It’s cute, modern and has a clean feel —definitely have to buy stain resistant spray as the couch is extremely white. Would not recommend if you have kids or pets. This is better suited for bachelors or bachelorettes.

Honestly it looks so gorgeous. If you’re on the fence about this couch (which I was) I would buy it. It is large. I will say, it is not the comfiest couch BUT I think if I break it in a bit it will be good and will be with me for years to come.

We just received this couch. It was shipped in six large boxes and have only had a chance to open one to check to make sure it was correct color and style. The manufacturer used a shipping co called AM shipping.

They were a disastrous nightmare. I am seriously traumatized from trying to work out the delivery of couch! They text you a delivery confirmation date with five hour window. Message says call to reschedule if not acceptable.

I did that after holding for over 40 minutes, twice. I gave them three dates I could be there and was told they would have route manager contact me to confirm. Not an hour after hanging up phone with them I get a call saying they are coming to deliver in 20 minutes.

I am forty five minutes away and it was the last thing I expected. Had to drop everything and run across town in a panic! Couch is beautiful. Delivery was a nightmare!!!.

We recently remodeled our home and needed a new stylish and comfortable couch to fit in our new living space. I’ve had terrible luck with ordering furniture online, so we drove down to C&B to sit on some couches in person before making a purchase.

We loved the barrettt II sofa for the clean look and more compact size. It’s one of the only sofas we found that supports your lower back without having to stack 9 pillows behind you before sitting down.

We chose a fabric that was in stock and customer service was wonderful in helping us schedule a quick delivery. The team was great! Fast and professional! I will note that the couch feels stiffer than the one we sat on in the store, but I am confident that it will break in nicely and we’ll have a well built sofa that will hold up and wear nicely through the years.

I received this couch a couple of weeks ago and am sorely disappointed. I’ve been a loyal Crate and Barrel customer for years so I’m very surprised by this. The couch feels cheaply made, the lounger part does not sit correctly and needs to be constantly adjusted, and the seats are uncomfortably squishy and lean back in a strange way.

I feel sick that I’m stuck with a couch I’m unhappy with that I paid a lot of money for and waited six months to receive. The only clear positive is that the fabric and color (Mystic fabric in Midnight) is beautiful.

I do not recommend this couch.

I’ve had this couch for about 6 months now. I wanted leather because we have a dog and I didn’t want to deal with dog hair embedding into fabric. Be forewarned. while the leather couch itself is holding up great to our Bulldogge that loves being on the couch with all of us.

There are a few cons you need to know: Cons: The fabric on the underside of the couch, and the backs of the cushions is a horrible type of microfiber blend that makes it IMPOSSIBLE to remove short dog hair from.

I spend about an hour every few weeks trying all the tricks (i. e. dryer sheets, sticky rolls, rubber gloves, squeegees, gadgets from Amazon to remove pet hair from carpets, vacuuming, stiff brushes to loosen the dog hair etc.

). This fabric used on the pillow backs allows the hairs to literally embed so deep there is no way to get them out. If you never lift your cushions or clean I guess you won’t be bothered – but is is gross to me.

I’ve had full-on fabric and microfiber couches in the past and never had an issue with using the tricks and tips above with getting pet hair out, especially if I kept after it on a regular cleaning routine.

I just spent another 45 minutes trying to clean the section of couch where the two pieces attach and it is STILL covered in dog hair. Its as if I owned the couch for 10 years and never lifted up a cushion.

I have no issues removing the dog hair from other furniture, steps or carpet – so it is definitely whatever fabric type they are using for the back of the cushions and the frame underside of the couch.

I think it we had a long hair dog with fluffy hair it wouldn’t be so bad, but if you have a short hair dog – be forewarned, the back side of the cushions and underside of the couch is going to be ruined in a few months with embedded dog hair you won’t be able to remove.

Pro: We got the midnight blue leather one. Its a gorgeous rich color that goes well with everything. The leather does not show dog nail scratches. The cushions are firm, yet super comfortable and are holding up well.

The couch is sturdy and looks great.

