The sizes for the Keds School Days sneakers make absolutely NO sense! I originally bout a size 3 M (I have no clue what M means as it does not tell you on the website) in any case they were too small and the only other size available was a 4 W (just one size bigger right?) WRONG!!!!! They were so gigantic they fit me and I am a size 7.

5 womens! So I wanted to return them but apparently you have to pay $5. 00 in order to do so! I contacted LEDs and the lady said only as a one time curtesy she would do that. Ridiculous absolutely ridiculous! Make it easier for us to understand that a size 4 W is the same size as a womens 7.

5!! Very frustrating I need these for my daughters school and don’t have another option to purchase….

I bought this album as a gift to my daughter to hold photos from a recent trip. As a Gen Z’er steeped in digital images, she loved the photo prints and physical album. It is easy to use, and versatile because of the allowance for horizontal or vertical images.

The memo/photo caption section is handy, as well. I had initially looked at photo albums at Michael’s but found them all tacky. This is a bit classier – although classy would be an overstatement. Physical photo albums are sadly out of vogue, so the selections are narrow.

These are nice albums. I’ve been using them for 5 years now. The only downside is that the thin plastic that forms the tops of the pockets you slide your photos into is easily pulled apart from the page.

So you have to be careful. However, we’ve looked through these albums many times, and my young kids handle these, and they’ve generally held up pretty well. The price is good, and 300 photos is just the right size for our annual family photo albums.

Have bought many of these photo albums, some with the display opening on the cover and some without. I always use the Memo area to record information about the photo. Do feel that the paper surface for the memo area is a little slick because every pen I use smears a little bit.

Otherwise I buy it for the archival paper quality and hopefully over the years, the plastic sleeves won’t adhere to the photos. Guess I am old fashioned, want the grandkids to see actual photos of themselves in the future.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Do NOT buy. This is not a well made photo album. When you put the photos into the sleeves the “glue” or whatever attaches the sides together rips, regardless of how gentle you are.

I am so disappointed about all the work I’ve put into making this album and how terrible it looks. I’m already looking into buy another album and just throwing this one away.

I was recommended this paper for copic coloring. It is NOT for Copic coloring even though everyone seems to like it. I cannot figure out why, the paper is SUPER thin and you get tons of bleed through on just two strokes.

It also feathers like crazy. I do however love the paper in my printer but I didn’t initially buy it for that reason. So Copic lovers, if you are having trouble blending or just don’t like how your artwork is coming out.

its not you! I would recommend Xpress it blending card for Copics and leave this to your printer. I know a lot of people are going to disagree with me and I am by NO means a Copic expert (but if you are a beginner, SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR THE XPRESS IT!).

My star rating is JUST FOR COPIC USE, as paper for your printer I love it :).

This 500 sheet ream of paper came in a box larger than the actual ream. Inside, it had minimal packaging filler so the ream bounced around during transit and was completely loose upon opening. The paper was everywhere with bent/curled edges.

I bought this ream for the 28 lb. weight and sturdiness. The copy paper itself has a super slick smooth finish and is barely stronger than my normal 22 lb. copy paper. I ran one sheet through my printer and it is awful.

Extremely flimsy for what I am accustomed to 28 lb. copy paper being. Tried an online return and was prompted to visit Sam’s Club instead. Not what I want to be advised to do during COVID-19. Waste of money!.

The cover paper is nice and heavy. It is really heavier than I expected, but that is OK. I wish the white was brighter. It has a little yellow cast to it compared to other white cardstock I have. It is certainly very usable for my projects.

The packaging was is poor shape when it arrived. I think the ream moved around in the box too much. Because of the weight of the ream, the box was damaged and the paper covering the ream was torn. Two sheets were a little damaged.

Several years ago I had bought an album like this one. When I decided I would like to get some more there were none to be found in my area. I checked on the back of the album for any information that may help me to order one and sure enough I found the info I needed.

