Best Counters For Shadow Articuno (2024 Updated)

I would rate this higher if I could. I commented on this under one of the yarns as clicking on the name didn’t work. I have tried several differnt row counters (on the needle, around the neck, and push button).

The only one that didn’t let me down was one of the push buttons, but it kept getting lost. Around the neck ones didn’t always advance when button pushed. This one has been in use for over a week and still works great.

It hasn’t fallen off my finger and it retains last row number when I put my knitting away for the night. I love it. Price was very reasonable.

This product, unfortunately, fails on many levels. 1. I would assume this product would have been designed for women. however, I am a woman with average-sized fingers (ring sizes 5-7) and this device is way too big for any of my fingers on the smallest setting and even if I cut the strap to be able to use it, it adjusts every 8mm.

so it’s either too tight or too loose. To give some perspective, whole ring sizes 5,6,7, etc increase by 3mm for each size. so 8mm increases means your finger is turning blue, or this thing is sliding all over the place.

Also, no human’s finger would this fit on the biggest settting, so there was no need to make it this big. 2. there is no way to decrese the stitch count if you accidentally bump it which leads to. 3.

It’s too easy to bump and mess up the count. There should at least be a sound so you’d maybe be aware you bumped it. The button needs to be a little harder to press or have a way that you wouldn’t be able to accidentally bump it.

4. mine came with a weird stain on it. Maybe someone returned it. I will as well. Don’t waste your money.

This is the handiest little gadget that I didn’t even know I needed – until I bought it and started using it. It makes crocheting pattern rows in large projects so easy to keep up with. No more having to mark the completed rows down on paper.

This counter never loses count. Even days or weeks later it’s still accurate. I love it!.

For the past few years I have volunteered to periodically count the offertory collection at the church in which I worship. The process is laborious because the diocese requires multiple counters and duplicate counts.

It can take the better part of a day to complete this process. In discussing improvement to the process with the pastor I suggested the use of a currency counter. He questioned the cost and accuracy of less expensive machines.

After researching the reviews for several brands I showed him the information for the Cassida 5520. He approved the purchase and I ordered it. Today, April 18th was the first time we used the counter and it worked flawlessly out of the box.

It was just what we needed!.

we received our bill counter and put it right to work. the time it now saves us in counting proceeds is remarkable. We are a small VFW with a bar that is open to the public. Now counting our funds is a breeze.

Highly recommended for any small business.

Nice machine, especially for the price. It doesn’t like old, worn out dollar bills, but I’m not too concerned. More detailed instruction on the bill thickness adjustment would be nice.

I found 3 major overlooked issues and 2 minors. 1. The front panel light and RGB fans where not on when system powered up. Nor could I get them to turn on with the on/off RGB button. The problem was not that they didn’t have power; either RGB button, I/O panel or cables were bad or circuit was open.

I did my own troubleshooting by following the fan power cables to where they all connected. I found that the 5pin mini power connector was disconnected to the front panel. Once I connected it and powered the system back on.

All was working, which means that 5pin mini is a jumper to close the circuit. I am so glad it was not RGB button, I/O panel, broken or cut cables. As a tech I know these are a pain in the behind to find.

Hot glue would probably melted the 5pin mini connector. 2. The 3700X retail processor comes with Wraith Prism RGB heatsink/fan. Why was this off brand “Cooler One” put in? Its a 5/6 LED light base with whitish/clear fan that only changes into 3 color modes.

The only choices I had from PolyChromeSync were Random, Wave and Rainbow. I did get the Static color mode to turn on once before the PolyChromeSync software update. I would have rather seen the Wraith Prism RGB ring heatsink/fan in place then this $15 fan.

Which I could only find on that other site as non-RGB type. 3. Advertisement on Newegg site was a 1TB NVMe SSD and what was given was a 1TB SATA SSD. Checking the system history in Device Manager shows there was Gen4 NVMe attach at one point.

So either QA removed it or Newegg does not have the right information to put on the site from Skytech. The downgrade of SATA read/writes/random/IOPs vs NVMe is way lower. NVMe is about 2000-3000MB/secs read/write/randoms and about 500,000 IOPs compared to 80,000 IOPs.

Even a lower grade NVMe stick is faster then SATA SSD. Price comparison is $20 less. But when you say NVMe is in system and get something else “I the consumer/customer feel cheated!” If anyone wants to check comparisons: wdc 1tb sata ssd vs wdc nvme sn550 ssd.

**Update** Contacted Newegg about what was advertise and what was actually sent. After a few emails I was refunded the cost difference. Instead of having to send the whole unit back. Thank you NewEgg for allowing this a an option.

4. A minor issue and does not reflect performance of the computer. Keyboard bump keys are left index finger F and right index finger J. Who creates one right index finger K? Skytech apparently. I kept goofing the spelling my own name and I had to go back to my Magegee keyboard.