Keep a close eye when you read all of these reviews about this couch. People are just leaving reviews the second that they get the couch and hardly any of them have had the couch longer than a year. I bought this couch genuinely hoping that I’d have it for at least 8-10 years.

It was quite an investment for me and honestly I don’t know how long it’ll last considering it’s been 1 year and 2 months and it feels like you’re sitting on the wood plank underneath. The cushions are so saggy as well, to the point of no return.

No matter how much I fluff, they still sag. I thought it would get more comfortable with age, maybe I would have to break it in I thought. But it just keeps getting worse. The leather itself is wonderful, but my couch is falling apart, and getting more uncomfortable each day.

This was super easy to put together. We got the teal blue, and the color is exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s not very soft seating, and the back cushions are very flimsy. But since it’s a small side loveseat for our living room, it will work.

I would not buy this for main seating.

Decent! Quality matches price. That said, it was what I expected and I’m happy with my purchase. Easily unpackaged and assembled by one person. Color seems a bit more on the gray side but works for me.

The back of the sofa isn’t as cute irl as it looks online. The seems are held together on the sides with Velcro, and the bottom is left to hang. I don’t think I’d have the back visible. Maybe with a console table in the back.

My bf took less than an hour to assemble it. It’s so comfy! We both love it so much. The seat covers could appear wrinkly at first – we saw some ppl recommended using a vacuum or blowdryer to straighten it but I was too lazy to care.

After a few days of using, the wrinkles went away and the whole couch is just perfect. We totally love it!.

We love this sofa. Assembly was easy, it took all of ten minutes. It is the perfect look and color for our family room and is comfortable, as well. Ther was extensive wrinkling on the cushions when they were first removed from the vacuum pack.

This went away after several days of use.

If you have high blood pressure issues this bed may cause a stroke. The back of the couch lays down. However it is at a slant downwards and the distribution of weights make it worse. I bought the warranty but it doesn’t fix anything that isn’t broken.

Meaning it’s made this way. It’s expensive and not functioning as a bed would. I stack pillows to make up the difference. That being said during the night they manage to move and I wake up with a numb head and more.

I shopped for weeks trying to find the right convertible sofa for a recently completed garage renovation to guest room/man cave/TV room/gym. This thing is awesome for sitting and TV watching. Pulls out and pops up.

Haven’t had anyone sleep on it yet, but have to imagine it’s way more comfortable than an fold out spring like sofa bed. One concern, and it might just be the location where we have it, color seems to be fading from direct sunlight.

I try to remember to cover it with a blanket during the direct sun hours.

We LOVE this convertible sofa. The color and fabric are perfect, very soft, easy to clean. The cushions are very comfortable and it is the only one we found that actually converts to a real queen width, most are just full sized.

It’s perfect and comfortable for our spare room space so we can now use that room as a cozy den and exercise room, rather than taking up all our space with a large queen bed for guests. Another thing we love is that there are two outlets and USB chargers in the side of the sofa.

BB&B does not list this as one of their features, although we saw it listed on other sites where this is available. While not a major deal breaker, it was a nice surprise to see that this one included that feature.

It works perfectly so you can have your laptop or tablet and work while on the sofa and not worry about your battery going dead, or guests can charge their phones while sleeping at night. The shipping company is a bit of a pain because they don’t offer much in the way of a window for delivery and you have to be present.

But the product traveled well, no blemishes or problems and it looks great. It is a bit heavy and does not come apart without a little work and some tools, so you will need help to carry it. Two of us did it with a bit of a struggle.

A third person to help would have been great. One more great thing. I used a 20% off coupon from BB&B and it brought the cost down by nearly 200$ from other sellers. Excellent value for this product.

The frame seems to be holding up but the leather is showing a lot of wear. Our last couch was almost 10 years old before it started to show wear. The wear is so bad that I am purchasing leather repair dye to fix it.

It is mostly in the areas where we are sitting. The couches are cleaned and conditioned monthly just like i did with my last couch but there is definitely a quality issue. The color appears to be peeling.