I ordered three different colors for different subjects and they are perfect for what I need. A 4″x6″ photo fits easily in the photo sleeve which opens at the top so when you stand the album up on a shelf the pictures don’t slip out.

One Hundred photos in such a small footprint! Great to store photos you paid good time & $$ to create, but just can’t throw away even though you have just digitized them. You can label the outside and several of them take up little space on the bookshelf.

Now you have physical photos to pass along to loved ones that aren’t as impersonal as digitized pics.

I loved the size of this album; it is not to big or too small. It is just the right size. I had relatives and friends to send me pictures from my nephew’s graduation. I also ordered one in blue to give to my niece.

I ordered a folding photo album that holds 504 4 x 6 photos in the color black for our overseas trip. What came was a white wedding album in the color white that holds a max of 222 photos. After the return, for some reason I owed 29 cents! It was your problem, not mine!.

It wasn’t what I expected. The cover is a plastic material and the pages look cheap. Its more of a portfolio than an album.

I’m an artist and I create a lot of small art prints and I’m constantly finding that I’ve run out of space or ways to display my small artwork. This was the perfect solution to my problem not only is it abundant in sleeves, but it has a protective case.

Perfect item for what I needed.

The cover works well and is well made. The sizing is generous, but that isn’t a problem. The large size fits a FF Canon plus a 500 f/4 plus 1. 4 extender. It also fits a FF with a 100-400, but the extra capacity makes it look a little shapeless.

The extra fabric doesn’t compromise the protection. I like the fold-back viewfinder cover. I used the Emergency Rain Cover for 90 minutes when it was pouring rain during a sporting event. It protected the lens barrel and front of the camera well, but the back and viewfinder were inevitably exposed to rain when I folded the cover forward.

The camera, an R3, is pretty well sealed. Other bodies might not be as well sealed, and it might be necessary to keep the rear cover window down, over the back of other cameras. I didn’t try to use it that way.

I would give it a 5 if the cinch system at the front could be closed down even more to fit the 100-400 lens hood. I used a secondary hook and loop elastic strap to tighten the fit.

I just bought this frame today to display photos of my new grandson and have put it through some of its paces. As a whole setup was not overly hard, though since it involves coordinating the frame with an app (Android in my case) some people might find setup irksome.

It is possible to provide extra storage with an SD card or memory stick. However, it would seem that photos on the extra external memory can not automatically go into the screen rotation, which is a bit disappointing–maybe I am wrong about this.

I successfully loaded photos from Google Photos, email or my tablet (via the app) and have had no need to link my computer directly to the frame. One slightly annoying thing is that, when a photo is transferred to the frame, a little message appears that does not seem to just go away.

Unless I am wrong, there does not seem to be a way to randomize the order of a slideshow. The image quality is good. There are some other little bells and whistles that I do not really care about, e.

g. showing videos or displaying the weather. As a whole this is a good deal at BJ’s price, and I am considering buying another frame to give to the other set of grandparents.

My 75 year old mother in law doesn’t text so she never sees the pictures we take on our phones of our daughter unless we come over and specifically sit down and scroll through the hundres of pictures we took.

She ABSOLUTELY LOVES this gift. She can switch from scrolling photos to videos. She can see all the digital buttons. And best of all, she said the pictures are easier to see than on our phone! She feels more connected with us.

It is a perfect gift for those who don’t use smartphones or laptops! Set up took a little bit of grasping the google account set up knowledge but I created an email account for her and set it right up.

If purchasing for an elderly relative, either deliver to you and set it up or google the tutorial online and create the account before it arrives to your loved one. You will have to walk them through the “accept” step in order for their frame to reveive your pictures so be sure they can handle this task over the phone with you.

Otherwise ship to yourself, then set up and ship to them. TRUST ME. It would be worth it to have it set up for them if they are not technologically capable.

The Frame and App are easy to set-up and easy to use. I would have given it 5 stars were it not for a couple of minor annoyances. The time out is a bit wonky, deciding that it should go to screen saver or shut off the display when the ambient light is still fairly high and there is activity in the room.