I did not want to relearn what took me almost 20 years to perfect in typing because of one letter off. It also goofs you up on the letters above and below that row. Same goes for the gaming mouse it felt unnatural so I unconnected and reconnected my magegee mouse.

Not even Canadian keyboard layout keys have K as the right index finger! 5. Another minor issue and does not reflect performance. One of the front Ringed RGB top fan housing has slight vibration noise when computer is first turned on.

If I tap the top grill a little bit, noise will go away and continues to be silent after that. I guess this is acceptable being refurbished computer. All in all not a bad system just a lose connection, choice on processor heatsink/fan, 1 bad advertisement of SSD (**been refunded), molding of keyboard key bump on K not J and one vibrating housing of RBG fan.

This system should have been right around $1200 not what was asked. I cant really change out anything as the warranty does not cover changing of parts thus breaking the seal. One thing I can say is, I as technician would have never let this leave testing bench knowing these issues, New or Refurbished.

While the keyboard isn’t the highest of quality, it’s still a deal and a half for this computer. It’s fast to boot up and load into games because of its SSD, The glass swinging door is extremely useful for maintenance, nd the LEDs work great.

The cord management is really clean, and the cherry on top for me was the graphics. I reccomend using this computer on a 1440 monitor. The CPU is slightly older than the GPU, but they still work well together.

If the CPU can run tarkov this well, It’s a pretty solid unit. I would definitely reccomend this to anyone who needs a good gaming rig (With plenty of room for future upgrades).

Building it is a very entertaining and stress-relieving activity. It is challenging but not too difficult to build. Suitable for older kids, teens, and even adults. Small children might find it too complicated or lose the tiny pieces.

The only other problem is that it falls apart somewhat easily if it is bumped. However, it is still a great item and took a decent while to complete. It is cute to display on a shelf.

While the blocks all seem to be here, I can’t really add it to my display of stuff I’ve done because a large number of the blocks are HEAVILY discolored. I’m not sure if it’s just sun bleaching of what but blocks of all colors have a yellowish discoloration.

There’s no smell just. really doesn’t look very nice.

It’s so so cute, mainly because it’s a boxer dog. Very detail oriented construction. The blocks are tiny tiny, they literally couldn’t make it smaller. So the whole boxer is tiny too. But it’s just so cute.

Japanese product, but I am not sure if it was made in Japan or else.

Cassida 6600 UV/MG Money Counter. Replacing another brand which was stolen. Some differences: Other brand had 3 speed settings; Cassida only 1, although the 1 is the top–about 1,400 I think. Other brand allowed directly keying denomination for add/ value counting; Cassida has a menu of 7 denominations to cycle through.

(If a $100 bill just counted to get to $50 have to cycle through $100, $1, $2, $5, $10, $20 to get to $50. ) The UV feature of counterfeit detection often has an issue (Just turn it off & recount, still my other machine did not have this issue with UV.

) Small hotel. Count drop daily & count everything weekly for making deposit. Get change 2-3 times a week. The Cassida makes it much easier to verify the number of bills when you know what it should be.

Got $500 of fives or $200 of ones in change; Cassida makes it easy to break the pack into 20 Fives ($100) or $20 pack of ones. I know my old machine would detect counterfeit bills although it took 2 run throughs.

No chance to test Cassida yet but UV issue makes me think it would not do too good for certain counterfeit issues. The UV is especially an issue with worn $1’s. NOT a mixed bill counter–those cost much more.

(My bank’s Cumming Jet Scan with green buttons probably costs upwards of $3,000. ) You can’t put a stack of unsorted bills in & expect the CAssida to do anything useful. ) You sort the denominations into stacks & tell it what it is counting.

Cassida is a glorified adding machine which counts pieces of paper. You tell it what denomination it is counting & it can tell you how many pieces of paper it counted & the value of those pieces. Slip a $100 bill in the stack of ones & it counts a $1.

it will count what you tell it to count, & then tell you how many & value of that batch & the value of all batches counted. Overall it does well, counts fast, does not jam frequently & can tell how many counted & value of those pieces of paper counted–but be realistic, it is not a miracle worker.

Power button should be on front, not back.

I really love the silicone sleeve which I purchased for my AirPods! They actually arrived 2 days earlier than expected! With the added key hook I dont have to worry about them getting lost in the bottom of my purse which is a definite PLUS! I didnt even notice when I purchased that there was also included a carrying case which is equally as nice.

My only suggestion would be to NOT affix the product sticker to the carrying case because its really hard to peel off without scratching the case! Other than that I would recommend this produce to anyone who has AirPods and want to protect your investment!.

Own a car wash and use this machine to count money from the bill changers. Am amazed how well this counter works. Have paid hundreds more for past machines and this machine works as well if not better than the more expensive units.