It is not dyed into the leather. Where as my last couch scratches could not be seen as the entire hide was dyed. If they are for a room that does not get much use they will be fine.

We purchased this sofa after testing it out in store several times. My husband is over 6 foot and loved that it had a higher back to support him. The sofa was amazingly comfortable in store – so with the high use/traffic in store we assumed it was a good quality and decided to make the investment.

We have had the sectional since early this year and the cushions already have broken down. The seat cushions do not support even 1/2 as much as they did when the couch was delivered. I am 5’ 3” and both my husband any myself sink into the sofa making it uncomfortable to sit as well as difficult to get up out of the couch.

All visitors to our home unfortunately comment on how uncomfortable the sofa is as well which is embarrassing. Very disappointed in quality for the price.

This couch is extremely comfortable to sit on with very good depth, and so far has been holding it’s shape well. I hope it will continue to hold it’s form over time. We chose the Icon Spa fabric and are so happy with the color.

Slightly lighter in person than what you see online. It’s a great neutral while still getting a pop of color other than gray or brown. Overall, fantastic experience and we are so happy that we could agree on the perfect sectional for our family.

We have been on the hunt for a large sectional saga for our family of 5. Saw this couch and thought it was a great answer to our desires for family movie night and sports. We sat on it briefly in store but, I wish we’d sat on it longer.

it is incredibly uncomfortable!!!! Much too soft!!!! I don’t remember it being like that in store so, I’m even wondering if the cushions were different on the sample. We’ve had it for about 11 months now — I was hoping we’d get used to it but, unfortunately not.

Now I have to figure out the best way to sell it. If you like super soft couches this is the one for you. if you’re looking for firm, this is not.

This couch is sturdy and comfortable. It is firm, but not so firm that you can’t lounge on it for lengthy tv marathons. Taller people might want to consider that the chaise section is fairly short as compared with other sectionals.

It’s enough that your feet will reach the end if you are sitting up, but you won’t be able to lie down flat on it. Personally I like this feature because it allows for more walking room around the couch in my small space, and I don’t feel a need to lie all the way down on my chaise.

But for tall people who like to recline very deeply with their legs out straight, you may find your feet dangling off the end of the chaise. The blue color is a beautiful deep jewel tone with a soft but textured weave.

It is not a navy couch, but a sort of very deep dark teal-blue. It looks lovely with white, cream, or gray though I’m sure more adventurous decorators would do well with other colors too. The pillows stay in place despite being unattached, which is refreshing from my last couch where they seemed to shift all over the place.

The back pillows do deform over time, and like the instructions say, you will need to flip them and pat them back occasionally to maintain their shape. So you shouldn’t expect the couch cushions to look square and crisp all the time.

But it’s really not that noticeable or particularly different from other couches I’ve seen. The structure is firm but still comfortable, and the materials seem to be of good quality. The slender legs are made of a single sturdy, black metal form and twist fairly easily into the pre-drilled holes for construction.

We did have one small issue with one of the bolts on a leg which simply would not thread properly, which was a shame because all the rest went in totally fine. All in all this couch is very good quality for the price, although I have only owned it one month.

Time will tell how it holds up, but it’s definitely an improvement over the discount box store couch I previously owned.

I have to agree with this person. This sofa is well constructed. Very sturdy. Just the right softness for my family. ( Some people said is too hard, I don’t agree). The fabric is not hot for summer. Flip it over to puff it up is a good trick to make it look like new.

I got a messy bird, and so far my sofa has survive stain and scratches. My 7 years old son love to jump on it, and I thought the sofa will not survived but it did. It is light weight, but super sturdy.

It is harder than I thought to assemble it together. The hard part is the armrest, and connecting the middle part. Make sure you have 2 person at least to help assembling it. Love this sofa! Everytime I’m sitting on it, I feel like I’m sitting on a designer sofa!.

It’s a lot of sofa for the money we paid. Build quality is superb. You can tell the level of workmanship simply by seeing how precise the fabric seams are aligned on the frame and the cushions. The tag says it’s made in Vietnam – that probably explains! We’re return customers of Article.