There should also be a way to set some kind of schedule so it knows when “night-time” is and doesn’t randomly turn on and start displaying pictures at 3 a. m. The only other complaint is that there are several different settings that are accessed from several different screens.

A unified settings panel would be preferable in my opinion.

Its just what I was looking for! We lost our beloved cat and I filled it with photos of her for my four year old granddaughter to flip through because she misses her.

A gift for mom. She loves it. We setup and loaded with pictures and videos before mailing to her, and we can EASILY add pictures from 500 miles away!! I love everything about the frame, but note you have to manually select videos to view.

unless I just didn’t figure out that function. Pictures display on a loop, but during the setup we never figured out how videos would display in that loop. So could be our user-error. Nonethless, the frame is fantastic.

I bought this for my boss and his wife, they are hard to shop for because they do have everything but they 6 kids that live in different states and even out of the country! They dont all do Facebook/Instagram so it was nice to be able to have them use this to share pictures.

My boss cried a bit. The picture quality is amazing and its so easy to use! He loves getting the pictures his kids send unexpectedly! Definitely recommend for that hard to shop for person!.

Bought this for my 83 year old dad. It was fine for about 3 months. Now pictures are turning in different directions and the menu keeps coming up like someone is touching it but nothing is even close to the screen.

For the amount of money we paid, this is horribly disappointing. I even recommended this brand to friends. It stays off most of the time now.

I KNEW it would come back. and I’m getting used the new product, which seems to have a few manageable quirks. First, there are only 8 exposures in a pack, not 10, so older SX-70 camera exposure counters are off by two.

Certainly not a show-stopper. Second, I’m finding that outdoors sun/open shade, some cyan filtration is necessary to get a good color balance on the print. Somewhere between CC20C and CC30C does the trick for me.

Read for me; this is only my experience. ) Otherwise the prints come out quite pink. (I hope the new film is consistent and the corrections stick. ) Third, indoors with electronic flash (flashbars are rare!) no filtration is needed and the color is really nice, classic SX-70.

That all said, it’s just wonderful to have this stuff available again! Next I hope they’ll bring out a new Time-Zero film with more rapid development. Polaroid Pronto! cameras have a focusable lens, and the lens pokes out far enough from the camera to allow an appropriate push-on Series V filter adapter to be installed.

The lens on the collapsible reflex SX-70 does not allow an easy means of filtration, so I use that for the new B&W product, which is lovely.

I’ve gotten back into Polaroid photography as of late (having in my collection no less than 4 Polaroid cameras of various time periods!) and I’m delighted that the film is on the market again. Thank you IMPOSSIBLE Project.

I was pleasantly surprised to see 600 film at my local Office Depot, near the check out aisle. The price is competitive, so I picked up a pack, and have done so a few times since. The magic of Polaroid is back! My only concern is that the film isn’t as fresh at it could be.

Current chemistry for the film gives it an expiry date of 2 years from manufacture. On my last purchase, the only packs I could find where about 1 and a half years old. I understand this is quite a niche (hipster?) product nowadays, but I’d love to have the freshest film possible.

In any event, do yourself a favor and try taking real Polaroids, if you haven’t done so in a while, or ever.

Don’t go into polaroid photography expecting value. It’s expensive! But everyone will talk about how fun the film is to use and how good it is to have physical memories of events. Even the not so good blurry photos.

Obviously not every pack will turn out great, but the things to keep in mind are: *CHECK THE MANUFACTURE DATE ON THE SIDE. If it was made less than 12 months ago, and the pack looks perfect, buy! If it’s over 12 months old.

don’t say I didn’t warn you. JB are pretty good for having newer packs. *LET YOUR PHOTOS DEVELOP IN DARKNESS. 10-15 minutes at least. *FAMILIARISE yourself with common problems. Weird light spots at intervals on your photo? Clean your rollers! Weird undeveloped spots? Potentially not your fault if you got damaged film.

