bream, and trout.

Best crappie jig on the market. I have been using these jigs for several years and absolutely love them. I like the red hooks best because of the hook design, but the gold hooks work just fine. I prefer the 1/16th weight.

They are a little pricey, but worth the money. If you have never tried them, give em a shot and I think you will be hooked.

I fish for crappie four days a week and mostly in structure or underwater brush. This jig has been the best jig I have ever used to fish confidently in heavy structure. Less hang ups, less re-stringing of the jig and longer use of soft lures.

Overall this is a structure fisherman’s dream jig and weed less to boot ( the only one I could find anywhere). Buy this jig and catch your limit.

King Mr. Crappie Slab Slasher Jig Heads are one of the best, if not the best, jig heads for Crappie fishing. The quality of design, paint work, and the larger size of the hook on a 1/32 jig make them perfect for casting for those monster crappie.

I switched completely to these hooks after losing the biggest crappie I have ever hooked on a 1/32 jig head with a smaller hook. And although some may not see this as a positive, I like how that though the hook is easily strong enough to hold the biggest of crappie, I have found it to have just enough give from time to time to allow me to, with care, pull it off of a submerged limb.

These are some good hooks for sticking crappie but they are not strong in the shaft of the hook. The shaft is really soft and easy to bend and twist. I caught a 2lb crappie which twisted the hook to where I couldn’t use it anymore even a 1 pounder twisted it up.

They need stronger hooks and remove the bait keeper because it tears the soft plastic up but it’s also because the plastic is cheap to (bobby garland). Everything is made with cheap quality just so you can keep buying them.

Have yet to try them. Look good. Purchased as a gift

I always get some of these each year, they are my go to jighead for most of the grubs and swimbaits I use, they have good drop action and just the right shine to get attention.

These jig heads have a flat head that creates the movement that seems to really attract the fish. Coupled with the Trout Magnet colored bodies these things are a great lure to have in your tackle box.

Great for kids fishing Sunnies and Crappies at the edge of the pond or lake.

I’ve seen these work well with trout although I’m going to use for crappie and bluegill.

Although this jig is a crappie magnet, it also brings out the large bluegill at Perris Lake !! The white 1/16oz dancing under a bobber really woke up the bite.

It’s hard to find good panfish jigs for my grandkids. The Little Nippers are just the right size and the patterns are great.

Best. jig. ever! The price, the quality, the results. Everything about these is the best. Every time we go out I’ll try something else just for the heck of it and in the end after about an hour I end up grabbing one of these because nothing else performs anywhere near as well as these.

I use these for lakes only, ice and canoe fishing, so I cannot attest to the use in moving water, but for my use. nothing comes close. Every time I go with another person I’ll have then with use this and I’ll try something off the wall that looks cool to me and has rave reviews.

But in the end the other person ends up out performing me until I swap back to ole faithful (these jigs). They are so inexpensive; you might as well buy some to try them out. From personal experimentation you need to use darker shades in the light/clear water and bright shades in the dark/murky water.

I got this as it was the cheapest and best looking option for what I wanted to use it for. I wanted a fluffy jig that I could float under a bobber for steelhead. The hooks are weak for this purpose and did bend a bit on a couple catches (but did not break or fully bend out!).

I simply discarded those jigs and tied on another. I tipped with a wax worm and caught more than others around me fishing traditional steelhead jigs. Just make sure the drag is a loose enough and you shouln’t have any problems!.

A great classic bait to use for multiple species. Decent color selection for various types of waters. Holds up well after multiple strikes. Highly recommend for your pan fish hunting.

I have enjoyed using this type of crappie magnet bait for many years and have caught a lot of pan fish especially crappies with them. One of my favorite colors are the monkey milk. And they are a great value at under ($2.

No wrong way to fish this. De facto crappie lure. Slow retrieve, twitch retrieve, bobber. Panfish, bass, perch. Also when the bite is tough and the fish are small (apartment ponds) throw this on and you”ll catch fish every time.

I love simplicity in fishing, Marabou jigs are in my opinion are very much like spoons, they are a catchall. I have caught crappie, freshwater drum, white and yellow bass, and also largemouth on these little jewels.

These are the first marabou jigs I have used that did not come unraveled due to me casting them into the brdge pilings. I recomend getting the jig eye cleaner, it helps keep the paint on the jig longer since you don’t scrape it off cleaning the eye with a pockety knife, or whatever your using, not to mention its much quicker and convenient.