Initially we’re a little hesitant buying a sofa without even trying out in person but really there’re not a lot of choices in the market that live up to our needs. We read some reviewers saying the zippers are in the backside of the cushions that makes rotation impossible.

Surprisingly ours are all at the sides we can happily get them flipped over at times. The product people at Article did listen! I would just hope the legs were in black it would make the whole couch look a lot more upscale.

There isn’t anything negative I can say as I’ve only had this sofa about one week. It is extremely comfortable and when opened up fully for lounging or sleeping it’s super comfortable. The added storage inside the chaise part of the sofa is large and can hold all our blankets and pillows.

My only wish is that the sofa was a bit deeper. It is a bit short from front to back when sitting so you do not get that relaxed seated feeling. I’ve had this sectional for less than a month, and already one of the zippers that holds the back cushions has broken, and I’ve had to buy a fabric shaver because the material is pilling so badly. The wood where the chaise connects to the love seat started creaking within 2 weeks of it being in my home.

The seats were extremely uncomfortable and stiff when it got here, but have softened up ok. The storage feature is nice for storing blankets. Overall not the best quality and I don’t expect this sectional to last long term.

Salesman said there should have been pre drilled holes for the couch’s feet but there were not. Had to use power tools but after that it’s nice. Not too big, nice storage, wife uses the fold out like stadium seating.

Zippers keep the cushions in place. Good couch overall.

Purchased this couch during 4th of July weekend sale to be delivered to our new house after closing of escrow, on Aug 14. Was told everything was in stock. It ended up being delayed another month. Arrived and unpacked by delivery team of 2 men.

All went well. The couch itself is soft to touch. We picked this because being petite, the seat cushions fit perfectly under my knees so we don’t sink into the couch. The seat cushions are on the stiffer end but I like that for support.

I love that the back cushions are not removable. I hated fixing our old couch daily. The seats are removable so you can easily vacuum. The extra pillows that come with it are comfy and soft. This couch is made so you can use the pieces separately or together in ANY layout.

So this can fit in any shaped room nicely.

We bought this for our loft, which we only use seasonally as a winter living room. On delivery, we noticed that one side of one sofa cushion seemed slightly higher than the rest of the seat. We didn’t think that much about it, but in less than a month of daily use something inside the sofa on that side collapsed (we heard it and felt it, but couldn’t place what it was), and suddenly, that side of the couch didn’t seem higher anymore.

Then a few days later, I knelt on that same cushion to reach a bookshelf when the fabric that supports the cushion under that spot tore out. Despite all this, the sofa is still working fine. No dips or pits in the cushion where the drama happened (well, not yet, anyway).

Otherwise, it’s a comfortable enough couch. It’s firm. VERY firm (maybe even hard). but that’s what I wanted. I’ve napped on it a few times with only slight discomfort. Using a low, soft pillow (like a bed pillow) really helps.

The cushions are very wide, so I can fit my entire body (except my legs) on one side without laying across the split between the two (I’m 5’7″). The sofa is long enough that I can stretch out comfortably, too.

The throw pillows that come with the set are huge but nice and, when seated, help cushion your ribs against the low arms. I would recommend this sofa to a friend, but with a caution: this sofa may not hold up under long-term daily use.

Bought the spring of last year with tax return. Ended up moving a month later and it sat in storage for about two months. I’ve sat on it since June and it is now February and we are buying new furniture.

Some of the most uncomfortable furniture we have ever sat on. Where are your legs sit on the front of the couch it pills and collect lint balls. Silver also not deep enough to be comfortable sitting.

I got this couch when I moved into my new apartment in March. I have had it for just 5 months now and the pilling on the cushions is ridiculous. It looks like it has lint alllllll over it. And it’s not from a blanket or anything bc I’ve even switched blankets and tried not using blankets.

It looks soooo cheap. I also cannot clean in the couch bc none of the cushions come off to get in there. The couch is pretty comfy, but the arms are hard as rocks so you have to have a pillow to lay on it.