Don’t go bashing around your unopened packs and hopefully you’ll be right.

I bought these to organize a notebook with index cards. There are only 2 slots but I guess you could use front and back. I am trying to use 3 X 5 cards and these are too big. I didn’t not see any the size I want.

There are several small slots around the edges but not sure what they are from. A lot of wasted space in my opinion.

I purchased these to fit some 3 ring binders I had already. My goal is to get our photos out of a box and into an album so we might actually look at them. They fit a standard 3 ring binder perfect. I read other reviews about the top photo falling out occasionally and was a little apprehensive.

I have not experienced this yet. I decided to place two photos back to back in each photo slot to save money and use these sleeves more efficiently. Maybe this is why my photos aren’t falling out. My photos are various sizes- some old, some new.

I’m really happy with this product. I like that i can place a small photo in the small photo slot or even a little write up about the photos on that page or about a particular trip. I will be purchasing more of these soon.

I bought two of these for my mom in memory of my sister and brother who died within a month and a half of each other. Filled them with pictures of each of them for my mom. She loved it and cried when I gave them to her.

I had searched for so long to find the perfect leather wedding photo album that had sleeves and not paste in scrapbook style pages, capability to be personalized AND under $100. This leather album hit all that and more! I’m so glad I found Rustico.

I find it really annoying to have to turn your head or the album sideways to view vertical photos. This album (which is the only one of its kind I’ve found) allows you 3 horizontals and 2 verticals per page.

Each photo has its OWN slot with a black background. (I have found other album inserts with this same 3-H 2-V configuration, but they were clear sleeves and you had to put 2 photos in at the same time– front to back– per opening.

This is NOT a good thing, believe me!) In these you can easily switch pages around, or between different albums, due to the notebook rings. Nice covers, nice colors, I have ordered several. (However it’s very difficult to put that cover photo in the slot so I would just leave it alone and use the generic photo!) I highly recommend these albums above any others.

And good price too.

These albums make wonderful gifts! Started out sharing these with my SIL for her retirement gift and my 87 YO father because he loves organizing his photos. He loves them and I have ordered 5 more for him since then! Love how they hold 510 photos in portrait or landscape.

Only comment would be that it would be nice if they were glued better on the inside covers. But, that just give my pops another “job” when he gets them ;-0) I love the sales and free shipping on them and usually stock up on 3 or 4 more! My family is starting to call me the photo book lady! Three things need to be changed with this product. First, I was told the opening on the cover would accommodate a 5×7 picture – it does not, only a 4×5 will fit. Second, the pages have both horizontal and vertical openings.

Customers should be allowed to choose if they want all of one kind. Instead, now I have openings I cannot fill. Last, the packaging of this product — I bought FOUR albums — was terrible! The box was not taped corrected and THERE WAS NOTHING IN THE BOX EXCEPT THE PHOTO ALBUMS! No bubble wrap, peanuts, or paper to protect the albums, which, it seems, were just thrown into the box without care for how they arrived.

(The same lack of care was evident in my first order with LTD, when I ordered six dolls as a gift – one of which was not even included and I had to wait another two weeks for its arrival because customer service would not overnight the missing doll, even though it was LTD’s mistake! The dolls – which were breakable – arrived in a plastic envelope, with NO protection or padding at ALL!) That makes two strikes on packing, LTD!! Shame on you!!.

I am giving this product 2 stars because it is what I ordered: a 100 pocket Pioneer photo album. BUT I ordered the plain blue album that was shown in the photo and instead I got a hideous one with live laugh love written all over.

So just be aware of that when purchasing. I will not bother returning because it was only $4 and throwing a fit over it would not be very “live laugh love” of me.