Have had it for over a year or more and still works as new. No problems. I do cover the unit when done with a cloth as to avoid any added dust. Don’t know if it helps but it sure does not hurt to keep it clean as the bills are dirty by themselves.

Highly recommend this machine!.

Having had a row counter for many years it needed replacing as it had become stiff and hard to move. The new one is great, easy to move – even with arthritic fingers. When not in use for my knitting I’ve found another good use for the counter.

I’m on an eating plan which requires me to keep a note of certain things I consume in a day, so when I’m out and about it is easy to slip the counter into my handbag to ensure I can keep tab and record the “syns” I eat.

An excellent buy.

I have a larger version of this which has been very useful for counting rows. As I have started knitting baby items needing smaller needles, I bought this smaller counter. Unfortunately, the counting mechanism was too stiff and wouldn’t turn properly to count the rows, so I had to return it to the store.

No complaints about John Lewis, though. They refunded me for the faulty product and gave me excellent service.

Certainly has its function, especially in remembering where you finished off day to day. It doesn’t turn very easily, you need both hands to move it on but hey, it’s worked fine.

If you like to count your pennies yourself, this is not for you. This would be brilliant for and accountant or anyone working in a shop for a fast an accurate tally of the days takings. Very simple to use and easy to follow instructions.

The machine counts the pennies and the notes by weight. Starting from one pence and up to 20 uk pound notes. Not only tells you how much of each and total amount cash, it also ads everything you put on it to give you a total amount.

If you start with the smaller denomination it automatically switches to the next. Its easy to use even for someone that has low mobility with their hands as the buttons are a good size and clearly marked.

The screen display is nice and clear and easy to understand. Moreover it comes programmed with almost all world currencies and can be updated via computer.

We tried this at work. The instructions are fairly clear, although the scale did not start up in the sequence that the instructions described. A quick foray into the menu got us back on track. It does work, and keeps a cumulative total.

The slightly frustrating thing was with notes wed put a wad on, and it would then flash up with a note saying that we could only put on 79 notes at a time. This would make putting notes on a little pointless especially if you can only put that few on.

But then at other times it would allow us to put 20 notes on and count them accurately. Probably teething problems, and it will make cashing up faster and simpler.

Its constantly giving a wrong reading on the pound coins, its always 1 up or down. Have to take off put back on, turn off turn on. Very annoying have tried to re calibrate but no use

Having concerns about electromagnetic radiation, I decided to invest in this meter. It is well designed, and seems sensitive enough to detect fields that may be harmful. I was a little puzzled about fitting the 9v battery (not supplied), as there was no instruction, however it only fits one way, but be careful! Using this meter has shown me, in no uncertain way, how we are surrounded by EMF radiations.

Modems, cabling, LED’s, and CFL lamps, as well as those emitting from adjacent properties. The question is: how dangerous to our health is long term exposure, and what if anything should we do about it.

This test instrument represents very good value, practical design, robust, with an easy, clear readout, and warning lamp. I would recommend it to those who have concern, and wish to investigate further.

Arrived in good time and looks good works well. I cant say as to the calibration but detection is proportional to the distance from the appliance. When I am close to the TV 12in / 30cm the signal is about 47 V/m.

Note: the device take 9V PP3 rectangular battery, both pole on same face. The paper insert and case do not tell you what battery to use and does not mark the polarity. However the batter only fits 1 way as the case is moulded that way.

This thing is great. Cheap and precise, will show same values in same place. Shows you the hotspots in your home so you don’t spend the majority of the time in them. I figured out my bed was in the highest area of magnetic emf in my home.

I moved my bed 4 feet and have my head facing the other direction and my body is in a safe zone now. I also wear $1 blue light blocking glasses I also bought, but that is another story but still protects me from some of the dangers put out by emf from computer screens.

The screen is sleek (you barely notice it in the room when it’s up), was easy to install, and is tensioned perfectly. I also am happy I went with the lithium ion battery model, the charge really lasts! I haven’t had to charge it once yet with daily use.

I also don’t have any ugly cords hanging around and didn’t have to tear up our wall to add any special electrical. Everything was so easy. I also can’t say enough about ProjectorScreen. com’s service.

As soon as I put in an order I was contacted immediately and we made the adjustments I needed to get the perfect screen. If I need one again, I’ll be back.

The screen is excellent, even during the daytime, blacks are very black. Colors are superb, with none of the typical candy chroma you often get with 4K digital. The remote is pretty disappointing. The whole get up for the remote feels like a cheap tacked on afterthought.

The IR receiver just dangles on the end of a short piece of cat5 ethernet wire, and the remote itself feels pretty trashy. For $4. 5, I expect a bit more. Still give it 5 starts for the stunning quality of the screen, and the ease of installation.

Screen is great, but very expensive. Would recommend 160 inches if possible.