The only thing this couch has going for it is that it’s pretty- but it becomes ugly as soon as the pilling starts. This is my 4th big lots couch and I have never had this issue with any couch before.

Love it! We bought this to replace our 2 year old Joybird couch that creaked from day one and started to sag in the middle. This couch has a hardwood frame which means it won’t sag and overall it feels very sturdy and doesn’t creak at all.

We got the mushroom color and it’s a nice greige that sometime looks more grey and sometimes more beige depending on the light. The texture of the material also seems like it will hide stains well. The cushions are firm but comfortable.

Looks alright in photos , what you’d expect for such a low price. But in person it’s GHASTLY. Ever buy clothes online and it arrives looking all cheap and not even costume quality ? Imagine that but it’s your sofa.

The tufting is so shallow they have to sew seams to make it look like the fabric is forming the “pleating”. The crystal buttons are low grade plastic , very noticable lack of quality. Looks like velvet in photos but in person is more of a shiny polyester microfiber.

The nice curved back shown in the pictures is misshapen and has strange bulges and lumps you can’t smooth out no matter how hard you try. The seat is extremely firm , like a upholstered dining chair.

Ive had it about 2 weeks and the fabric under the buttons is shifting and causing wrinkles in the fabric you cant get rid of. My husband and I weigh less than 300lbs between the two of us and the poor couch looks like elephants have been sitting on it.

The sofa is glamorous and beautiful. Soft suede in a cool vanilla color. Not sure if it is great if you have kids or dogs. The suede is soft and sofa is very comfortable. I plan on treating the suede to protect.

We have had this couch for two years, and the sofa has been reasonably comfortable, but it didn’t take long for it to start falling apart inside. Firstly, the sides are very hollow. If you pat your hand on the sides (under the armrest), there is nothing solid under the fabric.

There is just fabric there. With the sleeper mattress, a thick metal wire runs across the bottom of the sleeper and has slowly protruded further and further out. If the sleeper is out, we have to be careful not to run into that not to get cut or scratched.

When the sleeper is folded in, the same wire digs into the couch cushions, so we have holes in the cushions where cotton comes out. Lastly, the back of the sofa has two “support beams” that have dislodged and are poking the fabric from the inside.

Unfortunately, we trusted in the quality of Ashley, so we decided against the extended coverage. I wish I could get furniture in GA from the place I went to in California. I had my set for ten years, and it only needed cleanings.

Everything else stayed together STURDILY throughout the years.

I bought this in the gray. Took a while to get it, but it finally arrived yesterday, and I love it!! The gray has a bit of a blue tone to it, but it’s definitely more gray than blue. I live in a small apartment, and it fits perfectly.

This is lengthy, stay with me! It started in January 2022. We decided to purchase new living room furniture. The last sofa we purchased was from Ashley Furniture and it served us well for years. We again started out search there.

As I was online looking at sofas on the Ashley’s website, a popup on my browser said, you could save $350. 00 on this sofa if you buy from this company. (Not American furniture warehouse). Well, I’m all for saving money! We went to Ashley and looked at the sofa and loved it.

We purchased it from a warehouse store in Mississippi because of the discount and that it was in stock, Ashley had a back order 2 months. Long story short, our furniture never came. Had to file a dispute with the credit card company and in April got our money back.

My son called me, and I told him about the nightmare trying to purchase furniture. He said, go to American Furniture Warehouse! I said, no!! Not another warehouse! He said, that’s where I got my furniture, it’s Ashley and you get it the same day.

We went, they had same sofa there, the same price as the shifty store in Mississippi and it was in our home in 2 hours. I will never purchase furniture from another store again. After the sofa and love seat I found a coffee table I liked.

It was not available at our local store but was at a store a few hours away. I purchased it and had it delivered. I have never met nicer delivery men in my life! Courteous, respectful and very careful.

I needed a multi-functional piece for my home office. It needed to be spacious yet compact, I ordered the 85″ couch in gray after stalking it for two years in my local Room & Board store. It is an absolute perfect fit in so many ways.