I was so happy to see the plastic covering over the photo album!! You made it super easy for me to be able to use the baby shower wrapping paper to cover the album with! I don’t need a hot glue gun I can just tuck it nicely under the plastic cover add a front photo, I’m truly happy with this purchase!! Thank you.

finally found a small photo album to display pictures. One is for my granddaughter to display her pictures of her, and her friend. I’m going to buy another one to send my friend in Wyoming, Pictures of my garden.

I was a hiker before i was a photographer, so i’m very judgmental when it comes to backpacks, and finding the right backpack is an endless search for the small things that make my life easier while i’m out there.

this is my 2nd lowepro bag, and 3rd if you count my 55 lowe-alpine trekking backpack. I’ll start with the good: the bag is very well made i love the external mesh pocket and wish more camera bags had it i love the internal dual mesh pockets, they really help organize the small accessories.

i love the fact that my asus m16 gaming laptop fits in the so called 13 laptop/hydration pocket, which was a really pleasant surprise. i love that i can reach back with my hand and get my camera (with mounted lens) out without moving the bag at all, take a picture and have it back inside the bag.

no more dangling camera on a strap. then there’s the neutral: the back panel is fairly convenient, but could use more padding or a sturdier plastic insert (non removable unfortunately) the cube fits a small kit – for me it’s an R5, 85 1.

2 and an extra 35 2. 0 or 20 3. 5 or some other small lens or extra battery. i can easily get the camera in and out without even removing a strap, but getting to the other stuff requires at least swinging the bag over one shoulder.

the cube also feels a bit soft or flimsy, probably nice when it’s against my back, but less nice if you put the bag on rocks or the like with too much force. there’s also some dead space all around the gear cube – above, blow, front and back.

you lose about 1-1. 5L of volume there, though this may change if i fill the bag more. i could always stuff a scarf or gloves or some small accessories there, but when i don’t need them it’s useless The pull to open/close system instead of the regular string is a nice idea, but it requires a lot more force/effort than working a regular drawstring without adding any real convenience.

I find the extra strap+pouch kit that comes with it fairly useless. might work as a single-bag solution for some, but i just put peak design tabs on all my gear anyway and use PD quick release straps when i want to turn a bag insert into a camera pouch.

the bad: to be honest this is not the bag i wanted, but the best i’ve found to fit the bill. I wish it came in 30L or 35L size, with the lowepro gearup XL insert as a default, with adjustable straps, thicker removable waistbelt, larger side opening so i could fit a camera with a mounted 70-200 in it (it does fit the RF70-200 mounted on the camera, but if the gear insert was wider it’d fit EF70-200’s or EF100-400’s or slightly longer lenses.

I also wish they made the top part so very slightly wider (about 1 more) so the lowepro gearup XL would fit inside standing up, that way i could configure the bag to take more gear or just get more organization on the top part.

I wish this bag had an internal aluminum frame or some less-flexible plastic as the back panel, that way i could take way more gear in this very nicely compact form factor, and have proper weight distribution, and c’mon lowepro, you guys make hiking bags, you know what i’m talking about.

I also hate that the water bladder pocket is between the back padding and the plastic insert, meaning that the shape of the bladder will alter the shape of the back panel and your support won’t work properly.

I hope the next version would take some inspiration from Tenba or Wandrd or Shimoda and let us have some collapsible 2nd water bottle/tripod pocket on the door side – i mean if you let me take out the cube and use the bag as just a bag – why can’t i take 2 bottles? Same goes for taking the external tripod hanging pocket we can find in the mindshift rotation series – it’s really annoying to have to choose between beverages and tripods, especially during fall or winter when sticking a thermos on one side and the tripod on the other has you covered for day hikes.

conclusion: this is a great bag for what it is – day hikes with some camera gear and some general items, clothing, food etc. , it can fit a ton of stuff in a fairly organized manner for a hiking daypack, with convenient access, to both parts, or it can be configured(via more inserts in the top compartment) to carry more gear that you’ll reach when you take it off.

something like drones or flashes or whatever people take that they don’t immediately need, but use when they take the bag off. I’m not sure i’d take it on the longer routes, but it should be fairly comfortable on short or medium routes.