When I sit down, it hits my back and the bend of my knees in just the right spots, and I’m fully into the couch without having to readjust each time I sit. Amazingly, I can easily stretch out on this couch, yet it takes up far less of a footprint than the two chairs and little side table I had in the exact same spot before.

When friends visit, three adults can comfortably sit with space between, so four could be on this couch without trouble if need be. It is sleek and elegant, and when I am on video chats, etc, it looks professional but keeps me comfortable.

It is equally as lovely when I’m cuddled up on it to watch TV. This couch is a multifunctional dream. And may I highly encourage you to spend the little extra to get the expert delivery service. The two gentleman arrived with my couch and had it completely unwrapped and placed in about 5 minutes.

It was heaven not to have to wrangle it down hallways, around corners, and through doorways. Couch and delivery were so worth every penny. Just buy it. You’ll be grateful you did for years to come.

This sofa is gorgeous. She is beautiful, dainty, and has some MCM charm. We have this sofa in a formal living room, so it won’t get the full wear and tear of our busy family room, however, one of our teenagers has decided this sofa is the best seat in the house.

He likes to read, nap, and play board/phone games on this couch. Room and Board was a delight to work with. Everything about the transaction was easy and effortless – even when I realized I ordered an item that wouldn’t fit in our space and I needed to cancel one item.

I talked to an actual American Human on the phone, who was a pleasure to work with. My only possible complaint is that I wish there were more ready-to-ship fabric choices. I would have loved to buy a bolder color, but I didn’t want to wait many months for a sofa to be built with custom fabric.

However, I do realize that Room and Board chose neutral colors that will work in most spaces for the ready-to-ship fabrics. The fabric on our sofa is gorgeous, but a blue or green tweed or chenille would have been fun! #sweepstakes.

I just bought my first house and prioritized my entire furniture budget on this sofa. I have a family member with the same sofa and it still looks good as new, even after 9 years of sitting, sleeping, and dog cuddles.

I did not want to pay thousands of dollars for a sofa that would fall apart, sag, or deteriorate quickly (and there ARE many expensive brands out there that are not high quality). I love Room & Board because they make quality products that also happen to be stylish – which is extremely rare these days.

The cushions are firm but comfortable – both me and my pup love it! The color is darker on the swatch than it is in person – it is actually quite light and brightens up the room! I live in a small space but it works so well here.

The cushions are very firm. Will probably hokd up well but not the couch if you want something very plush. The cushions also tend to slide out slightly overtime. I do think it’s most comfortable with the chaise in the middle, as the angled corner cushions are only comfortable when you sit in them at an angle.

The color is just as vibrant in real life but not quite as glossy, and thr microfiber material soft against the skin and does a good job protecting aginst spills. The kegs were slightly difficult to attach the first time but were easy the second time.

I have had this sofa for two years and I really dislike it. The chaise section doesn’t stay put when you sit down. It is easy to clean but my dog tried to get up on it and the sofa easily got a tear on it.

It’s not the best quality sofa and I shouldn’t have even bought it. I purchased it at the beginning of the Covid pandemic online and this was clearly the wrong thing to do. I’m looking for another sofa and loveseat and I’ll only purchase what I can touch with my hands and sit on beforehand.

The Darcy chaise served it’s purpose for the most part. Just issues I had waited to purchase a living room set.

I loved this couch in the store. It was soft to the touch and the cushions were soft but with plenty of support. I bought my couch while sitting on the display couch:) Fast forward a couple days later and my couch is in its new home.

The cushions are MUCH more firm than the display couch, which I am not a fan of. (I know after a few months of use this should loosen up) One thing that should be noted about the material is staining.

My couch arrived with an adhesive label on one of the cushions, I’m assuming every one of them does. The label left a sticky residue on one of the cushions which I have mostly removed now, but there is still a slight stain.

Beware of this is you are purchasing a lighter color (mine was beige) The material also tends to collect things like crumbs, pet hair, etc but a quick roll with a lint roller fixes that.