This backpack looks so cool but functionally it’s a little Beta. I think it needed a little more work before being released. First the side access to your camera is kinda hideous. It’s not a sling so you have to take the backpack off or half off.

It doesn’t fit the mirrorless Sony A7II well. It fits but man, like your tight dungarees out of the dryer after Thanksgiving dinner. (15L bag) So your camera is going to live in your hand cause getting it in and out of the backpack is such a chore.

They give you this internal camera bag within the backpack (seen in their photo) that you can keep in the larger pack as extra protection or take so you can store your camera in this weird little bag from your chest rather than wrestle with the backpack every time you want to take a picture.

The little bag is beyond geeky and not well designed for having on your chest because the zippers work well only if the bag is set on a flat surface, like a table. Not standing precariously on rocks while it dangles from your chest and it unzips so the camera falls out.

The zipping angles are all wrong for chest access. There are a zillion little annoying straps to rig up this silly chest bag. You’ll lose them in a day. I tried to fit a real but small camera bag to replace this wonky one given to you but ones I had on hand didn’t work well.

There might be one out there you can buy that’ll fit that you can pull over your shoulder well but for another hundred bucks. I used the straps that are on the backpack for holding my walking sticks.

It worked but it’s convoluted. Biking water bottle struggles to fit because the camera is so shoved in there. So you might need a slick water bottle that will sustain you for a sip or two. There’s a pull string that’s also at the top that is a PIA.

Sometimes it’ll fall out and you have to rig it back through the pull contraption. It squeezes so hard on the string that it’s hard to pull free. There’s a tiny zipper compartment there with a key clip.

That and a slim wallet might fit. Under that there is kinda useless netting for maybe access to SD cards. There is this velcro divider between this top pack world and the camera word so you could just ditch the camera and use it for a single compartment larger carry and storage.

Honestly, it might be better for that because I did find the backpack to be comfortable. There is also clever storage lip at the back of the pack where you might shove in a windbreaker for fast access.

And a weird pull-down handkerchief at the bottom that can be accessed for rain protection. It’s expensive for what it is. It has a little roof hood that pulls over everything with a zipper storage for glasses.

There’s a water bladder holder I didn’t use but slipped my iPad in there and it worked. It’s enormously clever but also a fail. In theory it should be so cool. But in practice it doesn’t work. Mostly because the internal bag with its goofy clip on straps is a huge fail.

You need a better way on that because you cannot easily access the camera from the backpack. The top pull string needs work because it’s hard to undo. And no water bottle can fit because the camera section has to be overstuffed to fit even a mirrorless.

It’s alike a cute puppy that you desperately want to like but it just doesn’t behave as you hoped.

Every outdoor/landscape photographer ends up with several bags. It comes with the territory. But I don’t always need every lens I own and the 200-500mm on deck, and for those long 6-12 mile hikes I might even need a few things for myself, like food, supplies, and clothing.

Add to that a full frame mirrorless, 2 lenses, and a tripod, the hydration bladder, and you’re soon realizing this bags potential. It keeps you light and on course while avoiding that 35 pound weight of indecision on your back all day.

-Let’s be honest, when was the last time you used ALL the 5 lenses you brought while on that single hike? Simplify a bit and enjoy the ride. Its made well, yet there are a few things that aren’t tip top, but I think in the name of weight its a fair trade off for me.

I had the first version of this backpack and regretted giving it away for years. I use a Nikon Z6 with a smallrig l bracket on permanently. A capture clip means I need another small QR plate, making the footprint of the Z6 body much larger than original, yet the 24l compartment still works fine.

I typically carry a zoom or 2 lenses with this kit on my motorcycle/hiking adventures consisting of a nikon s 24-70 f4, tamron 35-150mm 2. 8-4, or a nikon 18-35mm 3. 5-4. 5. I think if i wanted to, I could carry my 70-200 in the main compartment above, but I have bags better suited and more purpose built for my big teles.

I spent a lot of time researching photo book albums and landed on this because the quality looks unbelievable, and I am making a wedding photo album so wanted the best. I’ve ordered NPL prints and they are fantastic.

After over a year of slowly putting this album together, I got to the end of my project and realized I didn’t need all of the spreads I had selected. (Since you have to select the number of spreads at the beginning of your project when you select the color/page type, I had just guessed the highest number since we had a ton of photos and I figured.

why not. ) Well, apparently there is NO way to do this – I am shocked that this isn’t mentioned in HUGE BOLD LETTERS in the design tips, or in any of the 1-star reviews, because this is an unbelievable caveat that they should be very upfront with.

The support folks were nice enough and explained that it’s due to software limitations. but niceness aside, that is an absurd flaw. How are you supposed to know how many spreads you’ll need when you are at the very beginning of a project and you have a pile of wedding photos to sort through? There was no way to reduce the number of spreads, and no way to copy/paste the pages I had already designed into a new book with fewer spreads.

Even though I am at the very end of this very long journey, I am walking away from this project on principle since I can’t handle the thought of forking over $300+ for an album that has left me feeling this angry.

I sincerely hope they invest in updating their software so removing spreads at the end of a project (or adding, for that matter, if you realize you need more) can be done. If they can’t update the software – they should at the very least make this note EXPLICIT in the product description and design tips.

I’ve been using these as a lower cost option to the Infinity Albums for clients for years now. They are always more than satisfied with the quality. I always get the 12×12 with the thick pages because the cost is so similar.

I’ve seen a lot of photographer’s albums and many of them are very small with very little pages in their least expensive packages. Because of the low cost of these I’m able to offer a high quality 12×12 30 page album even in my lowest cost album package.

As a comment to the web designers. You need to do much better providing examples of the colors and options, I’ve actually mentioned this to support in the past. I can’t order an example of every color and option, so I should be able to go on your website and easily get all those examples to share with clients.

Please provide more image assets and examples for us to download or share, for example get rid of that tiny postage stamp size color example and provide pictures of a full album cover.

Wow- such great reviews! I held off writing anything because it seemed sad to ruin these perfect five star reviews. But the reality is that these are ok, not a true lifelong-quality album, but decent for the money.

I decided to order one for an elopement I shot this past winter, just to check out the quality-and it was decent for a DIY bride or for a parent album. Comparable to Adorama or a few other other available-to-consumer level album makers.

But if comparing to my normal flush mounts in leather boxes from (much) higher priced to the-pro-photographer-only companies, it really doesn’t wow the same way at all. It’s only been six months and the corners of the leather cover, which had been sloppily cut to not fold flat when glued down, are now popping up on the inside front and back covers.

The color of the prints are also less than perfect on my calibrated monitor; So if this is what you want to sell to your clients, I recommend only showing it and not any albums from those other labs that only serve professionals.

To the average person who doesn’t know what real wedding albums are available, these look impressive at first glance. But they just don’t have the same wow factor or heirloom feel as my acrylic or metal print/leather spine covered flush mount samples, arriving in perfectly sized cloth bags inside of beautiful leather presentation cases from my preferred album makers.

There also seemed to be much too much yellow/orange in the prints on some pages. But I will order again for engagement guest books and for inexpensive parent books, or maybe for personal vacation photos-but not as the primary album for brides.

To those brides who are feeling that their photographers albums are too expensive, this really isn’t comparable to what most pros deliver for wedding albums, depending on their album companies of course- So it would be good to see your photographers samples albums and decide if you really want to settle for an album you can get made yourself from this or another company.

Most of my clients open the leather box and feel & see the acrylic & leather cover on my other album samples from different companies, and don’t want the NPL sample for themselves, but like the idea for their parents or for their guest books.

NPL has great customer service and is providing a good product for the price point. I just wanted to provide this review as it seemed no one else was mentioning the things that jumped out at me right away, and thought other customers should know about.
